获取基本提示级别子模块,用于根据所述预存提示级别和所述历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。
优选地,确定附加提示级别模块包括:
获取阈值范围子模块,用于获取所述未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;
获取附加提示级别子模块,用于根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。
优选地,所述的来电提示系统还包括:提醒模块,用于在本次没有对所述来电号码接听时,间隔预设时间对所述来电事件进行闹钟提醒。
本发明又公开了一种来电提示系统,包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:在有来电接入时,获取来电号码对应的联系人信息;根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码 的基本提示级别;获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数;根据所述未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别;根据所述基本提示级别和所述附加提示级别获取所述当前来电号码对应的当前提示级别;获取所述当前提示级别对应的提示方式;根据所述提示方式对所述来电号码进行来电提示。

本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本发明提供的来电提示方法和系统,当有来电接入时,获取该来电号码对应的联系人信息;根据该联系人信息确定来电号码的基本提示级别;获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数;根据未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别;根据基本提示级别和附加提示级别获取当前来电号码对应的当前提示级别;获取当前提示级别对应的提示方式;根据提示方式对来电号码进行来电提示。由于来电联系人在有急事或者重要事情的情况下,一般会多次拨打需要拨打的号码;而本发明提供的方法和系统根据未接来电的次数确定了附加提示级别,进而根据基本提示级别和附加提示级别确 定当前提示级别,在一定程度上避免了用户遗忘将重要联系人的基本提示级别设置成较高而误事的情况,且如此确定的当前提示级别更准确;同时,每个当前提示级别选取所对应的提示方式进行来电提示,区分了不同提示级别的联系人的来电提示,用户体验好。
2.本发明提供的来电提示方法和系统,联系人信息包括通讯录中预存的联系人信息和/或通话记录中该来电号码对应的历史通话记录。联系人的重要程度一般由两方面决定,第一,用户预设;第二,历史通话记录。本发明提供的方法和系统,根据预存的联系人信息获取预存提示级别;根据该来电号码的历史通话记录获取历史提示级别;根据预存提示级别和历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。通过该方法和系统获得的基本提示级别准确性较高,且由于历史通话记录是自动获得的,不需要人工操作,智能程度高且准确,进一步避免了用户忘记设置某联系人的预存提示级别为重要。
3.本发明提供的来电提示方法和系统,获取未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。这便使得当某号码来电次数越多时,则对应的附加提示级别越高,进一步区分了十分重要事件和一般重要事件,优化了用户体验。
4.本发明提供的来电提示方法和系统,若本次没有对来电接听时,则间隔预设时间对来电事件进行闹钟提醒,进一步避免了用户漏接电话。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第 三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种来电提示方法,可以包括如下步骤:
S1:在有来电接入时,获取来电号码对应的联系人信息。由于联系人的重要程度一般由两方面决定,第一,用户预设;第二,历史通话记录,所以获取的联系人信息可以包括通讯录中预存的联系人信息(用户预设的)和/或通话记录中该来电号码对应的历史通话记录。
S2:根据联系人信息确定来电号码的基本提示级别。
如图2所示,步骤S2具体可以通过如下方式实现:
S21:根据预存的联系人信息获取预存提示级别;即:用户预设的提示级别。如:静音下不响铃、静音下响铃且振动、无论处于何种场景模式下都不响铃等等。
S22:根据该来电号码的历史通话记录获取历史提示级别。作为一种具体实现方式,可以通过历史通话频率和历史通过时长来决定历史提示级别,一般认为历史通话频率越高,时间越长的来电号码所对应的联系人越重要,即历史提示级别越高。在实际使用中,可以设置一定的阈值判断,即历史 通话频率和/或时长所对应的阈值范围,每一级阈值范围对应一个历史提示级别,具体根据需要灵活设置即可。
S23:根据预存提示级别和历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。
通过步骤S21-S23获得的基本提示级别准确性较高,且由于历史通话记录是自动获得的,不需要人工操作,智能程度高,避免了用户忘记设置某联系人的预存提示级别为重要而导致误事的情况发生。
S3:获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数。由于来电联系人在有急事或者重要事情的情况下,一般会多次拨打需要拨打的号码,所以获取预设时间内的未接来电次数十分有必要。
S4:根据未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别。
如图3所示,步骤S4具体可以通过如下方式实现:
S41:获取未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;
S42:根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。
作为一种具体实现方式,未接来电次数为0个,则附加提示级别为零级;未接来电次数为1个,则附加提示级别为一级;未接来电次数为2-3个,则附加提示级别为二级;接来电次数大于3个,则附加提示级别为三级。具体根据需要进行设置即可。
