Abstract
本发明提供了一种基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法及到站提醒装置,其中,基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法,包括:获取设置在公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包;从所述数据包中提取所述站点信息;根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息。通过本发明的技术方案,能够智能地提醒到站信息,整个过程可不依赖数据流量,避免了相关技术中因无数据流量而导致无法进行到站提醒的尴尬局面,提升了用户的使用体验。
Description
本申请要求于2016年3月31日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610196515.2、发明名称为“基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法及到站提醒装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法和一种基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置。
用户在乘坐公交车或其他公共交通工具时往往比较无聊,可能会通过玩游戏,看电影,看电视,听音乐的方式来消磨时间,这样很容易因为太过投入而未注意公交车广播导致坐过站的情况发生。
相关技术中,可以用户可以使用手机地图或公交车app等到站提醒,但均需要用户自己检索,并消耗手机数据流量来获取检索结果,整个过程操作繁琐,而且如果用户手机没有了流量,就不能使用相应的提醒功能,影响用户的使用体验。
因此,如何能够智能地进行到站提醒成为亟待解决的技术问题。
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方案,能够智能地提醒到站信息,整个过程可不依赖数据流量,避免了相关技术中因无数据流量而导致无法进行到站提醒的尴尬局面,提升了用户的使用体验。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法,包括:获取设置在公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包;从所述数据包中提取所述站点信息;根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息。
在该技术方案中,在公共交通工具(如公交车、地铁等)上设置蓝牙信标,通过获取蓝牙信标发送的包含站点信息的数据包,并从数据包中提取站点信息,以根据站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息,整个过程可不依赖数据流量,避免了相关技术中因无数据流量而导致无法进行到站提醒的尴尬局面,提升了用户的使用体验。
具体地,用户在实际的使用过程中,可以通过随身携带的具有蓝牙接收能力的终端,如耳机、智能手机、可穿戴设备、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)、iPod touch等,获取蓝牙信标发送的包含站点信息的数据包,并从数据包中提取出站点信息,通过语音、震动、图文等任一方式向户提醒到站信息,特别是,当用户在乘车过程中佩戴耳机时,耳机可根据获取到的站点信息为用户智能语音播报到站信息,避免了用户因佩戴耳机听音乐或看视频等而错过目的站点的情况发生,提升了用户的使用体验。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,获取设置在交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包的步骤,具体包括:向所述蓝牙信标发送站点查询请求,以使所述蓝牙信标根据接收到所述站点查询请求反馈数据包;或接收所述蓝牙信标在有数据更新时发送的数据包。
在该技术方案中,从蓝牙信标获取到数据包的方式有多种:可以主动向蓝牙信标发送站点查询请求,也可以是被动地接收蓝牙信标发送的数据包,蓝牙信标在有数据更新时可以即可将更新后的数据包发送出去。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息的步骤,具体包括:判断所述用户使用的终端中是否有正在执行的音频播放任务;若判定有正在执行的音频播放任务,则暂停所述音频播放任务或降低所述音频播放任务的播放音量,并以预定音量播放到站提醒信息;以及若判定无正在执行的音频播放任务,则以预定音量播放到站提醒信息。
在该技术方案中,终端可采用语音方式为用户播报到站提醒信息,考虑到在实际的使用过程中,特别是当用户使用耳机播报到站提醒信息时,可能耳机正在播放音乐等,所以通过判断用户使用的终端中是否有正在执行的音频播放任务,若判定有正在执行的音频播放任务,则暂停音频播放任务或降低音频播放任务的播放音量,并以预定音量播放到站提醒信息,若判定无正在执行的音频播放任务,则以预定音量播放到站提醒信息,即到站提醒信息的播放音量总是大于正在播放的音频播放任务的音量,使得最大程度上确保用户能够接收到到站提醒信息,更加贴合用户的实际需求。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,在判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务的步骤之前,还包括:检测提取到的所述站点信息与预设站点信息是否相匹配;在确定所述站点信息与所述预设站点信息相匹配时,执行所述判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务的步骤。
