一种棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)将棉短绒及助剂送入双螺杆磨浆机中进行搓摩分丝,所述助剂为KOH和三聚磷酸钠;(2)将搓摩分丝后的浆料送入滞留槽,停留反应65-70min后,进行消遣、洗涤、除渣、打浆;(3)经步骤(2)处理的浆料送抄纸机抄造成地膜纸,抄造时按吨浆计,加入120~130公斤的玉米淀粉,15~20公斤造纸湿强剂,10~12公斤纸张防水防潮剂。抄纸效率高可达到90—95%,系统产生的废水b/c比值高,极易生化,制作的地膜纸中含有大量的磷、钾,降解后为棉花生长提供了养料,同传统塑料薄膜相比可节省成本1/3左右。

Description

棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法。
背景技术
新疆是我国棉花主产区,其棉花种植面积14年已经达到全国总种植面积的一半以上,达到3500万亩。每年的棉花总产量约400万吨,棉短绒的产量约40万吨左右。
新疆春季经常出现大风降温、倒春寒等极端天气,为保证棉花及时出苗、保墒情,棉花播种不得不采取地膜覆盖保温。由于塑料薄膜不可降解,又没办法回收,所以,“白色污染”越来越严重。
如何解决“白色污染”问题?除加强塑料薄膜的回收,找到可替代塑料薄膜的可降解地膜势在必行。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将棉短绒及助剂送入双螺杆磨浆机中进行搓摩分丝,所述助剂为KOH和三聚磷酸钠;
(2)将搓摩分丝后的浆料送入滞留槽,停留反应65-70min后,进行消遣、洗涤、除渣、打浆;
(3)经步骤(2)处理的浆料送抄纸机抄造成地膜纸,抄造时按吨浆计,加入120~130公斤的玉米淀粉,15~20公斤造纸湿强剂,10~12公斤纸张防水防潮剂。
进一步,步骤(1)按棉短绒重量计,加入2.5~3%的KOH,1.5~2%的三聚磷酸钠。
进一步,步骤(1)双螺杆磨浆机的出口温度控制在120-125℃。
进一步,步骤(3)地膜纸的定量为50-55g/m2
进一步,所述棉短绒为三道绒。
本发明的有益效果:
1、抄纸效率高可达到90—95%。
2、地膜纸中含有大量的磷、钾,降解后为棉花生长提供了养料。
3、系统产生的废水b/c比值高,可达到0.5左右,极易生化,水处理可采用生物处理的办法,为造纸零排放指明了方向。
4、工艺流程简单,造纸成本低。同传统塑料薄膜相比可节省成本1/3左右。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
(1)市售棉短绒(三道绒)经自动抓棉机(厂家:江苏金沃机械有限公司型号:FA002)开包除尘、除杂后用风输送至纤维压实器(厂家:江苏金沃机械有限公司型号:D900)。
(2)三道绒原料经纤维压实器均匀的输送至双螺杆磨浆机(厂家:江苏金沃机械有限公司型号:FD180)并加入除蜡除脂的助剂进行搓摩分丝,按棉短绒重量计,助剂的加入量:2.5~3%的KOH、1.5~2%的三聚磷酸钠(配成水溶液后加入),双螺杆磨浆机的出口温度控制在120~125℃。
(3)搓摩分丝后的浆料送入滞留槽,在滞留槽中进行充分反应得到粗浆,停留时间为65~70min。
(4)步骤(3)所得的粗浆经消遣后,输送至挤浆机进行洗涤。
(5)洗后浆经高浓除渣后,用锥度磨浆机进行循环打浆,再进行低浓除渣。
(6)将步骤(5)的浆料送抄纸车间,用叠网纸机抄造成50—55克/平方米的地膜纸,在抄造地膜纸过程中按吨浆计,加入120~130公斤的玉米淀粉,15~20公斤造纸湿强剂(骏能化工,河北厂,PPE型),10~12公斤纸张防水防潮剂(骏能化工,河北厂)。

Claims (6)

  1. 棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法,包括如下步骤:
    (1)将棉短绒及助剂送入双螺杆磨浆机中进行搓摩分丝,所述助剂为KOH和三聚磷酸钠;
    (2)将搓摩分丝后的浆料送入滞留槽,停留反应65-70min后,进行消遣、洗涤、除渣、打浆;
    (3)经步骤(2)处理的浆料送抄纸机抄造成地膜纸,抄造时按吨浆计,加入120~130公斤的玉米淀粉,15~20公斤造纸湿强剂,10~12公斤纸张防水防潮剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)按棉短绒重量计,加入2.5~3%的KOH,1.5~2%的三聚磷酸钠。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)双螺杆磨浆机的出口温度控制在120-125℃。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)地膜纸的定量为50-55g/m2
  5. 根据权利要求1所述棉短绒制作可降解地膜纸的方法,其特征在于,所述棉短绒为三道绒。
  6. 权利要求1-5任一所述方法制得的可降解地膜纸。
