Abstract

In a baggage reception management system according to the present invention, baggage 4 having a wireless medium 2 attached thereto is placed on a mark 3 indicated on a conveyor 5. An image of the mark 3 indicated on the conveyor 5 will be captured by an imaging device 20 if the baggage 4 is taken off the conveyor 5 by a user 6 having a wireless medium 1, allowing a movement detecting means 302 to detect if the baggage has moved, while a position detecting means 301 detects the positions of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2. An abnormality determining means 303 determines if there is an abnormality, such as someone else taking the baggage 4 or the baggage 4 being left behind, according to the results of calculating the movement speeds of the user 6 and the baggage 4 and the distance therebetween from the positions of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 as detected by the position detecting means 301.

Detailed operations of the package receipt management device 30 and the abnormality notification device 40 will be described later.
FIG. 3 is a functional configuration diagram of the package receipt management system in the present embodiment. The package receipt management system includes a wireless medium 1, a wireless medium 2, a reading device 10, an imaging device 20, a package receipt management device 30, an abnormality notification device 40, and a reading device 50. The package receipt management device 30 includes a position detection unit 301, a movement detection unit 302, an abnormality determination unit 303, and a linking unit 304.
In FIG. 3, the wireless medium 1 is possessed by the user 6. The wireless medium 2 is provided in the luggage 4. The wireless medium 1, the wireless medium 2, and the mark 3 are linked in advance by a linking unit 304 described later. As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the mark 3 arranged on the conveyor is hidden by the baggage 4 before the user 6 carries the baggage 4 out of the conveyor 5, and the imaging device 20 is moved to the mark 3. Cannot be taken.
When the user 6 carries the luggage 4 from the conveyor, the mark 3 can be seen from above the conveyor 5, and the image captured by the imaging device 20 includes the mark 3. When the mark 3 is included in the image captured by the imaging device 20, the movement detection unit 302 notifies the abnormality determination unit 303 described later that the luggage 4 has been carried out. Whether or not the mark 3 is included in the video imaged by the imaging device 20 can be realized by a normal video analysis technique (character pattern recognition, barcode reading, etc.).
The reading device 10 receives a signal 7 transmitted by the wireless medium 1 possessed by the user 6 and a signal 8 transmitted by the wireless medium 2 attached to the package 4. The position detection unit 301 measures the radio field intensity of the signals 7 and 8 and calculates the positions of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2. A technique for grasping the positions of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 from the radio wave intensity is a general well-known technique for those skilled in the art.
The associating means 304 stores a mark ID for identifying the mark 3 and the identification IDs of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 in association with each other in advance. If the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 collected when the user leaves the package receiving place 60 are reused, the mark ID for identifying the mark 3, the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium It is not always necessary to change the combination of the two identification IDs.
The abnormality determination unit 303 receives the notification that the mark 3 is included in the video imaged by the imaging device 20 transmitted by the movement detection unit 302, and the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium detected by the position detection unit 301 From the position of the medium 2, the moving speed of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 (can be calculated from the amount of change in the position of each wireless medium) and the distance between the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 (predetermined distance: Ta) are calculated. Whether the user 6 who is the owner of the baggage 4 is carrying the baggage 4 normally, whether the baggage 4 is left in the baggage receiving area 60, whether the baggage 4 is taken away by another suspicious person, etc. Is started (tracking of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2). The predetermined distance Ta may be an appropriate distance between the user 6 and the baggage 4 assuming that the baggage is carried by hand or using a cart at the airport, for example, about 3 meters. The value of Ta may be changed to an appropriate value depending on the application. A method for determining an abnormality (left and left) will be described later.
The abnormality notification device 40 issues an abnormality based on a command from the abnormality determination unit 303 when the abnormality determination unit 303 determines that the above-described abnormality (leaving or leaving) of the luggage 4 has occurred.
