本发明还进一步设置为,所述的扣件孔开设于连接孔正下方且两者构成台阶孔,锁止孔位于下扣件的圆周中心位置,锁止孔与扣件孔、连接孔在同一轴线方向上设置使下扣件相对于上扣件同轴转动实现锁紧,所述的锁紧面沿着下扣件圆周向方向上设置。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述的扣件孔与连接孔构成上下非同轴的台阶孔,对应的锁止孔偏离于下扣件的圆周中心位置,所述的下扣件在锁止孔所在的圆周上设置有一段便于锁止扣运动的锁止导轨,锁止导轨截面小于锁止孔以实现对锁止扣的锁止,锁紧面沿着锁止导轨圆周向方向上设置。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述的连接孔连通于扣件孔的圆周侧壁,对应的锁止孔位于下扣件的圆周侧壁位置,所述的在锁止孔沿着下扣件所在的圆周侧壁上设置有一段便于锁止扣运动的锁止导轨,锁止导轨截面小于锁止孔以实现对锁止扣的锁止,锁紧面沿着锁止导轨圆周向方向上设置。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述的连接孔与下扣件之间还设置有能够调节两者之间松紧的垫片,该垫片可以采用普通垫片或者其他弹性部件。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述的下扣件的圆周侧壁上设置有若干个凹槽结构,连接孔上设置有与凹槽结构对应的卡扣凸起。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明在将组件一及组件二进行连接时,可将上扣件放置于连接孔内,然后将下扣件置于扣件孔内,通过活动上扣件或下扣件实现锁止扣与锁紧面锁紧配合强度的变化,在相对位移的过程中,其锁紧配合强度逐渐变大,具有较强的锁紧力;
2、本发明能够实现上扣件与下扣件的稳固锁止,锁紧面的楔形结构设置,能够使下扣件在运动的过程中逐渐增强对上扣件的锁紧固定,且锁止槽的设置能够实现对锁紧的位置进行 锁止,防止其发生松动;
3、本发明同样能够便于拆卸,能够满足多次重复使用后,仍具有一定的锁紧力。
4、本发明能够通过垫片和弹性件来调整锁紧行程和锁紧力,使得可以很好紧固不同弹性变形模量的部件。
5、本发明通过链接板,拓展极大地拓展了受力面积,在相同的压力下,压强更小,减少了被连接部件的变形量,使被连接部件能更好发挥原有设计的结构和功能。
6、本发明还利用了杠杆原理,设有专用的拆装工具,方便了使用和增强客户体验。
针对鞋子问题,公开了如下方案:一种鞋子,包括鞋底、鞋面及鞋跟,其特征在于:所述的鞋底与鞋面或鞋底与鞋跟或鞋底与鞋底之间采用了如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的可拆卸连接组件。
本发明还进一步设置为,在鞋底与鞋面或鞋底与鞋跟或鞋底与鞋底连接时,对应的鞋底、鞋面及鞋跟上分别内嵌设置有上连接板及下连接板,上连接板固定连接于上扣件的杆结构且位于锁止扣上方,下连接板位于连接孔上方设置。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述的连接孔的外边缘设置有向外缘内侧延伸设置的凸缘结构。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的鞋子能够实现鞋子的各个配件的更换,在安装时,就有较强的固定性,能够抵御行走中的各个部件的位移,能够适应较高强度的运动;
2、通过凸缘结构的设置,便于在非锁紧状态下下扣件的存放于连接孔内;
3、由于鞋材一般为软性或弹性材料,上、下连接板的设置提高了连接部分的连接强度,减少了压强,减少了部件的弹性形变,能够有助于增强连接强度,防止松脱。
4、本发明通过不同款式、功能的鞋底、鞋面及其他配件的组合,能搭配出种类繁多和功能不同的鞋子,节约了空间和资源。特别是航空旅行中减少了不少旅行重量,满足不同场合变装的需求,节约了出行成本。
5、鞋子部分部件损坏只需要更换相应的部分部件,节约了大量资源。
6、本发明适应了定制化时代的市场需求,节约了设计流程和生产制造、仓储成本,大大降低了定制化的成本,具有广阔的市场前景。
