Abstract
本发明公开了一种改性聚苯醚热固型塑料,成分的质量配比包括:聚苯醚50份,聚丁二烯4-6份,苯乙烯一丁二烯共聚物4-6份,三烯丙基氰酸酯2-3份,三烯丙基异氰酸酯2-3份,过氧化二异丙苯1-2份。通过上述方式,本发明改性聚苯醚热固型塑料具有热固性好、尺寸稳定性好、使用温度范围广、耐水汽性能好、强度高、硬度高、刚性好、韧性好、冲击强度高、耐腐蚀性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用等优点,在改性聚苯醚热固型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
Description
本发明涉及工程塑料领域,特别是涉及一种改性聚苯醚热固型塑料。
工程塑料可作工程材料和代替金属制造机器零部件等的塑料。工程塑料具有优良的综合性能,刚性大,蠕变小,机械强度高,耐热性好,电绝缘性好,可在较苛刻的化学、物理环境中长期使用,可替代金属作为工程结构材料使用,但现有的工程塑料的性能达不到较高要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种改性聚苯醚热固型塑料,通过采用多种热固性物质添加进聚甲醛基体中形成改性热固型塑料,热固性好、尺寸稳定性好、使用温度范围广、耐水汽性能好、强度高、硬度高、刚性好、韧性好、冲击强度高、耐腐蚀性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用,在改性聚苯醚热固型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种改性聚苯醚热固型塑料,成分的质量配比包括:
聚苯醚 50份,
聚丁二烯 4-6份,
苯乙烯一丁二烯共聚物 4-6份,
三烯丙基氰酸酯 2-3份,
三烯丙基异氰酸酯 2-3份,
过氧化二异丙苯 1-2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述改性聚苯醚热固型塑料包括添加剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述添加剂包括增容剂、稳定剂、润滑剂的一种或者多种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明改性聚苯醚热固型塑料具有热固性好、尺寸稳定性好、使用温度范围广、耐水汽性能好、强度高、硬度高、刚性好、韧性好、冲击强度高、耐腐蚀性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用等优点,在改性聚苯醚热固型塑料的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

一种改性聚苯醚热固型塑料,成分的质量配比包括:
聚苯醚 50份,
聚丁二烯 4-6份,
苯乙烯一丁二烯共聚物 4-6份,
三烯丙基氰酸酯 2-3份,
三烯丙基异氰酸酯 2-3份,
过氧化二异丙苯 1-2份。
优选地,所述改性聚苯醚热固型塑料包括添加剂。
优选地,所述添加剂包括增容剂、稳定剂、润滑剂的一种或者多种。
本发明改性聚苯醚热固型塑料的有益效果是:
通过采用多种热固性物质添加进聚甲醛基体中形成改性热固型塑料,热固性好、尺寸稳定性好、使用温度范围广、耐水汽性能好、强度高、硬度高、刚性好、韧性好、冲击强度高、耐腐蚀性好、自润滑性好、耐溶剂性好、安全实用。

- 一种改性聚苯醚热固型塑料,其特征在于,成分的质量配比包括:聚苯醚 50份,聚丁二烯 4-6份,苯乙烯一丁二烯共聚物 4-6份,三烯丙基氰酸酯 2-3份,三烯丙基异氰酸酯 2-3份,过氧化二异丙苯 1-2份。
- 根据权利要求1所述的改性聚苯醚热固型塑料,其特征在于,所述改性聚苯醚热固型塑料包括添加剂。
- 根据权利要求2所述的改性聚苯醚热固型塑料,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括增容剂、稳定剂、润滑剂的一种或者多种。
