步骤 S13 , 调取相应的播放器播放当前获取的预置语音文件。 当获取到对应的预置语音文件时, 将调取相应的播放器, 并控制播放器 对获取的预置语音文件进行语音播放。例如当获得的到挂断原因代码为 C时, 则获取语音文件 3 , 并通过该播放器对语音文件 3中的内容进行语音播放。
本发明通过在电话接通前拨打的电话被异常挂断时, 接收网络侧发送的 异常挂断信号, 并根据异常挂断信号获得挂断原因代码, 然后获取该挂断原 因代码对应的预置语音文件, 最后通过调取播放器对预置语音文件的内容进 行语音播放。 由于通过播放器播放对应的预置语音文件, 从而可在电话接通 前拨打的电话被异常挂断时, 提醒用户当前被异常挂断的原因; 因此本发明 提供的呼叫异常提醒方法防止了由于用户开免提功能同时未将手机放于耳 旁, 无法获知电话接通前拨打的电话被异常挂断的原因, 导致反复拨号的繁 瑣操作, 降低了手机对人体的辐射, 提高了用户的体验度。 进一步地, 参照图 2, 提供了本发明呼叫异常提醒方法的第二实施例, 本实施例中, 在执行上述步骤 S10之前还包括:
步骤 S14, 预置呼叫异常提醒功能开关;
本实施例中, 上述步骤 S10具体为:
当所述呼叫异常提醒功能开关开启, 且当电话接通前拨打的电话被异常 挂断时, 接收网络侧发送的异常挂断信号。
本实施例中, 可在手机中预置上述呼叫异常提醒功能开关; 该呼叫异常 提醒功能开关可设置在呼叫时的界面当中, 可以设置手机的主界面上, 还可 以通过菜单的形式进行调取。 以下将以呼叫异常提醒功能开关设置在呼叫时 的界面当中进行详细说明。 例如用户在进入拨打电话界面时, 该拨打电话界 面时上显示该呼叫异常提醒功能开关。 当用户开启该呼叫异常提醒功能开关 时, 则进行本发明的语音提醒, 当用户关闭该呼叫异常提醒功能开关时, 则 不进行本发明的语音提醒。 由于设置了呼叫异常提醒功能开关, 从而可使用 户在不同的场合选择性的开启语音提示, 因此可提高应用的灵活性。 进一步地, 参照图 3 , 提供了本发明呼叫异常提醒方法的第三实施例, 本实施例中, 在执行上述步骤 S10之前还包括:
步骤 S15 , 预置第一信息数据库和第二信息数据库; 上述第一信息数据库包括挂断原因代码; 所述第二信息数据库包括所述 预置语音文件, 所述预置语音文件与所述挂断原因代码关联。 应当说明的上 述预置语音文件与所述挂断原因代码可以为——对应关联, 也可以是多对一 的对应关联, 用户可以对同一挂断原因代码设置多种预置语音文件, 并对同 一挂断原因代码对应的多种预置语音文件设置优先级别, 在优先级别较高的 预置语音文件没有损坏时, 播放优先级别较高的语音文件, 当优先级别较高 的预置语音文件被损坏时,则可选择播放优先级别较低的下一预置语音文件, 从而保证语音播放的稳定性。 可以理解的是, 上述预置语音文件与所述挂断 原因代码为多对一的对应关联关系时, 各预置语音文件的优先级别可由用户 自行设置, 具体设置的方式可根据实际需要进行设置, 在此不作进一步地限 定。 具体地, 当主叫方接收到该异常挂断信号后, 根据该异常挂断信号中的 参数信息第一信息数据库中查找相应的挂断原因代码; 然后根据该挂断原因 代码在第二数据库中查找获取第与该挂断原因代码对应的预置语音文件。 进一步地, 参照图 4, 提供了本发明呼叫异常提醒方法的第四实施例, 本实施例提供的呼叫异常提醒方法在执行上述步骤 S12之后还包括:
步骤 S16, 输出振动提示信号;
步骤 S17 , 根据所述振动提示信号, 控制当前通话设备振动。
本实施例中,上述步骤 S16可以在上述步骤 S13之前,也可以在步骤 S13 执行的过程中执行步骤 S16。 即可以在进行预置语音文件播放前控制手机振 动, 以提醒用户; 也可以在进行预置语音文件播放的同时控制手机振动, 从 而提醒用户。具体的形式可根据实际需要进行设置,在此不作进一步地限定。 本发明进一步提供一种呼叫异常提醒装置, 参照图 5 , 本实施例提供的 呼叫异常提醒装置包括:
接收模块 100, 用于当当前通话接通之前被异常挂断时, 主叫方接收网 络侧发送的异常挂断信号;
本实施例中, 上述呼叫异常提醒装置应用于手机中, 主要用于在电话接 通前, 用户拨打的电话被异常挂断时, 输出相应的提示信息, 以提醒用户当 前无法正常与被拨打的手机号码进行语音通话。 具体地, 上述电话被异常挂 断包括: 由于被叫方(手机) 占线被挂断, 由于被叫方不在服务器区被挂断, 由于被叫方关机被挂断, 由于等待超时被挂断等等。 挂断主叫方 (手机) 的 通话时, 网络侧将发送异常挂断信号至主叫方, 由主叫方的接收模块 100接 收该网络侧发送的异常挂断信号。
