[0014] 本实用新型的有益效果为: 本实用新型所述的一种多功能数据线结构, 其包括 连接器、 传输线, 连接器包括中间塑胶体、 包套于中间塑胶体外围的金属壳体 、 装设于中间塑胶体后端部的 PCB板, 中间塑胶体内部装设五个第一 PIN针, 中 间塑胶体外表面装设八个第二 PIN针, 各第一 PIN针以及各第二 PIN针分别与中间 塑胶体一体注塑成型, 各第二 PIN针分别露出于金属壳体; 各第一 PIN针、 各第 二 PIN针以及传输线的芯线分别与 PCB板焊接; 连接器还包括包套于金属壳体后 端部、 传输线前端部以及 PCB板外围的塑胶壳体。 通过上述结构设计, 本实用新 型能够同吋适用于 Lighting接口以及 Micro-USB接口, 即能够兼顾 Lighting接口以 及 Micro-USB接口数据连接以及充电; 故而, 本实用新型具有设计新颖、 功能多 样的优点。

[0029] 进一步的, 连接器 1还包括有装设于中间塑胶体 11后端部且朝后凸出延伸的 PC B板 14, 各第一 PIN针以及各第二 PIN针 13分别与 PCB板 14焊接, PCB板 14对应传 输线 2设置有焊盘 141, 传输线 2的芯线 21焊装于 PCB板 14的焊盘 141。

[0034] 作为优选的实施方式, 如图 2所示, 金属壳体 12于背离第二 PIN针 13—侧的表面 设置有两个左右对称间隔布置且分别凸出延伸的凸点 121。 需进一步解释, 现有 的 Micro-USB接口一般都设置有两个卡簧, 两个卡簧分别带有倒钩, 两个卡簧的 作用在于: 卡紧接口里的 PIN针并使得接触更紧; 然而, 对于上述具有卡簧结构 的 Micro-USB接口而言, 使用吋会伤手机, 插拔多次后会把手机弄坏。 本实用新 型通过两个凸点 121取代现有的卡簧结构, 这样可以将对手机的损伤降到最低, 且同样有卡紧的效果。 [0035] 作为优选的实施方式, 如图 1和图 2所示, 中间塑胶体 11的前端面设置有两个左 右对称间隔布置且朝前凸出延伸的凸块 111, 两个凸块 111之间形成有一缺口 112 。 需进一步解释, 通过设置缺口 112接口, 在本实用新型使用过程中, 其可以使 得 PIN针接触更加稳定, 且数据传输更顺畅。
