一种安装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种镜头装置,尤其是一种安装于镜头和图像传感器 之间的滤光片装置。
背景技术
目前, 视频技术已成熟应用到各方面, 如安防监控, 他们离不开 摄像头。摄像头的好坏直接影响成像的品质, 特殊的摄像头镜头还要 加装滤光片来过滤特定的光线。 如过滤红外线, 彩色 CCD或 CMOS也 可感应红外线, 但红外线会导致 D. S. P无法计算出正确的物体颜色, 因此须加装一片滤光片, 把光线中红外线部份过滤掉。
常见的红外摄像机或红外相机, 在白天或光线充足的情况下, 是 通过自然光线拍摄彩色影像或相片; 在晚上,是通过红外灯补光拍摄 黑白影像或相片,这就要求红外摄像机或红外相机加装可以跟据光线 自动切换的滤光装置, 在白天或光线充足的环境下, 该装置可以自动 切换滤光片开启工作, 以拍摄出更好质量的彩色的影视或相片,在晚 上或光线不足, 需要靠红外灯补光拍摄时, 该装置可以自动切换滤光 片关闭, 让红外摄 或红外相机能拍摄到黑白的红外影像或相片。
然而, 滤光片是平面的, 常见的自动切换装置是置于镜头前方, 这样, 在产品设计时, 需要考虑到有这个装置所暂用的空间, 会局限 产品设计, 尤其是使用广角镜头, 这点带来的不便更加突出。
发明内容
本发明即是针对现有技术中滤光片存在的不足之处,提供一种安 装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装置。
为解决上述问题, 本发明所采取的技术方案是: 一种安装于镜头 和图像传感器之间的滤光片装置, 包括镜头、滤光片和图像传感器组 件, 其特征在于: 所述镜头安装在所述图像传感器组件上, 所述滤光 片置于镜头与传感器之间。
更进一步的, 所述滤光镜包含自动切换装置。
更进一步的, 所述的镜头包括至少一个成像透镜。
更进一步的, 所述的镜头可为广角镜头。
更进一步的, 所述的图像传感器组件包括印刷电路板和安装在所 述印刷电路板上的传感器芯片。 采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于: 将滤光片安装于镜头 和图像传感器之间,解决了常见的滤光片是置于镜头前方限制了产品 空间设计的问题。

如图 1所示, 一种安装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装置, 包括镜头 1、 滤光片 2和图像传感器组件 3, 其特征在于: 所述镜头 1安装在所述图像传感器组件 3上, 所述滤光片 2置于镜头与传感器 之间。
所述的镜头包括至少一个成像透镜。
所述的镜头可为广角镜头。
所述的图像传感器组件包括印刷电路板和安装在所述印刷电路板 上的传感器芯片。 所述的一种安装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装置, 滤光片 安装于镜头和图像传感器之间,解决了常见的滤光片是置于镜头前方 限制了产品空间设计的问题。

1. 一种安装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装置, 包括镜头、滤光片和 图像传感器组件,其特征在于:所述镜头安装在所述图像传感器组件上, 所述滤光片置于镜头与传感器之间。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种安装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装 置, 其特征在于: 所述滤光镜包含自动切换装置。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种安装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装 置, 其特征在于: 所述的镜头包括至少一个成像透镜。
4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种安装于镜头和图像传感器之间的滤光片装 置, 其特征在于: 所述的镜头可为广角镜头。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种后置滤光片摄像头,其特征在于: 所述的图 像传感器组件包括印刷电路板和安装在所述印刷电路板上的传感器芯 片。