7、本发明具有很大的通用性,并设有垫片、弹性部件的中间件,用于调节连接组件一和二之间的中心距,和调节锁紧力,满足各种部件的连接紧固需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:结合图1至图3所示,一种可拆卸连接组件,用于连接两个分开的组件一4及组件二5,包括上扣件1及下扣件2,所述的上扣件1呈“T”型结构,上扣件1包括杆结构11及位于杆结构11端部的锁止扣12,锁止扣12在杆结构11上成对设置,组件二5上设置有供锁止扣12穿过的连接孔52,上扣件1连接于组件一4上且向连接孔52方向延伸设置,上扣件1部分内嵌固定于组件一4上,下组件二5上设置用于容置下扣件2且连通于连接孔52的扣件孔53,扣件孔53开设于连接孔52正下方且两者构成台阶孔,下扣件2为圆片状结构,扣件孔53与下扣件2形状相对设置使扣件孔53在其内可转动设置。下扣件2上设置与锁止扣12对应的锁止部21,所述的锁止部21上设置有供锁止扣12穿过的锁止孔211,锁止孔211位于下扣件2的圆周中心位置,锁止孔211与扣件孔53、连接孔52在同一轴线方向上设置使下扣件2相对于上扣件1同轴转动,所述的锁止部21上设置有与锁止扣12对应的锁紧面212,锁紧面212沿着下扣件2圆周向方向上设置,锁止扣12穿过锁止孔211后通过转动下扣件2,锁止扣12离开锁止孔211位置且在杆结构11轴向方向上抵于锁紧面212实现锁止扣12与锁止部21卡扣配合,锁紧面212为在下扣件2的相对位移运动行程上设置的用于增加锁止强度的楔形结构,锁紧面212的行程末端设置有对锁止扣12进行卡扣锁止的锁止槽213,本发明中,锁止部21的锁紧面212及锁止槽213配合结构可以在相对位移行程上连续多组设置,以适应多种强度的锁紧。
本实施例中,下扣件2的圆周侧壁上设置有若干个凹槽结构22,连接孔52上设置有与凹槽结构22对应的卡扣凸起,所述的卡扣凸起为弹性材料所制,在初始安装时,能够起到定位的作用,使锁止孔211与连接孔52正对设置,在安装固定位置时,下扣件2经过转动后,卡扣凸起仍然与凹槽结构22配合,实现对下扣件2位置的锁止,防止其发生偏移。
本实施例中,连接孔52与下扣件2之间还设置有有能够调节两者之间松紧的垫片3,当 组件一4、组件二5配合处发生磨损后,可以通过添加垫片3实现位置的紧固,。
本实施例中,在将组件一4及组件二5进行连接时,可将上扣件1放置于连接孔52内,然后将下扣件2置于扣件孔53内,通过转动下扣件2实现锁止扣12与锁紧面212锁紧配合强度的变化,在下扣件2转动的过程中,其锁紧配合强度逐渐变大,具有较强的锁紧力。本发明能够实现上扣件1与下扣件2的稳固锁止,锁紧面212的楔形结构设置,能够使下扣件2在运动的过程中逐渐增强对上扣件1的锁紧固定,且锁止槽213的设置能够实现对锁紧的位置进行锁止,防止其发生松动,同样能够便于拆卸,能够满足多次重复使用后,仍具有一定的锁紧力,本实施例中,采用了下扣件2上设置有用于拆卸的工位孔23,配合专用工具,便于对下扣件2的安装及拆卸。
基于上述实施例,本发明中,通过将下扣件的锁止扣设置成分段的万向节的活动结构,在锁止时,通过活动锁止扣实现锁止。
实施例2:本实施例部分等同于实施例1,但是仍存在以下区别:上扣件1a的锁止扣12a为截面大于杆结构11a的圆柱体,扣件孔与连接孔构成上下非同轴的台阶孔,对应的锁止孔211a偏离于下扣件2a的圆周中心位置,所述的下扣件2a在锁止孔211a所在的圆周上设置有一段便于锁止扣12a运动的锁止导轨24a,锁止导轨24a截面小于锁止孔211a以实现对锁止扣12a的锁止,锁紧面212a沿着锁止导轨24a圆周向方向上设置,本实施例中,通过周向转动下扣件2a,上扣件1a的锁止扣12a沿着锁止导轨24a与下扣件2a实现相对转动。
基于本实施例,本发明中的,下扣件的锁紧面还可以采用直线行程式的结构进行替换,本发明中不在赘述。
实施例3:本实施例2相比,上扣件1b与下扣件2b的配合方式不同,即上扣件1b穿过下扣件2b的圆周侧壁,与此同时,对应的连接孔连通于扣件孔的圆周侧壁,对应的锁止孔211b位于下扣件2b的圆周侧壁位置,所述的在锁止孔211b沿着下扣件2b所在的圆周侧壁上设置有一段便于锁止扣运动的锁止导轨24b,锁止导轨24b截面小于锁止孔211b以实现对锁止扣的锁止,锁紧面沿着锁止导轨24b圆周向方向上设置,所述的下扣件2b与扣件孔之间设置月牙状结构的垫片31b,上扣件1b穿过该垫片31b,本实施例中,垫片31b与扣件孔的侧壁之间还设置有垫圈6结构,垫片31b与垫圈6侧壁的配合面分别设置有齿状啮合面31b以实现垫片31b的周向固定,垫圈6上设置供垫片31b周向调整的槽结构61,该槽结构61的截面大于垫片31b设置。
针对鞋子问题,一种鞋子,包括鞋底、鞋面及鞋跟,鞋底与鞋面或鞋底与鞋跟或鞋底与鞋底之间采用了上述实施例所述的可拆卸连接组件。本发明的鞋子能够实现鞋子的各个配件的更换,在安装时,就有较强的固定性,能够满足较高强度的运动。