由于一般情况下,事件越紧急或重要,来电次数则会越多;通过步骤S41和步骤S42实现了当某号码来电次数越多时,则对应的附加提示级别越高且该附加提示级别分级设置,进一步区分了十分重要事件和一般重要事件,优化了用户体验。
S5:根据基本提示级别和附加提示级别获取当前来电号码对应的当前 提示级别。
通过步骤S1-S5可以带来如下的有益效果:第一,在一定程度上避免了用户遗忘将某重要联系人(某来电号码)的基本提示级别设置成较高,而该重要联系人又有紧急情况反复拨打用户手机,但用户并不能接听到而导致误事的情况;第二,假设当前的情景为:用户的手机处于静音模式下,且某一来电号码的基本提示级别为在静音模式下不响铃;此时,若没有设置附加提示级别,则该号码的来电在静音模式下总是处于静音的状态,即便该号码有十分重要的事件,反复拨打用户手机,用户也不能察觉,通过设置附加提示级别,则可以使得最终确定的当前提示级别变为静音模式下响铃,避免了耽误重要事件的情况的发生。综上所述,通过步骤S1-S5确定的当前提示级别更客观,更准确。
S6:获取当前提示级别对应的提示方式。即:每个当前提示级别所对应的提示方式不一样,如:仅铃声;仅振动;铃声且振动;铃声大小不同;振动幅度不同;静音模式下不提示;静音模式下仅振动提示;静音模式下铃声且振动提示等等。该步骤区分了不同提示级别的联系人的来电提示,用户体验好。
S7:根据提示方式对来电号码进行来电提示。
尽管通过步骤S1-S7可以最大程度的避免漏接重要电话的事件发生,但仍不能避免意外,所以在步骤S7之后还可以包括:若本次没有对来电接听(即漏接电话),则间隔预设时间对所述来电事件进行闹钟提醒的步骤,如此设置,进一步避免了用户漏接电话。
实施例2
如图4所示,本实施例提供一种来电提示系统,可以包括:
获取联系人信息模块1,用于在有来电接入时,获取来电号码对应的联 系人信息。联系人信息可以包括通讯录中预存的联系人信息和/或通话记录中该来电号码对应的历史通话记录。
确定基本提示级别模块2,用于根据联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别。该模块可以进一步包括:
获取预存提示级别子模块,用于根据预存的联系人信息获取预存提示级别;
获取历史提示级别子模块,用于根据该来电号码的历史通话记录获取历史提示级别;
获取基本提示级别子模块,用于根据预存提示级别和历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。
通过获取预存提示级别子模块、获取历史提示级别子模块以及获取基本提示级别子模块获得的基本提示级别准确性较高,且由于历史通话记录是自动获得的,不需要人工操作,智能程度高,避免了用户忘记设置某联系人的预存提示级别为重要。
获取未接来电次数模块3,用于获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数。由于来电联系人在有急事或者重要事情的情况下,一般会多次拨打需要拨打的号码,所以获取预设时间内的未接来电次数十分有必要。
确定附加提示级别模块4,用于根据未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别。该模块可以进一步包括:获取阈值范围子模块,用于获取未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;获取附加提示级别子模块,用于根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。
由于一般情况下,事件越紧急或重要,来电次数则会越多;通过获取阈值范围子模块和获取附加提示级别子模块实现了当某号码来电次数越多时,则对应的附加提示级别越高且该附加提示级别分级设置,进一步区分 了十分重要事件和一般重要事件,优化了用户体验。
确定当前提示级别模块5,用于根据基本提示级别和附加提示级别获取当前来电号码对应的当前提示级别;
获取提示方式模块6,用于获取当前提示级别对应的提示方式;
提示模块7,用于根据提示方式对所述来电号码进行来电提示。
由于来电联系人在有急事或者重要事情的情况下,一般会多次拨打需要拨打的号码;而本实施例提供的系统根据基本提示级别和附加提示级别确定当前提示级别,在一定程度上避免了用户遗忘将重要联系人的基本提示级别设置成较高而误事的情况,且如此确定的当前提示级别更客观,更准确;同时,每个当前提示级别选取所对应的提示方式进行来电提示,区分了不同提示级别的联系人的来电提示,用户体验好。
在上述方案的基础上,本实施例提供的来电提示系统,还包括提醒模块,用于当本次没有对来电接听时,间隔预设时间对来电事件进行闹钟提醒。如此设置,进一步避免了用户漏接电话。
实施例3
本发明又公开了一种来电提示系统,包括:一个或者多个处理器200;存储器100;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器100中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器200执行时,进行如下操作:在有来电接入时,获取来电号码对应的联系人信息;根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别;获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数;根据所述未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别;根据所述基本提示级别和所述附加提示级别获取所述当前来电号码对应的当前提示级别;获取所述当前提示级别对应的提示方式;根据所述提示方式对所述来电号码进行来电提示。具体为如图5所示可以包括一个处理器200,如图6所示可以包 括二个处理器200。
本实施例的所述系统,优选为,所述联系人信息包括通讯录中预存的联系人信息和/或通话记录中该来电号码对应的历史通话记录。
本实施例的所述系统,优选为,所述根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别的步骤包括:根据预存的联系人信息获取预存提示级别;根据该来电号码的历史通话记录获取历史提示级别;根据所述预存提示级别和历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。
本实施例的所述系统,优选为,所述根据所述未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别的步骤,包括:获取所述未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。