The reading device 50 is installed in the vicinity of the passage gate 9. The reading device 50 is installed so as to be able to receive the signal 7 transmitted by the wireless medium 1 and the signal 8 transmitted by the wireless medium 2 when the user 6 having the luggage 4 passes through the passage gate 9. . When the signal 7 transmitted by the wireless medium 1 and the signal 8 transmitted by the wireless medium 2 are received, the abnormality determining unit 303 determines that the package 4 has been safely transported by the user 1, and the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 End tracking.
FIG. 4 shows the data structure of the linking means 304. The horizontal direction in the table of FIG. 4 indicates the package, the identification ID of the wireless medium 1, the identification ID of the wireless medium 2, the mark ID, and the mode in order from the left.
According to the table of FIG. 4, A1 is associated with the package A as the identification ID of the wireless medium 1, A2 as the identification ID of the wireless medium, and MA as the mark ID. B1 is associated with the package B as the identification ID of the wireless medium 1, B2 as the identification ID of the wireless medium, and MB as the mark ID. The package C is associated with C1 as the identification ID of the wireless medium 1, C2 as the identification ID of the wireless medium, and MC as the mark ID.
Also, the mode for each package is set by the abnormality determination means 303, and there are two types, a normal mode and a tracking mode. When the parcel 4 is being transported on the conveyor 5, the parcel 4 is in the normal mode. After the movement detecting means 302 detects the movement of the parcel 4 from the conveyor 5, the user 6 carrying the parcel 4 While each identification ID is being read by the reading device 50 in which the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 that are passed through the gate 9 and tied to the luggage 4 are installed in the vicinity of the gate 9, the luggage 4 is tracked. Mode. The abnormality determination unit 303 determines whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the package 4 in the tracking mode.
A, B, and C described in the package column of the associating means 304 are not necessarily stored as actual data of numerical values or character strings. The package A is identified by the identification ID A2 of the wireless medium 2 attached to the package A. The identification ID of the wireless medium 1 to be possessed by the user 6 linked to the identification ID A2 by the linking means 304 is A2, and the mark ID is MB. Identified by
After the package A passes through the gate 9 and the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 are collected, the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDA1, the wireless medium 2 identified by the identification IDA2, and the mark identified by the mark IDMA. Chapter MA can be reused for different packages. The association of the identification IDA1, the identification IDA2 and the mark IDMA associated with the association means 304 does not necessarily need to be changed every time the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 are collected. It can be used for another package 4 held by another user 6 while being maintained. As a result, it is possible to save the trouble of changing the linking to be performed each time the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 are collected.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the operation of the package receipt management system in the present embodiment. The position detection unit 301 calculates the positions of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 based on the radio wave intensity of the signal received by the reading device 10 (S102). Thereafter, the process proceeds to S103.
The imaging device 20 images the conveyor 5 (S103). Thereafter, the process proceeds to S104.
The movement detection means 302 analyzes the video imaged by the imaging device 20 (S104). Thereafter, the process proceeds to S105.
When the movement detection unit 302 confirms that a new mark MA is included in the video imaged by the imaging device 20 (Y in S105), the abnormality determination unit 303 uses the association unit 304 to add the mark MA to the mark MA. The mode of the linked package A is set to the tracking mode (S106). Thereafter, the process proceeds to S107.
The abnormality determining means 303 checks whether or not the tracking mode is set for each package 4 from the mode stored in the associating means 304 (S107). If there is a tracking mode package (Y in S107), the process of S108 Proceed to If there is no package in the tracking mode (N in S107), the process returns to S101. Hereinafter, an operation when the package A is in the tracking mode will be described.
(S108) The abnormality determination unit 303 confirms whether or not the package A is already in a reporting state (S108).
(S112) If the package A is already in the reporting state (Y in S108), the abnormality determination means 303 confirms whether or not the operation for canceling the reporting state of the package A has been performed (S112).
When an operation for canceling the notification state of the package A is performed (Y in S112), the abnormality determination unit 303 stops reporting to the package A and returns to the process of S101. When the operation for releasing the notification state of the package A has not been performed (N in S112), the report on the package A by the abnormality determination unit 303 is continued, and the process returns to the process of S101.
If the package A is not in the alerting state (N in S108), the abnormality determination means 303 determines whether an abnormality has occurred in the package A (S109). A method for determining whether or not an abnormality has occurred will be described later.
