请参阅图1~图9,本发明实施方式的一种家用电器的摇头机构100包括摇头支架10、驱动装置20、齿轮罩30、驱动齿轮40及基座50。驱动装置20安装于摇头支架10上。齿轮罩30与摇头支架10固定连接。驱动齿轮40与驱动装置20连接。摇头支架10可转动地连接基座50。驱动装置20用于驱动驱动齿轮40相对于基座50转动以带动摇头支架10相对于基座50转动至预定位置。在预定位置时,齿轮罩30用于限制摇头支架10的转动以使得摇头支架10换向转动。
本发明实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构100中,在摇头支架10转动至预定位置时,齿轮罩30可以限制摇头支架10的转动并使得摇头支架10换向转动,从而有效防止摇头支架10出现急停而使家用电器的摇头机100构出现抖动的现象,实现了家用电器的摇头机构100平稳的运行。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩30包括齿轮罩限位件31。基座50包括基座限位件51。在预定位置时,齿轮罩限位件31弹性抵触基座限位件51。
如此,在摇头支架10转动至预定位置时,齿轮罩限位件31弹性抵触基座限位件51,这可使摇头支架10在预定位置时缓冲停止转动后换向转动,从而有效防止摇头支架10出现急停而使家用电器的摇头机构100出现抖动的现象,从而提高了家用电器的摇头机构100运行的平稳性。
具体地,预定位置的设计决定了齿轮罩限位件31及基座限位件51的设置位置。当预定位置不同时,齿轮罩限位件31及基座限位件51的设置位置也不同。如此,家用电
器的摇头机构100可实现不同角度的转动方式。
在本发明实施方式中,齿轮罩限位件31包括第一限位件31a及第二限位件(图未示出,在齿轮罩30另一侧,被遮挡)。基座限位件51包括弹性的第三限位件51a及弹性的第四限位件51b。预定位置包括第一位置及第二位置。在第一位置时,第一限位件31a弹性抵触第三限位件51a。在第二位置时,第二限位件弹性抵触第四限位件51b。
具体地,本发明实施方式中,第一限位件31a及第二限位件为形成在齿轮罩30上的筋位。第三限位件51a及第四限位件51b为形成在基座50上的弹片,第三限位件51a及第四限位件51b均大致呈J型。
在第一位置时,第一限位件31a弹性抵触第三限位件51a。从而使得摇头支架10缓冲停止转动,然后再换向朝第二位置转动。在第二位置时,第二限位件弹性抵触第四限位件51b,从而使得摇头支架10缓冲停止转动,然后再换向朝第一位置转动。如此,摇头支架10实现了在第一位置及第二位置之间的来回转动。
如此,在摇头支架10转至第一位置及第二位置的时候,可使摇头支架10缓冲停止转动后换向转动,从而防止摇头支架10出现急停而使家用电器的摇头机构100出现抖动的现象,从而实现家用电器的摇头机构100平稳的运行。
具体地,本发明实施方式中,第一位置及第二位置之间的角度可根据具体实际情况进行设置。例如,第一位置及第二位置之间的角度可设置为60度,如此,可使得摇头支架10在60度的角度范围内来回转动。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩30包括齿轮罩挡件32。基座50包括基座挡件52。当在预定位置,齿轮罩限位件31与基座限位件51的抵触失效时,齿轮罩挡件32抵靠基座挡件52以停止摇头支架10的转动。
如此,在一个例子中,当基座限位件51折断时,摇头支架10转动至预定位置时,齿轮罩限位件31无法与基座限位件51抵触,使齿轮罩限位件31与基座限位件51的抵触失效,齿轮罩挡件32可以抵靠基座挡件52以停止摇头支架10的转动,以防止摇头支架10在齿轮罩限位件31与基座限位件51的抵触失效后继续单向转动,从而防止由于齿轮罩限位件31与基座限位件51的抵触失效而引起危险的发生,例如,可防止失去控制而处于转动状态的摇头支架10划破引线而导致漏电的危险。
在本发明实施方式中,齿轮罩挡件32(见图5)的数量为两个,两个齿轮罩挡件32位于齿轮罩30转动弧线上第一限位件31a及第二限位件之间。齿轮罩挡件32为形成在齿轮罩30上的筋位。
