普通的吸管杯不能提供智能互动功能,人们喝水完全取决于其主动性。客观上需要这样一种吸管杯或杯子,其能够自动提醒人们喝水和在喝水时提供一定的乐趣,这种吸管杯对于工作忙碌和没有喝水习惯的孩童尤其是有用的。
发明内容

根据本发明的一个实施例,如图1所示,所述杯子本体10为包括内层杯体111和外层杯体112的双层结构,在内层杯体111和外层杯体112之间限定容纳空间110。内层杯体111和外层杯体112中的至少一个可以是透明的或不 透明的。所述光信号发送器31、处理器32、压力传感器33和电源34设置在所述容纳空间110中。相应地,所述吸管23的延伸部分26延伸到所述杯子本体10的所述容纳空间110中,并与激光器312连接或耦接。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述光信号发送器31、处理器32、压力传感器33和电源34集成到一电路板35(参见图1)的一个表面上,所述电路板35的与所述表面相反的另一表面在所述容纳空间110中连接到内层杯体111的底表面上。例如,通过粘接剂将电路板35固定到内层杯体111的底表面上。但是,本发明不限于此,例如,所述光信号发送器31、处理器32、压力传感器33和电源34可以单独设置和固定在杯子本体10的所述容纳空间110中而不设置电路板。
如图5所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,所述外层杯体112包括侧壁部分113和底盖部分114,所述底盖部分114可拆卸地连接到侧壁部分113上,以封闭连接到内层杯体111的底表面上的电路板35。示例性地,所述底盖部分114可以包括内螺纹,所述侧壁部分113的底部可以包括外螺纹,从而,可以将底盖部分113拧到侧壁部分113的底部上。当然,本领域技术人员可以设想其它的连接方式。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述内层杯体111的底部与压力传感器33对应的部分由弹性材料制成,以便于压力传感器33有效地感测杯子本体10内部的液体重量的变化。
如图6所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,所述吸管杯组件1还包括盖部件30,用于覆盖杯子本体10的开口,且所述盖部件30包括供吸管20穿过的开孔31。利用盖部件,可以提供防尘、保温等功能。
对于本发明的吸管杯组件,可以通过在处理器32中设置相应的程序来控制光纤23发光的条件和发光的方式,使得所述光纤构造为能够根据设定条件而发光。所述程序可以通过单片机实现。所述设定条件例如为与杯子本体中的液体有关的条件。
根据本发明的一个示例性实施例,所述设定条件包括杯子本体10中的液体的量在一定时间内不变。这时,所述吸管杯组件1可以设置为:当用吸管20吸杯子本体10中的液体时,随着杯子本体10中的液面下降,液体的质量减少,压力传感器33中的电阻发生变化,做出响应,检测出质量发生了变化时,处理器32开启光信号发送器31,使激光器312间断发射一段脉冲信号,模拟出水流动的样子,从而增加喝水的趣味性,促进人们更喜欢喝水。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,所述设定条件包括杯子本体10中的液体的量减少。这时,所述吸管杯组件1可以设置为:当压力传感器33检测到杯子本体10中的液体的重量在一段时间内未发生变化时,处理器32开启光信号发送器31,使激光器312发送闪烁的光信号,进而使得吸管20不停地闪烁,提醒用户到了饮用的时间。此外,处理器32还可以控制光信号发送器31以根据杯子本体10中的液体量的多少发出不同颜色的光,以提示用户杯子中的剩余液体量。
如上所述,根据本发明各实施例的吸管杯组件,所述吸管包括或设置有光纤,所述光纤构造为能够根据设定条件而发光,因此,所述吸管杯组件能够提供一定的智能互动功能,例如提醒喝水、增加喝水的趣味性等。
根据本发明的其它实施例,图1中示出的光纤23可以设置在杯子本体10的侧壁11中,例如设置在内层杯体111和外层杯体112之间。这样,在没有吸管的情况下,杯子本体10也可以根据设定条件发光。所述设定条件可以为与杯子本体中的液体有关的条件,例如所述设定条件可以为杯子本体10中的液体的量在一定时间内不变或所述设定条件为杯子本体10中的液体的量减少,同样可以实现本发明的目的。该实施例的其它方面可以与图1-6所示的实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
根据本发明实施例的杯子,在杯子本体中包括或设置有光纤,所述光纤构造为能够根据设定条件而发光,因此,所述杯子能够提供一定的智能互动功能,例如提醒喝水、增加喝水的趣味性等。
上述实施例仅例示性的说明了本发明的原理及构造,而非用于限制本发明,本领域的技术人员应明白,在不偏离本发明的总体构思的情况下,对本发明所作的任何改变和改进都在本发明的范围内。本发明的保护范围,应如本申请的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。应注意,措词“包括”不排除其它元件或步骤,措词“一”或“一个”不排除多个。另外,权利要求的任何元件标号不应理解为限制本发明的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种吸管杯组件,包括:
