Description

电动零转向坐骑式割草机
本申请要求于2016年04月07日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610211881.0、发明名称为“电动零转向坐骑式割草机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及割草机领域,特别是涉及一种电动零转向坐骑式割草机。
背景技术
割草车在国内外众多的体育、旅游、城建等领域得到广泛应用。目前市面上的剪草车的都为汽油割草机,汽油割草机工作时由汽油机产生动力直接传递至割草刀片,并通过皮带间接传递动力至变速箱皮带轮,经变速箱装置转化为轮子驱动力前进。其一、汽油机工作状态时震动比较大,产生割草机整机震动较大,噪音相应的也会比较大,噪音和震动都会给操作者带来身体上的不适;同时汽油机工作时产生的震动,也会导致传动皮带抖动,易使皮带出现提前磨损;其二、汽油机的排放会对大气造成污染;其三、汽油机使用以及维护的成本比较高。目前EPA法规严格、门槛越来越高,要达到法规标准将增加较大成本。本机型瞄准市场发展前沿,研究开发一种先进新型的电机驱动坐骑式零转向割草机,在提高控制精准性,单轮扭力、抓地力的同时,降低单位体积重量和维修费用、采用电力驱动绿色环保,实现真正意义上的绿色环保产品。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动零转向坐骑式割草机,能够减小震动,降低噪音,污染小,使用和维护成本低,操作舒适。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电动零转向坐骑式割草机,包括:机架,设于机架上用于控制割草机的操作组件,连接在机架上用于移动的行走组件,设于机架上用于割草的割草组件,连接在机架上用于调节割草组件高度的调高组件,所述机架上设置有控制组件,所述控制组件包括电气控制器和以及与电气控制器电性连接电池包,所述电池包向操作组件、割草组件、调高组件以及行走组件提供动力源,所述电气控制器用于控制割草组件、调高组件以及行走组件的工作状态。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述行走组件包括前轮和后轮,所述前轮为连接在机架前端的万向轮,所述后轮上连接有单独对应驱动后轮的驱动桥,所述驱动桥连接在机架上,所述电气控制器控制驱动桥的运动状态。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述割草组件包括割台,所述割台上连接有多个刀片和多个割草电机,所述割草电机对应驱动刀片进行割草,所述电气控制器控制割草电机的运行状态。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述割台上设置有与刀片对应的刀座,所述刀片设置在刀座上,所述刀片、刀座以及割草电机的数量为3个,所述割草电机为无刷电机。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述割台前端还设置有多个滚轮,所述割台上连接有排草罩,所述割台末端通过支撑杆组件连接在机架上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述割草组件设于机架下方,所述调高组件一端连接在机架上,另一端连接在割草组件上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述调高组件对割台组件的高度调节范围为1.5寸-5寸。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述操作组件包括座椅以及设置在座椅一侧的操作手柄,所述操作手柄供使用者控制割草机动作。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述座椅上还连接有用于调整座椅位置的调节扶手,所述座椅前后调整范围为210mm,座椅的背靠角度调节范围0-60°。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述机架上还设置有防翻滚组件,所述防翻滚组件设于操作组件后侧防止操作者跌落。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电池包为80V,12KWH的电池包。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电池包设置于机架的后端,所述电池包上覆盖有电池包护罩。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明电动零转向坐骑式割草机,能够减小震动,降低噪音,污染小,使用和维护成本低,操作舒适。