本实施例的所述系统,优选为,还包括:若本次没有对所述来电号码接听,则间隔预设时间对所述来电事件进行闹钟提醒。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种来电提示方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    在有来电接入时,获取来电号码对应的联系人信息;
    根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别;
    获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数;
    根据所述未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别;
    根据所述基本提示级别和所述附加提示级别获取所述当前来电号码对应的当前提示级别;
    获取所述当前提示级别对应的提示方式;
    根据所述提示方式对所述来电号码进行来电提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述联系人信息包括通讯录中预存的联系人信息和/或通话记录中该来电号码对应的历史通话记录。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别的步骤包括:
    根据预存的联系人信息获取预存提示级别;
    根据该来电号码的历史通话记录获取历史提示级别;
    根据所述预存提示级别和历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述未 接来电的次数确定附加提示级别的步骤,包括:
    获取所述未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;
    根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:若本次没有对所述来电号码接听,则间隔预设时间对所述来电事件进行闹钟提醒。
  6. 一种来电提示系统,其特征在于,包括:
    获取联系人信息模块(1),用于在有来电接入时,获取来电号码对应的联系人信息;
    确定基本提示级别模块(2),用于根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别;
    获取未接来电次数模块(3),用于获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数;
    确定附加提示级别模块(4),用于根据所述未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别;
    确定当前提示级别模块(5),用于根据所述基本提示级别和所述附加提示级别获取所述当前来电号码对应的当前提示级别;
    获取提示方式模块(6),用于获取所述当前提示级别对应的提示方式;
    提示模块(7),用于根据所述提示方式对所述来电号码进行来电提示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述获取联系人信息模块(1)获取的所述联系人信息包括通讯录中预存的联系人信息和/或通话记录中该来电号码对应的历史通话记录。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述确定基本提示级别模块(2)包括:
    获取预存提示级别子模块,用于根据预存的联系人信息获取预存提示级别;
    获取历史提示级别子模块,用于根据该来电号码的历史通话记录获取历史提示级别;
    获取基本提示级别子模块,用于根据所述预存提示级别和所述历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一所述的系统,其特征在于,确定附加提示级别模块(4)包括:
    获取阈值范围子模块,用于获取所述未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;
    获取附加提示级别子模块,用于根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:提醒模块,用于在本次没有对所述来电号码接听时,间隔预设时间对所述来电事件进行闹钟提醒。
  11. 一种来电提示系统,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,进行如下操作:
    在有来电接入时,获取来电号码对应的联系人信息;
    根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别;
    获取该来电号码在预设时间内的未接来电次数;
    根据所述未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别;
    根据所述基本提示级别和所述附加提示级别获取所述当前来电号码对应的当前提示级别;
    获取所述当前提示级别对应的提示方式;
    根据所述提示方式对所述来电号码进行来电提示。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述联系人信息包括通讯录中预存的联系人信息和/或通话记录中该来电号码对应的历史通话记录。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,所述根据所述联系人信息确定所述来电号码的基本提示级别的步骤包括:
    根据预存的联系人信息获取预存提示级别;
    根据该来电号码的历史通话记录获取历史提示级别;
    根据所述预存提示级别和历史提示级别确定该来电号码对应的基本提示级别。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13任一所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述未接来电的次数确定附加提示级别的步骤,包括:
    获取所述未接来电次数所对应的阈值范围;
    根据该阈值范围获取对应的附加提示级别。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:若本次没有对所述来电号码接听,则间隔预设时间对所述来电事件进行闹钟提醒。
