背景技术
随着电子设备技术的快速发展,可穿戴装置的产品不断增多、且技术不断逐渐成熟,如手表、手环等可穿戴设备越来越受到关注和欢迎。
市面上现有的可穿戴设备一般都会宣称具备防水功能,而对于可穿戴设备而言,如果要提高其防水性能,则必然需要将其气密性做好,但是,如果可穿戴设备的气密性做的很好的话,则可穿戴设备壳体的内部与外部之间的透气性就会很差,并且可穿戴设备使用过程中,壳体内部的温度会逐渐升高,从而导致壳体内部的气压不断增大,若壳体内部的气体无法有效排出的话,壳体内部和外部之间就会产生内外气压差,而壳体内外的气压差就会对可穿戴设备壳体内的某些器件造成影响(比如喇叭等)。
为了避免可穿戴设备在使用过程中产生内外气压差,目前采用的方法为在可穿戴设备的壳体上开设连通壳体内部和外部以平衡壳体内部和外部的气压的平衡气孔,并且,为了同时做到防水需要在平衡气孔的第一端处贴合一种防水透气的膜,以防止水分通过平衡气孔进入到壳体的内部。
但是,随着可穿戴设备的使用,可穿戴设备经常会与人体或者外界环境进行接触,平衡气孔的第二端经常会被外部环境中的污物等堵塞,进而使平衡气孔失去平衡壳体内部和外部气压的作用,并且,现有可穿戴设备的壳体上的平衡气孔的第二端一旦被堵塞,用户很难自行对堵塞平衡气孔的污物进行清理,进而造成用户体验度较低。
发明内容

结合第一方面、第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式、第二种可能的实现方式、第三种可能的实现方式、第四种可能的实现方式、第五种可能的实现方式、第六种可能的实现方式、第七种可能的实现方式,在第十一种可能的实现方式中,所述壳体上设有用于插入识别模块SIM卡的插槽,所述可拆卸部件为用于封堵所述插槽的卡盖。
结合第一方面、第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式、第二种可能的实现方式、第三种可能的实现方式、第四种可能的实现方式、第五种可能的实现方式、第六种可能的实现方式、第七种可能的实现方式、第八种可能的实现方式、第九种可能的实现方式、第十种可能的实现方式、第十一种可能的实现方式,在第十二种可能的实现方式中,所述可穿戴设备还包括用于封堵所述透气孔的防水透气膜,所述防水透气膜设置于所述壳体朝向所述本体一侧的表面以封堵所述透气孔的第一端,或者,所述防水透气膜设置于所述壳体背离所述本体一侧的表面以封堵所述透气孔的第二端。防水透气膜的设置能够防止水汽进入到壳体内部,同时不会对透气孔的透气性造成影响,并且还能够进一步对透气孔内的杂物进行阻挡。
根据第一方面提供的可穿戴设备,储污槽与壳体设有的透气孔的第二端连通,并且,导气通道与储污槽以及外部环境连通,因此,由导气通道、储污槽以及透气孔形成的平衡气孔能够连通壳体的内部空间和外部环境,进而能够起到平衡壳体内外气压的作用。并且,当外部环境中的灰尘等杂物在进入到平衡气孔中时首先进入到导气通道中,然后被汇聚到储污槽中,当需要对可穿戴设备的平衡气孔进行清洁时,将可拆卸部件自壳体上拆卸下来,进而将储污槽露出,用户能够自行对储污槽内存储的杂物进行清理。因此,上述可穿戴设备中,用户能够方便地对堵塞平衡气孔的污物进行自行清理,进而提高用户使用产品时的用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种可穿戴设备,用户能够方便地对堵塞该可穿戴设备的平衡气孔的污物进行自行清理,平衡该可穿戴设备的内外气压差,有效延长设备内部元件的寿命,进而提高用户使用产品的用户体验。
如图1和图2所示,该可穿戴设备包括壳体1和安装于壳体1内以实现可穿戴设备功能的本体3,上述可穿戴设备还包括可拆卸部件2,可拆卸部件2可拆卸地安装于壳体1,壳体1上设有透气孔11,透气孔11的第一端位于壳体1朝向本体3一侧的表面,且透气孔11的第二端位于壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面,当可拆卸部件2安装于壳体1时覆盖透气孔11的第二端,且可拆卸部件2与壳体1配合形成储污槽21和至少一条导气通道22;透气孔11通过储污槽21与上述导气通道22连通,且导气通道22背离储污槽21的一端与壳体1的外部环境连通,即上述透气孔11、储污槽21以及导气通道22配合形成平衡气孔。
