有关本发明的前述及其他技术内容、特点与功效,在以下配合参考附图对实施例的详细说明中,将可清楚的呈现。以下实施例中所提到的方向用语,例如:上、下、左、右、前或后等,仅是参考附图的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用来说明并非用来限制本发明,此外,在全部实施例中,相同的附图标记表示相同的元件。
下面将参照附图描述本发明的各示例性的实施例。
首先参照图3-5描述根据本发明的一实施例的用于机动车辆的车载装置,其中,图3是示出根据本发明的一实施例的安装在机动车辆的中控台上的车载装置的示意性透视图,图4是如图3所示的根据本发明的一实施例的安装在机动车辆的中控台上的车载装置的示意性平面视图,其中A为侧视图,B为主视图,图5是如图3所示的根据本发明的一实施例的安装在机动车辆的中控台上的车载装置的示意性分解透视图。如图3-5所示,根据该实施例的用于机动车辆的车载装置包括:显示屏装置10,该显示屏装置具有显示屏,该显示屏具有显示面(图4中显示屏装置10的左面)和与显示面背对的背面(图4中显示屏装置10的右面);以及连接装置20,该连接装置用于将显示屏装置10连接到机动车辆的中控台30上的收音机模块40,并使得显示屏装置10设置为突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外。在该优选实施例中,车载装置的结构是非常优选的,但是本发明并不要求车载装置必须同时具备前述特征,而是可以仅具有前述特征的一些,只要不妨碍车载装置功能的实现即可。在前述优选实施例中,车载装置至少具有如下优点。首先,由于显示屏装置设置在车辆的中控台外表面之外,因此,显示屏装置的尺寸可以不受限于中控台的尺寸,例如,显示屏装置的宽度,优选地显示屏装置的显示区域的宽度,可以制造得比收音机模块40的宽度更宽,如图4的B中所示出的;当然,也可以制造得比收音机模块40的宽度更窄,由此各种尺寸或型号的显示屏装置都可以顺利地安装到中控台上,这为用户提供了丰富的选择,带来极佳的用户体验。进一步地,由于显示屏装置10被固定连接到了中控台30上的收音机模块40上,而不是如现有技术中的临时地贴附到例如前挡风玻璃上,因此,保证了显示屏装置的安装牢固性以及美观度。再者,重要地,由于收音机模块为车辆的通用模块,并且大多具有标准尺寸,例如具有德系标准尺寸、日系标准尺寸或者美系标准尺寸,并且这些标准尺寸的尺寸差异也较小,因此,本发明的车载装置具有很好的适应性,同一尺寸的车载装置能够容易地安装到绝大多数车辆上而不用根据各车辆类型逐一改变车载装置的尺寸,从而节约了设计成本和制造/改造成本,这是本发明的重要发明点之一,现有技术中并没有注意到利用收音机模块的通用性的特点而将车载装置加装到收音机模块上。此外,根据本发明的车载装置的还一明显优点是,该车载装置既可以加载到既有车辆的中控台上,也可以从中控台 上拆下,因此,不会不可逆地破坏车辆的原有设置,对于吸引新用户尝试安装该车载装置具有很大的帮助,具有广阔的市场前景。
根据本发明的车载装置可以是例如触控屏,该触控屏可以例如集成有收音机模块的功能,从而可以取代/升级原车上的收音机模块,并且该触控屏还可以根据需要集成有导航仪的功能,或者集成有其它功能模块,本发明对车载装置的具体功能并无特别要求。
需要注意到,尽管在如图3-5所示的实施例中,车载装置被示例性地描述为连接到中控台上的收音机模块,但是本发明并不限于此,根据本发明的车载装置也可以连接到中控台上的其它功能模块,例如车载CD模块、车载DVD模块、嵌入式车载屏模块或空调模块,或者同时连接到前述模块中多个模块上。根据本发明的车载装置优选设计为适于连接到中控台上的具有标准尺寸/通用尺寸的功能模块,以节约成本。
如图5更好地示出的,根据本发明的前述实施例的车载装置的连接装置20可以采用具有一定空间尺寸的连接装置,例如具有一定空间尺寸的间隔装置20,该间隔装置具有相对的两面,其中一面与显示屏装置10相连接,另一面与收音机模块40相连接,以使得借助于该间隔装置20的间隔和连接作用而使得所述显示屏装置突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外地连接到中控台,由此车载装置不会与中控台上的例如空调模块50相干涉。
现参照图6描述根据本发明的另一实施例的安装在机动车辆的中控台上的车载装置,其中图6是示出该车载装置的示意性分解透视图。与图5所示的实施例不同的是,在图6所示的实施例中,收音机模块被拆除,留下原用于安装收音机模块的腔体壳40’,显示屏装置10通过不同于图5中的连接装置的连接装置被连接到前述腔体壳40’,优选地,通过不同于图5中的间隔装置20的间隔件20’被连接到前述腔体壳40’。更具体地,该间隔件20’的第一部分(图中的向左凸出的部分)与显示屏装置10相连接,该间隔件20’的第二部分(图中的靠右的平坦脚部)与腔体壳40’相连接,所述第一部分和第二部分在垂直于中控台外表面的方向(图中虚线方向)上相距一定距离,以使得借助于该间隔件的间隔和连接作用而使得所述显示屏装置突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外地连接到中控台。