下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
相关技术中,终端的通话模式的设置不能满足不同场景下用户对通话模式的需求,例如,
场景1,老人岁数较大,存在对中频和高频声音接收正常,而低频声音接收不好的问题,而男生说话的音频较低,造成每次老人和男生通话时,都需要在接听电话后,通过屏幕操作切换到扬声器模式。而老人和女生通话则不存在这个问题,因为女生音频较高,非嘈杂环境下听筒模式就足够了。所以希望在和不同的对象通话时,能够根据接听习惯,切换合适的通话模式。
场景2,目前很多上班族投入到移动车载业务中,比如Uber或者滴滴,在乘座过程中,司机会使用手机导航并频繁的接听电话以联系乘客,而且每次都会在默认听筒接听后,再盯住手机屏幕,操作手机屏幕切换到扬声 器模式,这些操作经常发生在汽车行驶过程中,是非常危险的。
场景3,当处于办公环境或者家中时,通话双方一般都是听筒模式接听就可以了。但当在高速上驾车行驶并打开车窗时,外面噪音比较大,用户需要切换到扬声器模式通话。以上两种不同的场景下,难免需要通过屏幕操作切换模式。很多情况下,操作繁琐且不安全。比如,户外光线较强,经常看不清屏幕的情况下,很难快速按到听筒/扬声器按键。
基于以上场景所反应的问题,本申请提供的终端通话模式的处理方法、装置及终端,能够基于用户习惯智能开启通话模式,免除用户操作的繁琐并由此带来的安全问题。
实施例1
本申请实施例1所提供的方法实施例可以在移动终端、计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中执行。以运行在移动终端上为例,图1是本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理方法的移动终端的硬件结构框图。如图1所示,移动终端10可以包括一个或多个(图中仅示出一个)处理器102(处理器102可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)、用于存储数据的存储器104、以及用于通信功能的传输装置106。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图1所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述电子装置的结构造成限定。例如,移动终端10还可包括比图1中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图1所示不同的配置。
存储器104可设置为存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的终端通话模式的处理方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器102通过运行存储在存储器104内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的方法。存储器104可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器104可进一步包括相对于处理器102远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至移动终端10。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动 通信网及其组合。
传输装置106设置为经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括移动终端10的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置106包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置106可以为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其设置为通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
在本实施例中提供了一种运行于终端的终端通话模式的处理方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理方法的流程图,如图2所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,获取终端的拨号操作或者来电信号;
步骤S204,根据拨号操作或者来电信号所对应的用户号码,查询与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息;
步骤S206,根据与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定与获取的拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时终端的通话模式,其中,终端的通话模式包括:扬声器模式和听筒模式。
通过上述步骤,在通话建立之前,根据通话对方的用户号码获取与该用户号码对应的历史通话记录,并根据历史通话记录中使用第一通话模式的通话时长占空比确认此次通话所使用的通话模式,解决了相关技术中终端通话模式的调整不灵活的问题,达到了智能开启通话模式的技术效果。
例如,在用户去电/来电时,根据去电号码或者来电号码查询与通话对方的号码对应的通话历史信息,根据通话历史信息中扬声器模式或者听筒模式的通话时长占空比,确认此次通话使用扬声器模式还是听筒模式进行通话。这样,根据用户使用通话模式的习惯,智能地为用户选择通话模式,达到了特定用户/场景下简化接听流程的目标。
可选地,上述步骤的执行主体可以为移动终端、个人计算机等,但不限于此。
可选地,根据与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定与拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时终端的通话模式,可以采用多种方式,例如,可以采用以下方式:在第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第一预定阈值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。上述第一通话模式可以为扬声器模式或者听筒模式,上述第一预定阈值的大小可以设定为一恒定常量值M(80<M<100,或者0<M<20,根据不同需求可以进行相应的设定),或者根据需要变化的可变参数;上述第一预定阈值可以通过运营商进行配置或者通过用户手动设置。通过本发明实施例的该方式,通过第一通话模式的通话时长占空比与第一预定阈值的关系确定本次通话的通话模式,提高了终端通话模式设置的可靠性。
可选地,当第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第一预定阈值,或者与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息为空时,可以通过多种方式进行终端通话模式的设置,例如,获取拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定与本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