如图3所示,在实际连接时,由于鞋材一般为软性或弹性材料,鞋底、鞋面及鞋跟中,其中两个组件上分别内嵌设置有上连接板41及下连接板51,上连接板41固定连接于上扣件1的杆结构且位于锁止扣上方,下连接板51位于连接孔53上方设置。上、下连接板41、51的设置提高了连接部分的连接强度,能够有助于增强连接强度,防止松脱。如图9所示,组件二上,用于容置下扣件2的连接孔53的外边缘设置有向外缘内侧延伸设置的凸缘结构531。便于在非锁紧状态下下扣件2的存放于连接孔53内。
本发明还进一步设置为,所述的以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,上述假设的这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸连接组件,用于连接两个分开的组件一及组件二,包括上扣件及下扣件,其特征在于:所述的上扣件包括杆结构及位于杆结构端部的锁止扣,锁止扣的截面大于杆结构,组件二上设置有供锁止扣穿过的连接孔,上扣件连接于组件一上且向连接孔方向延伸设置,下扣件上设置与锁止扣对应的锁止部,所述的锁止部上设置有供锁止扣穿过的锁止孔,所述的锁止部上设置有锁紧面,锁止扣穿过锁止孔后且在上扣件与下扣件产生相对位移作用下,锁止扣离开锁止孔且在杆结构轴向方向上抵于锁紧面实现锁止扣与锁止部卡扣配合,所述的锁紧面为在下扣件的相对位移运动行程上设置的用于增加锁止强度的楔形结构,锁紧面的行程末端设置有对锁止扣进行卡扣锁止的锁止槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可拆卸连接组件,其特征在于:所述的上扣件部分内嵌固定于组件一上,组件二上设置用于容置下扣件且连通于连接孔的扣件孔,所述的下扣件为圆片结构,扣件孔与下扣件形状相对于使扣件孔在其内可转动设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可拆卸连接组件,其特征在于:所述的扣件孔开设于连接孔正下方且两者构成台阶孔,锁止孔位于下扣件的圆周中心位置,锁止孔与扣件孔、连接孔在同一轴线方向上设置使下扣件相对于上扣件同轴转动实现锁紧,所述的锁紧面沿着下扣件圆周向方向上设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可拆卸连接组件,其特征在于:所述的扣件孔与连接孔构成上下非同轴的台阶孔,对应的锁止孔偏离于下扣件的圆周中心位置,所述的下扣件在锁止孔所在的圆周上设置有一段便于锁止扣运动的锁止导轨,锁止导轨截面小于锁止孔以实现对锁止扣的锁止,锁紧面沿着锁止导轨圆周向方向上设置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可拆卸连接组件,其特征在于:所述的连接孔连通于扣件孔的圆周侧壁,对应的锁止孔位于下扣件的圆周侧壁位置,所述的在锁止孔沿着下扣件所在的圆周侧壁上设置有一段便于锁止扣运动的锁止导轨,锁止导轨截面小于锁止孔以实现对锁止扣的锁止,锁紧面沿着锁止导轨圆周向方向上设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种可拆卸连接组件,其特征在于:所述的连接孔与下扣件之间还设置有能够调节两者之间松紧的垫片。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可拆卸连接组件,其特征在于:所述的下扣件的圆周侧壁上设置有若干个凹槽结构,连接孔上设置有与凹槽结构对应的卡扣凸起。
  8. 一种鞋子,包括鞋底、鞋面及鞋跟,其特征在于:所述的鞋底与鞋面或鞋底与鞋跟或鞋底与鞋底之间采用了如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的可拆卸连接组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的鞋子,其特征在于:在鞋底与鞋面或鞋底与鞋跟或鞋底与鞋底连接时,对应的鞋底、鞋面及鞋跟上分别内嵌设置有上连接板及下连接板,上连接板固定连 接于上扣件的杆结构且位于锁止扣上方,下连接板位于连接孔上方设置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的鞋子,其特征在于:所述的连接孔的外边缘设置有向外缘内侧延伸设置的凸缘结构。