    杯子本体,所述杯子本体包括侧壁和底壁;和
    吸管,所述吸管的一端连接在侧壁和/或底壁上,
    其中,所述吸管包括光纤,所述光纤构造为能够根据设定条件而发光。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述杯子本体的底壁包括:
    光信号发送器,所述光信号发送器配置成向所述光纤发送预定光信号;
    压力传感器,所述压力传感器构造为检测杯子本体中的液体的重量,并产生检测结果;
    处理器,所述处理器与光信号发送器和压力传感器电连接,接收来自压力传感器的检测结果,以根据接收到的检测结果控制光信号发送器发送所述预定光信号;和
    电源,所述电源构造为向光信号发送器、处理器和压力传感器供电。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸管杯组件,其中,
    所述杯子本体为包括内层杯体和外层杯体的双层结构,在内层杯体和外层杯体之间限定容纳空间;
    所述光信号发送器、处理器、压力传感器和电源设置到所述容纳空间中。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述吸管还包括吸管本体,该吸管本体包括内圆筒层和外圆筒层,所述光纤设置在内圆筒层和外圆筒层之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述光纤延伸到所述杯子本体的所述容纳空间中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述光纤包括沿吸管的周向均匀布置的多根光纤,所述多根光纤之间填充有粘结剂。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述光信号发送 器、处理器、压力传感器和电源集成到一电路板的第一表面上,所述电路板的与第一表面相反的第二表面在所述容纳空间中连接到内层杯体的底表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述外层杯体包括侧壁部分和底盖部分,所述底盖部分可拆卸地连接到侧壁部分上,以封闭电路板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述底盖部分和所述侧壁部分螺纹连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述光信号发送器包括:
    电光转换器,用于将来自处理器的电信号转换为光信号;和
    激光器,用于发射来自电光转换器的光信号到所述光纤中。
  11. 根据权利要求3-9中任一项所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述内层杯体的底部与压力传感器对应的部分由弹性材料制成。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的吸管杯组件,还包括:
    盖部件,用于覆盖杯子本体的开口;且
    所述盖部件包括供吸管穿过的开孔。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述设定条件包括杯子本体中的液体的量在一定时间内不变。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的吸管杯组件,其中,所述设定条件包括杯子本体中的液体的量减少。
  15. 一种杯子,包括:
    杯子本体,所述杯子本体包括侧壁和底壁;
    其中,所述杯子包括设置在杯子本体的侧壁中的光纤,所述光纤构造为能够根据设定条件而发光。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的杯子,其中,所述杯子本体的底壁包括:
    光信号发送器,所述光信号发送器用于向所述光纤发送预定光信号;
    压力传感器,所述压力传感器构造为检测杯子本体中的液体的重量,并产生检测结果;
    处理器,所述处理器与光信号发送器和压力传感器电连接,接收来自压力传感器的检测结果,以根据接收到的检测结果控制光信号发送器发送所述预定光信号;和
    电源,所述电源构造为向光信号发送器、处理器和压力传感器供电。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的杯子,其中,
    所述杯子本体为包括内层杯体和外层杯体的双层结构,在内层杯体和外层杯体之间限定容纳空间;
    所述光信号发送器、处理器、压力传感器和电源设置到所述容纳空间中。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的杯子,其中,所述光纤设置在所述容纳空间中。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的杯子,其中,所述光信号发送器、处理器、压力传感器和电源集成到一电路板的第一表面上,所述电路板的与第一表面相反的第二表面在所述容纳空间中连接到内层杯体的底表面。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的杯子,其中,所述外层杯体包括侧壁部分和底盖部分,所述底盖部分可拆卸地连接到侧壁部分上,以封闭电路板。
