Claims (10)

- 如权利要求2所述的针式加热器,其特征在于:加热器基体的尾部设有电极,电极通过电极连线与电池及控制板相连。
- 一种针式加热器的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)配料、混料:取D50<0.8μm的氧化铝粉料,放入球磨机中,加入一定量的球磨子,使氧化铝粉料:球磨子质量比为1:2,再在球磨机中加入占原料总质量3-15%的粘结剂,连续球磨使得氧化铝粉和粘结剂混合均匀;(2)练泥:取出已混合好的粉料,加入占原料总质量3-10%的润滑剂,再加入占原料总质量15-20%的水,搅拌均匀,使其混合均匀,取出搅拌好的泥料,放入粗练泥机中进行粗练泥,反复练泥至少3遍得到氧化铝泥料;(3)陈腐:将氧化铝泥料用保鲜膜包裹住,陈腐至少48小时,得到96瓷柔性陶瓷坯体;(4)坯体切割:将氧化铝96瓷柔性陶瓷坯体在机械冲床上进行尺寸冲切,冲切后得到所需的加热器基体和加热器支撑座的尺寸规格;(5)印刷:在无尘环境下,将电阻浆料印刷在冲切好的柔性陶瓷坯体上形成发热元件,同时印刷与发热元件连接的电极;(6)包裹:另取一根氧化铝陶瓷棒芯,将已印刷发热元件、电极的柔性陶瓷坯体包裹在氧化铝陶瓷棒芯上;(7)坯体成型:经过温等静压机在95~100℃附近温等静压成型成针状陶瓷坯体;(8)修坯:将成型后的加热型陶瓷套管用冲床冲切,并同时形成 锥帽,进行尺寸校对与修正;(9)坯体预烧制:在排胶炉中将修好陶瓷套管坯料以<5℃/min,从常温升温到500℃,保温时间:100℃、200℃、300℃、400℃各保温30min,最高排胶温度500℃保温120min,使有机物充分排尽;(10)坯体烧成:在充满氢气的还原气氛下,以10℃/min升温到500℃,在以<5℃/min的升温速度升至1650℃进行烧制形成加热型陶瓷套管,保温时间:700℃、900℃、1100℃、1300℃各保温30min,最高烧成温度1500℃保温120min;(11)焊接:将烧成的加热型陶瓷套管在电极处焊接电极连线;(12)浸锡:将焊接好的加热型陶瓷套管在焊接处进行浸锡,浸锡时间为2~3s。
- 如权利要求4所述的针式加热器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氧化铝粉料为氧化铝或者氧化铝与氮化铝、脉石英、砂岩、石英岩、石英砂、燧石、硅藻土、莫来石、堇青石、硅灰石、红柱石、石灰石、石英、高岭土、氧化钾、氧化钠、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化铁、氧化钛中一种或几种混合而成。
- 利要求4所述的针式加热器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述润滑剂由豆油和桐油按照组成,其中豆油所占质量百分比为40%,桐油所占质量百分比为60%。
- 一种具有针式加热器的电加热卷烟,包括电源杆、辅助插入器,电源杆包括一端开口的外壳及设于外壳中的电源装置、加热元件,其特征在于:所述加热元件包括加热器底座及安装在加热器底座上的针式加热器,所述针形加热体包括锥帽及与锥帽底部连接的加热器基体,发热元件通过涂布印刷的方式附着在加热器基体上,电源装置用于给加热器底座供电,辅助插入器为一端开口可插入外壳的腔体结构,其底部设有可供针式加热器插入的穿孔,辅助插入器内壁围成用于装入烟草制品的加热腔,针式加热器从穿孔插入后可伸入加热腔进而刺入烟草制品中。
- 如权利要求7所述的具有针式加热器的电加热卷烟,其特征 在于:还包括烟嘴,所述辅助插入器的开口端与烟嘴可拆卸连接,外壳的开口端与烟嘴可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的具有针式加热器的电加热卷烟,其特征在于:加热器底座与外壳固定连接,针式加热器沿外壳的轴向固定在加热器底座上,且针式加热器的尖端靠近外壳的开口端。