当第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第一预定阈值,或者与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息为空时,获取拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端。将获取的客户端与使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端(地图导航类应用,专车业务应用等)进行匹配,如果获取的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端时,则此次通话接通时终端使用第一通话模式进行通话。又例如,将与获取的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比与第二预定阈值进行比较,当该通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值时,则此次通话接通时终端使用第一通话模式进行通话。将与获取的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比与第二预定阈值进行比较,可 以采用多种方式,例如,可以将实时的获取与该客户端有关的历史通话记录,计算获取的历史通话记录中使用第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,并将计算得到的通话时长占空比与第二预定阈值进行比较;又例如,可以在终端中维护一个key-value集合或类似的数据表,其中,key对应于客户端的名称,value为统计与各客户端有关的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,通过直接调用上述集合或者数据表获取与获取的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,并与第二预定阈值进行比较。而第二预定阈值的设定与第一预定阈值的设定是类似的。
通过本发明实施例的上述技术方案,当第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第一预定阈值时,或者,根据与拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端有关的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,设定本次通话接通时的通话模式,通过对特定应用客户端运行状态的分析,能记录和分析用户使用客户端的情况,使得在某些客户端的使用过程中,当有通话需求时,启动符合用户的通话模式,提高了通话模式设置的灵活性,满足了用户进行与客户端有关的通话时对通话模式的需求。
可选地,在上述获取的客户端不属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,且与上述获取的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第二预定阈值的情况下,可以通过多种方式进行终端通话模式的设置,例如,获取终端的当前环境噪音信息;计算全部或者部分用户号码对应的通话历史信息中的使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数的均值;在获取的当前环境噪音信息的分贝数大于上述均值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
通过本发明实施例的该方式,在设置通话模式时考虑了终端当前的环境因素,以及统计的终端的通话历史信息中各通话模式对应的环境噪音信息,提高了终端通话模式设置的可靠性。
可选地,记录通话历史信息的方式可以有多种,例如,当通话接通时或者在通话过程中有切换通话模式的操作时,记录切换操作对应的时间、 切换前后的通话模式等相关信息,在通话结束后,根据上述切换操作相关信息建立一条针对此次通话的通话记录,而上述通话记录可以包括:通话对应的用户号码,使用第一通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数和/或第二通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数,此次通话前位于顶层窗口的客户端;并使用该通话记录,创建或者更新与通话对应的用户号码相关的通话历史信息。通过本发明实施例的该方式,当通话过程中有切换操作时,记录需要的通话历史信息,能够根据用户的历史切换需求对通话模式进行设置,减少了通话历史信息的记录量的同时,满足用户的切换需求。
基于上述实施例及优选实施方式,为说明方案的整个流程交互,在本优选实施例中,提供了一种终端通话模式的处理方法,图3是根据本发明优选实施例的终端通话模式的处理方法的流程图。需要说明的是,在该终端通话模式的处理方法中,考虑到用户手动切换通话模式(听筒/扬声器模式)时,表示用户对当前环境噪音信息和通话清晰度很关心,记录此时的环境噪音信息,可以智能追踪在哪个噪音阈值下,乐于用听筒模式或者扬声器模式进行接听。因此,在该终端通话模式的处理方法中,只在用户进行通话模式切换时,获取环境噪音信息。此时,记录的切换操作相关信息包括:接听模式修改时间、接听模式、切换后预定时间内(例如,1~2s)的环境噪音分贝值。显然,也可以记录整个通话过程各通话模式的环境噪音信息,或者某一通话模式下(例如,听筒模式、扬声器模式)下的环境噪音信息。不同的记录方式对与系统资源的占用不同,可以根据实际需要进行限定。
本优选实施例的屏幕图标的处理方法需要两张表:raw_data表和decision表,现分别对这个表进行说明。
首先需要在每次通话过程中,当用户接听的时候和通话过程中有切换接听模式(也就是通话模式)操作的时候记录:接听模式修改时间、接听模式、分贝值,如表1所示。

当通话结束时,根据内存变量集合,建立一条针对当前通话的记录。当前通话的记录的字段信息如表2所示,该字段信息(与上述通话记录的作用类似)中的各列依次表示:电话号码、听筒模式时间、听筒模式平均分贝值、扬声器模式时间、扬声器模式平均分贝值、通话前的顶层窗口App,并将记录的字段信息存储到raw_data表中。

再以字段信息的电话号码为关键字查询raw_data表,查询有关此号码的数据记录集合,将数据记录集合进行合并等二次处理后,创建或者更新为decision表中的一条记录(与上述通话历史信息的作用类似),decision表中的一条记录的字段信息是:电话号码、听筒模式时间、听筒模式平均分贝值、扬声器模式时间、扬声器平均分贝值、App扬声器占比。听筒模式平均分贝值和扬声器平均分贝值根据字段信息中的分贝值得到(也可以根据获取的整个通话过程中的环境噪音信息得到)。App扬声器占比是一个key-value集合,key是包名,value是扬声器在统计通话过程中的占比,记录的是用户在扬声器接听电话之前运行的App,例如:

通过decision中的一条记录字段,就可得知:
(1)用户给某个联系人通信时,使用扬声器模式的占比。
(2)用户给某个联系人通信时,在某种App应用场景下扬声器模式的占比。
(3)用户给某个联系人通信时,使用扬声器模式时,对应的外界噪音平均值。
下面结合上述数据表,对本优选实施例的终端通话模式的处理方法的流程进行具体说明,如图3所示,该流程包括的步骤可以分为两部分:收集用户接听电话的行为模式并转换成数据(如图3右上虚线中所示),和设定判定规则(如图3左下虚线框中所示),现对上述两部分进行说明。
1、收集用户接听电话的行为模式并转换成数据:
(1)有来电/去电但还未接听时,检测Activity stack,看通话应用(处于窗口的顶层)的下面是否有适用于扬声器接听模式的Activity即App应用在执行,记录此App的package名称;
