通过本申请,采用获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;存储第二终端的通讯号码与该情绪状态信息之间的对应关系;根据该情绪状态信息提醒第一终端再次与第二终端进行通话的通话方式,解决了现有技术中终端不能对通话双方的在通话时的情绪进行分析和提醒的问题,从而实现了根据通话本端的通信录中的联系人与通话本端的用户的关系对用户的通话情绪进行提醒,提升了用户体验。

下面将结合附图对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

实施例1
在本实施例中提供了一种通话方式提醒方法,图1是根据本申请实施例的通话方式提醒方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;
步骤S104,存储第二终端的通讯号码与该情绪状态信息之间的对应关系;
步骤S106,根据该情绪状态信息提醒第一终端再次与第二终端进行通话的通话方式。
通过上述步骤,获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息,根据该情绪状态信息提醒第一终端再次与第二终端进行通话的通话方式,相比于现有技术中,当前电话本只包含联系人的电话和邮件信息等,但是它不能记录用户跟这些联系人的人际关系。电话本作为我们平时使用的最频繁的功能之一,如果它不仅仅能记录诸如电话号码和邮件地址等静态信息,还能分析一段时间内跟别人的人际关系,那么将会使手机更具人性化,上述步骤解决了现有技术中终端不能对通话双方的在通话时的情绪进行分析和提醒的问题,从而实现了根据通话本端的通信录中的联系人与通话本端的用户的关系对用户的通话情绪进行提醒,提升了用户体验。
上述步骤S102涉及到获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息,在一个可选实施例中,通过与第一终端连接的情绪感应器获取该情绪状态信息。情绪感应器可以通过感应和计算人类的潜在皮肤活动、语言语音等来分析人类的情绪状态,得到情绪状态信息。
具体地,为了节省资源,可以在通话连通后,才打开情绪感应器,启动情绪感应服务,当通话完成后,关闭情绪感应器。在非通话阶段不启动情绪感应器,以节省资源。可以设置情绪感应器的句柄,通过句柄的方式操作情绪感应器,比如打开情绪感应器、关闭情绪感应器等。
具体地,可以将情绪感应器安装在手机等移动终端的边框或者内置在移动终端里面,当通话连通后,情绪感应器将会被打开开始采集用户在通话过程中的情绪状态信息。
在一个可选实施例中,情绪状态信息可以是高兴、舒服、自然、无聊、生气中其中之一。
上述步骤S106涉及到根据该情绪状态信息提醒第一终端再次与第二终端进行通话的通话方式,在一个可选实施例中,在情绪状态信息包括无聊或者生气的情况下,在第一终端与第二终端再次进行通话时,提醒与第一终端对应的用户保持情绪平稳。具体地,电话本程序可以基于情绪数据来对所有的联系人进行分类。比如,针对每个联系人电话本程序将会定期(1个月3个月?….)分析收集到的情绪数据然后给该联系人一个情绪等级,比如令你高兴的、令你感到舒服的、令你感到自然的、令你感到无聊的、容易令你生气的等等。基于这样的分级当令你感到无聊或者容易令你生气 的人给用户打电话的时候手机可以给他一个提示提醒他注意控制好自己的情绪。进而可以促使用户与通话对端用户保持良好的人际关系。在另一个可选实施例中,在该情绪状态信息包括高兴、舒服或者自然的情况下,检测到第一终端与第二终端最近一次通话的时间与当前时间的时间间隔超过预定阈值,例如该预定阈值可以是一周的时间,提醒第一终端拨打与第二终端对应的通讯号码。具体地,当打开电话本,电话本可以根据用户现在的情绪建议用户联系合适的联系人。当打开电话本的时候情绪感应器也随之被打开,比如用户情绪很低落很沮丧的时候情绪感应器把当前用户的情绪状态发给电话电话本,电话本会在所有的联系人找出能让用户高兴或者愉快起来的联系人。从而可以保证了用户的良好情绪,有效调整了用户心理状态。
综上所述,通过本申请提供的一种通话方式提醒方法,解决了现有技术中终端不能对通话双方的在通话时的情绪进行分析和提醒的问题,从而实现了根据通话本端的通信录中的联系人与通话本端的用户的关系对用户的通话情绪进行提醒,提升了用户体验。
实施例2
在本实施例中还提供了一种通话方式提醒装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的 实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本申请实施例的通话方式提醒装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:获取模块22,用于获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;存储模块24,用于存储第二终端的通讯号码与该情绪状态信息之间的对应关系;提醒模块26,用于根据该情绪状态信息提醒第一终端再次与第二终端进行通话的通话方式。
可选地,获取模块24还用于通过与第一终端连接的情绪感应器获取该情绪状态信息。
可选地,该情绪状态信息包括以下至少之一:高兴、舒服、自然、无聊、生气。
可选地,提醒模块26还用于在该情绪状态信息包括无聊或者生气的情况下,在该第一终端与该第二终端再次进行通话时,提醒与该第一终端对应的用户保持情绪平稳。
图3是根据本申请实施例的提醒模块的结构框图,如图2所示,提醒模块26包括:检测单元262,用于在该情绪状态信息包括高兴、舒服或者自然的情况下,检测到第一终端与第二终端最近一次通话的时间与当前时间的时间间隔超过预定阈值;提醒单元264,用于提醒第一终端拨打与第二终端对应的通讯号码。
上述各个模块的更进一步的功能描述与上述对应实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,通过本申请提供的一种通话方式提醒装置,解决了现有技术中终端不能对通话双方的在通话时的情绪进行分析和提醒的问题,从而实现了根据通话本端的通信录中的联系人与通话本端的用户的关系对用户的通话情绪进行提醒,提升了用户体验。
实施例3