根据该实施例的车载装置既适于在机动车出厂前由机动车制造商安装,也适于在机动车出厂后由第三方加装。在机动车出厂后由第三方加装的情形下,可以先拆除掉原车既有的某以功能 模块,例如收音机模块,然后,这样,原本用于安装前述功能模块例如收音机模块的安装点,例如图6中所示的两个螺钉孔,空闲出来,这样,可以将所述显示屏装置通过连接装置连接到车辆的中控台上的前述安装点上,由此不会对原车造成任何破坏/损坏,例如不需要在原车中控台上新钻孔来安装显示屏装置,这使得根据本发明的车载装置以及安装车载装置的方法具有良好的市场接受度,因为用户不必担心加装车载装置会对他的爱车造成不可逆的损坏。此外,根据该实施例的车载装置可以取得如图5所示的实施例的车载装置的优点,并且由于拆除了/不需要原功能模块(收音机模块),因此更有利于降低成本。

如图17和18更好地示出的,不同于图5和图6所示的实施例,根据图17和18所示的实施例的车载装置的连接装置包括:能够在突出于中控台外表面的方向,优选在垂直于中控台外表面的方向(即图17中的虚线方向)前后运动的杆件201,该杆件具有相对的第一端(图17中的右端)和第二端(图17中的左端),其中第一端连接到原用于安装收音机模块的腔体壳40’上,在图17中,由于收音机模块被拆除,因此在腔体壳40’的开口上加装了一挡板以一方面避免灰尘进入腔体壳40’中而难以清洁,另一方面也加固和引导穿过其中的杆件201;杆件的第二端连接有一铰链结构(由图17中杆件201的第二端上的球体和滑块205的右侧上的球窝构成),该铰链结构连接到一滑块205,在显示屏装置的背面上具有一滑槽207,滑块205可滑动地安装在滑槽207中,由此,借助于杆件提供的直线运动、铰链提供的三转动自由度、滑块/滑槽提供的直线运动、以及它们的彼此配合/组合,根据该实施例的车载装置的显示屏装置10能够具有6个自由度,即3个平动自由度和3个转动自由度。
需要注意的是,尽管在前述实施例中,显示屏装置的背面上仅具有在第一方向延伸的一个滑槽207,但是这并不妨碍本发明的显示屏装置的6个自由度的实现,这将在下面参照图7-16的描述中变得明显。尽管如此,也可以提供两个十字相交的滑槽,即在第一方向延伸的第一滑槽以及在与第一方向垂直的第二方向延伸的第二滑槽。此外,尽管在前述实施例中,显示屏装置被实现为了具有6个自由度,但是,这并不是必需的,可以根据需要将显示屏装置设计为具有更少的自由度,例如,去掉前述的铰链结构而使得显示屏装置仅具有平动自由度,并且,在其它实施例中,还可以采用其它方式来实现显示屏装置的一个或多个自由度,这都落在本发明的构思的范围内。通过为显示屏装置提供一个或多个自由度,显示屏装置可以根据需要被调节到最佳的姿态,从而可以非常符合人机工程学地被司机操控和观察,例如,可 以使得显示屏装置紧贴中控台外表面位置,或者处于其它适当位置,并保证驾驶安全,并且也可以适于调节到车内副驾驶座位的乘客操控和观察以及便于后排座位上的乘客观察。与本发明相比,现有技术中的嵌入式车载屏,由于嵌入在中控台上,并不具有运动自由度,因此,用户操作起来并不方便,甚至有可能造成行车安全,而本发明的多自由度车载屏由于具有前述特点和优点,因此具有显著的进步。
现参照图7-16,描述根据本发明的前述又一实施例的车载装置的各姿态以及相应的操作。
在图7中,车载装置的显示屏装置10处于第一位置,在该第一位置,车载装置的杆件201位于显示屏装置10的大致中央处,用户可以沿着杆件201的纵向推拉显示屏装置10以使得显示屏装置10靠近或远离中控台,在此情形下,显示屏装置10展现出第一个平动自由度(前后方向)。
进一步地,用户可以保持如图7所示的显示屏装置10的角度不变,向上推动显示屏装置10,借助于上面提及的滑块205在滑槽207中的滑动,将显示屏装置10变化到如图8所示的第二位置,在该第二位置,车载装置的杆件201位于靠近显示屏装置10的下边缘的位置;或者,用户可以保持如图7所示的显示屏装置10的角度不变,向下推动显示屏装置10,借助于上面提及的滑块205在滑槽207中的滑动,将显示屏装置10变化到如图9所示的第三位置,在该第三位置,车载装置的杆件201位于靠近显示屏装置的上边缘10的位置。在前述情形下,显示屏装置10展现出了第二个平动自由度(上下方向)。
进一步地,用户可以将显示屏装置10从如图9所示的位置和姿态绕平行于杆件201的纵向的轴线方向顺时针旋转90度,从而将显示屏装置10变化到如图10所示的第四位置,在该第四位置,车载装置的杆件201位于靠近显示屏装置的图10中所示的右边缘的位置。在前述情形下,显示屏装置10展现出了第一个转动自由度(绕平行于杆件201的纵向的轴线方向)。
