背景技术
我国有着悠久的茶树种植和饮用历史,茶树的生长发育需要温暖湿润的气候,早春茶芽萌发时易受到倒春寒的影响,使得茶叶的品质降低,产量减少。近些年来,国内对茶树防冻技术研究迅速展开。研究表明,使用防霜机进行自上而下的气流扰动可以达到防霜的效果。
现有的防霜机的立柱的常用固定方式:(1)在安装防霜机的位置人工挖一个一定深度的坑,在坑中浇注混凝土,混凝土的上端置有地脚螺栓,通过地脚螺栓将立柱下端法兰固定于混凝土基础之上。此方法的不足在于:劳动强度大,防霜机立柱安装效率低,地脚螺栓联接的可靠性差,发生倾覆的可能性大。(2)使用工具在防霜机的安装位置挖一个一定深度且直径略大于立柱直径的坑,将立柱置于坑中,保持柱身竖直,调整好方向后用土或混凝土填埋。此方法的缺点在于:为了保证立柱的工作要求,所挖坑的直径只能略大于立柱直径,由于后期填埋工作难以完全消除土壤与立柱之间的间隙,防霜机使用过程中的振动以及所受风力等作用会进一步增大间隙,本发明针对挖小直径深坑劳动强度大且效率较低的问题,通过将基座打入土壤之中,大大减轻了劳动强度,提高了安装效率。此外,经检索,我国实用新型专利CN201120394200.1公开了一种植物防霜机立柱的固定装置,其采用在立柱下端设置几个根架机构,构架机构包括由钢板梁横向折弯成槽型的根架梁、U形抱箍,根架梁中部设有一对定位杆,立柱下部定位在一堆定位杆之间,通过U形抱箍与根架梁垂直固定连接。此方法需要挖出更大、更深的坑,增加了劳动强度,安装效率低,本发明针对其缺点,提出了避免挖深坑同时提高装置固定稳定性的方法。上述方法的共同特点是需要在防霜机安装位置挖一个深坑,劳动强度大,耗时费力,本发明避免了挖深坑的工作,使用将基座打入土壤的方法降低了劳动强度,提高了防霜机立柱的安装效率和稳固性能。为了达到防霜机的效果要求,防霜机距离地面的高度需要达到6.7m,所用立柱是非标管材,成本很高,本发明采用联接支座,使用的防霜机立柱是长度采用了6m的标准管材,与非标的管材相比较,节约成本50%。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、安装方便的防霜机立柱的安装方法,以降低安装过程劳动强度,减少安装时间,降低制造、安装成本,达到有效地防止防霜机水平扭转和倾 斜的效果,提高经济效率。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:

本发明具有有益效果
本发明结构简单、安装方便,不仅减轻安装时的劳动强度,还降低了防霜机的安装、制 造成本,提高了防霜机的安装效率和经济效益。本发明通过采用联接支座,使得防霜机立柱可以选用长度为6m的标准件,便于运输和存放,与非标准件相比,防霜机立柱成本节省50%;通过将基座打入土壤中的方法,解决了常用方法中挖小直径深坑的问题,大大降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率;通过选用带侧伸板的楔形基座板,使得防霜机抗倾倒和抗水平扭转的能力加强,此外,由于基座板和侧伸板上设有孔使得基座内外的土壤连接成一个整体,加强土壤之间的联系,增加基座对防霜机的稳固作用。本发明是一种可用于防霜机立柱固定的装置。

如图1所示,本发明采用防霜机1、联接支座2、基座3组合安装的方式满足防霜机工作的高度要求和可靠性要求。防霜机立柱11套在防倾导向筒21上并且通过塞焊固接;联接支座2与基座3之间通过基座螺栓33固定。
如图2所示,防霜机由防霜机立柱11、防霜机叶片12、防霜机电机13、防霜机连接部件14组成。防霜机立柱11为长度是6m的标准管材。
如图4所示,联接支座2由防倾导向筒21和固定支柱22、筋板23及联接板24固定而成。防倾导向筒21的外径和固定支柱22的内径相差0.5~1mm,固定支柱22上端开有2组或3组小孔用于塞焊,固定支柱22竖直焊接于联接板24中心,筋板23焊接于固定支柱22与联接板24之间以加强固定支柱22防倾倒性能。
如图5所示,基座3由基座板31、侧伸调节杆32、基座螺栓33以及侧伸板36等组成。基座板31通过连接环相互联接;侧伸调节杆32上的导向槽卡在导向销轴38上,并使用螺栓 连接通过其上端孔和基座板31上相应孔将侧伸调节板32固定在基座板31上;侧伸板36通过销轴37固定在基座板31上且可绕销轴37转动。侧伸导向杆32下端开有3或4个凹槽用于配合侧伸板36上的3或4个凸起。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图和以具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