(2)通话过程中,如果发生手动触发听筒/扬声器的开关切换,则记录发生开关切换的时间和使用的接听模式。并且通过麦克风采集并记录接听模式切换时的环境噪音信息(一小段时间,例如:记录1~2秒)。每次切换记录的时间、接听模式、噪音信息用内存变量保存。通话结束后,记录通话号码和通话时长并记录在内存变量中;
(3)通话结束后,将上步中的内存变量信息保存在数据库的raw_data表中。并对raw_data表中的记录以电话号码为关键字进行查询,对聚合数据再处理,将分析数据写入到decision表中。一个电话号码对应decision表中一条记录。
当来电/去电时,以电话号码为关键字从数据库的decision表中读取记录,并根据预设的判定规则,自动开启听筒/扬声器模式。
2、设定判定规则
当来电/去电还没接听时,查询decision表:
(1)如果历史通话时长中,>M%的时长是启动的扬声器模式,则用户接听后直接启动扬声器模式。(M是恒定常量值,80<M<100)
(2)如果<M%,则查看当前ActivityStack栈,看在通话应用界面下面的App是否在App扬声器占比的Key-Value集合中,并且此App也是在常用扬声器场景的App配置列表中(地图导航类应用,专车业务应用等)。如果满足,且占比>N%,则用户接听后直接启动扬声器模式(N是恒定常量值,80<N<100)。
(3)如果前两个条件不满足,则启动麦克风采集线程获取当前环境噪音P,并和decision表中标识用户使用扬声器模式的环境噪音值Q比较,如果P>Q分贝值,则用户接听后直接启动扬声器模式。
M和N参数,可以在实现和测试过程中调试。
下面结合这两部分对图3的流程进行说明,该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S302,有来电/去电但还未接听;
步骤S304,判断来电/去电对应号码是否有记录;如果有,执行步骤S306,否则,以默认方式进行接听(也可以执行步骤S314),并执行步骤S322;
步骤S306,从decision表读取与来电/去电对应号码对应的记录,执行步骤S308;
步骤S308,判断读取的记录中,历史通话时长中启动的扬声器模式的时长是否大于M%,如果是,执行步骤S318,否则,执行步骤S310;
步骤S310,分析Activity stack栈,判断是否有适合扬声器的App列表,如果有,则执行步骤S318;否则,执行步骤S312;
步骤S312,判断App扬声器占比是否>N%,如果是,执行步骤S318;否则,执行步骤S314;
步骤S314,获取当前环境噪音;
步骤S316,判断麦克风采集线程获取当前环境噪音是否扬声器历史分贝值(用户使用扬声器模式的环境噪音值),如果是,执行步骤S318;否则,执行步骤S320;
步骤S318,用户接听后直接启动扬声器模式;
步骤S320,用户接听后启动听筒模式;
步骤S322,记录当前接听模式;
步骤S324,判断通话是否结束,如何是,执行步骤S326;否则,执行步骤S330;
步骤S326,将内存变量信息保存在数据库的raw_data表;

对于上述方法,根据统计学经验,数据样本越多,准确率越高。所以可以在每次通话后,刷新raw_data和decision table。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
实施例2
在本实施例中还提供了一种终端通话模式的处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图4是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理装置的结构框图一,如图4所示,该装置包括:第一获取模块42、查询模块44、第一确认模块46,下面对该装置进行说明。
第一获取模块42,设置为获取终端的拨号操作或者来电信号;查询模块44,连接至上述第一获取模块42,设置为根据拨号操作或者来电信号所对应的用户号码,查询与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息;第一确认模块46,连接至上述查询模块44,设置为根据与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定与获取的拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时终端的通话模式,其中,终端的通话模式为扬声器模式或者听筒模式。
图5是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理装置中第一确认模块46的结构框图一,如图5所示,该第一确认模块46包括第一确认单元52,下面对该第一确认模块46进行说明。
第一确认单元,设置为在第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第一预定阈值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
图6是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理装置中第一确认模块46的结构框图二,如图6所示,该第一确认模块46包括获取单元62和第二确认单元64,下面对该计算单元52进行说明。
获取单元62,设置为在第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第一预定阈值的情况下,获取拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户 端;第二确认单元64,连接至上述获取单元62,设置为在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定与本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
图7是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理装置的结构框图二,如图7所示,该装置还包括第二获取模块72和第二确认模块74,下面对该装置进行说明。
第二获取模块72,连接至上述查询模块44,设置为在与该用户号码对应的通话历史信息为空的情况下,获取拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;第二确认模块74,连接至上述第二获取模块72,设置为在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
图8是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理装置的结构框图三,图9是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理装置的结构框图四,如图8和图9所示,该装置还包括第三获取模块82、计算模块84和第三确认模块86,下面对上述装置进行说明。
第三获取模块82,连接至上述获取单元62或者第二获取模块72,设置为在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端不属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,且与所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第二预定阈值的情况下,获取当前环境噪音信息;计算模块84,连接至上述第三获取模块82,设置为计算所有用户号码对应的通话历史信息中的使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数的均值;第三确认模块86,连接至上述计算模块84,设置为在获取的当前环境噪音信息的分贝数大于上述均值的情况下,确定本 次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