上述可穿戴设备中,储污槽21与壳体1设有的透气孔11的第二端连通,并且,导气通道22与储污槽21以及壳体1的外部环境连通,因此,由导气通道22、储污槽21以及透气孔11形成的平衡气孔能够连通壳体1的内部空间和外部环境,进而能够起到平衡壳体 1内外气压的作用。并且,当外部环境中的灰尘等杂物在进入到平衡气孔中时首先进入到导气通道22中,然后被汇聚到储污槽21中,当需要对可穿戴设备的平衡气孔进行清洁时,将可拆卸部件2自壳体1上拆卸下来,进而将储污槽21露出,用户能够自行对储污槽21内存储的杂物进行清理。
因此,上述可穿戴设备中,用户能够方便地对堵塞平衡气孔的污物进行自行清理,进而提高用户使用产品时的用户体验。
可拆卸部件2与本体1之间配合形成上述储污槽21以及导气通道22的方式可以有多种,具体如下所述:
方式一,具体如图3、图4所示,可拆卸部件2朝向透气孔11第二端的表面上设有第一凹陷部,第一凹陷部与壳体1背离本体1一侧的表面配合形成上述储污槽21,如第一凹陷部中具有的凹陷部位211用于与壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面配合形成上述储污槽21。这样,灰尘等杂物将存储在第一凹陷部具有的凹陷部位211处,当将可拆卸部件自壳体上上拆卸下来时能够将存储在第一凹陷部具有的凹陷部位211处的杂物一起自壳体上取下,进一步提高对污物处理的便利性。
当然,第一凹陷部还可以包括用于形成连通储污槽21与透气孔11之间的连接通道23的凹陷部位231。
当然,第一凹陷部中具有的用于形成储污槽21的凹陷部位211还可以与透气孔11相对,即,透气孔11的第二端直接位于形成的储污槽21的槽壁上,具体可以如图5所示。
方式二,当然,还可以是壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面形成第二凹陷部(图中未示出),第二凹陷部与可拆卸部件2的表面配合形成储污槽21。这样,即使可拆卸部件2安装到壳体1上后能够相对于壳体1移动,储污槽21与透气孔11的第二端开口之间的相对位置也不会发生变化,进而能够提高储污槽21与透气孔11的第二端开口连通的稳定性。
在上述方式二的基础上,壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面形成的第二凹陷部还可以包括用于形成连通储污槽21与透气孔11第二端的连接通道23的凹陷部位(图中未示出)。
方式三,可拆卸部件2朝向透气孔11第二端开口的表面上设有第三凹陷部,同时壳体1背离本体3的一侧表面设有与第三凹陷部开口相对的第四凹陷部,第三凹陷部和第四凹陷部配合形成上述储污槽21。
当然,上述储污槽21还可以通过其他结构的形成方式还可以有其他种方式,如,形成上述储污槽21的凹陷部形成在可拆卸部件2上,但是形成连通透气孔11和储污槽21的连接通道23的凹陷部可以形成在壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面;当然,还可以反过来设置,即,形成上述储污槽21的凹陷部形成在壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面上,但是形成连通透气孔11和储污槽21的连接通道23的凹陷部可以形成在可拆卸部件2的外表面上,这里不再一一举例。
当然,上述导气通道22的形成方式也可以有多种,如:
方式一,如图3、图4以及图5所示,可以可拆卸部件2的表面形成第三凹陷部221,第三凹陷部221与壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面配合形成导气通道22。
方式二,还可以是在可拆卸部件2的内部设有通孔以形成上述导气通道22。
方式三,当然,还可以是在壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面设有凹陷部以与可拆卸部件2的表面配合形成上述导气通道22。
导气通道22的形成方式还可以为其他的方式,这里不再一一举例。
当然,用于组成上述平衡气孔的导气通道22可以为至少两条。具体如图3所示,可拆卸部件2上设置用于形成导气通道22的凹陷部221与壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面配合时可以形成至少两条导气通道22,这样,当其中一条导气通道22被堵塞时,储污槽21还可以通过其他的导气通道22连通壳体的外部环境,而多条导气通道22同时被堵塞的概率很低,进而能够降低平衡气孔被堵塞的概率,提高可穿戴设备中平衡气孔作用的稳定性。