When it is determined by the abnormality determination means 303 that an abnormality has occurred in the package A (Y in S109), the abnormality determination means 303 starts an abnormality report for the package A (S114) and returns to the processing of S101.
(S110) If the abnormality determination unit 303 does not determine that an abnormality has occurred in the package A (N in S109), the abnormality determination unit 303 identifies the wireless medium 1 and the identification IDA2 identified by the identification IDA1 associated with the package A. It is determined whether the signal 7 including the identification IDA1 and the signal 8 including the identification IDA2 have been received from the wireless medium 2 identified in step S1 by the reading device 50 installed in the vicinity of the gate 9 (S110).
The signal 7 including the identification IDA1 by the reader 50 installed in the vicinity of the gate 9 from the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDA1 associated with the package A and the wireless medium 2 identified by the identification IDA2 associated with the package A When the signal 8 including the identification IDA2 is received (Y in S110), the abnormality determination unit 303 cancels the tracking mode of the package A, and sets the package A of the associating unit 304 to the normal mode. Thereafter, the process returns to S101.
The signal 7 including the identification IDA1 by the reader 50 installed in the vicinity of the gate 9 from the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDA1 associated with the package A and the wireless medium 2 identified by the identification IDA2 associated with the package A If the signal 8 including the identification IDA2 is not received (Y in S110), the process returns to S101.
FIG. 6 is a table for explaining the details of the method by which the abnormality determining means 303 determines whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the package A set in the tracking mode in S109 of the flowchart of FIG. The package A is associated with the identification IDA1, the identification IDA2, and the mark IDMA by the association means 304.
In the first row of the table of FIG. 6, P1, P2, P3, P4 and the determination result are described from the left. Each of the columns described as P1, P2, P3, and P4 in the table of FIG. 6 includes the following four data calculated by the position detection unit 301. Determine whether or not.
(P1) Whether the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDA1 is stationary or moving.
(P2) Whether the wireless medium 2 identified by the identification IDA2 is stationary or moving.
(P3) The distance between the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDA1 and the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDA2.
(P4) When there is a wireless medium 1 (third wireless medium) that is not associated with the package A and is identified by an identification IDX possessed by another user 6 (hereinafter referred to as user X). And the distance between the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDX and the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDA2.
It should be noted that being stationary means that the moving speeds of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 calculated by the abnormality determination unit 303 are zero. In this case, the predetermined speed described in the claims is zero. Note that the predetermined speed may be appropriately set, for example, by setting the predetermined speed to a very low speed of about 1 km / h in consideration of the speed at which the cart that has been pushed advances by inertia.

This means that the load A and the user 6 who owns the load A are stationary, and the load is in a position away from the vicinity of the user 6, so the abnormality determination unit 303 determines that the load is abnormal (the load A is left behind).
(No. 3) When P1: stationary, P2: movement, P4: less than Ta:
Although the user 6 who is the owner of the luggage A is stopped, the luggage A is moving freely, which is abnormal. In this case, since it means that the user X carrying the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDX is moving in the vicinity of the package A, the package A may be taken away by the user X Is expensive. Therefore, the abnormality determination unit 303 determines that the abnormality is occurring (the user A has removed the luggage A).
(No. 4) When P1: stationary, P2: movement, P4: Ta or higher or wireless medium 1 identified by identification IDX is not detected:
Although the user 6 who is the owner of the luggage A is stopped, the luggage A is moving freely, which is abnormal. In this case, since the user X possessing the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDX is not in the vicinity of the package A, there is a high possibility that the package A is carried away by someone who does not have the tag. Therefore, the abnormality determination means 303 determines that the abnormality (the removal of the luggage A by the person who does not have the tag).
(No. 5) When P1: movement, P2: stationary, P3: less than Ta:
This means that the package A is stationary and the user 6 who is the owner of the package A is moving, but the package is located in the vicinity of the user 6. It is determined that the user 6 is only wandering around the luggage A, and the abnormality determination means 303 determines that it is normal.
