城乡居民消费水平越高,则消费预期越高。随着国内城乡居民可支配收入持续增长,消费者对桌布的产品预期也水涨船高,当前桌布市场环境正在从“实用型”往“装饰型”的方向转变,桌布市场面临产品层级的分化,中高档产品将成为市场主流。
同时桌布市场消费预期的不断升高,中高档家居品类消费的越来越普遍,传统桌布低质、无设计、无品牌的产品类型将被逐渐淘汰。中高档、品牌类桌布产品将逐渐占据市场主流地位。
目前现有的桌布的种类很多,有布艺类、PVC类、软玻璃类等,布艺类的桌布花型多元化,材质繁多,应有尽有,但是价位落差大,可比性不强,且布艺的桌布除了方便打理清洗,高档面料除了显得高大上之外,防水防油防污性能都不具备,且洗涤后还易褪色;PVC类的桌布材质生硬,走的基本都是低端路线,价格便宜且使用周期短,只具备防水功能,一般一撕扯就破,经过一段周期后,面层必定有层滑溜溜的油质覆盖层,更无法起到防污的效果。软玻璃桌布与PVC雷同,除了具备防水特性外,因为粘附性很强,固防滑。同样无法做到长时间防油的效果,因为无法洗涤,也无法防污,弊端比较多,且还会热 胀冷缩,时间久了会发黄,一旦泼上红酒及茶水后无法清理,不宜打理,使用周期短,并且因为粘附性强,一般铺在大理石台面上会有空气层,影响整体视觉效果。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种半PU革材质的桌布。
本发明半PU革材质的桌布包含pu革层和底层,所述的pu革层由以下物质按所附质量份配方制备而成:水性聚氨酯树脂52-60份、水0-38份、聚苯乙烯发泡剂5-12份、十二烷基硫酸钠3-10份、有机硅流平剂1-2份、棕榈油1-3份、聚丙烯酸乳液1-3份、经过四级处理后的纸浆废液1-5份、乳化硅油0.5-2份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.5份;阻燃剂1-3份。
本发明中半PU革材质的桌布的制备工艺为:a、底层的选择:采用网格毛底防滑布为桌布的底层基布,目的是防止桌布在面对大理石的桌面时,因为阻力不够,很容易脱落或移动;
b、pu革层与底层的结合:将pu革层按照上述质量份配方先混合均匀后形成涂层剂,将涂层剂涂布于离型纸上,通过流平浆料可形成一层均匀的膜,经烘干后形成连续均匀的薄膜,在薄膜上涂上粘合剂,与桌布的底层基布压合烘干,再把离型纸与涂层剂剥离,涂层剂包括粘结层膜就会从离型纸上转移到桌布的底层基布上;
c、压纹处理:使用仿造成天然革纹路的花辊或花板,在一定温度条件下对桌布的底层基布施加机械挤压力,桌布的底层基布表面pu 革层中的水性聚氨酯树脂达到软化,以热塑成形的方式获得花纹效果,桌布的底层基布出压力区后迅速冷却定型,挤压形变所形成的花纹得到固定,PU革层表面就形成与花辊表面花纹的凹凸相反的清晰花纹;再之后经过揉纹,水洗,温度,机械力等的作用使桌布的底层基布发生收缩,带动表面的PU革层收缩,使花纹的凹凸感更明显清晰;
d、将表面花纹进行染色接着再进行固色,水洗和皂洗处理,其间再加入匀色剂达到匀染和透染的目的,最后采用去污剂进行表面处理达到防污效果即可。
