Abstract

本申请提供了一种应急信息发送方法、装置、手机和电子设备,涉及通讯技术领域。其中应急信息发送方法在收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息,并发送手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中,能够使预设电话号码和/或邮箱对应的救助人及时获取到包含手机用户当前所处位置的求助信息,对手机用户当前所处位置进行准确定位。即使手机用户因为病情紧急无法开口说话,救助人也能根据收到的求助信息第一时间赶到事发地对手机用户进行救助,能够有效避免救助延迟的情况发生。

本申请要求在2016年03月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610187607.4、发明名称为“一种应急信息发送方法、装置及手机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及通讯技术领域,具体涉及一种应急信息发送方法、装置、手机和电子设备。
背景技术
目前,中国已经成为世界上老年人口最多的国家,也是人口老龄化发展速度最快的国家之一。据联合国统计,到本世纪中期,中国将有近5亿人口超过60岁,而这个数字将超过美国人口总数。
目前,市场上出现了种类繁多的针对老年客户的老人机,老人机一般功能简单、字体大,便于老年人操作和查看信息。有的老人机甚至考虑到了老人与家人分开单独居住的情况,因此提供了所谓的“保护功能”,也就是帮助家人来确保老人是否安全。当遇到紧急情况时,只要按下紧急呼叫按钮,就会自动拨通家人的电话与之取得联系。但老年人一般都体弱多病,若是遇到突发疾病而家人又不在身边的情况,即使通过紧急呼叫按钮拨通了家人电话,有时因为病情紧急也无法开口说话,导致家人无法在第一时间及时赶到事发地进行救助,甚至会因此错过最佳抢救时间,造成无法挽 回的悲剧。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的紧急呼叫功能,存在无法使救助人及时获取事发地信息,导致救助延迟的缺陷,从而提供一种有助于救助人及时赶到事发地进行救助的应急信息发送方法、装置、手机和电子设备。
为此,本申请提供了如下技术方案:
本申请提供了一种应急信息发送方法,用于手机,包括如下步骤:
收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;
发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
本申请所述的方法,所述获取手机当前位置信息之后还包括:
将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
本申请所述的方法,所述公共短信服务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。
本申请所述的方法,收到紧急呼叫指令之前还包括:
从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长;
若所述持续时长超出预设的时长阈值,发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
本申请所述的方法,若所述持续时长还未超出所述时长阈值时收到了与手机操作相关的指令,从收到所述与手机操作相关的指令时起清除已记录的所述持续时长,返回所述从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长的步骤。
本申请还提供了一种应急信息发送装置,用于手机,包括:
位置信息获取单元,用于在收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;
发送单元,用于发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
本申请所述的装置,还包括:
文本生成单元,用于将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
所述发送单元,还用于发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
本申请所述的装置,还包括:
持续时长记录单元,用于从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开 始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长;
监控单元,用于在所述持续时长超出预设的时长阈值,启动所述发送单元发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
本申请所述的装置,所述监控单元还用于检测所述持续时长还未超出所述时长阈值时是否收到了与手机操作相关的指令,若收到,从收到所述与手机操作相关的指令时起清除所述持续时长记录单元已记录的所述持续时长,重新从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取新的未使用手机的持续时长。
本申请还提供了一种手机,包括上述应急信息发送装置。
本申请还提供了一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
上述的电子设备,其中,所述获取手机当前位置信息之后还包括:将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息;发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
上述的电子设备,其中,所述公共短信服务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。

