「同一車両複数機器の状態データを比較して、位置要因成分、機器要因成分に分離して異常を検知しているが、同一車両内のデータのみを利用しており他の車両のデータが活用されていない。また、車両動態値を小区間ごとに格納・管理する手法では、車両状態データが小区間ごとに分類され、区間の過去情報と比較して異常警報判定をしているので過去情報を活用してはいるが、地上側との通信が逐次発生する危惧が大きく、車両動態値を無線通信で地上側に伝送する場合には伝送容量やコスト、信頼性の観点で負担になり、生データを蓄積するとなると莫大な蓄積容量が必要になる。また、前記のシステムでは、故障時の状態データ(=センサ出力)に異常の兆候が含まれていなければ異常検知を判定することができない。逆に、故障発生時までの状態データに何らかのデータ変化があり異常検知条件を満たしても、その後状態データが回復し、条件判定に基づいて下した異常検知の判断が誤検知となる場合もある。いずれにしても、故障発生時点では将来の状態データは移動体上で得られておらず、また将来の状態データを予測するのに十分な状態データを移動体上に備えることは困難である。このように、発生した故障が軽微なものであってもその時点では移動体の乗務員の単独では異常との判断がつかず、移動体を停止させてしまうことが多い。このため、誤検知によって、異常判定に起因した本来不要な運転停止を移動体に促すことになり稼働率の低下を招くこととなる。特に移動体が列車である場合、サービス品質の低下に繋がる。そこで、故障が発生した時点で地上システム側から過去の事例を参照するなどして高度な支援が図られれば、当該故障から異常へ至るか否かの異常判断を確度の高いものにすることができると考えられ、そうした高度な支援を確立する点で解決すべき課題がある。本発明では、上記の課題に対して、故障発生の際に、移動体の状態データを地上側に送信し、地上側において過去の事例を参照するなどして故障から異常に繋がる可能性を適切に予測する高度な支援を行い、移動体を停止させるに至る誤検知となる確率を低下させて移動体の稼働率の向上を目指すものである。」

前記データ分析中央装置は、地上側、或いは、特定の移動体に設けられることを特徴とするデータ統合分析システム。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のデータ統合分析システムにおいて、
前記移動体の代わりに空間上の設置場所が変化しない装置或いは設備をデータ分析の対象とすることを特徴とするデータ統合分析システム。
