Abstract

본 발명은 V2X(Vehicle to Everything) 통신 환경에서 DSRC(Dedicated Shiort Range Communications) 기반 단말(User Equipment, UE)의 통신 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, DSRC 및 LTE V2X(Long Term Evolution Vehicle-to-Everything)가 사용가능하도록 설정된 주파수 대역상의 무선 자원 영역안에서, 소정의 단위로 반복되는 신호들을 검출하는 단계 및 검출된 신호들이 LTE V2X을 위하여 정의된 물리 패턴과 매칭되는지 여부를 확인하여, 주파수 대역의 사용여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하며, 주파수 대역은, 검출된 신호들이 물리 패턴과 매칭되는 경우, LTE V2X에 의하여 사용중으로 판단되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