请参阅图1,一种电动零转向坐骑式割草机,包括:机架1,设于机架1上用于控制割草机的操作组件2,连接在机架1上用于移动的行走组件3,设于机架1上用于割草的割草组件4,连接在机架1上用于调节割草组件4高度的调高组件5,机架1上设置有控制组件6,控制组件6包括电气控制器61和以及与电气控制器61电性连接电池包62,电池包62向操作组件2、割草组件4、调高组件5以及行走组件2提供动力源,电气控制器61用于控制割草组件4、调高组件5以及行走组件2的工作状态。
另外,行走组件3包括前轮31和后轮32,前轮31为连接在机架1前端的万向轮,后轮32上连接有单独对应驱动后轮的驱动桥33,驱动桥33连接在机架1上,电气控制器61控制驱动桥33的运动状态,前轮31可以360°转动,实现割草机原地转弯,电气控制器61控制驱动桥33,驱动桥33控制后轮32的前进或者后退,驱动桥33实现了两个后轮32可以单独前进或者后退,两后轮32可以用不同的速度转动。
另外,割草组件4包括割台41,割台41上连接有多个刀片42和多个割草电机43,割草电机43对应驱动刀片42进行割草,电气控制器61控制割草电机43的运行状态。割台41上设置有与刀片42对应的刀座44,刀片42设置在刀座44上,刀片42、刀座44以及割 草电机43的数量为3个,割草电机43为无刷电机。割台41前端还设置有多个滚轮45,割台41上连接有排草罩46,排草罩46使草通畅的排向地面,割台41末端通过支撑杆组件47连接在机架1上,三个滚轮45保障了割台41在行走过程中遇到土丘或洼地时,割台41不会受到直接撞击受到损坏,割台41后侧安装支撑杆组件47与机架1连接,确保了割台41在机器行进过程以及调高的过程中不会出现左右摇晃。
另外,割草组件4设于机架1下方,调高组件5一端连接在机架1上,另一端连接在割草组件4上。调高组件5对割台组件4的高度调节范围为1.5寸-5寸。
另外,操作组件2包括座椅21以及设置在座椅21一侧的操作手柄22,操作手柄22供使用者控制割草机动作。座椅21上还连接有用于调整座椅21位置的调节扶手23,座椅21前后调整范围为210mm,座椅21的背靠角度调节范围0-60°,操作者可以根据自己的操作习惯,调节座椅21的前后位置、座椅21靠背的角度以及座椅21的扶手位置;其次座椅21底座上安装有四个橡胶减震座,降低了因为地面高低不平给操作者带来的颠簸的感觉,极大的改善了操作者的工作环境。
另外,机架1上还设置有防翻滚组件7,防翻滚组件7设于操作组件2后侧防止操作者跌落,在操作过程中,防翻滚组件7降低了因为意外翻车对操作者造成的伤害,极大的保障了操作者的人身安全。
另外,电池包62为80V,12KWH的电池包。电池包62设置于机架1的后端,电池包62上覆盖有电池包护罩63。
区别于现有技术,本发明电动零转向坐骑式割草机,能够减小震动,降低噪音,污染小,使用和维护成本低,操作舒适。

  1. 一种电动零转向坐骑式割草机,包括:机架,设于机架上用于控制割草机的操作组件,连接在机架上用于移动的行走组件,设于机架上用于割草的割草组件,连接在机架上用于调节割草组件高度的调高组件,其特征在于,所述机架上设置有控制组件,所述控制组件包括电气控制器和以及与电气控制器电性连接电池包,所述电池包向操作组件、割草组件、调高组件以及行走组件提供动力源,所述电气控制器用于控制割草组件、调高组件以及行走组件的工作状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述行走组件包括前轮和后轮,所述前轮为连接在机架前端的万向轮,所述后轮上连接有单独对应驱动后轮的驱动桥,所述驱动桥连接在机架上,所述电气控制器控制驱动桥的运动状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述割草组件包括割台,所述割台上连接有多个刀片和多个割草电机,所述割草电机对应驱动刀片进行割草,所述电气控制器控制割草电机的运行状态。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述割台上设置有与刀片对应的刀座,所述刀片设置在刀座上,所述刀片、刀座以及割草电机的数量为3个,所述割草电机为无刷电机。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在 于,所述割台前端还设置有多个滚轮,所述割台上连接有排草罩,所述割台末端通过支撑杆组件连接在机架上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述割草组件设于机架下方,所述调高组件一端连接在机架上,另一端连接在割草组件上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述调高组件对割台组件的高度调节范围为1.5寸-5寸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述操作组件包括座椅以及设置在座椅一侧的操作手柄,所述操作手柄供使用者控制割草机动作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述座椅上还连接有用于调整座椅位置的调节扶手,所述座椅前后调整范围为210mm,座椅的背靠角度调节范围0-60°。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述机架上还设置有防翻滚组件,所述防翻滚组件设于操作组件后侧防止操作者跌落。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的电动零转向坐骑式割草机,其特征在于,所述电池包为80V,12KWH的电池包。
