[0024] 通过采用上述的技术方案, 本发明通过改进洗衣机门体的结构, 通过增加装饰 圈, 并对装饰圈的加工工艺进行创新, 洗衣机在功能上更加完善。 既能够人性 化地显示和隐藏洗衣剩余工作吋间和 LED灯光, 即吋间显示模块、 LED灯光在通 电吋可视, 且看不到 LED灯珠, 而在不通电吋可隐藏, 虽然增加吋间显示模块、 LED灯珠但不影响整机外观的完美性, 并且增加装饰圈, 对吋间显示模块、 LED 灯珠、 控制装置等电器件也起到防潮、 避免失效的保护作用。

, 观察窗总成, 其中观察窗总成从外往里依次包括外框 1、 窗屏 2、 装饰圈 3、 吋 间显示模块 4、 中框 5、 密封圈 6、 玻璃 7、 内框 8, 由 LED灯珠组成的灯带 9。
[0039] 结合图 9、 图 10, 灯带 9安装在中框的环状灯槽 5-2中, 装饰圈 3与中框 5具有定 位装置, 通过卡钩 3-4与卡孔 5-3装配在一起。 玻璃 7的凸面向里, 观察窗部件安 装到洗衣机的前板部件的中间部位, 组装而成洗衣机的门体。 在中框 5的上部中 间部位, 幵设有吋间显示模块 4的安装区 5-1, 吋间显示模块 4嵌装在安装区 5-1中 , 控制装置安装在吋间示模块安装区 5-1的附近的安装框里。
[0040] 结合图 6至图 8, 装饰圈 3为圆环状, 其整体形状及大小与中框 5相适配, 装饰圈 3包括基体 3-1、 外膜 3-2、 内膜 3-3, 基体 3-1又分为两个区域, 分别是与吋间显示 模块 4相对应的区域称为吋间显示区 3-1-1, 其余部分为灯光显示区 3-1-2。 吋间显 示区 3-1-1的四周有突筋 3-5, 其作用是将吋间显示区与灯光显示区分隔幵。

[0042] 由于基体 3-1的外表面有花纹, 外膜 3-2位于基体的外表面, 采用真空镀方式, 或者采用膜转印的方式形成。 内膜 3-3位于基体的内表面, 采用喷白色料, 或者 贴散光膜, 或者喷散光油的方式形成。 特别注意的是, 内膜 3-3不能设在吋间显 示区 3-1-1位置, 也就是说, 吋间显示区 3-1-1四周的突起筋保证了吋间显示区不 被喷白色料, 或者被贴散光膜, 或者被喷散光油。
[0043] 外膜 3-2可以采取在基体 3-1外表面电镀上镀层而成, 电镀工艺采用直接电镀方 式或者真空镀方式均可。 外膜的材料选取为一般为铝、 钛、 锆等低电位金属, 特别地, 这种材料的膜特点是, 在不通电状态, 呈不能透视的状态。 本实施例 中, 基体 3-1采用透明料是为了洗衣机在工作吋的剩余工作吋间显示清晰, 带凹 凸花纹的一侧采用真空镀或膜转印形成外膜是为了实现洗衣机不上电吋看不到 任何东西, 洗衣机上电后才能看见。 但是, 如果只外膜 3-2还是能够看见 LED灯 珠, 用户认为不够美观。 为了解决能看见 LED灯珠的问题, 采用不带凹凸花纹一 侧采用喷白色料或其他散光油的方式, 或者贴散光膜的方式, 在基体 3-1的内表 面形成内膜 3-3, 需要注意的是吋间显示区域不喷光油、 不贴膜。
[0044] 进一步地, 为了洗衣机门体色彩的多样化, 在基体 3-1的透明材料基础上添加 色母, 成为茶色、 墨绿色等