进一步地,在从如图9所示的第三位置将显示屏装置10旋转到如图10所示的第四位置的过程中,显示屏装置10的背面上的平行于显示屏装置的显示区域的宽度方向的滑槽207(可参见图18)也相应地由在图9中的竖直取向变化到图10中的水平取向,这样,用户可以向右推动图10中的显示屏装置10,并借助于滑块205在滑槽207中的滑动,将显示屏装置10变化到 如图11所示的第五位置,在该第五位置,车载装置的杆件201位于靠近显示屏装置的图11中所示的左边缘的位置。在从图10的位置到图11的位置的变化过程中,显示屏装置10展现出了第三个平动自由度(左右方向)。可以看出,尽管在本实施例中,显示屏装置10的背面仅设置了一个滑槽,但是,辅以杆件201和滑块205之间的铰链连接来实现显示屏装置的90度旋转变位,显示屏装置能够实现上下左右四个方向的平动,这与人们传统地认为需要在显示屏装置10的背面设置十字相交的两个滑槽才能实现上下左右四个方向的平动的惯常思维是完全不同的,本发明的前述设计克服了现有技术中的技术偏见,具有很高的创新性。
进一步地,在图12中,车载装置的显示屏装置10处于第六位置,在该第六位置,车载装置的显示屏装置10相对于如图7所示的第一位置向左旋转了一定角度。在该情形下,显示屏装置10展现出了第二个转动自由度(绕平行于中控台外表面的上下方向的轴线)。
进一步地,在图13中,车载装置的显示屏装置10处于第七位置,在该第七位置,车载装置的显示屏装置10相对于如图7所示的第一位置向上旋转了一定角度。在该情形下,显示屏装置10展现出了第三个转动自由度(绕平行于中控台外表面的左右方向的轴线)。
由此,从上述的位置变化中可以看出,根据本实施例的显示屏装置10展现出了6个自由度,即3个平动自由度和3个转动自由度,这样,显示屏装置10可以根据需要被调整为任意的姿态,这将极大地提高用户尤其是司机的使用体验,因为,在司机驾驶车辆的过程中,只有将显示屏装置10调整到完全舒适和方便的姿态,司机才可能一边操控或观察显示屏装置10,一边安全地进行驾驶。本实施例的车载装置的设计相较于现有技术中的例如将显示屏装置(例如导航仪)贴附在前挡风玻璃上的设计来说存在质的改进,因为尽管现有技术中的前述设计也可以调节显示屏装置的姿态,但是其无法将显示屏装置调节到司机完全舒适和方便的姿态,或者说,在调节的过程中,司机的身体姿态需要发生大的改变,例如需要前倾以便能触控到显示屏装置,这种身体姿态的大的改变将对驾驶安全带来非常大的威胁。可以看出,本实施例的车载装置的6自由度的实现,不仅保证了显示屏装置本身展现出各种期望的姿态,并且在调节过程中不会影响到行车安全,这对车载装置来说是一令人惊喜的改进。
接着,图14和图15示出了显示屏装置10的几个其它随心所欲的姿态,具体地,在图14中,车载装置的显示屏装置10处于第八位置,在该第八位置,车载装置的显示屏装置10相对于如图7所示的第一位置在平行于中控台外表面的平面内逆时针旋转了一定角度;在图15中,车载装置的显示屏装置10处于第九位置,在该第九位置,车载装置的显示屏装置处于相对于驾驶员而言最符合人机工程学的姿态。
现参照图16,其是示出如图8所示的车载装置的示意性侧视平面视图,其中清楚地示出了各个部件之间的连接关系。如图16所示的,杆件201的一端可动地安装在用于安装收音机模块的腔体壳40’上,杆件201的另一端连接着铰链209,铰链209连接到滑块,滑块连接到显示屏装置10的背面的滑槽,由此,显示屏装置10可以具有6个运动自由度,并且设置为突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外,而不必受限于中控台尺寸的限制,也不会与中控台上的其它部件或模块产生干涉,例如,不会影响/遮挡空调模块50的操控。
现参照图19和20描述根据本发明的又另一实施例的安装在机动车辆的中控台上的车载装置,其中图19是该车载装置的侧视平面视图,图20是示出如图19所示的车载装置的透视图。该实施例与前面关于图7-18描述的实施例的主要不同之处在于,该实施例提供了实现显示屏装置的多运动自由度的另一方式。具体地,在该实施例中,显示屏装置10通过可塑性形变的连接装置2000来实现显示屏装置到中控台的安装。由于连接装置2000可以任意地塑性形变,因此,用户可以上下左右前后地推拉或旋转显示屏装置10而将其保持在期望的姿态,并且在用户放开该显示屏装置10后,显示屏装置仍然保持在之前的姿态。在该实施例中,显示屏装置10示例性地连接到了中控台上的收音机模块的腔体壳40’处,连接装置2000示例性地示出为了柔性杆或软管,但是,显然地,本发明并不限于此,只要连接装置2000包括能够塑性形变的部件或部分以使得连接在该连接装置上的显示屏装置能够改变位置和方向以能够在相对于使用者处于符合人机工程学的姿态和其它姿态之间变化即可。此外,在本发明的前述构思下,连接装置也可以通过连杆机构来实现。
此外,需要说明的是,尽管在本发明的前述实施例中,示出了若干种使得显示屏装置具有至少一个自由度的实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于此, 在本发明的启发下,本领域技术人员还能够想到别的实施方式,这些都属于本发明的范围。本发明对现有技术的贡献之一在于提出了能够自由运动的显示屏装置而不是固定不动的显示屏装置,而显示屏装置的运动自由度的实现方式并不特别限制,尽管在发明中提出了特别优选或有益的实施方式。
再者,本发明还提供具有前述任一实施例中所述的车载装置的机动车辆。