(No. 6) In the case of P1: movement, P2: stationary, P3: Ta or more:
It means that the load A is stationary and the user 6 of the owner of the load A is moving, but the load is in a position away from the vicinity of the user 6. It is considered that the user 6 is moving away from the luggage A, and the abnormality determination unit 303 determines that the abnormality (the luggage A is left behind).
(No. 7) When P1: movement, P2: movement, P3: less than Ta:
This means that the package A has moved and the user 6 who owns the package A has also moved, but the package is located in the vicinity of the user 6. The user 6 is carrying the luggage A and moving (for example, moving toward the gate 9), and the abnormality determination means 303 determines that it is normal.
(No. 8) When P1: movement, P2: movement, P3: Ta or more, P4: less than Ta:
It means that the package A has moved and the user 6 who is the owner of the package A is also moving, but the package is in a position away from the user 6. This is abnormal because the package A is moving without permission.
(No. 9) In the case of P1: movement, P2: movement, P3: Ta or more, P4: Ta or more, or no detection of the wireless medium 1 identified by the identification IDX:
It means that the package A has moved and the user 6 who is the owner of the package A is also moving, but the package is in a position away from the user 6. This is abnormal because the package A is moving without permission.
In this embodiment, the wireless medium immediately after detecting that the load 4 transported on the conveyor 5 is transported from the conveyor is detected by the mark 3 movement detection means 302 located under the load 4. By measuring the movement status of 1 and the wireless medium 2 and the distance between the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2, it is possible to more quickly determine whether the baggage has been taken away or left behind.
Note that the abnormality determination means 303 is not only the stationary / moving of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 and the distance between the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2, but also the moving direction (the moving direction in which the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 approach each other). Or whether it is moving in the same direction or moving in the same direction), the determination of the abnormality and the content of the abnormality may be made, and there is an effect that more accurate determination is possible.
In addition, when there are a plurality of owners (couples, families, etc.) for one package, one wireless medium 2 may be linked to the wireless medium 1 possessed by each user 6. In this case, the distance between the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 for which the abnormality determination unit 303 determines normality / abnormality is longer than normal (for example, 3 meters) (5 meters), and is determined to be normal even if a little apart. Alternatively, even if one of the plurality of persons is in the vicinity of the luggage (within 3 meters), it may be determined as normal.
In addition, when there is one owner for a plurality of packages, the user 6 may have a plurality of wireless media 1 associated with the respective wireless media 2.
In addition, regarding the method for determining whether or not an abnormality has occurred for the package A set in the tracking mode, the abnormality determination unit 303 illustrated in FIG. 6 is less than P1: stationary, P2: movement, and P3: less than Ta. In this case, it means that the luggage A has moved and the user 6 of the owner of the luggage A is stationary, but the luggage is located in the vicinity of the user 6. In this case, the abnormality determination means 303 may determine that it is normal. If the cart moves slightly due to inertia immediately after the baggage A is being transported by the cart, the abnormality determination means 303 can prevent the abnormality determination means 303 from erroneously determining that an abnormality has occurred. I can do it. In the case where the baggage 4 is taken away or the like, there is no risk that the baggage 4 is taken away because it is determined that an abnormality occurs if the distance between the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 is more than Ta.
In addition, a part of the configuration may be modified or a part may be omitted, and it is considered that the same effect as the present embodiment can be obtained.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 7 is a functional configuration diagram of the package receipt management system according to the present embodiment. The description of the same components as those in Embodiment 1 is omitted.
In the package receipt management system in the present embodiment, a load detection device 31 is arranged on the conveyor 5 instead of the mark 3 and the imaging device 20 in the first embodiment. The association means 304 is associated with a load detection means ID for identifying the load detection device 31 instead of the mark ID.
In the movement detection means 312 of the package receipt management system in the present embodiment, unlike the movement detection means 302 in the first embodiment, the luggage placed on the weight sensor 31 that is identified by the load detection device ID, respectively. When it is carried (the load measured by the load detection device 31 decreases), the movement detection means 312 notifies the abnormality determination means 303 that the luggage 4 has moved, and the abnormality determination means 303 sets the mode for the luggage 4. Change to tracking mode.
FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing the operation of the package receipt management system in the present embodiment. The difference from FIG. 5 is that when the load measured by the load detection device 31 identified by the load detection device ID that the movement detection unit 312 is linked by the linking unit 304 becomes smaller in S125, the process of S106 is performed. If the load measured by the load detection device 31 identified by the ID linked by the linking unit 304 is not decreased, the movement detection unit 312 proceeds to the process of S107. The operation is the same as in the first embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the load detection device 31 is in a pressed state when the load is on, in addition to a normal scale, and is in a released state when the load is not placed on the load. Such a push button may be used.
Further, when the load detection device 31 determines the movement of the load 4, it may be determined based on the amount of change in the load, or may be determined based on the absolute amount of the load (determined based on whether the load is 100 grams or less). Absent.
In addition, a part of the configuration may be modified or a part may be omitted, and it is considered that the same effect as the present embodiment can be obtained.
Also in the present embodiment, the movement detecting means 312 detects a change in the load measured by the load detecting device 31 located under the luggage 4 that the luggage 4 being conveyed on the conveyor 5 has been carried out of the conveyor. Immediately after the detection at, the movement status of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 and the distance between the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 are measured to quickly determine whether the luggage has been taken away or left behind. The same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained.
Embodiment 3 FIG.
Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 9 is an overall view of the package receipt management system before the user 6 receives the package 4 being conveyed to the conveyor 5. The mark 3 in the first embodiment is not necessary in the present embodiment. Instead, the reader 32 is installed in the baggage receiving place 60, which uses the entire conveyor 5 as a reading range (the reading area 33 in FIG. 9). Yes.
FIG. 10 is a functional configuration diagram of the package receipt management system in the present embodiment. The description of the same components as those in Embodiment 1 is omitted.
In the package receipt management system according to the present embodiment, as described above, the reading device 32 having the entire conveyor 5 as a reading range is arranged instead of the mark 3 and the imaging device 20 in the first embodiment. The reading device 32 receives the signal 8 transmitted from the wireless medium 2.
When the load 4 equipped with the wireless medium 2 conveyed by the conveyor 5 moves from the conveyor and the wireless medium 2 moves out of the reading range 82 of the reading device 32, the reading device 32 outputs a signal 8. It will not receive.
Unlike the movement detection unit 302 in the first embodiment, the movement detection unit 322 of the package receipt management system in the present embodiment receives the signal 8 in the reading device 32 for a certain time (for example, about 3 seconds) or more. If not detected, the movement detection unit 322 notifies the abnormality determination unit 303 that the package 4 has moved. The abnormality determination unit 303 changes the mode for the package 4 to the tracking mode.
The linking means 304 in the present embodiment does not require a new identification ID such as the mark ID in the first embodiment.
FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing the operation of the package receipt management system in the present embodiment. The difference from FIG. 5 is that when the signal 8 including the identification ID for identifying the identification medium 2 associated with the package 4 by the associating means 304 is not received for a predetermined time or longer in S135, the processing in S106. If the signal 32 including the identification ID for identifying the identification medium 2 associated with the package 4 is received by the associating unit 304 within a certain time, the process proceeds to S107. Other operations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
In addition, a part of the configuration may be modified or a part may be omitted, and it is considered that the same effect as the present embodiment can be obtained.
Also in the present embodiment, the reading device 32 receives the signal 8 including the identification ID transmitted by the identification medium 2 provided in the luggage 4 that the luggage 4 being conveyed on the conveyor 5 has been carried out of the conveyor. Then, immediately after the movement detection unit 322 notifies the abnormality determination unit 303 that the package 4 has moved, the movement status of the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 and the distance between the wireless medium 1 and the wireless medium 2 are measured. The same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained in which it is possible to more quickly determine whether or not a baggage has been taken away or left behind. Further, the mark ID in the first embodiment and the load detection device ID in the second embodiment are not necessary in the present embodiment, and there is a further effect that the configuration is simpler.
