背景技术

烹饪器具无论是IH(电磁)加热还是电热管加热,都是与感应线圈或者电热管相对的部位受热较多,距离加热源较远的部位受热较少,这样就会造成了加热区域的不均匀。为了解决该问题,相关技术中采用了在加热源与调理物之间加设一层热扩散层(通常由导热性较强的金属做成,如铝),通过热扩散层把热量均匀地上传给调理物,以减少调理物受热的差异,但这并没有从本质上解决调理物的受热不均。
发明内容

进一步地,多个感应线圈3相互独立地通电或断电。由此,当使用烹饪器具100的不同功能时,可使单个感应线圈3或多个感应线圈3通电,从而实现不同功能下的加热需求。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第一导电发热带12的总长度大于第一导磁环11沿周向延伸的长度,第二导电发热带22的总长度大于第二导磁环21沿周向延伸的长度。由此,可以分别增大锅体1和盖体2的受热面积,从而进一步提高锅体1和盖体2受热的均匀性。
下面将参考图1-图4描述根据本发明一个实施例的烹饪器具100。
参照图1,烹饪器具100为煎烤机。其中,煎烤机包括上烤盘(如图1中所示的盖体2)、下烤盘(如图1中所示的锅体1)和感应线圈3。
具体地,如图2所示,下烤盘上设有第一导磁环11和第一导电发热带12,其中,第一导磁环11位于第一导电发热带12的外侧,第一导电发热带12在下烤盘上均匀布置,第一导磁环11形成为具有缺口的环形,第一导电发热带12包括内端串联且嵌套设置的两个同向螺旋环,两个同向螺旋环的外端分别与第一导磁环11的两端相连。
如图1所示,上烤盘上设有第二导磁环21和第二导电发热带22,其中,第二导磁环21位于第二导电发热带22的外侧,第二导电发热带22在上烤盘上均匀布置,第二导磁环21形成为具有缺口的环形,第二导电发热带22包括两个内端串联且嵌套设置的同向螺旋环,两个同向螺旋环的外端分别与第二导磁环21的两端相连。
优选地,上烤盘采用透明的玻璃材料,且第二导电发热带22也采用透明的导电玻璃(例如ITO),以使整个上烤盘可视化,又因为第二导电发热带22本身可以发热,大大地减少了上烤盘因为蒸汽形成露水的机率,更利于观察调理物的烹饪情况。
如图4所示,当上烤盘盖设在下烤盘上时,第一导磁环11的截面呈开口向上的弧形,第二导磁环21的界面呈开口向下的弧形,第一导磁环11和第二导磁环21的外周沿上下相对,第一导磁环11和第二导磁环21的内周沿上下相对,第一导磁环11的外周沿与第二导磁环21的外周沿以及第一导磁环11的内周沿与第二导磁环21的内周沿之间形成有尺寸在1毫米到20毫米范围内的缝隙。感应线圈3设在第一导磁环11和第二导磁环21的内侧,以避免磁力线泄露,同时进一步提高电磁感应能量的利用率。且感应线圈3与第一导磁环11的距离小于或等于感应线圈3与第二导磁环21的距离,以保证下烤盘能够获得足够的感应能量煎烤食物。
当感应线圈3通上交变电流后,由于感应线圈3与第一导磁环11和第二导磁环21相对,位于上烤盘的第二导电发热带22则通过上烤盘的第二导磁环21两端的感应电动势产生感应电流,以加热上烤盘;位于下烤盘的第一导电发热带12则通过下烤盘的第一导磁环 11两端的感应电动势产生感应电流,以加热下烤盘。
根据本发明实施例的煎烤机,感应线圈3通电时,可以同时实现上下烤盘的发热,由此可以大大地节省了成本,同时煎烤机也可以做得更薄,电磁感应的利用率也更高。另外,将第一导磁环11和第二导磁环21分别设置在煎烤机上下烤盘的周边,把第一导电发热带12和第二导电发热带22做成螺旋状的回路用于主加热,由此有利于保证作为主加热的煎烤区发热均匀。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接,还可以是通信;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特 征进行结合和组合。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    锅体,所述锅体上设有第一导磁环和第一导电发热带,所述第一导电发热带与所述第一导磁环相连形成闭合回路;
    盖体,所述盖体可打开地封盖所述锅体,所述盖体上设有第二导磁环和第二导电发热带,所述第二导电发热带与所述第二导磁环相连形成闭合回路;
    感应线圈,所述感应线圈设在所述第一导磁环和所述第二导磁环之间,且所述感应线圈分别与所述第一导磁环和所述第二导磁环相对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环的截面呈开口向上的弧形,所述第二导磁环的截面呈开口向下的弧形,且所述感应线圈位于所述第一导磁环和所述第二导磁环的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环的内周沿和第二导磁环的内周沿上下相对且间隔开,且所述第一导磁环的外周沿与所述第二导磁环的外周沿上下相对且间隔开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环的内周沿与所述第二导磁环的内周沿之间以及所述第一导磁环的外周沿与所述第二导磁环的外周沿之间均形成有尺寸在1毫米到20毫米范围内的缝隙。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环的内周沿与所述第二导磁环的内周沿之间以及所述第一导磁环的外周沿与所述第二导磁环的外周沿之间均由隔离件隔开。