一种车载防炫光镜头 技术领域
本实用新型涉及车载镜头技术领域,具体为一种车载防炫光镜头。
背景技术
目前,现有的车载镜头主要包括镜筒,所述镜筒的一端连接有锁压环,镜筒的另一端的环形台阶上设有红外滤光片。该种车载镜头红外滤光片的设置只能过滤光的波段,将可用光成像影,其不能将反射光(如前车灯发出的光通过挡风玻璃反射形成的前反射光)进行过滤处理,反射光或杂光也成了像影,现有的过滤前反射光的方式一般是由使用者自行在镜筒设置有锁压环的一端锁压环与镜筒之间形成的卡槽中安装偏光膜实现,该种方式安装和拆卸都较为麻烦,极为不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,成本低,使用方便,能将反射光或杂光偏移或过滤,并且无需用户自行拆装的车载防炫光镜头。
本实用新型可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种车载防炫光镜头,包括镜筒,所述镜筒的一端连接有锁压环,镜筒的另一端的环形台阶上设有红外滤光片,所述红外滤光片通过封装装置封装在镜筒内,所述红外滤光片与封装装置之间设有用于将反射光或杂光偏移或过滤的偏光膜。本实用新型防炫光镜头主要增加了封装装置以及偏光膜,以实现本实用新型的目的,其零部件少,结构简单,成本低;本实用新型防炫光镜头通过封装装置将红外滤光片封装在镜筒内,有效防止雨 水或灰尘进入镜头内部,具有防水和防尘功能,有效提升了车载镜头的使用寿命;本实用新型防炫光镜头红外滤光片和封装装置之间用于将反射光或杂光过滤反射成像影的偏光膜的设置,当光进入镜头通过时,能够将反射光,杂光等无用光偏移或过滤,实现了将反射影和杂光消除;本实用新型防炫光镜头红外滤光片和封装装置之间用于将反射光或杂光过滤的偏光膜的设置,实现将反射光或杂光过滤,用户使用时无需再自行在镜筒设置有锁压环的一端加装和拆卸偏光膜,为用户省去了较大的拆装麻烦,极大的方便了用户使用。
进一步地,所述偏光膜通过加镀工艺加镀在红外滤光片上或者直接通过贴片工艺贴在红外滤光片上。在红外滤光片上加镀偏光膜,使偏光膜与红外滤光膜形成一体结构,有效确保偏光膜的稳定性,进一步确保反射光或杂光偏移和过滤效果;在红外滤光片上贴偏光膜,贴片简单、快速,省时省力,同时也有效确保偏光膜与红外滤光片连接的稳定性,确保反射光或杂光偏移和过滤效果。
进一步地,所述偏光膜为光学PET偏光膜。
进一步地,所述封装装置为封装玻璃,采用玻璃制成的封装装置,有效提升车载镜头的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述封装玻璃外侧设有感光成像面,所述感光成像面与PCB线路板连接。
进一步地,所述锁压环与镜筒螺纹连接。
本实用新型车载防炫光镜头,具有如下的有益效果:
第一、结构简单,成本低,本实用新型防炫光镜头主要增加了封装装置以及偏光膜,以实现本实用新型的目的,其零部件少,结构简单,成本低;
第二、使用寿命长,本实用新型防炫光镜头通过封装装置将红外滤光片封装在镜筒内,有效防止雨水或灰尘进入镜头内部,具有防水和防尘功能,有效提升了车载镜头的使用寿命;
第三、实现了将反射光或杂光过滤并反射成像影,本实用新型防炫光镜头红外滤光片和封装装置之间用于将反射光或杂光过滤的偏光膜的设置,当光进入镜头通过时,能够将反射光,杂光等无用光偏移或过滤,实现了将反射影和杂光消除;
第四、无需用户自行拆装偏光膜,本实用新型防炫光镜头红外滤光片和封装装置之间用于将反射光或杂光过滤的偏光膜的设置,实现将反射光或杂光过滤,用户使用时无需再自行在镜筒设置有锁压环的一端加装和拆卸偏光膜,为用户省去了较大的拆装麻烦,极大的方便了用户使用。

如图1所示,一种车载防炫光镜头,包括镜筒1,所述镜筒1的一端 连接有锁压环2,所述锁压环2与镜筒1螺纹连接,所述镜筒1的另一端的环形台阶10上设有红外滤光片5,所述红外滤光片5通过封装装置7封装在镜筒1内,所述封装装置7为封装玻璃,采用玻璃制成的封装装置7,有效提升车载镜头的使用寿命,所述封装玻璃外侧设有感光成像面8,所述感光成像面8与PCB线路板9连接。所述红外滤光片5与封装装置7之间设有用于将反射光或杂光4偏移或过滤的偏光膜6,所述偏光膜6为光学PET偏光膜。本实用新型防炫光镜头主要增加了封装装置7以及偏光膜6,以实现本实用新型的目的,其零部件少,结构简单,成本低;本实用新型防炫光镜头通过封装装置7将红外滤光片5封装在镜筒1内,有效防止雨水或灰尘进入镜头内部,具有防水和防尘功能,有效提升了车载镜头的使用寿命;本实用新型防炫光镜头红外滤光片5和封装装置7之间用于将反射光或杂光4过滤反射成像影的偏光膜6的设置,当光进入镜头通过时,能够将反射光,杂光等无用光偏移或过滤,实现了将反射影和杂光消除,仅使可用光3通过成像影;本实用新型防炫光镜头红外滤光片5和封装装置7之间用于将反射光或杂光4过滤的偏光膜6的设置,实现将反射光或杂光4过滤,用户使用时无需再自行在镜筒1设置有锁压环2的一端加装和拆卸偏光膜6,为用户省去了较大的拆装麻烦,极大的方便了用户使用。
如图1所示,所述偏光膜6通过加镀工艺加镀在红外滤光片5上或者直接通过贴片工艺贴在红外滤光片5上。在红外滤光片5上加镀偏光膜6, 使偏光膜6与红外滤光膜形成一体结构,有效确保偏光膜6的稳定性,进一步确保反射光或杂光4偏移和过滤效果;在红外滤光片5上贴偏光膜6,贴片简单、快速,省时省力,同时也有效确保偏光膜6与红外滤光片5连接的稳定性,确保反射光或杂光4偏移和过滤效果。

  1. 一种车载防炫光镜头,包括镜筒,所述镜筒的一端连接有锁压环,镜筒的另一端的环形台阶上设有红外滤光片,其特征在于:所述红外滤光片通过封装装置封装在镜筒内,所述红外滤光片与封装装置之间设有用于将反射光或杂光偏移或过滤的偏光膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载防炫光镜头,其特征在于:所述偏光膜通过加镀工艺加镀在红外滤光片上或者直接通过贴片工艺贴在红外滤光片上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车载防炫光镜头,其特征在于:所述偏光膜为光学PET偏光膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项权利要求所述的车载防炫光镜头,其特征在于:所述封装装置为封装玻璃。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车载防炫光镜头,其特征在于:所述封装玻璃外侧设有感光成像面,所述感光成像面与PCB线路板连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车载防炫光镜头,其特征在于:所述锁压环与镜筒螺纹连接。