图10是根据本发明实施例的终端通话模式的处理装置的结构框图五,如图10所示,该装置还包括记录模块102、建立模块104和创建模块106和/或更新模块108,下面对该装置进行说明。
记录模块102,连接至上述第一确认模块46,设置为在通话接通时或者在通话过程中有切换通话模式的操作的情况下,记录切换操作相关信息,包括:切换操作对应的时间、切换前后的通话模式;建立模块104,连接至上述记录模块102,设置为在通话结束后,根据切换操作相关信息建立一条针对本次通话的通话记录,上述通话记录包括以下至少之一:上述用户号码,使用第一通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数和/或第二通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数,本次通话前位于顶层窗口的客户端;创建模块106,连接至上述建立模块104,设置为使用上述通话记录,创建与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息;更新模块108,连接至上述建立模块104,设置为使用上述通话记录,更新与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息。

S1,在与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息为空的情况下,获取拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;
S2,在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端不属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,且与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第二预定阈值的情况下,获取当前环境噪音信息;
S2,计算所有用户号码对应的通话历史信息中的使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数的均值;
S3,在获取的当前环境噪音信息的分贝数大于上述均值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,在本次通话接通时或者在本次通话过程中有切换通话模式的操作的情况下,记录切换操作相关信息,包括:切换操作对应的时间、切换前后的接听模式;
S2,通话结束后,根据上述切换操作相关信息建立一条针对本次通话的通话记录,上述通话记录包括以下至少之一:上述用户号码,使用第一通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数和/或第二通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数,通话前位于顶层窗口的客户端;
S3,使用上述通话记录,创建或者更新与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:获取终端的拨号操作或者来电信号;根据拨号操作或者来电信号所对应的用户号码,查询与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息;根据与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定与获取的拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时终端的通话模式,其中,终端的通话模式为扬声器模式或者听筒模式。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:根据与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长 占空比,确定与拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时终端的通话模式包括:在上述第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第一预定阈值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:根据与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式包括:在上述第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第一预定阈值的情况下,获取拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定与本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:在与上述用户号码对应的通话历史信息为空的情况下,获取拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:在位于终端顶层窗口的客户端不属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,且与位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第二预定阈值的情况下,获取当前环境噪音信息;计算所有用户号码对应的通话历史信息中的使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数的均值;在获取的当前环境噪音信息的分贝数大于上述均值的情况下,确定本次通话接通时终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:在本次通话接通时或者在通话过程中有切换通话模式的操作的情况下,记录切换操作相关信息,包括:切换操作对应的时间、切换前后的通话模式;通话结束后,根据切换操作相关信息建立一条针对本次通话的通话记录,上述通话记录包括以下至少之一:上述用户号码,使用第一通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数和/或第二通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数,本次通话前位于顶层窗口的客户端;使用本次通话记录,创建或者更新与本次用户号码对应的通话历史信息。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
在本发明实施例中,在建立通话之前,根据与通话对方的通话历史信息中,使用第一通话模式的时长占空比确认此次通话的通话模式,可以解决相关技术中终端通话模式的调整不灵活的问题,达到智能开启通话模 式的技术效果。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种终端通话模式的处理方法,包括:
    获取终端的拨号操作或者来电信号;
    根据所述拨号操作或者所述来电信号所对应的用户号码,查询与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息;