在本发明实施方式中,基座挡件52(见图7)的数量为两个,两个基座挡件52位于驱动齿轮40行程路线上第三限位件51a及第四限位件51b之间。基座挡件52为形成在基座50上的筋位结构。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩30形成有第一收容槽33。驱动齿轮40收容于第一收容槽33中。第一收容槽33的外侧壁上设置有齿轮罩限位件31。基座50包括齿部53。基座50形成有第二收容槽54。齿部53位于第二收容槽54内。齿轮罩30可转动地收容于第二收容槽54内。驱动齿轮40与齿部53啮合。第二收容槽54的内侧壁上设置有基座限位件51。驱动装置20用于驱动驱动齿轮40绕齿部53转动以带动摇头支架10相对于基座50转动。
具体地,当驱动装置20驱动驱动齿轮40绕齿部转53动以带动摇头支架10相对于基座50转动至预定位置时,第一收容槽33的外侧壁上设置的齿轮罩限位件31弹性抵触第二收容槽54的内侧壁上设置的基座限位件51,从而实现摇头支架10在预定位置时缓冲停止转动后换向转动。
如此设置,可简单通过齿轮罩限位件31弹性抵触基座限位件51实现摇头支架10的换向转动,无需借助其他零件进行限位,节约成本。并且,驱动齿轮40收容于第一收容槽33内可保证驱动齿轮40与齿部53配合的平行度,从而可有效避免因驱动齿轮40与齿部53配合偏转而导致家用电器的摇头机构100转动时出现疾步、抖动等问题。
进一步地,齿轮罩30可转动地收容于第二收容槽54内,保证了齿轮罩30转动所需要的设置空间,也可有效避免基座50对齿轮罩30转动的干扰,也能够使家用电器的摇头机构100更紧凑。
具体地,在本发明实施方式中,第一限位件31a及第二限位件间隔设置于第一收容槽33的外侧壁331上。第三限位件51a及第四限位件51b间隔设置于第二收容槽54的内侧壁541上。驱动装置20驱动驱动齿轮40绕齿部53转动以带动摇头支架10相对于基座50在第一位置及第二位置之间转动。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器的摇头机构100包括固定在摇头支架10上的固定安装板60。驱动装置20及齿轮罩30分别固定在固定安装板60相背的两侧。
因此,驱动装置20及齿轮罩30分别固定在固定安装板60相背的两侧可使得驱动装置20与齿轮罩30的重量分布更加均匀,提高了家用电器的摇头机构100的结构稳定性。
在一个实施方式中,摇头支架10包括第一安装面11及与第一安装面11相背的第二安装面12。驱动装置20固定于第一安装面11上。齿轮罩30固定于第二安装面12上。
因此,这样使得家用电器的摇头机构100的重量分布均衡,有效避免了家用电器的摇头机构100因重量分布不均匀而可能出现偏转或者晃动的问题,同时提高了家用电器的摇头机构100的使用可靠性。
在一个实施方式中,驱动装置20包括电机21及输出轴22。固定安装板60开设有第一安装孔61。摇头支架10开设有轴孔13。输出轴22穿设第一安装孔61及轴孔13
而连接驱动齿轮40及电机21。
具体地,本发明实施方式中,电机21用于驱动输出轴22转动,再由输出轴22带动驱动齿轮40转动。
如此,输出轴22穿设第一安装孔61及轴孔13而连接驱动齿轮40及电机21,保证了电机21与驱动齿轮40连接的稳定性,从而更有效地避免因电机21与驱动齿轮40配合偏转而导致出现疾步、抖动等问题。
在一个实施方式中,摇头支架10开设有第一通孔14。齿轮罩30设置有螺钉柱34。螺钉柱34穿设第一通孔14。固定安装板60开设有螺纹孔62。螺钉柱34通过螺钉与螺纹孔62配合而将齿轮罩30固定在摇头支架10上。
齿轮罩30通过螺钉柱34与螺钉配合而与摇头支架10固定连接,如此,连接结构简单、牢固,有效地保证了驱动装置20与驱动齿轮40的精确组装,从而有效地提高了家用电器的摇头机构100的使用可靠性。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩30设置有与螺钉柱34间隔的卡部35(见图5)。摇头支架10开设有卡孔15(见图4)。卡部35卡设于卡孔15中。