具体地,如图3和图5所示,壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面形成有凹槽12,透气孔11的第二端位于凹槽12的槽底,可拆卸部件2的至少一部分嵌设于凹槽12内。可拆卸部件2嵌设于壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面形成的凹槽12内,这样,能够便于实现可拆卸部件2的外表面与壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面配合的稳定性,同时便于可拆卸部件2与壳体1之间的拆装。
具体地,上述可穿戴设备可以为手表,而与壳体1可拆卸连接的可拆卸部件2具体可以为表带。
当然,上述可穿戴设备的壳体1上可以设有用于插入识别模块SIM卡的插槽,即,用于插入识别模块SIM卡的卡槽形成上述凹槽12,可拆卸部件2为用于封堵插槽的卡盖,如图5所示。
为了提高平衡气孔的防水性能,上述可穿戴设备用于封堵透气孔11的防水透气膜13,防水透气膜13可以设置于壳体1朝向本体3一侧的表面以封堵透气孔11的第一端,具体如图1和图2所示,当然,防水透气膜13还可以设置于壳体1背离本体3一侧的表面以封堵透气孔11的第二端(图中未示出)。防水透气膜13的设置能够防止水汽进入到壳体1内部,同时不会对透气孔11的透气性造成影响,并且还能够进一步对透气孔11内的杂物进行阻挡。
本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可穿戴设备,包括壳体和安装于所述壳体内以实现所述可穿戴设备功能的本体及可拆卸部件,所述可拆卸部件可拆卸地安装于所述壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有透气孔,所述透气孔的第一端位于所述壳体朝向所述本体一侧的表面,所述透气孔的第二端位于所述壳体背离所述本体一侧的表面,所述可拆卸部件与所述壳体配合形成储污槽和至少一条导气通道,所述透气孔通过所述储污槽与所述至少一条导气通道连通,所述导气通道背离所述储污槽的一端与所述壳体的外部环境连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴式设备,其特征在于,所述可拆卸部件朝向所述透气孔第二端的表面上设有第一凹陷部,所述第一凹陷部与所述壳体背离所述本体的一侧表面配合形成所述储污槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述壳体背离所述本体的一侧表面形成第二凹陷部,所述第二凹陷部与所述可拆卸部件的表面配合形成所述储污槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴式设备,其特征在于,所述可拆卸部件朝向所述透气孔第二端的表面上设有第三凹陷部,所述壳体背离所述本体的一侧表面设有与所述第三凹陷部开口相对的第四凹陷部,所述第三凹陷部和第四凹陷部配合形成所述储污槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可拆卸部件的表面形成第五凹陷部,所述第五凹陷部与所述壳体背离所述本体的一侧表面配合形成所述导气通道。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可拆卸部件内部设有通孔以形成所述导气通道。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述导气通道为至少两条。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述壳体背离所述本体的一侧表面形成有凹槽,所述透气孔的第二端位于所述凹槽的槽底,所述可拆卸部件的至少一部分嵌设于所述凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的可穿戴设备,其特征在于,所述可穿戴设备还包括用于封堵所述透气孔的防水透气膜,所述防水透气膜设置于所述壳体朝向所述本体一侧的表面以封堵所述透气孔的第一端,或者,所述防水透气膜设置于所述壳体背离所述本体一侧的表面以封堵所述透气孔的第二端。