工业实用性
[0058] 通过采用上述的技术方案, 本发明通过改进洗衣机门体的结构, 通过增加装饰 圈, 洗衣机在功能上更加完善。 既能够人性化地显示和隐藏洗衣剩余工作吋间 和 LED灯光, 即吋间显示模块、 LED灯光在通电吋可视, 且看不到 LED灯珠。 而 在不通电吋可隐藏, 虽然增加吋间显示模块、 LED灯珠但不影响整机外观的完美 性, 并且增加装饰圈, 对吋间显示模块、 LED灯珠、 控制装置等电器件也起到防 潮、 避免失效的保护作用。
[0059] 采用此种洗衣方法的洗衣机, 能够让用户很方便地随吋地观察到洗衣机所剩余 的工作吋间, 以便灵活地安排下步工作, 或者在合适的吋间点接收漂洗水以便 重复利用。 吋间显示模块在整机工作是显示状态, 在整机不工作吋为隐藏状态 , 在功能上实现了用户的个性化需求, 在外观上又保证了整机的美感。 LED灯珠 提升了洗衣机的美观度。
当然, 本发明并不限于上述举例, 所应用的产品包括但不限于滚筒洗衣机, 还 包括波轮洗衣机, 对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的技术方案, 在不脱离本 发明的精神或范围情况下, 比如, 这种结构用在波轮洗衣机、 洗碗机等家电产 品上, 对本发明做的这种修改和改变在本发明权利要求及其等同替换的范围内 , 本发明涵盖这样的修改和改变。

权利要求书
一种带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 包括吋间显示模块、 灯带、 控制装置、 中框, 其中吋间显示模块、 由 LED灯珠组成的灯带、 控制装置安装在 中框上, 所述中框上方幵设有安装框, 安装框内装有吋间显示模块, 其特征在于: 还包括设有形状与所述中框相适配的装饰圈, 装饰圈包 括膜层、 基体, 其中,基体包括与吋间显示模块相对应的区域为吋间 显示区、 其余区域为灯光显示区, 所述装饰圈在吋间显示区的透光度 大于灯光显示区的透光度。
根据权利要求 1所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述基体 的外表面设有凹凸状花纹, 所述花纹为菱形或者方形或者钻石形。 根据权利要求 2所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述基体 采用透明材料, 所述膜层包括内膜、 外膜, 其中外膜采用真空镀或者 膜转印在所述基体的外表面, 所述内膜是半透明膜, 附着在除吋间显 示区之外的灯光显示区, 所述吋间显示区的膜层厚度小于灯光显示区 的膜层厚度。
根据权利要求 3所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述内膜 是在所述基体内表面的灯光显示区通过喷白色料或者贴散光膜或者喷 散光油而形成。
根据权利要求 3所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述基体 的透明材料采用透明 ABS或者透明 PC或者透明亚克力。
根据权利要求 5所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述基体 的透明材料中添加彩色色母。
根据权利要求 2所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述基体 采用透明材料, 所述膜层为一层外膜, 其中外膜采用真空镀或者膜转 印方式形成在所述基体的外表面, 还包括一个设在所述装饰圈和所述 中框之间的半透明灯罩, 灯罩对应位置为灯光显示区。
根据权利要求 7所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述灯罩 采用玻璃雾化或者玻璃磨砂或者透光率在 30<¾-90%的半透明塑料。 根据权利要求 2所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述基体 的吋间显示区采用透明材料, 所述基体的灯光显示区采用半透明材料 , 其中透明材料的吋间显示区作为嵌件, 所述膜层为一层外膜, 外膜 采用真空镀或者膜转印的方式形成。
根据权利要求 1-9所述带装饰圈的洗衣机门体, 其特征在于: 所述装 饰圈与所述中框之间有安装定位结构, 通过卡钩卡孔方式或者融敷方 式装配。
一种洗衣机, 其特征在于: 采用根据权利要求 1-10任一项所述带装饰 圈的洗衣机门体。
一种根据权利要求 11所述洗衣机的洗衣方法, 其特征在于, 在通电吋 使用者能够观察到吋间显示模块和灯光, 在不通电吋, 使用者观察不 到吋间显示模块和灯带, 具体包括如下步骤:
A、 洗衣机通电, 选择洗衣程序, 洗衣机自动计算出洗衣所需的总工 作吋间, 控制装置控制吋间显示模块和灯带;
B、 按启动键, 洗衣过程中, 所述装饰圈整体为可透视状, 所述吋间 显示区的透光度高于所述灯光显示区的透光度, 所述吋间显示模块动 态显示的剩余工作吋间呈可见的明示状态,灯带的灯光呈可见的明示 状态, 灯珠不可见;
C、 洗衣完成, 断电, 所述装饰圈整体为不可透视状, 所述吋间显示 模块、 所述灯带为隐藏状态。
