当所述场景参数包括当前时间和当前位置信息时，判断所述当前时间是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的时间段内，并且判断所述当前位置信息是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的位置信息表内；如都是，则进入所述预提醒模式；和/或确定所述当前时间和所述当前位置信息对应的进入所述预提醒模式第三预设时长；将所述第三预设时长确定为进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
在本发明的一种实施例中，还包括设置模块，所述设置模块设置为:在判断模块检测到来电之前设置进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
在本发明的一种实施例中，所述设置模块还设置为：设置固定预设时长为进入所述预提醒模式的时长；或设置不同时间段对应不同的预设时长为进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
本发明实施例中，在为振铃模式的情况下即通过声音提醒来电，先进行预提醒模式，该预提醒模式是通过非声音进行来电提醒的，给用户足够的时候去处理来电，能够避免忘记设置情景模式的来电铃声干扰他人，以及可以响一声就挂的骚扰来电，提高用户的体验度。

本发明的实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的来电提醒的方法，如图1所示，包括以下步骤：
步骤S101：当检测到来电时,判断当前的来电提醒方式是否为振铃模式；
在该步骤中，判断是否为振铃模式可以为如果用户设置为静音模式，那么如果有来电也不会通过铃声进行提醒，就判断为不是振铃模式；如果用户设置为振铃模式即需要通过声音来提醒用户来电的情况，有来电时就会通过播放铃声来提醒用户有来电。应该理解为如果有来电是通过铃声提醒用户(即发出声音告诉用户有来电)就为振铃模式，否则(即不发出声音告诉用户有来电)，则为非振铃模式。举例说明，如果用户A的情景模式设置为静音模 式，那么当用户B给A打电话时，用户A的手机检测到用户B的来电就判断为非振铃模式；如果用户A的情景模式设置为标准模式(即会通过铃声来提醒来电)的话，检测到用户B的来电就判断为振铃模式。
步骤S102：如果是，则进入预提醒模式，预提醒模式中的提醒方式包括至少一种非声音提醒方式；
在该步骤中，当为振铃模式时，先进入预提醒模式，预提醒模式中的提醒方式包括至少一种非声音提醒方式；这里的预提醒模式应理解为是不发出声音的提醒，其中包括至少一种非声音提醒方式。非声音提醒包括播放空白铃声、震动、显示来电和光闪烁中等其他通过无声提醒用户来电的方式。应该理解为盖预提醒模式可以与振铃模式为一体，即可以设置为一个铃声，该铃声前部分为非声音提醒，后部分为铃声的提醒。
步骤S103：在预提醒模式中，检测是否接收到对来电的操作指令,如接收到，则退出来电提醒；如没有接收到,完成预提醒模式后进入振铃模式进行来电提醒。
在该步骤中，对来电进行非声音提醒，如果用户对该来电进行处理，比如接通，就结束来电提醒；如果没有，可能由于预提醒模式中用户没有得知有来电，那么结束预提醒模式后就进行正常铃声提醒告诉用户来电，让用户对来电进行处理。这样，能够很好的避免骚扰来电响一声就挂掉而影响用户，并且可以避免设置了静音模式导致重要的来电漏接的可能，用户也不用担心忘记设置情景模式到时来电铃声提醒导致干扰他人的问题，很好的提高用户的体验度。例如，可以设置为播放空白铃声加震动，当有来电时，此时用户正在办公室，那么就通过播放空白铃声加震动提醒用户有来电，而不是直接通过铃声提醒告诉用户，让用户有时间对来电进行处理，假如用户正在开会就不会打扰到其他人，影响到会议的进行。特别是骚扰来电的话，就可以屏蔽，不给用户带来困扰。
可选地，在上述步骤S102之前，还包括获取用户当前的场景参数，根据场景参数判断是否需要进入预提醒模式，场景参数用于确定当前用户状况是否会影响他人。这里的判断是否需要进入预提醒模式可以是看与提醒模式的功能是否开启，可以获取用户当前的场景参数，根据场景参数判断是否需要 进入预提醒模式，场景参数用于确定当前用户状况是否会影响他人。该场景参数可以是当前位置信息和/或当前时间。当然可以是其他可以用来判断用户当前所处的状况下是否会影响他人的参数。例如，可以根据当前的时间判断是否在预设进入预提醒模式的时间段内，如是，则进入预提醒模式。例如，一般工作日的早上8点到11点，和下午2点到5点多半为工作时间，那么可以设置预设进入预提醒模式的时间段为早上8点到11点，和下午2点到5点。当然预设进入预提醒模式的时间段可以根据用户需求进行自定义设置。在此时间段内，就不希望被铃声打扰。如果当前时间是早上9点，那么就说明需要进入预提醒模式，就开启预提醒模式避免被打扰。判断是否需要进行静音提醒还可以是，判断当前位置信息是否在预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表内，如是，则进入预提醒模式。可以利用GPS获取当前的位置信息，根据当前的位置信息判断当前的位置信息是否在预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表内，如果是，那么就说明需要进入预提醒模式，就开启预提醒模式避免被打扰。