一种车载传声器模组,该车载传声器模组包括:外壳(1),设置在所述外壳(1)内一端的连接器(8),与所述连接器(8)连接并用于对驻极体传声器(5)输出信号进行放大及频曲补偿的前置放大电路板(2),与所述前置放大电路板(2)连接的驻极体传声器(5);还包括设置在所述外壳(1)另一端的盖子(7),设置在所述盖子(7)上的海绵垫(9)。采用前置放大与驻极体传声器(5)技术结合,实现高灵敏度、高稳定性的电声转换组合,采用外壳(1)、海绵垫(9)配合,实现抗震能力强、易装配特点,广泛用于各种汽车需声音输入的各种电子电气产品。

Description

一种车载传声器模组 技术领域
本发明涉及到汽车的技术领域,尤其涉及到一种车载传声器模组。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,交通法律的日益完善,汽车日益平民化,人们对车载通讯的要求也越来越高,如行车中通讯,车载智能系统语音输入等等,这为车载传声器技术提供了强大的推动力及广阔市场。但是,现有技术中的车载传声器存在汽车通讯传声器灵敏度低、装配后频响曲线变化大、抗震能力低、外置占用空间的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种车载传声器模组。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供了一种车载传声器模组,该车载传声器模组包括:外壳,设置在所述外壳内一端的连接器,与所述连接器连接并用于对传声器输出信号进行放大及频曲补偿的前置放大电路板,与所述前置放大电路板连接的驻极体传声器;还包括设置在所述外壳另一端的盖子,设置在所述盖子上的海绵垫。
优选的,所述前置放大电路板通过传声器连接线与所述传声器信号连接。
优选的,还包括设置在所述盖子上的防尘网。
优选的,所述驻极体传声器为电容式传声器。
优选的,所述驻极体传声器通过硅胶套固定在所述外壳内。
本发明的有益效果是:采用前置放大与驻极体传声器技术结合,实现高灵敏度、高稳定性的电声转换组合,采用外壳、海绵垫配合,实现抗震能力强、易装配特点,广泛用于各种汽车需声音输入的各种电子电气产品。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明提供的车载传声器模组的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供了一种车载传声器模组,该车载传声器模组包括:外壳1,设置在所述外壳1内一端的连接器8,与所述连接器8连接并用于对传声器输出信号进行放大及频曲补偿的前置放大电路板2,与所述前置放大电路板2连接的驻极体传声器5;还包括设置在所述外壳1另一端的盖子7,设置在所述盖子7上的海绵垫9。
在上述实施例中,采用前置放大与驻极体传声器5技术结合,实现高灵敏度、高稳定性的电声转换组合,采用外壳1、海绵垫9配合,实现抗震能力强、易装配特点,广泛用于各种汽车需声音输入的各种电子电气产品。
为了方便理解本实施例提供的传声器模组的结构以及工作原理,下面 结合具体的附图以及实施例对其进行详细的说明。
继续参考图1,本实施例提供的传声器模组包括外壳1,设置在所述外壳1内一端的连接器8,与所述连接器8连接并用于对传声器输出信号进行放大及频曲补偿的前置放大电路板2,与所述前置放大电路板2连接的驻极体传声器5;还包括设置在所述外壳1另一端的盖子7,设置在所述盖子7上的海绵垫9。在具体连接时,所述前置放大电路板2通过传声器连接线3与所述传声器信号连接。实现了两者之间的信号连接。还包括设置在所述盖子上的防尘网6。且传声器通过硅胶套4固定在所述外壳1内。
其中,外壳1用于为传声器与放大板提供固定及保护,并配合其它零件开成前后腔;前置放大电路板2对传声器输出信号进行放大及频曲补尝;传声器连接线3用于为传声器供电及信号输出至放大板;硅橡胶套4用于为传声器及放大板提供抗震保护,并将外壳内腔分成前后腔;驻极体传声器5用于将声音转换为电信号;防尘网6用于防止外界灰尘进入产品内部;盖子7用于支撑防尘网6,固定硅橡胶套4,提供进声孔;连接器8及SR用于放大并补偿后信号输出,SR(Strain Relief,应变消除头)将连接器固定并将后腔密封;海绵垫9用于客户装配时保证进声孔与客户面板的密封
具体的,在外壳1内设有容置腔,容置腔内装有前置放大电路板2,前置放大电路板2输出端连接供客户使用的连接器8,输入端连接着的驻极体传声器5为电容式传声器,传声器由硅橡胶套4进行固定在容纳腔内。产品为4Pin端子输出,并连接着两个传声器分左右各一,且保持驻极体传声器5原有的声音和信号输入输出方式。其中前置放大板装载着低噪声、低失真、高放大、频响补偿的电路。从而可以有效的改善音效。
通过上述描述可以看出,通过采用驻极体传声器5并匹配前置放大电路,实现灵敏度高至-3db,同时将传声器采用硅橡胶套4进行固定防止汽车在行进过程中的震动直接传到传声器而影响其电声性能,将驻极体传声器5及前置放大电路板2安装在外壳1内,并在盖子7增加防尘网6对外壳1内部进行防尘,防止灰尘进行而造成产品功能失效,盖子7前端粘贴海绵垫9来保证与客户端机壳密封性,从外壳1后端通过4Pin连接器8引出信号,连接线与外壳1之间采用SR进行固定和密封,从保证声腔的稳定和一致性。
本实施例提供的传声器模组通过采用前置放大与驻极体传声器5技术结合,实现高灵敏度、高稳定性的电声转换组合,采用外壳1、硅橡胶套4、海绵配合,实现抗震能力强、易装配特点,广泛用于各种汽车需声音输入的各种电子电气产品。并且实现了利用前置放大电路与驻极体传声器5,实现高灵敏度-3db的问题;采用外壳1与海绵的组合,保证客户装配后声腔的密封性及前腔的一致性;利用连接品上SR与外壳1进行紧密配合,保证后腔的一致性;前置放大电路现实供电与信号输出共极,保持了驻极体传声器5原有的使用特性;采用左右外壳1连接到同一端子上,方便客户平台使用。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种车载传声器模组,其特征在于,包括:外壳,设置在所述外壳内一端的连接器,与所述连接器连接并用于对传声器输出信号进行放大及频曲补偿的前置放大电路板,与所述前置放大电路板连接的驻极体传声器;还包括设置在所述外壳另一端的盖子,设置在所述盖子上的海绵垫。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载传声器模组,其特征在于,所述前置放大电路板通过传声器连接线与所述传声器信号连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车载传声器模组,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述盖子上的防尘网。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的车载传声器模组,其特征在于,所述驻极体传声器为电容式传声器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车载传声器模组,其特征在于,所述驻极体传声器通过硅胶套固定在所述外壳内。