最后,应当注意到,在本发明的前述描述中,可以明白,对应于前述的车载装置,本发明实际上还提供了一种用于在机动车辆上安装车载装置的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:提供一显示屏装置,该显示屏装置具有显示屏;以及提供一连接装置,用于将所述显示屏装置连接到机动车辆的中控台上;其中,所述方法还具有以下步骤中的一个或多个:通过所述连接装置将所述显示屏装置连接到车辆的中控台上的功能模块上或用于安装前述功能模块的腔体壳上;将所述显示屏装置设置为突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外;将所述显示屏装置的宽度,优选显示屏装置的显示区域的宽度,设置为大于所述功能模块的宽度;以及将所述显示屏装置设置为可动的以具有至少一个运动自由度。

  1. 一种用于机动车辆的车载装置,该车载装置包括:
    显示屏装置,该显示屏装置具有显示屏;以及
    连接装置,该连接装置用于将所述显示屏装置连接到机动车辆的中控台上;
    其特征在于,所述车载装置具有以下特征中的一个或多个:
    所述显示屏装置通过所述连接装置被连接到车辆的中控台上的功能模块上或用于安装前述功能模块的腔体壳上;
    所述显示屏装置设置为突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外;
    所述显示屏装置的宽度大于所述功能模块的宽度;以及
    所述显示屏装置设置为可动的以具有至少一个运动自由度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏装置通过所述连接装置被连接到车辆的中控台上的腔体壳上的安装点上,所述安装点是原本用于安装功能模块的安装点。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏装置具有3个平动自由度和3个转动自由度。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述功能模块为收音机模块、车载CD模块、车载DVD模块、嵌入式车载屏模块和空调模块中的一个或多个。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述显示屏装置的显示区域的宽度大于所述功能模块的宽度。
  6. 如权利要求1-5之一所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置为具有一定空间尺寸的连接装置,该连接装置具有相对的两面,其中一面与所述显示屏装置相连接,另一面与所述功能模块相连接,以使得借助于该连接装置的间隔和连接作用而使得所述显示屏装置突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外地连接到中控台。
  7. 如权利要求1-5之一所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置具有第一部分和第二部分,该连接装置的所述第一部分与所述显示屏装置相连接,该连接装置的所述第二部分与所述腔体壳相连接,所述第一部分和第二部分在垂直于中控台外表面的方向上相距一定距离,以使得借助于该连接 装置的间隔和连接作用而使得所述显示屏装置突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外地连接到中控台。
  8. 如权利要求1-5之一所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括:
    能够在突出于中控台外表面的方向前后运动的杆件,该杆件具有相对的第一端和第二端,其中所述第一端连接到所述功能模块或所述腔体壳上,所述第二端连接到所述显示屏装置的与所述显示屏的显示面背对的背面上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述杆件的第二端具有一铰链结构,所述第二端通过该铰链结构连接到显示屏装置的所述背面上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置还包括一滑块,所述铰链结构连接到该滑块上,所述显示屏装置的所述背面上具有滑槽,所述滑块可滑动地安装在所述滑槽中。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽仅包括一个滑槽,该滑槽为在第一方向延伸的第一滑槽。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽包括在第一方向延伸的第一滑槽以及在与第一方向垂直的第二方向延伸的第二滑槽。