在该技术方案中,在实际的使用过程中,用户可能不想关注其他站点,可通过检测提取到的站点信息与预设站点信息是否相匹配,并在确定站点信息与预设站点信息相匹配时,再确定是否判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务,能够避免用户被无关紧要的信息打扰,进一步提升了用户的使用体验。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,所述数据包是由所述公共交通工具的检测装置在检测到停靠站点时发送至所述蓝牙信标发送的;或所述数据包是由停靠站点的检测装置在检测到所述公共交通工具时发送至过所述蓝牙信标的。
在该技术方案中,蓝牙信标获取数据包的方式可以有多种:具体地,公共交通工具的检测装置在检测到接近某停靠站点时,获取包含该停靠站点的相关信息的数据包发送至蓝牙信标;或停靠站点的检测装置在检测到有某公共交通工具接近时,将包含该停靠站点的相关信息的数据包发送至该公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标。
根据本发明的第二方面,提出了一种基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置,包括:获取单元,设置为获取设置在公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包;提取单元,设置为从所述数据包中提取所述站点信息;推送单元,设置为根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息。

根据本发明的第三方面,提出了一种终端,包括:如上述技术方案中任一项所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置。其中,终端包括具有蓝牙功能的耳机、智能手机、可穿戴设备、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)、iPod touch等。
通过以上技术方案,能够智能地提醒到站信息,整个过程可不依赖数据流量,避免了相关技术中因无数据流量而导致无法进行到站提醒的尴尬局面,提升了用户的使用体验。

如图3所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端300,包括:如图2所示的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置200。
以下结合图4对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
在本实施例中,公共交通工具上设置有蓝牙信标,以在公共交通工具获取到准确的站点信息后,通过蓝牙信标向终端发送包含站点信息的蓝牙数据包,终端在接收到蓝牙数据包后,提取蓝牙数据包中的站点信息,并向用户推送到站提醒信息,其中,实施例中的终端是具有蓝牙接收能力的终端,如耳机、智能手机、可穿戴设备、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)、iPod touch等,以下以耳机作为终端进行说明,具体的处理过程如图4所示,包括:
步骤402,公共交通工具获取准确的站点信息。
步骤404,公共交通工具通过设置在公共交通工具上的动态蓝牙信标向耳机发送包含站点信息的蓝牙数据包。具体地,公共交通工具的终端模块将相关的站点信息处理成一个蓝牙数据包,数据包会动态的分发到公交车上数个动态的蓝牙信标上(蓝牙信标会实时更新获得的信息)。
步骤406,耳机开启蓝牙接收功能,以接收公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的数据包。具体地,用户上公交交通工具后,开启了耳机的蓝牙功能,就可以获取到来自动态蓝牙信标发出的数据包。
步骤408,耳机判断耳机中是否有正在执行的音频播放任务,若是,执行步骤410;否则,执行步骤412。
步骤410,耳机自动暂停或降低音频播放任务的播放音量,同时以预定音量播放相关站点信息,且当相关站点信息播放完毕后,再继续执行音频播放任务,或者恢复音频播放任务的播放音量。
步骤412,耳机将相关站点信息以预定音量进行播放。
图5示出了根据本发明实施例公开的另一种终端的结构示意图。本发明实施例中的终端300可以是不同类型的电子设备,例如:智能手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等。如图5所示,本发明实施例中的终端300包括:至少一个处理器310,例如CPU,至少一个接收器313,至少一个存储器314,至少一个发送器315,至少一个通信总线312。其中,所述通信总线312用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,所述接收器313和所述发送器315可以是有线发送端口,也可以为无线设备,例如包括天线装置,用于与其他设备进行数据通信。所述存储器314可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
所述处理器310可执行所述终端300的操作系统以及安装的各类应用程序、程序代码等,例如,上述的各个单元,包括所述获取单元202、所述提单元204、所述推送单元206、所述检测单元208等。
所述存储器314中存储有程序代码,且所述处理器310可通过通信总线312,调用所述存储器314中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图2中所述的各个单元(例如,所述获取单元202、所述提单元204、所述推送单元206、所述检测单元208等)是存储在所述存储器314中的程序代码,并由所述处理器310所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以实现对蓝牙信标的到站提醒。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述存储器314存储多个指令,所述多个指令被所述处理器310所执行以实现蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法。具体而言,所述处理器310获取设置在公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包;从所述数据包中提取所述站点信息;根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器310向所述蓝牙信标发送站点查询请求,以使所述蓝牙信标根据接收到所述站点查询请求反馈数据包;或所述处理器310接收所述蓝牙信标在有数据更新时发送的数据包。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器310判断所述用户使用的终端中是否有正在执行的音频播放任务;若判定有正在执行的音频播放任务,则暂停所述音频播放任务或降低所述音频播放任务的播放音量,并以预定音量播放到站提醒信息;以及若判定无正在执行的音频播放任务,则以预定音量播放到站提醒信息。