预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表是指用户不希望被打扰的场所，比如办公室的位置信息。例如，一般人们在办公室就不希望被打扰，那么将办公室的位置信息设置为预设的位置信息表；当然，预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表可以根据用户的需要进行自定义设置。如果获取当前用户的位置信息为办公室的位置信息，就说明需要进入预提醒模式，就开启预提醒模式避免被打扰。如果获取当前位置信息在家里，就不需要进入预提醒模式，就不开启预提醒模式。还可以根据当场景参数包括当前时间和当前位置信息时，判断当前时间是否在预设进入预提醒模式的时间段内，并且判断当前位置信息是否在预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表内；如都是，则进入预提醒模式。例如，人们在深夜休息的时候都不希望被打扰，特别是骚扰的来电，响一两声就断掉。如果直接设置为静音又怕错过有些重要的电话，那么可以开启铃声提醒，同时设置预设进入预提醒模式的时间段和预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表。当同时预设进入预提醒模式的时间段和预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表时，就说明需要进入预提醒模式。例如设置预设进入预提醒模式的时间段为晚上10点到第二天早上7点，将家的位置信息加入预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表内，当然时间段和位置信息表可以根据用户的需求进行自定义设置。当深夜1点的时候收到骚扰来电，此时刚好在家里睡觉，就进入 预提醒模式。不会打扰到用户，让用户能够很多的休息。
可选地，在步骤S101之前还包括设置进入预提醒模式的时长。可以包括设置固定预设时长为进入预提醒模式的时长，例如将进入预提醒模式的时长设置为5秒，当然时长值可以根据用户的需要进行自定义设置；还可以设置不同时间段对应不同的预设时长为进入预提醒模式的时长，例如设置早上8点到10点进入预提醒模式的时长为5秒，晚上10点到第二天早上6点进入预提醒模式的时长为10秒，当然时间段和时间段对应的时长值可以根据用户的需要进行自定义设置。
可选地，在上述步骤S102之前，还包括获取用户当前的场景参数，根据场景参数确定进入预提醒模式的时长，场景参数用于确定当前用户状况是否会影响他人。可以获取用户当前的场景参数，根据场景参数确定进行静音提醒的时长，场景参数用于确定当前用户状况是否会影响他人。该场景参数可以是当前位置信息和/或当前时间。当然可以是其他可以用来判断用户当前所处的状况下是否会影响他人的参数。例如，确定当前时间对应的进入预提醒模式第一预设时长；将第一预设时长确定为进入预提醒模式的时长。例如，设置早上8点到11点的进入预提醒模式第一预设时长为10秒，中午12点到下午2点进入预提醒模式第一预设时长为5秒；如果当前时间为9点，此时有来电，就先进行10秒的预提醒模式。当然时间段和该时间段对应的第一预设时长可以根据用户需求进行自定义设置。还可以确定当前位置信息对应的进入预提醒模式第二预设时长；将第二预设时长确定为进入预提醒模式的时长。例如获取当前用户的位置信息，可以利用GPS获取当前的位置信息，根据当前的位置信息判断当前的位置信息是否在预设的位置信息表内，如果是，查找给位置信息对应进入预提醒模式第二预设时长。例如，可以设置在办公室对应进入预提醒模式第二预设时长为10秒，在家里对应的进入预提醒模式第二预设时长为5秒；当然，预设的位置信息表中位置信息对应的进入预提醒模式第二预设时长可以根据用户的需要进行自定义设置。当有来电时，如果用户此时在家里，那么就先进行5秒的预提醒模式，再进行正常铃声提醒；如果在办公室就先进行10秒的预提醒模式，再进行正常的铃声提醒。还可以确定当前时间和当前位置信息对应的进入预提醒模式第三预设时长；将第三 预设时长确定为进入预提醒模式的时长。例如，在办公室早上8点到10点设置进入预提醒模式第三预设时长为10秒，在家里早上8点到10点设置进入预提醒模式第三预设时长为5秒。如果有来电，获取当前时间和位置信息，如果是在早上9点，并且在家里，那么就先进行5秒的预提醒模式后再进行正常的铃声提醒。当然，这里可以根据不同的时间段和位置信息进行设置进入预提醒模式第三预设时长，方便用户对来电的处理，这样既能避免骚扰来电和忘记设置情景模式导致干扰他人，又能避免漏掉重要来电，提高用户体验度。
实施例二
来电提醒的方法，如图2所示，该实施例中的铃声一为与提醒模式的一种；铃声二为振铃模式的一种，包括以下步骤：
步骤S201：当用户A处于待机或黑屏状态时，此时用户B向用户A打电话；
步骤S202：检测到来电，来电通知系统点亮屏幕并显示来电界面；
步骤S203：首先播放铃音一；这里的铃音一可以是由一段空白的铃声+震动组成，播放的长度可由用户提前设置(例如根据时间段)，也可由来电通知系统根据用户所处的处理环境(例如根据GPS位置和当前时间判定用户在家还是在办公室，如果在家还可以判定用户是在休息还是娱乐等)，总之，这段铃音的长度和是否震动都是可调的。
步骤S204：判断是否收到对来电的操作指令，如果收到执行步骤S205；如果没有收到执行步骤S206；用户在铃音一播放阶段已经收到了提醒，但因为并不是正常的一段铃音所以并不会打扰到周围的人。