  13. 如权利要求1-5之一所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括能够塑性形变的部件或部分以使得连接在该连接装置上的显示屏装置能够改变位置和方向以能够在相对于使用者处于符合人机工程学的姿态和其它姿态之间变化。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的车载装置,其特征在于,所述连接装置为柔性杆、软管或连杆装置。
  15. 一种机动车辆,包括中控台,其特征在于,该机动车辆还包括如权利要求1-14之一所述的车载装置。
  16. 一种用于在机动车辆上安装车载装置的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
    提供一显示屏装置,该显示屏装置具有显示屏;以及
    提供一连接装置,用于将所述显示屏装置连接到机动车辆的中控台上;
    其特征在于,所述方法还具有以下步骤中的一个或多个:
    通过所述连接装置将所述显示屏装置连接到车辆的中控台上的功能模块上或用于安装前述功能模块的腔体壳上;
    将所述显示屏装置设置为突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外;
    将所述显示屏装置的宽度设置为大于所述功能模块的宽度;以及
    将所述显示屏装置设置为可动的以具有至少一个运动自由度。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述显示屏装置通过所述连接装置连接到车辆的中控台上的腔体壳上的安装点上,所述安装点是原本用于安装功能模块的安装点。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述显示屏装置设置为具有3个平动自由度和3个转动自由度。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,选择收音机模块、车载CD模块、车载DVD模块、嵌入式车载屏模块和空调模块中的一个或多个作为所述功能模块。
  20. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述显示屏装置的显示区域的宽度设置为大于所述功能模块的宽度。
  21. 如权利要求16-20之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述连接装置设置为具有一定空间尺寸的连接装置,该连接装置具有相对的两面,其中一面与所述显示屏装置相连接,另一面与所述功能模块相连接,以使得借助于该连接装置的间隔和连接作用而使得所述显示屏装置突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外地连接到中控台。
  22. 如权利要求16-20之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述连接装置设置为具有第一部分和第二部分,该连接装置的所述第一部分与所述显示屏装置相连接,该连接装置的所述第二部分与所述腔体壳相连接,所述第一部分和第二部分在垂直于中控台外表面的方向上相距一定距离,以使得借助于该连接装置的间隔和连接作用而使得所述显示屏装置突出于车辆的中控台外表面之外地连接到中控台。
  23. 如权利要求16-20之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述连接装置设置为包括能够在突出于中控台外表面的方向前后运动的杆件,该杆件具有相对的第一端和第二端,其中所述第一端连接到所述功能模块或所述腔体壳上,所述第二端连接到所述显示屏装置的与所述显示屏的显示面背对的背面上。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述杆件的第二端设置为具有一铰链结构,所述第二端通过该铰链结构连接到显示屏装置的所述 背面上。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述连接装置设置为还包括一滑块,所述铰链结构连接到该滑块上,所述显示屏装置的所述背面上具有滑槽,所述滑块可滑动地安装在所述滑槽中。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述滑槽设置为仅包括一个滑槽,该滑槽为在第一方向延伸的第一滑槽。
  27. 如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述滑槽设置为包括在第一方向延伸的第一滑槽以及在与第一方向垂直的第二方向延伸的第二滑槽。
  28. 如权利要求16-20之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述连接装置设置为包括能够塑性形变的部件或部分以使得连接在该连接装置上的显示屏装置能够改变位置和方向以能够在相对于使用者处于符合人机工程学的姿态和其它姿态之间变化。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述连接装置设置为柔性杆或软管。