在进一步的实施例中,在判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务之前,所述处理器310检测提取到的所述站点信息与预设站点信息是否相匹配;在确定所述站点信息与所述预设站点信息相匹配时,执行所述判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务的步骤。
在进一步的实施例中,所述数据包是由所述公共交通工具的检测装置在检测到停靠站点时发送至所述蓝牙信标的;或所述数据包是由停靠站点的检测装置在检测到所述公共交通工具时发送至所述蓝牙信标的。
具体地,所述处理器310对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1、图4对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
在上述实施例中,蓝牙信标收到数据包或者发射命令后会立即发射,蓝牙信标能够动态更新,而不同于:相关技术中的信标技术往往是无法更新数据,只能隔一段时间会向外部辐射固定的信息。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明的技术方案提出了一种新的能够智能地提醒到站信息,整个过程可不依赖数据流量,避免了相关技术中因无数据流量而导致无法进行到站提醒的尴尬局面,提升了用户的使用体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法,其特征在于,包括:获取设置在公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包;从所述数据包中提取所述站点信息;根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法,其特征在于,获取设置在交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包的步骤,具体包括:向所述蓝牙信标发送站点查询请求,以使所述蓝牙信标根据接收到所述站点查询请求反馈数据包;或接收所述蓝牙信标在有数据更新时发送的数据包。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法,其特征在于,根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息的步骤,具体包括:判断所述用户使用的终端中是否有正在执行的音频播放任务;若判定有正在执行的音频播放任务,则暂停所述音频播放任务或降低所述音频播放任务的播放音量,并以预定音量播放到站提醒信息;以及若判定无正在执行的音频播放任务,则以预定音量播放到站提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法,其特征在于,在判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务的步骤之前,还包括:检测提取到的所述站点信息与预设站点信息是否相匹配;在确定所述站点信息与所述预设站点信息相匹配时,执行所述判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务的步骤。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒方法,其特征在于,所述数据包是由所述公共交通工具的检测装置在检测到停靠站点时发送至所述蓝牙信标的;或所述数据包是由停靠站点的检测装置在检测到所述公共交通工具时发送至所述蓝牙信标的。
- 一种基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,设置为获取设置在公共交通工具上的蓝牙信标发送的包含有站点信息的数据包;提取单元,设置为从所述数据包中提取所述站点信息;推送单元,设置为根据所述站点信息,向用户推送到站提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置,其特征在于,获取单元具体设置为:向所述蓝牙信标发送站点查询请求,以使所述蓝牙信标根据接收到所述站点查询请求反馈数据包;或接收所述蓝牙信标在有数据更新时发送的数据包。
- 根据权利要求6所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置,其特征在于,所述推送单元包括:判断单元,设置为判断所述用户使用的终端中是否有正在执行的音频播放任务;控制单元,设置为在所述判断单元判定有正在执行的音频播放任务时,暂停所述音频播放任务或降低所述音频播放任务的播放音量,并以预定音量播放到站提醒信息;以及在所述判断单元判定无正在执行的音频播放任务时,以预定音量播放到站提醒信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置,其特征在于,还包括:检测单元,设置为检测提取到的所述站点信息与预设站点信息是否相匹配;所述判断单元,具体设置为在所述检测单元确定所述站点信息与所述预设站点信息相匹配时,判断是否有正在执行的音频播放任务。
- 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的基于蓝牙信标的到站提醒装置,其特征在于,所述数据包是由所述公共交通工具的检测装置在检测到停靠站点时发送至所述蓝牙信标的;或所述数据包是由停靠站点的检测装置在检测到所述公共交通工具时发送至所述蓝牙信标的。
