图5为本发明一实施例中第二挡板与支撑板的装配示意图。请参照图1和图5所示,支撑板1的两个相对的侧端面分别具有滑槽8,第二挡板3具有卡入两个滑槽8内的一对滚轴9,滚轴9与滑槽8滑动装配并可相对滑槽8转动。由于不同设备的支腿(被支撑物)大小形状不同,采用该设计,可以通过调整滚轴9在滑槽8中的滑动位置来调整第二挡板3与支撑板1的铰接位置,从而使运输装置可以适用于不同规格的设备产品。在进一步的实施例中,第二挡板3与支撑板1的铰装还可以采用贯穿支撑板1的滑槽与设置于滑槽内一滚轴滑动且转动的装配方式。图4为本发明一实施例中第一挡板的结构示意图,请参照图1和图4所示,本实施例中,支撑板1与所述两个侧端面垂直的前端面设置有安装缺口10,第一挡板2铰装于安装缺口10内。第一挡板2呈大致的L形,包括可转至支撑板1的底壁下部的限位部11。当收纳运输支撑组件100时,将第一挡板2和第二挡板3转至铺于支撑板1上方;当使用运输支撑组件100时,将第一挡板2和第二挡板3转至相对于支撑板1立起,由于第一挡板2在背向支撑板1顶面转动一定角度后其限位部11会限位于支撑板1的底壁,因此,第一挡板2不会转至过大角度,更不会转至支撑板1的下方,本是实施例中的运输支撑组件不但方便操作,而且便于收纳。
在本实施例中,第一挡板2和第二挡板3朝向设备的支腿7的一侧还 可以分别设有缓冲垫12。这样第一挡板2和第二挡板3夹持支腿7时可以减少对支腿7的划伤,对支腿7起到保护作用,并且能够增大第一挡板2、第二挡板3与支腿7的摩擦力,更加牢靠的将支腿7固定,缓冲垫12可以采用橡胶垫或缓冲泡棉等等。
本实施例中,滚轮5可以采用万向轮,这样可以使运输支撑组件在移动时更加灵活、方便、省力。
本实施例还提供一种运输装置,用于运输具有多个被支撑物的设备,包括至少一个运输支撑组件100,所述被支撑物分别固定在所述运输支撑组件上,以使得所述设备通过所述运输装置被整体移动。可以使用该运输装置进行搬运的设备不限,例如,可以为具有支腿的电视机、洗衣机等电器设备或机械设备等等。所使用运输支撑组件100的数量不限,根据设备的支腿数量来确定。例如,电视机具有四个支腿,运输支撑组件100相应的为四组。设备的支腿的截面形状不限,例如可以为矩形、椭圆形、平行四边形等等。
采用本实施例的运输装置搬运设备时,针对设备的每个支腿7,将其放在一运输支撑组件100的支撑板1上,然后束紧束带4,第一挡板2、第二挡板3和所述束带4协作夹持被支撑物7;待各个支腿7均固定在相应的运输支撑组件100上后,可移动设备进行运输。该运输装置在使用时只需人工轻抬设备,使设备的支腿7能够置于支撑板1上,因此无需耗费大量人力。相比现有技术,使用该运输装置可以减小搬运设备所需的人力,降低设备的搬运风险。同时,各个运输支撑组件100的结构小巧且相互独立,收纳起来也比较节省空间。
在一种实施例中,可以设置连接在相邻的两个运输支撑组件100的支撑板1上的多个连接架,从而将多个运输支撑组件100组合成一个整体,以便于驱动整个运输装置移动。另外,可以将各个连接架设置成可伸缩的,以根据被移动的设备的大小和/或被支撑物(设备的支腿)的间距调节相应运输支撑组件100的位置,从而移动具有不同大小和形状的设备。
本发明另一实施例还提供另一运输支撑组件及包括至少一个该运输支撑组件的运输装置,为了达到简要说明的目的,上述实施例中任何可作相同应用的技术特征叙述皆并于此,无需再重复相同叙述。
实施例中提到的方向用语,例如“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等,仅是参考附图的方向,并非用来限制本发明的保护范围。并且,上述实施例可基于设计及可靠度的考虑,彼此混合搭配使用或与其他实施例混合搭配使用,即不同实施例中的技术特征可以自由组合形成更多的实施例。
以上所述的具体实施例,对本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果进行了进一步详细说明,所应理解的是,以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种运输支撑组件,包括支撑板、第一挡板、第二挡板和至少一根束带,
    其中:第一挡板和第二挡板分别与支撑板铰装且分别设有至少一个穿过孔;束带分别穿过第一挡板和第二挡板的穿过孔,使得所述第一挡板、第二挡板和所述束带协作以夹持被支撑物。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的运输支撑组件,其中,所述第一挡板与支撑板的铰装轴线和第二挡板与支撑板的铰装轴线相平行。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的运输支撑组件,其中,第一挡板设有第一穿过孔,第二挡板设有第三穿过孔和第四穿过孔,束带为两根,两根束带共同穿过第一挡板的第一穿过孔并分别穿过第二挡板的第三穿过孔和第四穿过孔。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的运输支撑组件,其中,第一挡板设有第一穿过孔和第二穿过孔,第二挡板设有第三穿过孔和第四穿过孔,束带为两根,其中一根束带穿过第一挡板的第一穿过孔和第二挡板的第三穿过孔,另一根束带穿过第一挡板的第二穿过孔和第二挡板的第四穿过孔,两个束带无交叉。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中的任一项所述的运输支撑组件,其中,所述支撑板的两个相对的侧端面分别包括滑槽,第二挡板包括分别卡入两个滑槽内的一对滚轴,滚轴与滑槽滑动装配并可相对滑槽转动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的运输支撑组件,其中,支撑板的与所述两个侧端面垂直的前端面包括安装缺口,第一挡板铰装于安装缺口内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的运输支撑组件,其特征在于,所述第一挡板呈大致的L形,并包括可转至支撑板的底壁下部的限位部。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的运输支撑组件,其中,所述第一挡板和第二挡板中的至少一个的夹持被支撑物的一侧包括缓冲垫。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中的任一项所述的运输支撑组件,其中,每根所述束带包括带条和卡扣,所述带条的一端与卡扣固定,所述带条的另一端用于穿过卡扣并调整束带的松紧度。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中的任一所述的运输支撑组件,还包括装配于支撑板的底部的至少一个万向滚轮。
  11. 一种用于运输具有多个被支撑物的设备的运输装置,包括多个权利要求1-10中任一所述的运输支撑组件,其中所述被支撑物分别固定在所述运输支撑组件上,以使得所述设备通过所述运输装置被整体移动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的运输装置,其中,所述设备包括电视机,所述被支撑物包括用于支撑所述电视机的支腿。