本发明的有益效果:它能克服现有技术的弊端,制备方法简单,制备成的半PU革材质的桌布具有以下优点:1.耐污易洗、细密性≤20nm,从而使产品具有了优异的耐污渍性能,且半PU革材质的桌布具有达到工业级的防弱酸碱性、防染料、防油渍、防菜渍等耐污性能,不管是茶水、菜渍、红酒、果汁还是圆珠笔大头笔、毛笔等所画的痕迹,用纸巾或者抹布,擦拭一下即可去污,亦可用弱碱弱酸性清洁用品进行清洗。2.防水隔热,此半PU革材质的桌布平方克重量是传统布艺桌布的3-4倍,同时半PU革材质的桌布具有一抹即干的产品特性。可以时刻保持桌面干净。同时半PU革材质的桌布能保证桌面能承受≤180°华氏度的温度,耐高温性能比传统桌布产品高出数个量级。PU革层具有极低的热传导性,热导率低于0.3W/(m·K)。3.舒贴保型,PU革层内络采用聚氨酯纤维材质,具有优异的抗氧化性和可保型性能,产品柔软不变色,在使用中能应对严苛的低温、高温、水、油等环境,同时料手感细腻,垂直感好,可以随意折叠,一抹即 平。4、在PU革层中增加了阻燃剂,防止因为餐桌上掉落烟灰等所引起的火灾。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:本具体实施方式中的半PU革材质的桌布包含pu革层和底层,所述的pu革层由以下物质按所附质量份配方制备而成:水性聚氨酯树脂52-60份、水0-38份、聚苯乙烯发泡剂5-12份、十二烷基硫酸钠3-10份、有机硅流平剂1-2份、棕榈油1-3份、聚丙烯酸乳液1-3份、经过四级处理后的纸浆废液1-5份、乳化硅油0.5-2份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.5份;阻燃剂1-3份。
本具体实施方式中半PU革材质的桌布的制备工艺为:a、底层的选择:采用网格毛底防滑布为桌布的底层基布,目的是防止桌布在面对大理石的桌面时,因为阻力不够,很容易脱落或移动;
b、pu革层的与底层的结合:将pu革层按照上述质量份配方先混合均匀后形成涂层剂,将涂层剂涂布于离型纸上,通过流平浆料可形成一层均匀的膜,经烘干后形成连续均匀的薄膜,在薄膜上涂上粘合剂,与桌布的底层基布压合烘干,再把离型纸与涂层剂剥离,涂层剂包括粘结层膜就会从离型纸上转移到桌布的底层基布上;
c、压纹处理:使用仿造成天然革纹路的花辊或花板,在一定温度条件下对桌布的底层基布施加机械挤压力,桌布的底层基布表面pu革层中的水性聚氨酯树脂达到软化,以热塑成形的方式获得花纹效果,桌布的底层基布出压力区后迅速冷却定型,挤压形变所形成的花 纹得到固定,PU革层表面就形成与花辊表面花纹的凹凸相反的清晰花纹;再之后经过揉纹,水洗,温度,机械力等的作用使桌布的底层基布发生收缩,带动表面的PU革层收缩,使花纹的凹凸感更明显清晰;
d、将表面花纹进行染色接着再进行固色,水洗和皂洗处理,其间再加入匀色剂达到匀染和透染的目的,最后采用去污剂进行表面处理达到防污效果即可。
本具体实施方式中,当桌布不需要达到阻燃性质的时候pu革层配方的中阻燃剂成分可去除。
实施例1:采用网格毛底防滑布为桌布的底层基布;接着将水性聚氨酯树脂52份、水15份、聚苯乙烯发泡剂5份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、有机硅流平剂1份、棕榈油1份、聚丙烯酸乳液1份、经过四级处理后的纸浆废液1份、乳化硅油0.5份、抗氧化剂0.2份、阻燃剂1份混合均匀后形成涂层剂,将涂层剂涂布于离型纸上,通过流平浆料可形成一层均匀的膜,经烘干后形成连续均匀的薄膜,在薄膜上涂上粘合剂,与桌布的底层基布压合烘干,再把离型纸与涂层剂剥离,涂层剂包括粘结层膜就会从离型纸上转移到桌布的底层基布上,使用仿造成天然革纹路的花辊或花板,在一定温度条件下对桌布的底层基布施加机械挤压力,桌布的底层基布表面pu革层中的水性聚氨酯树脂达到软化,以热塑成形的方式获得花纹效果,桌布的底层基布出压力区后迅速冷却定型,挤压形变所形成的花纹得到固定,PU革层表面就形成与花辊表面花纹的凹凸相反的清晰花纹;再之后经过揉纹,水洗,温度,机械力等的作用使桌布的底层基布发生收缩,带 动表面的PU革层收缩,使花纹的凹凸感更明显清晰;将表面花纹进行染色接着再进行固色,水洗和皂洗处理,其间再加入匀色剂达到匀染和透染的目的,最后采用去污剂进行表面处理达到防污效果即可。