如图4所示,本申请还提供了一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器810;以及,与所述至少一个处理器810通信连接的存储器800;其中,所述存储器800存储有可被所述至少一个处理器810执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器810执行,以使所述至少一个处理器810能够获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;存储所述第二终端的通讯号码与所述情绪状态信息之间的对应关系;根据所述情绪状态信息提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式。所述电子设备还包括与所述存储器800和所述处理器电连接的输入装置830和输出装置840,所述电连接优选为通过总线连接。
本实施例的所述电子设备,可选地,获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息包括:通过与所述第一终端连接的情绪感应器获取所述情绪状态信息。
本实施例的所述电子设备,可选地,所述情绪状态信息包括以下至少之一:高兴、舒服、自然、无聊、生气。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种通话方式提醒方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;
    存储所述第二终端的通讯号码与所述情绪状态信息之间的对应关系;
    根据所述情绪状态信息提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息包括:
    通过与所述第一终端连接的情绪感应器获取所述情绪状态信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述情绪状态信息包括以下至少之一:
    高兴、舒服、自然、无聊、生气。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述情绪状态信息提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式包括:
    在所述情绪状态信息包括无聊或者生气的情况下,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端再次进行通话时,提醒与所述第一终端对应的用户保持情绪平稳。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述情绪状态信息 提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式包括:
    在所述情绪状态信息包括高兴、舒服或者自然的情况下,检测到所述第一终端与所述第二终端最近一次通话的时间与当前时间的时间间隔超过预定阈值;
    提醒所述第一终端拨打与所述第二终端对应的通讯号码。
  6. 一种通话方式提醒装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;
    存储模块,用于存储所述第二终端的通讯号码与所述情绪状态信息之间的对应关系;
    提醒模块,用于根据所述情绪状态信息提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块还用于通过与所述第一终端连接的情绪感应器获取所述情绪状态信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述情绪状态信息包括以下至少之一:
    高兴、舒服、自然、无聊、生气。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述提醒模块还用于在所述情绪状态信息包括无聊或者生气的情况下,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端再次进行通话时,提醒与所述第一终端对应的用户保持情绪平稳。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述提醒模块包括:
    检测单元,用于在所述情绪状态信息包括高兴、舒服或者自然的情况下,检测到所述第一终端与所述第二终端最近一次通话的时间与当前时间的时间间隔超过预定阈值;
    提醒单元,用于提醒所述第一终端拨打与所述第二终端对应的通讯号码。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够
    获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;
    存储所述第二终端的通讯号码与所述情绪状态信息之间的对应关系;
    根据所述情绪状态信息提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息包括:
    通过与所述第一终端连接的情绪感应器获取所述情绪状态信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述情绪状态信息包括以下至少之一:
    高兴、舒服、自然、无聊、生气。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,根据所述情绪状态信息提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式包括:
    在所述情绪状态信息包括无聊或者生气的情况下,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端再次进行通话时,提醒与所述第一终端对应的用户保持情绪平稳。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,根据所述情绪状态信息提醒所述第一终端再次与所述第二终端进行通话的通话方式包括:
    在所述情绪状态信息包括高兴、舒服或者自然的情况下,检测到所述第一终端与所述第二终端最近一次通话的时间与当前时间的时间间隔超过预定阈值;
    提醒所述第一终端拨打与所述第二终端对应的通讯号码。
  16. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于:所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令的所述计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:
    获取第一终端与第二终端通话过程中的情绪状态信息;