具体地,在安装齿轮罩30时,可先通过卡部35卡设于卡孔15而将齿轮罩30定位于摇头支架10上,之后再通过螺钉将齿轮罩30与固定安装板60锁紧,这样可将齿轮罩30快速定位及固定在摇头支架10上,同时,齿轮罩30通过与摇头支架10及固定安装板60连接使得齿轮罩30的连接更加稳定,进一步保证了驱动齿轮40与齿部53的配合平行度。
在一个实施方式中,摇头支架10包括连接轴16。连接轴16与基座50可转动地连接。
如此,当驱动装置20驱动驱动齿轮40转动时,驱动齿轮40围绕齿部53转动以带动连接轴16转动,从而实现带动摇头支架10转动。并且,摇头支架10通过连接轴16与基座50连接,结构简单。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器的摇头机构100包括固定在基座50中的轴承531。轴承531与连接轴16过盈配合。
具体地,在本发明实施方式中,轴承531设置在齿部53中。
如此,轴承531与摇头支架10过盈配合,保证了基座50的轴线与摇头支架10垂直,从而可有效防止家用电器的摇头机构100运行过程中出现晃动。
在一个实施方式中,固定安装板60开设有第二安装孔63。连接轴16穿设于第二安装孔63。
连接轴16穿设于固定安装板60的第二安装孔63保证了连接轴16转动的稳定性。在一个例子中,连接轴16为中空结构,当家用电器的摇头机构100应用于家用电器,
如风扇时,驱动风叶转动的电机的连接线可从连接轴16中穿出,由于连接轴16穿设于第二安装孔63,因此可防止上述连接线被刮破。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩30开设有与第一收容槽33连通的容置空间36。容置空间36的侧壁所形成的圆弧状结构361与齿部53的外周圆弧状结构532相匹配。齿部53部分地收容于容置空间36中。
因此,这样可有效防止驱动齿轮40与齿部53的相互干涉,避免家用电器的摇头机构100转动时出现疾步、抖动等问题。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器的摇头机构100包括磁性元件(图未示出)及磁感应元件(图未示出)。磁性元件固定在基座50上且磁感应元件固定在摇头支架10上。磁性元件与磁感应元件用于配合检测摇头支架10相对于基座50的转动角度。
具体地,本发明实施方式中,基座50设置有固定磁性元件的收容部55,磁性元件可通过过盈配合固定在收容部55中,而磁感应元件可设置在朝向基座50的摇头支架10的表面上,例如,在本发明实施方式中,磁感应元件可安装在第二安装面12上。在一个例子中,磁性元件是磁铁,磁感应元件是霍尔元件。
当驱动装置20用于驱动驱动齿轮40绕齿部53转动以带动摇头支架10相对于基座50转动时,磁感应元件根据磁性元件磁场的变化来确定摇头支架10的位置。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,磁感应元件固定在基座上且磁性元件固定在摇头支架上。磁性元件与磁感应元件用于配合检测摇头支架相对于基座的转动角度。
在一个实施方式中,齿轮罩30为一体成型结构。基座50为一体成型结构。
例如,可通过注塑成型工艺加工出齿轮罩限位件31及基座限位件51。如此,加工方便,降低了家用电器的摇头机构100的成本。
在一个实施方式中,家用电器的摇头机构100包括支柱管70(见图2)。基座50设置有连接部56。连接部56固定连接支柱管70。
具体地,支柱管70同时具有支撑及稳固基座50的作用,如此保证了家用电器的摇头机构100的稳定性。
本发明实施方式的家用电器200包括上述任一实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构100。
本发明实施方式的家用电器200中,在摇头支架10转动至预定位置时,齿轮罩30可以限制摇头支架10的转动并使得摇头支架10换向转动,从而有效防止摇头支架10出现急停而使家用电器的摇头机构100出现抖动的现象,实现了家用电器的摇头机构100平稳的运行。从而提高了家用电器200的稳定性。
在本发明实施方式中,家用电器200以风扇为例说明。家用电器200包括风叶210及用于驱动风叶210转动的风叶驱动机构220(见图1)。风叶驱动机构220固设于摇