实施例2:底层的选择:采用网格毛底防滑布为桌布的底层基布,接着将水性聚氨酯树脂60份、水38份、聚苯乙烯发泡剂12份、十二烷基硫酸钠10份、有机硅流平剂2份、棕榈油3份、聚丙烯酸乳液3份、经过四级处理后的纸浆废液5份、乳化硅油2份、抗氧化剂0.5份和阻燃剂3份混合均匀后形成涂层剂,将涂层剂涂布于离型纸上,通过流平浆料可形成一层均匀的膜,经烘干后形成连续均匀的薄膜,在薄膜上涂上粘合剂,与桌布的底层基布压合烘干,再把离型纸与涂层剂剥离,涂层剂包括粘结层膜就会从离型纸上转移到桌布的底层基布上,使用仿造成天然革纹路的花辊或花板,在一定温度条件下对桌布的底层基布施加机械挤压力,桌布的底层基布表面pu革层中的水性聚氨酯树脂达到软化,以热塑成形的方式获得花纹效果,桌布的底层基布出压力区后迅速冷却定型,挤压形变所形成的花纹得到固定,PU革层表面就形成与花辊表面花纹的凹凸相反的清晰花纹;再之后经过揉纹,水洗,温度,机械力等的作用使桌布的底层基布发生收缩,带动表面的PU革层收缩,使花纹的凹凸感更明显清晰;将表面花纹进行染色接着再进行固色,水洗和皂洗处理,其间再加入匀色剂达到匀染和透染的目的,最后采用去污剂进行表面处理达到防污效果即可。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种半PU革材质的桌布,其特征在于:它包含pu革层和底层,所述的pu革层由以下物质按所附质量份配方制备而成:水性聚氨酯树脂52-60份、水0-38份、聚苯乙烯发泡剂5-12份、十二烷基硫酸钠3-10份、有机硅流平剂1-2份、棕榈油1-3份、聚丙烯酸乳液1-3份、经过四级处理后的纸浆废液1-5份、乳化硅油0.5-2份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.5份、阻燃剂1-3份。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的一种半PU革材质的桌布,其特征在于:它的制备工艺为:(a)、底层的选择:采用网格毛底防滑布为桌布的底层基布;
    (b)、pu革层与底层的结合:将pu革层按照上述质量份配方先混合均匀后形成涂层剂,将涂层剂涂布于离型纸上,通过流平浆料可形成一层均匀的膜,经烘干后形成连续均匀的薄膜,在薄膜上涂上粘合剂,与桌布的底层基布压合烘干,再把离型纸与涂层剂剥离,涂层剂包括粘结层膜就会从离型纸上转移到桌布的底层基布上;
    (c)、压纹处理:使用仿造成天然革纹路的花辊或花板,在一定温度条件下对桌布的底层基布施加机械挤压力,桌布的底层基布表面pu革层中的水性聚氨酯树脂达到软化,以热塑成形的方式获得花纹效果,桌布的底层基布出压力区后迅速冷却定型,挤压形变所形成的花纹得到固定,PU革层表面就形成与花辊表面花纹的凹凸相反的清晰花纹;再之后经过揉纹,水洗,温度,机械力等的作用使桌布的底层基布发生收缩,带动表面的PU革层收缩,使花纹的凹凸感更明显清晰;
    (d)、将表面花纹进行染色接着再进行固色,水洗和皂洗处理,其间再加入匀色剂达到匀染和透染的目的,最后采用去污剂进行表面处理达到防污效果即可。