    根据与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定与获取的所述拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时所述终端的通话模式,其中,所述终端的通话模式包括:扬声器模式和听筒模式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定与所述拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时所述终端的通话模式包括:
    在所述第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第一预定阈值的情况下,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式包括:
    在所述第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第一预定阈值的情况下,获取所述拨号操作或者所述来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;
    在所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定与所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式 为第一通话模式。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息为空的情况下,获取所述拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;
    在所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端不属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,且与所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第二预定阈值的情况下,获取当前环境噪音信息;
    计算所有用户号码对应的通话历史信息中的使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数的均值;
    在获取的所述当前环境噪音信息的分贝数大于所述均值的情况下,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    在所述通话接通时或者在所述通话过程中有切换通话模式的操作的情况下,记录切换操作相关信息,包括:切换操作对应的时间、切换前后的接听模式;
    通话结束后,根据所述切换操作相关信息建立一条针对所述通话 的通话记录,所述通话记录包括以下至少之一:所述用户号码,使用第一通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数和/或第二通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数,所述通话前位于顶层窗口的客户端;
    使用所述通话记录,创建或者更新与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息。
  7. 一种终端通话模式的处理装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为获取终端的拨号操作或者来电信号;
    查询模块,设置为根据所述拨号操作或者所述来电信号所对应的用户号码,查询与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息;
    第一确认模块,设置为根据与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比,确定与获取的所述拨号操作或者来电信号对应的通话接通时所述终端的通话模式,其中,所述终端的通话模式为扬声器模式或者听筒模式。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一确认模块包括:
    第一确认单元,设置为在所述第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第一预定阈值的情况下,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一确认模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为在所述第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第一预定阈值的情况下,获取所述拨号操作或者所述来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;
    第二确认单元,设置为在所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与所述位于终端 顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为在与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息为空的情况下,获取所述拨号操作或者来电信号之前位于终端顶层窗口的客户端;
    第二确认模块,设置为在所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,或者与所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比大于或者等于第二预定阈值的情况下,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第三获取模块,设置为在所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端不属于使用第一通话模式的客户端配置列表中的客户端,且与所述位于终端顶层窗口的客户端对应的通话历史信息中第一通话模式的通话时长占空比小于第二预定阈值的情况下,获取当前环境噪音信息;
    计算模块,设置为计算所有用户号码对应的通话历史信息中的使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数的均值;
    第三确认模块,设置为在获取的所述当前环境噪音信息的分贝数大于所述均值的情况下,确定所述通话接通时所述终端的通话模式为第一通话模式。
  12. 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    记录模块,设置为在所述通话接通时或者在所述通话过程中有切换通话模式的操作的情况下,记录切换操作相关信息,包括:切换操作对应的时间、切换前后的通话模式;
    建立模块,设置为在通话结束后,根据所述切换操作相关信息建立一条针对所述通话的通话记录,所述通话记录包括以下至少之一:所述用户号码,使用第一通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数和/或第二通话模式的时间以及使用第一通话模式的环境噪音的平均分贝数,所述通话前位于顶层窗口的客户端;
    创建模块,设置为使用所述通话记录,创建与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息;或者,
    更新模块,设置为使用所述通话记录,更新与所述用户号码对应的通话历史信息。
  13. 一种终端,包括权利要求7至12任一项所述的装置。
