Abstract

本发明涉及一种刷子，包括刷柄和刷毛，其特征在于，刷毛设于刷柄一端凹槽内插入条的四周。本发明的优点是当刷毛蘸涂料时，刷子利用虹吸现象将涂料吸到凹形楔槽内，能使刷腔有足够的涂料，刷子积累额外的体积，使油漆均匀分布。本发明的优点是减少蘸料的次数，提高刷子的工作效率。

本发明涉及一种刷子，可作为装潢工具，用于涂油漆、涂料和防护剂等，属于工具技术领域。
背景技术
目前的刷子由刷柄，刷毛和固定配件组成，固定配件连接刷柄和刷毛两个独立部分。缺点是刷毛涂料上漆不多，工作效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种提高刷子的使用率及工作效率的刷子。
为实现以上目的，本发明的技术方案是提供一种刷子，包括刷柄和刷毛，其特征在于，刷毛设于刷柄一端凹槽内插入条的四周。
所述的刷柄一端设有一凹形楔槽，凹形楔槽中设有插入条(4)，插入条的末端与刷柄互嵌20mm。所述的插入条四边为锯齿边。
本发明采用刷柄一端设有一凹形楔槽，刷毛设于刷柄一端凹槽内插入条的四周，当刷毛蘸涂料时，刷子利用虹吸现象将涂料吸到凹形楔槽内，能使刷腔有足够的涂料，刷子积累额外的体积，使油漆均匀分布，凹槽内插入条由于四边为锯齿边，可以拉住刷毛，固定刷毛的作用。
本发明的优点是减少蘸料的次数，提高刷子的工作效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1所示，为一种刷子结构示意图，所述的刷子由刷柄1、和刷毛3组成，刷柄1一端设有一凹形楔槽2，凹形楔槽2中安装插入条4，插入条4的末端与刷柄1互嵌小于20mm，所述的插入条4四边为锯齿边5，锯齿边5上设有齿峰6和齿谷7在插入条4相对的两侧，刷毛3设于刷柄1一端凹槽内插入条4的四周。
使用时涂料工人保持插入条末端不得超出刷柄工作末端20mm以确保刷腔内足够的油漆容量，从而在刷子蘸涂料时刷子能够积累额外的体积，工人在涂刷时油漆就可以均匀分布，对于喷涂表面来说，也减少了蘸料的次数。

Claims (3)

1.一种刷子，包括刷柄(1)和刷毛(3)，其特征在于，刷毛(3)设于刷柄(1)一端凹槽内插入条(4)的四周。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种刷子，其特征在于，所述的刷柄(1)一端设有一凹形楔槽(2)，凹形楔槽(2)中设有插入条(4)，插入条的末端与刷柄(1)互嵌20mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种刷子，其特征在于，所述的插入条(4)四边为锯齿边(5)。