本发明所述的一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,通过将基座打入土壤之中,克服防霜机常用固定安装方法中的挖掘孔径精度要求较高、小直径深孔及其回填压实的困难,降低了劳动强度,并提高了安装效率;联接支座的使用,使标准管材能够代替原先为满足防霜机高度所所必须选用的非标管材,大大节省了材料成本,便于运输和储存;基座板31底部所带侧伸板36向外伸出,增加了防霜机立柱固定支座的稳固性;基座板上的开孔使得基座内外的土壤连接成一个整体,更增强了基座的稳固性,还减少了对土壤的破坏。本发明是一种可用于防霜机立柱固定的装置,尤其适合少石块的土地。
安装防霜机时,首先在防霜机安装位置处挖一个浅坑,然后将基座板31拼接成型,确定每块基座板41的位置,随后依次将每块基座板41夯入土壤中一定深度,保证基座板31之间的相对位置,在下孔35上端接近地面时将连接环卡入各基座板31的下孔35中,继续夯打,直至上孔34接近地面将连接环卡在各基座板31的上孔34中并打击各基座板31至其上端两孔接近地面;然后,向下击打侧伸调节杆32,侧伸调节杆32在向下运动时,其楔形尖端就把侧伸板36向外推,侧伸调节杆32下降一定距离(约55mm)后,侧伸调节杆32的斜角推力将不再起向外推侧伸板的作用;此时,侧伸调节杆32的第一个卡槽恰好向下运动至侧伸板的第一个凸起处,这样将继续使侧伸板36向外伸展,起加固防霜机的作用;当侧伸调节杆32的第一个凸起不再起向外推侧伸板36的作用时,侧伸调节杆32的第二个卡槽恰好向下运动至侧伸板36的第二个凸起处,继续使侧伸板36向外伸展,以加强防霜机的抗倾倒及稳固性能;至侧伸调节杆32上端圆孔与基座板31上对应位置的圆孔对齐并在孔中安装螺栓固定侧伸调节杆32和基座板31,此时,侧伸板36向外展开且侧伸调节杆32上凹槽与侧伸板32上凸起相配合,在侧伸调节杆32上端螺栓连接的作用下,侧伸板36位置被固定,至此,基座3的安装完毕。其后,采用对称安装的方式使用基座螺栓33将联接支座2固定在基座3上。最后,将防霜机立柱11套在防倾导向筒21上,使用塞焊的方法固定防倾导向筒21与防霜机立柱11。
所述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员能够做出的任何显而易见的改进、替换或变型均属于本 发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,包括防霜机(1),联接支座(2),基座(3);其特征在于,所述联接支座(2)由防倾导向筒(21)、固定支柱(22)、筋板(23)和联接板(24)组成;所述基座(3)由基座板(31)、侧伸调节杆(32)、基座螺栓(33)、侧伸板(36)等组成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述防倾导向筒(21)外径比防霜机立柱(11)内径和固定支柱(22)内径小0.5~1mm,且防霜机立柱(11)外径与固定支柱(22)外径相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述防倾导向筒(21)长度不小于200mm且两端设有倒角,防倾导向筒(21)与防霜机立柱(11)及固定支柱(22)的接触长度均不小于200mm,并且防倾导向筒(21)与防霜机立柱(11)、固定支柱(22)之间选择塞焊的方式固定。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述基座(3)的横截面形状为十字花形或Y型形状。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述基座板(41)上有销轴(37)、导向销轴(38)和用于安装相应零部件的孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述侧伸调节杆(32)上的两个导向槽卡在导向销轴(38)上以使侧伸导向杆(32)沿着预定轨迹移动。在各基座板(31)被打入土壤后,向下打击侧伸导向杆(32)直至其上端孔与基座板(31)上相应孔对齐,使用螺栓连接将侧伸调节杆(32)与基座板(31)固定。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种底部带侧伸板的防霜机立柱固定支座,其特征在于,所述侧伸板(36)通过销轴(37)安装在基座板(31)上且可绕销轴(37)转动。在侧伸导向杆(32)向下运动时,侧伸板(36)向外侧展开,当侧伸导向杆(32)通过螺栓与基座板(31)固定时,侧伸板(36)上凸起与侧伸导向杆(32)上凹槽相配合,侧伸板(36)被固定。
