Definitions
- An assembly for transmitting an electrical current in particular for a charging system for charging an electrically driven vehicle
- the invention relates to an assembly for transmitting an electric current, in particular for a charging system for charging an electrically driven vehicle, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such an assembly comprises a cable having a cable tube, at least one electrical line extending in the cable tube and a coolant line extending in the cable tube, and a connector part connected to the cable for connecting to a mating connector part.
- Coolant is supplied via the coolant line, which serves for cooling / temperature control of the charging line.
- the coolant may be, for example, liquid (e.g., water) or gaseous (e.g., air) and absorbs heat at the cable and connector portion and dissipates this heat for cooling.
- the connector part can be used, in particular, as a charging plug or as a charging socket for charging an electrically driven vehicle (also referred to as an electric vehicle).
- the cable for example, on the one hand connected to a charging station and on the other hand carries the connector part in the form of a charging plug, which can be plugged into an associated mating connector part in the form of a charging socket on a vehicle, in this way an electrical connection between the charging station and the Produce vehicle.
- Charging currents can be transmitted in principle as direct currents or as alternating currents, in particular charging currents in the form of direct current a large current, for example greater than 200 A or even greater than 300 A or even 350 A, and to a heating of the cable as well as one with the Cable connected connector part can lead.
- a charging cable known from DE 10 2010 007 975 B4 has a coolant line which comprises a supply line and a return line for a coolant and thus allows a coolant flow to and fro in the charging cable.
- the coolant line of DE 10 2010 007 975 B4 serves on the one hand for discharging at one Energy storage of a vehicle resulting heat loss, but also for cooling the cable itself.
- a solution to counteract such heating on the cable could be to further increase the cross-section of the load line in the cable.
- this has the disadvantage that the cable as a whole is heavier and less flexible, so that the handling of the cable may be impaired for a user.
- coolant lines are routed within a charging cable, via which heat can also be removed from the region of a connector part connected to the charging cable.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an assembly having a connector part and a cable connected to the connector part, which can provide effective cooling both on the cable and on the connector part.
- the connector part has a distributor element, on which the at least one electrical line and the coolant line are arranged and which has a nozzle element, which is in flow communication with the coolant line and is adapted to coolant into the cable tube for flowing around the at least in the cable tube to initiate an electrical line.
- the present invention is based on the idea to use the cable tube itself as a conduit for the coolant, to allow a flow of electrical leads in the cable conduit with coolant and thus to absorb heat directly to the electrical lines.
- the guided in the cable tube coolant line serves as a supply for the coolant and is in flow communication with the nozzle member.
- the coolant is introduced into the cable tube and returned in the cable tube while flowing around the guided into the cable conduit electrical lines, so that a coolant circuit is formed.
- the coolant is thus not returned via a separate coolant line. Rather, the coolant is introduced via the nozzle element into the cable tube and thus guided within the cable tube while flowing around the guided in the cable conduit electrical lines.
- the coolant can be designed in principle liquid or gaseous. In an advantageous embodiment, however, the coolant is liquid. For example, water or another coolant fluid may be used for cooling.
- the cable tube is, in one embodiment, connected to a first side of the distributor element.
- the at least one electrical line and / or the coolant line or a line element connected to the coolant line are guided in this case by the distributor element from the first side to a second side facing away from the first side.
- One or more electrical lines extending in the cable conduit thus extend through the distributor element from the first side of the distributor element, to which the cable tube is connected, to the second, which faces away from the cable tube.
- the coolant line or a line element connected to the coolant line for example a pipe element led through the distributor element, to which the coolant line is connected, extends through the distributor element.
- the coolant line or the line element connected to the coolant line are preferably flow-connected to the nozzle element on the second side.
- the coolant is thus introduced into the nozzle element on the second side and injected into the cable tube via the nozzle element on the first side.
- the distributor element In order to pass the at least one electrical line and / or the coolant line or the conduit connected to the coolant line through the distributor element, the distributor element preferably has one or more openings through which the at least one electrical line and / or the coolant line or with extending conduit connected to the coolant line.
- a sealing element for example in the form of a cylindrical sealing sleeve is provided at the at least one opening, which rests in the at least one opening. The at least one electrical line and / or the coolant line or the line element connected to the coolant line is sealed off from the distributor element via the sealing element, so that moisture can not pass from the first side to the second side.
- the coolant is introduced into the cable tube via the nozzle element on the first side and is not intended to pass from the first side of the distributor element to the second side.
- the openings in the distributor element are therefore impermeable to moisture-tight sealing so that the coolant, for example, can not penetrate into a housing interior of the connector part.
- Fastening means may be provided on the distributor element for mechanically fixing (in particular to tension) the at least one electrical line and / or the coolant line or the line element connected to the coolant line to the distributor element.
- These fastening devices are preferably designed as strain reliefs and prevent the electrical lines and / or the coolant line or the conduit element connected to the coolant line from being pulled out of the openings on the distributor element when a load is applied to the train (for example when pulling on the cable) ),
- the distributor element is connected to a connecting element which has a connecting piece to which the cable tube is connected.
- the connection piece has, for example, an opening, through which the at least one electrical line guided in the cable tube and the coolant line are routed to the distributor element.
- the cable hose is attached, for example, to the connection piece.
- the electrical lines and the coolant line routed in the cable conduit are led through the connecting piece and extend toward the distributor element.
- the connecting element preferably defines a flow space with which the cable tube is in flow connection.
- the nozzle element is in this case designed to introduce the coolant into the flow space.
- the connecting element is at the arranged on the first side of the distributor element, and likewise the flow space extends on the first side of the distributor element.
- the nozzle element may, for example, project with a head from the distributor element into the flow space in order to introduce the coolant into the flow space via the head.
- an opening preferably a plurality of openings, for introducing the coolant into the flow space is formed at the head of the nozzle element. If a plurality of openings are provided, they may be directed in such a way that the coolant can specifically flow around the electrical lines to be cooled, and a coolant flow introduced into the cable tube is thus directed specifically toward the electrical lines.
- the connecting element is preferably sealed by a sealing element with respect to the distributor element.
- the flow space is sealed in this way moisture-tight to the outside, so that coolant can not get out of the flow space within the connecting element. From the flow space, the coolant flows into the cable tube and flows along the cable tube to receive heat in the cable tube on the electrical lines.
- the connector part may in particular be designed as a charging connector for connecting to a charging socket, for example on the side of a vehicle. Via the cable, the connector part can be connected to a charging station, for example, so that electrical charging currents can be transmitted via the cable.

Description
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines Ladesystems zum Aufladen eines Elektrofahrzeugs; Fig. 2 eine Ansicht eines Steckverbinderteils in Form eines Ladesteckers;
Fig. 3 eine andere Ansicht des Steckverbinderteils, bei geöffnetem Gehäuse;
Steckverbinderteil;