查找模块 200, 用于根据所述异常挂断信号查找获得对应的挂断原因代 码;
在接收模块 100接收到该异常挂断信号后, 将该异常挂断信号输出至查 找模块 200, 由查找模块 200根据该异常挂断信号中的参数信息手机中查找 相应的挂断原因代码, 该挂断原因代码为预置语音文件的一索引值, 即挂断 原因代码与预置语音文件为——对应关系。 例如, 挂断原因代码为 A时, 表 示由于被叫方 (手机) 占线被挂断, 其对应的预置语音文件为语音文件 1 ; 挂断原因代码为 B时, 表示由于被叫方不在服务器区被挂断, 其对应的预置 语音文件为语音文件 2; 挂断原因代码为 C时,表示由于被叫方关机被挂断, 其对应的预置语音文件为语音文件 3 ; 挂断原因代码为 D时, 表示由于等待 超时被挂断, 其对应的预置语音文件为语音文件 4。 具体地, 语音文件 1、 语 音文件 2、 语音文件 3和语音文件 4的内容可根据实际需要进行设置, 在此 不作进一步地限定。
获取模块 300 , 用于根据所述挂断原因代码获取对应的预置语音文件; 上述挂断原因代码为预置语音文件的索引值, 当手机获取到上述挂断原 因代码时, 获取模块 300根据该挂断原因代码获取预置语音文件。
处理模块 400 , 用于调取相应的播放器播放当前获取的预置语音文件。 当获取模块 300获取到对应的预置语音文件时, 将由处理模块 400调取 相应的播放器, 并控制播放器对获取的预置语音文件进行语音播放。 例如当 获得的到挂断原因代码为 C时, 则获取语音文件 3 , 并通过该播放器对语音 文件 3中的内容进行语音播放。
本发明通过在电话接通前拨打的电话被异常挂断时, 接收网络侧发送的 异常挂断信号, 并根据异常挂断信号获得挂断原因代码, 然后获取该挂断原 因代码对应的预置语音文件, 最后通过调取播放器对预置语音文件的内容进 行语音播放。 由于通过播放器播放对应的预置语音文件, 从而可在电话接通 前拨打的电话被异常挂断时, 提醒用户当前被异常挂断的原因; 因此本发明 提供的呼叫异常提醒装置防止了由于用户开免提功能同时未将手机放于耳 旁, 无法获知电话接通前拨打的电话被异常挂断的原因, 导致反复拨号的繁 瑣操作, 降低了手机对人体的辐射, 提高了用户的体验度。 进一步地, 参照图 6, 提供了本发明呼叫异常提醒装置的第二实施例, 本实施例中, 上述呼叫异常提醒装置还包括:
第一预置模块 500, 用于预置呼叫异常提醒功能开关;
所述接收模块 100具体用于, 当所述呼叫异常提醒功能开关开启, 且当 电话接通前拨打的电话被异常挂断时, 接收网络侧发送的异常挂断信号。
本实施例中, 可在手机中预置上述呼叫异常提醒功能开关; 该呼叫异常 提醒功能开关可设置在呼叫时的界面当中, 可以设置手机的主界面上, 还可 以通过菜单的形式进行调取。 以下将以呼叫异常提醒功能开关设置在呼叫时 的界面当中进行详细说明。 例如用户在进入拨打电话界面时, 该拨打电话界 面时上显示该呼叫异常提醒功能开关。 当用户开启该呼叫异常提醒功能开关 时, 则进行本发明的语音提醒, 当用户关闭该呼叫异常提醒功能开关时, 则 不进行本发明的语音提醒。 由于设置了呼叫异常提醒功能开关, 从而可使用 户在不同的场合选择性的开启语音提示, 因此可提高应用的灵活性。 进一步地, 参照图 7 , 提供了本发明呼叫异常提醒装置的第三实施例, 本实施例中, 上述呼叫异常提醒装置还包括:
第二预置模块 600, 用于预置第一信息数据库和第二信息数据库; 所述第一信息数据库包括挂断原因代码; 所述第二信息数据库包括所述 预置语音文件, 所述预置语音文件与所述挂断原因代码关联。 应当说明的上 述预置语音文件与所述挂断原因代码可以为——对应关联, 也可以是多对一 的对应关联, 用户可以对同一挂断原因代码设置多种预置语音文件, 并对同 一挂断原因代码对应的多种预置语音文件设置优先级别, 在优先级别较高的 预置语音文件没有损坏时, 播放优先级别较高的语音文件, 当优先级别较高 的预置语音文件被损坏时,则可选择播放优先级别较低的下一预置语音文件, 从而保证语音播放的稳定性。 可以理解的是, 上述预置语音文件与所述挂断 原因代码为多对一的对应关联关系时, 各预置语音文件的优先级别可由用户 自行设置, 具体设置的方式可根据实际需要进行设置, 在此不作进一步地限 定。 具体地, 当主叫方接收到该异常挂断信号后, 根据该异常挂断信号中的 参数信息第一信息数据库中查找相应的挂断原因代码; 然后根据该挂断原因 代码在第二数据库中查找获取第与该挂断原因代码对应的预置语音文件。 进一步地, 参照图 8, 提供了本发明呼叫异常提醒装置的第四实施例, 本实施例中, 上述呼叫异常提醒装置还包括:
输出模块 700 , 用于输出振动提示信号;
控制模块 800 , 用于根据所述振动提示信号, 控制当前通话设备振动。 本实施例中, 可以在进行预置语音文件播放前控制手机振动, 以提醒用 户; 也可以在进行预置语音文件播放的同时控制手机振动, 从而提醒用户。 具体的形式可根据实际需要进行设置, 在此不作进一步地限定。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述, 不代表实施例的优劣。 通过以上 的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可 借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很 多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质 上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计 算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 (如 ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘) 中, 包括 若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机, 计算机, 服务器, 或者网络 设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种呼叫异常提醒方法, 包括以下步骤:
当当前通话接通之前被异常挂断时, 主叫方接收网络侧发送的异常挂断 信号;
才艮据所述异常挂断信号查找获得对应的挂断原因代码;
根据所述挂断原因代码获取对应的预置语音文件;
调取相应的播放器播放当前获取的预置语音文件。
2、如权利要求 1所述的呼叫异常提醒方法, 其中, 所述当当前通话接通 之前被异常挂断时, 主叫方接收网络侧发送的异常挂断信号之前还包括: 预置呼叫异常提醒功能开关;
所述当拨打电话被异常挂断时, 接收网络侧发送的异常挂断信号为: 当所述呼叫异常提醒功能开关开启, 且当电话接通前拨打的电话被异常 挂断时, 接收网络侧发送的异常挂断信号。
3、如权利要求 2所述的呼叫异常提醒方法, 其中, 所述当当前通话接通 之前被异常挂断时, 主叫方接收网络侧发送的异常挂断信号之前还包括: 预置第一信息数据库和第二信息数据库; 所述第一信息数据库包括挂断 原因代码; 所述第二信息数据库包括所述预置语音文件, 所述预置语音文件 与所述挂断原因代码关联。
4、如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的呼叫异常提醒方法, 其中, 所述根 据挂断原因代码获取对应的预置语音文件之后还包括:
输出振动提示信号;
根据所述振动提示信号, 控制当前通话设备振动。
5、 一种呼叫异常提醒装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为: 当当前通话接通之前被异常挂断时, 主叫方接收网 络侧发送的异常挂断信号;
查找模块, 设置为: 根据所述异常挂断信号查找获得对应的挂断原因代 码;
获取模块, 设置为: 根据所述挂断原因代码获取对应的预置语音文件; 处理模块, 设置为: 调取相应的播放器播放当前获取的预置语音文件。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的呼叫异常提醒装置, 还包括:
第一预置模块, 设置为: 预置呼叫异常提醒功能开关;
所述接收模块设置为: 当所述呼叫异常提醒功能开关开启, 且当电话接 通前拨打的电话被异常挂断时, 接收网络侧发送的异常挂断信号。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的呼叫异常提醒装置, 还包括:
第二预置模块, 设置为: 预置第一信息数据库和第二信息数据库; 所述 第一信息数据库包括挂断原因代码; 所述第二信息数据库包括所述预置语音 文件, 所述预置语音文件与所述挂断原因代码关联。
8、 如权利要求 5至 7中任一项所述的呼叫异常提醒装置, 还包括: 输出模块, 设置为: 输出振动提示信号;
控制模块, 设置为: 根据所述振动提示信号, 控制当前通话设备振动。
