Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouvel aptamère capable d'améliorer l'activité de peroxydase d'une protéine à hème et un procédé de quantification d'une protéine à hème à l'aide de l'aptamère. L'aptamère, qui comprend un polynucléotide présentant une séquence de base représentée par la formule [I] : ggg(n)1-2ggg(n)1-8ggg(n)1-2ggg [I] ou un polynucléotide contenant ledit polynucléotide, améliore l'activité de peroxydase d'une protéine à hème. Le procédé de quantification d'une protéine à hème dans un échantillon de test consiste à mesurer, en présence de cet aptamère, l'activité de peroxydase dans un échantillon de test contenant une protéine à hème prélevé sur un organisme vivant.