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盖体为透明盖体形状,且所述第二导电发热带为透明的带状。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盖体为玻璃盖体,且所述第二导电发热带为ITO导电带。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述感应线圈与所述第一导磁环之间的距离不大于所述感应线圈与所述第二导磁环之间的距离。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环沿所述锅体的周沿延伸形成具有缺口的环形,所述第一导电发热带的两端分别与所述第一导磁环的缺口处的两端相连并位于所述第一导磁环的内侧,所述第二导磁环沿所述盖体的周沿延伸形成具有缺口的环形,所述第二导电发热带的两端分别与所述第二导磁环的缺口处的两端相连并位于所述第二导磁环的内侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带在所述锅体上均匀布置,且所述第二导电发热带在所述盖体上均匀布置。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带在所述锅体上迂回延伸,且所述第二导电发热带在所述盖体上迂回延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带和所述第二导电发热带中任一个均包括相互间隔开的多个螺旋环,每个所述螺旋环均沿所述绝缘盖体的周向由外到内螺旋延伸,多个所述螺旋环同向螺旋且嵌套设置,多个所述螺旋环串联。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带和所述第二导电发热带均包括内端相连的两个所述螺旋环。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带和所述第二导电发热带均为隔磁导电发热带。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环的宽度大于所述第一导电发热带的宽度,所述第二导磁环的宽度大于所述第二导电发热带的宽度。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述锅体为陶瓷锅体,且所述盖体为陶瓷盖体。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带和所述第一导磁环中的至少一个包括多个,每个所述第一导电发热带与至少一个所述第一导磁环串接形成回路,且每个所述第一导磁环均与至少一个所述第一导电发热带串接形成回路,所述第二导电发热带和所述第二导磁环中的至少一个包括多个,每个所述第二导电发热带与至少一个所述第二导磁环串接形成回路,且每个所述第二导磁环均与至少一个所述第二导电发热带串接形成回路。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带包括多个,多个所述第一导电发热带并联后与所述第一导磁环串接形成回路,所述第二导电发热带包括多个,多个所述第二导电发热带并联后与所述第二导磁环串接形成回路。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环包括多个,且多个所述第一导磁环并联后与所述第一导电发热带连接形成回路,所述第二导磁环包括多个,且多个所述第二导磁环并联后与所述第二导电发热带连接形成回路。
  20. 根据权利要求17-19中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环包括相互独立的多个,所述第一导电发热带包括相互独立且与多个所述第一导磁环一一对应的多个,每个所述第一导电发热带均与对应的所述第一导磁环串接形成回路,所述第二导磁环包括相互独立的多个,所述第二导电发热带包括相互独立且与多个所述第二导磁环一 一对应的多个,每个所述第二导电发热带均与对应的所述第二导磁环串接形成回路。
  21. 根据权利要求17-20中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导磁环为内外嵌套布置的多个,所述第二导磁环为内外嵌套布置的多个,且所述第一导磁环与所述第二导磁环一一对应,且相互对应的第一导磁环和第二导磁环上下相对,所述感应线圈包括内外嵌套布置的多个,且每组相对的第一导磁环和第二导磁环之间均设有至少一个所述感应线圈。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,多个所述感应线圈相互独立地通电或断电。
  23. 根据权利要求1-22中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一导电发热带的总长度大于所述第一导磁环沿周向延伸的长度,所述第二导电发热带的总长度大于所述第二导磁环沿周向延伸的长度。
  24. 根据权利要求1-23中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述烹饪器具为煎烤机。
