1.环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷,其特征在于:包括手柄(1)、植毛刷头 (2) 和金属片 (3),所述植毛刷头 (2)—端设有毛料放置槽 (4),另一端与手柄(1) 连接,所述毛料放置槽 (4)内放置有塑料块 (5),有毛料 (6)填充于塑料块 (5) 与植毛刷头 (2)之间的容质空间, 塑料块 (5)上设有金属放置槽 (7), 金属片 (3)搁置在金属放置槽 (7)内, 毛料放置槽 (4)两端均设有位于植毛刷头 (2) 内的金属卡槽 (8), 金属片 (3)两端分别卡在金属卡槽 (8)内。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷, 其特征在于: 所 述塑料块 (5)的横截面为 V字形, 塑料块 (5)—端位于毛料放置槽 (4)底端, 另一端设置金属放置槽 (7), 金属放置槽 (7)的横截面位一字型。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷, 其特征在于: 所 述金属片 (3)两端设有锯齿槽 (9)。
4.根据权利要求 2所述的环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷, 其特征在于: 所 述金属片 (3)两端设有锯齿槽 (9)。
5.根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项权利要求所述的环保型无植毛孔式油 漆刷, 其特征在于: 所述植毛刷头(2)和手柄(1)均由塑料制成, 且植毛刷 头 (2)和手柄(1)为一体式结构。
6.根据权利要求 1至 4所述中任一项权利要求所述的环保型无植毛孔 式油漆刷, 其特征在于: 所述手柄(1)上安装有定位柱(10)或定位槽(11), 植毛刷头 (2)上对应的安装有定位槽(11)或定位柱(10), 植毛刷头 (2)通过 定位槽(11)和定位柱(10)与手柄(1)卡接。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷, 其特征在于: 所 述定位柱(10)上设有卡块(12 ), 定位柱(10)通过卡块(12 ) 与定位槽(11)匹 配连接。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷, 其特征在于: 所 述植毛刷头 (2)由塑料制成, 手柄(1)由塑料或木材制成。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷, 其特征在于: 所 述金属片 (3)为铁片、 钢片、 不锈铁和铜片中的一种。
10. 环保型无植毛孔式油漆刷的加工方法, 其特征在于: 它包括如下 工艺步骤,
步骤 1 : 准备好手柄(1)和植毛刷头(2), 将毛料 (6)摆放在机器旁边; 步骤 2 : 把植毛刷头 (2)摆放在油漆刷加工装置的下料槽里面, 并在油漆 刷加工装置的毛箱内填充好毛料;
步骤 3 : 打开油漆刷加工装置开关, 选择自动模式功能, 机器开始运行; 步骤 4: 当油漆刷加工装置的传动轴旋转到植毛刷头 (2)位置所在处, 且 植毛刷头(2)对准上柄机构的钳口时, 上柄机构将植毛刷头(2)放到钳口里 面并通过钳口夹紧植毛刷头(2), 此时植毛刷头(2)处于上柄工位;
步骤 5 : 当传动轴带着植毛刷头 (2)从上柄工位转动到下一个工位时,检 测传动轴上有没有植毛刷头 (2), 如有刷柄则在下一个工位植毛, 如没手柄 则不植毛;
步骤 6: 将毛料 (6)搁置到毛料放置槽 (4)的开口处, 通过带有金属片(3) 的塑料块 (5)将毛料 (6)压入到毛料放置槽 (4)内, 并通过金属片(3)使塑料 块 (5)与植毛刷头 (2)卡紧;
步骤 7:将毛料 (6)转动到剪毛工位并对毛料进行第一次剪毛,在毛料 (6) 完成第一次剪毛后, 再将毛料 (6)转到动打花工位, 对毛料 (6)进行打花; 步骤 8: 在毛料 (6)打完花后, 将毛料 (6)转动到剪毛工位并对毛料进行 第二次剪毛;
步骤 9: 在毛料完成第二次剪毛后, 通过传动轴将植毛刷头(2)再次转动 到上柄工位, 将手柄(1)或植毛刷头 (2)的定位柱(11)插入到植毛刷头 (2)或 手柄(1)的定位槽(11)内, 此时手柄(1)和植毛刷头 (2)组合一起;