头支架100前端。具体地,风叶驱动机构220为电机。可以理解,其它需要使用摇头机构的家用电器也可采用以上实施方式的家用电器的摇头机构100。如此,家用电器200通过驱动装置20使摇头支架10相对于基座50转动,以实现送风。
同时,驱动装置20及风叶驱动机构220均设置在摇头支架10上,这使得家用电器200的结构强度高,可靠性好。

- 一种家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,包括:摇头支架;驱动装置,所述驱动装置安装于所述摇头支架上;齿轮罩,所述齿轮罩与所述摇头支架固定连接;驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮与所述驱动装置连接;基座,所述摇头支架可转动地连接所述基座;所述驱动装置用于驱动所述驱动齿轮相对于所述基座转动以带动所述摇头支架相对于所述基座转动至预定位置,在所述预定位置时,所述齿轮罩用于限制所述摇头支架的转动以使得所述摇头支架换向转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮罩包括齿轮罩限位件,所述基座包括基座限位件,在所述预定位置时,所述齿轮罩限位件弹性抵触所述基座限位件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮罩限位件包括第一限位件及第二限位件,所述基座限位件包括弹性的第三限位件及弹性的第四限位件,所述预定位置包括第一位置及第二位置;在所述第一位置时,所述第一限位件弹性抵触所述第三限位件;在所述第二位置时,所述第二限位件弹性抵触所述第四限位件。

- 根据权利要求6所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括电机及输出轴,所述固定安装板开设有第一安装孔,所述摇头支架开设有轴孔,所述输出轴穿设所述第一安装孔及所述轴孔而连接所述驱动齿轮及所述电机。
- 根据权利要求6所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述摇头支架开设有第一通孔,所述齿轮罩设置有螺钉柱,所述螺钉柱穿设所述第一通孔;所述固定安装板开设有螺纹孔,所述螺钉柱通过螺钉与所述螺纹孔配合而将所述齿轮罩固定在所述摇头支架上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮罩设置有与所述螺钉柱间隔的卡部,所述摇头支架开设有卡孔,所述卡部卡设于所述卡孔中。
- 根据权利要求5所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮罩开设有与所述第一收容槽连通的容置空间,所述容置空间的侧壁所形成的圆弧状结构与所述齿部的外周圆弧状结构相匹配,所述齿部部分地收容于所述容置空间中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述摇头支架包括连接轴,所述连接轴与所述基座可转动地连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头机构包括固定在所述基座中的轴承,所述轴承与所述连接轴过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述家用电器的摇头机构包括磁性元件及磁感应元件,所述磁性元件固定在所述基座上且所述磁感应元件固定在所述摇头支架上,或所述磁感应元件固定在所述基座上且所述磁性元件固定在所述摇头支架上;所述磁性元件与所述磁感应元件用于配合检测所述摇头支架相对于所述基座的转 动角度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的家用电器的摇头机构,其特征在于,所述齿轮罩为一体成型结构,所述基座为一体成型结构。
- 一种家用电器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-14任意一项所述的家用电器的摇头机构。
- 根据权利要求15所述的家用电器,其特征在于,所述家用电器包括风叶及用于驱动所述风叶转动的风叶驱动机构,所述风叶驱动机构固设于所述摇头支架前端。