步骤S205：对来电进行处理，结束铃声；用户有足够的时间对来电采取行动——例如接听，挂断或是让它继续响铃。响一声或两声的骚扰来电也会在此阶段挂断。
步骤S206：播放铃声二；在播放完铃音一后如果用户B仍未挂断，则继续播放铃音二。铃音二是正常的铃音，与普通的手机铃音无异。
步骤S207：判断是否收到对来电的操作指令，如果收到执行步骤S208；如果没有收到执行步骤S209；
步骤S208：对来电进行处理，结束铃声；
步骤S209：播放完铃声二，结束铃声播放；
采用的这种两段铃音组合的来电提醒方法，可使用户自由地设置正常的铃音(铃音二)，而个性化的调整铃音一的长度和震动方式，也可满足不同场景的使用需要。
实施例三
本实施例的来电提醒的装置301，如图3所示，包括判断模块3011和提醒模块3012：判断模块3011设置为当检测到来电时,判断当前的来电提醒方式是否为振铃模式；提醒模块3012设置为如果判断模块3011判断如果是，则先进入预提醒模式，提醒模式中的提醒方式包括至少一种非声音提醒方式；在预提醒模式中，检测是否接收到对来电的操作指令,如接收到，则退出来电提醒；如没有接收到,完成预提醒模式后进入振铃模式进行来电提醒。
其中，非声音提醒方式可以包括播放空白铃声、震动、显示来电和光闪烁。
本实施例的另一种来电提醒的装置301，如图4所示，还包括处理模块3013，处理模块3013设置为在提醒模块3012进入预提醒模式之前获取用户当前的场景参数，根据场景参数判断是否需要进入预提醒模式和/或确定进入预提醒模式的时长，场景参数用于确定当前用户状况是否会影响他人。
其中，场景参数可以包括当前时间和/或当前位置信息。处理模块3013还设置为：当场景参数包括当前时间时，判断当前时间是否在预设进入预提醒模式的时间段内，如是，则进入预提醒模式；和/或确定当前时间对应的进入预提醒模式第一预设时长；将第一预设时长确定为进入预提醒模式的时长；当场景参数包括当前位置信息时，判断当前位置信息是否在预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表内，如是，则进入预提醒模式；和/或确定当前位置信息对应的进入预提醒模式第二预设时长；将第二预设时长确定为进入预提醒模式 的时长；当场景参数包括当前时间和当前位置信息时，判断当前时间是否在预设进入预提醒模式的时间段内，并且判断当前位置信息是否在预设进入预提醒模式的位置信息表内；如都是，则进入预提醒模式；和/或确定当前时间和当前位置信息对应的进入预提醒模式第三预设时长；将第三预设时长确定为进入预提醒模式的时长。
本实施例的另一种来电提醒的装置301，如图5所示，还包括设置模块3013，设置模块3013设置为在判断模块3011检测到来电之前设置进入预提醒模式的时长。
可选地，设置模块3013还可以设置为：设置固定预设时长为进入预提醒模式的时长；或设置不同时间段对应不同的预设时长为进入预提醒模式的时长。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成，上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中，如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地，上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地，上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现，也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。
工业实用性
本发明实施例的方案给用户足够的时候去处理来电，能够避免忘记设置情景模式的来电铃声干扰他人，以及可以响一声就挂的骚扰来电，提高用户的体验度。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种来电提醒的方法，包括：
    当检测到来电时,判断当前的来电提醒方式是否为振铃模式；
    如果是，则进入预提醒模式，所述预提醒模式中的提醒方式包括至少一种非声音提醒方式；
    在所述预提醒模式中，检测是否接收到对所述来电的操作指令,如接收到，则退出来电提醒；如没有接收到,完成所述预提醒模式后进入振铃模式进行来电提醒。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的来电提醒的方法，其中，所述非声音提醒方式包括播放空白铃声、震动、显示来电和光闪烁。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的来电提醒的方法，其中，在进入预提醒模式之前还包括获取用户当前的场景参数，根据所述场景参数判断是否进入所述预提醒模式和/或确定进入所述预提醒模式的时长，所述场景参数用于确定当前用户状况是否会影响他人。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的来电提醒的方法，其中，所述场景参数包括当前时间和/或当前位置信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的来电提醒的方法，其中，所述根据所述场景参数判断是否需要进入所述预提醒模式和/或确定进入所述预提醒模式的时长包括：
    当所述场景参数包括当前时间时，判断所述当前时间是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的时间段内，如是，则进入所述预提醒模式；和/或确定所述当前时间对应的进入所述预提醒模式第一预设时长；将所述第一预设时长确定为进入所述预提醒模式的时长；
    当所述场景参数包括当前位置信息时，判断所述当前位置信息是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的位置信息表内，如是，则进入所述预提醒模式；和/或确定所述当前位置信息对应的进入所述预提醒模式第二预设时长；将所述 第二预设时长确定为进入所述预提醒模式的时长；
    当所述场景参数包括当前时间和当前位置信息时，判断所述当前时间是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的时间段内，并且判断所述当前位置信息是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的位置信息表内；如都是，则进入所述预提醒模式；和/或确定所述当前时间和所述当前位置信息对应的进入所述预提醒模式第三预设时长；将所述第三预设时长确定为进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的来电提醒的方法，还包括在检测到来电之前，设置进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的来电提醒的方法，其中，所述设置进入所述预提醒模式的时长包括：设置固定预设时长为进入所述预提醒模式的时长；或设置不同时间段对应不同的预设时长为进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
  8. 一种来电提醒的装置，包括判断模块和提醒模块：
    所述判断模块设置为：当检测到来电时,判断当前的来电提醒方式是否为振铃模式；
    所述提醒模块设置为：如果判断模块判断如果是，则进入预提醒模式，所述预提醒模式中的提醒方式包括至少一种非声音提醒方式；在所述预提醒模式中，检测是否接收到对所述来电的操作指令,如接收到，则退出来电提醒，如没有接收到,完成所述预提醒模式后进入振铃模式进行来电提醒。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的来电提醒的装置，其中，所述非声音提醒方式包括播放空白铃声、震动、显示来电和光闪烁。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的来电提醒的装置，还包括处理模块，所述处理模块设置为：在所述提醒模块进入预提醒模式之前获取用户当前的场景参数，根据所述场景参数判断是否需要进入所述预提醒模式和/或确定进入所述预提醒模式的时长，所述场景参数用于确定当前用户状况是否会影响他人。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的来电提醒的装置，其中，所述场景参数包括当前时间和/或当前位置信息。
  12. 如权利要求4所述的来电提醒的方法，其中，所述处理模块还设置为：
    当所述场景参数包括当前时间时，判断所述当前时间是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的时间段内，如是，则进入所述预提醒模式；和/或确定所述当前时间对应的进入所述预提醒模式第一预设时长；将所述第一预设时长确定为进入所述预提醒模式的时长；
    当所述场景参数包括当前位置信息时，判断所述当前位置信息是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的位置信息表内，如是，则进入所述预提醒模式；和/或确定所述当前位置信息对应的进入所述预提醒模式第二预设时长；将所述第二预设时长确定为进入所述预提醒模式的时长；
    当所述场景参数包括当前时间和当前位置信息时，判断所述当前时间是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的时间段内，并且判断所述当前位置信息是否在预设进入所述预提醒模式的位置信息表内；如都是，则进入所述预提醒模式；和/或确定所述当前时间和所述当前位置信息对应的进入所述预提醒模式第三预设时长；将所述第三预设时长确定为进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
  13. 如权利要求8-12任一项所述的来电提醒的装置，还包括设置模块，所述设置模块设置为：在判断模块检测到来电之前设置进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的来电提醒的装置，其中，所述设置模块还设置为：设置固定预设时长为进入所述预提醒模式的时长；或设置不同时间段对应不同的预设时长为进入所述预提醒模式的时长。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质，存储有程序指令，当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