下面将结合附图对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种应急信息发送方法,用于手机,如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
S1.位置信息获取步骤。进一步包括:
S11.判断是否收到紧急呼叫指令。若收到,进入步骤S12,若未收到,重复步骤S11。具体地,可以在手机上设置紧急呼叫按钮,收到用户按下紧急呼叫按钮产生的按键信息,即视为收到紧急呼叫指令。
S12.获取手机当前位置信息。具体地,收到紧急呼叫指令后,可以启动手机上的GPS模块对手机当前所处位置进行定位,并将采集的手机当前位置信息传输至手机的MCU。
S2.发送手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。具体地,当手机安装好能够执行上述步骤的应用程序后,会弹出一个输入框,提示用户进行预设电话号码和/或邮箱的设置。
本实施例中的应急信息发送方法,在收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机 当前位置信息,并发送手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中,能够使预设电话号码和/或邮箱对应的救助人及时获取到包含手机用户当前所处位置的求助信息,对手机用户当前所处位置进行准确定位。即使手机用户因为病情紧急无法开口说话,救助人也能根据收到的求助信息第一时间赶到事发地对手机用户进行救助,能够有效避免救助延迟的情况发生。
优选地,步骤S12之后还包括:
S3.将手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
S4.发送包含求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。优选地,公共短信服务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。
具体地,手机用户可以预先编辑好一个包含自己病史、血型信息等内容的短信文本,当收到紧急呼叫指令启动应急程序后,将获取到的手机当前位置信息添加入该短信文本中,生成求助短信文本并发送包含该求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。能够在其预设电话号码和/或邮箱对应的救助人赶往救助地的过程中或者因某些原因无法马上赶往救助地进行救助的情况下,及时将包含手机用户当前所处的位置以及对抢救手机用户有帮助的既往病史、血型等内容的求助信息发送至能够协调公共救援的公共短信服务平台,尽快联系距离事发地最近的具有专业知识的救援人员(比如120医疗服务人员)及时赶到救助地对求助者进行救援。
优选地,步骤S1之前还包括:
S01.从手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长。例如用户最近一次使用手机的时间为上午7:00钟,如果当前时间为中午12:00钟,通过累加可以获取到用户未使用手机的持续时长为5个小时。未使用手机包括未收到任何与操作相关的按键信息等情况。
S02.判断持续时长是否超出预设的时长阈值。若超出,进入步骤S03,若未超出,进入步骤S04。具体地,预设时长阈值可以根据用户使用手机的频率预先设置。
S03.发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。具体地,持续时长相关信息可以包括手机用户未使用手机所持续的时长、最近一次使用手机的时间、手机当前位置等信息。当未使用手机的持续时长超出时长阈值时,说明手机用户没有按照以往的习惯使用手机,有可能发生异常状况,尤其是独居的老年手机用户,有可能还未按下紧急呼叫按键就因突发疾病导致昏迷。当未使用手机的持续时长超出预设的时长阈值时,通过发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中,能够使预设的联系人在手机用户发生异常状况时及时获取相关信息并尽快联系手机用户确认具体情况,若已无法联系上手机用户,也可以根据发送的相关信息中的手机当前位置对手机用户进行定位,尽快赶往事发地进行救助。
S04.持续时长还未超出时长阈值时,判断是否收到了与手机操作相关的指令。若收到,进入步骤S05,若未收到,返回步骤S02。
S05.从收到与手机操作相关的指令时起清除已记录的持续时长并返回步骤S01,从手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间,也即收到与手机操作相关 的指令时起开始计时,重新累计未使用手机的持续时长。具体地,在持续时长还未超出时长阈值期间如果收到了与手机操作相关的指令,说明手机用户进行了手机相关操作,警报解除,通过清除原有持续时长的记录重新开始计时,能够确保持续时长能够真正反映用户未使用手机的状况,避免异常状况的误报。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种应急信息发送装置,用于手机,如图2所示,包括:
位置信息获取单元1,用于在收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息。
发送单元2,用于发送手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
本实施例中的应急信息发送装置,在收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息,并发送手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中,能够使预设电话号码和/或邮箱对应的救助人及时获取到包含手机用户当前所处位置的求助信息,对手机用户当前所处位置进行准确定位。即使手机用户因为病情紧急无法开口说话,救助人也能根据收到的求助信息第一时间赶到事发地对手机用户进行救助,有效避免了救助延迟情况的发生。
优选地,还包括:
文本生成单元3,用于将手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
发送单元2,还用于发送包含求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。优选地,公共短信服务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。能够在其预设电话号码和/或邮箱对应的救助人赶往救助地的过程中或者因某些原因无法马上赶往救助地进行救助的情况下,及时将包含手机用户当前所处的位置以及对抢救手机用户有帮助的既往病史、血型等内容的求助信息发送至能够协调公共救援的公共短信服务平台,尽快联系距离事发地最近的具有专业知识的救援人员(比如120医疗服务人员)及时赶到救助地对求助者进行救援。
优选地,还包括:
持续时长记录单元01,用于从手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长。
监控单元02,用于在持续时长超出预设的时长阈值,启动发送单元2发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。具体地,持续时长相关信息可以包括手机用户未使用手机所持续的时长、最近一次使用手机的时间、手机当前位置等信息。当未使用手机的持续时长超出时长阈值时,说明手机用户没有按照以往的习惯使用手机,有可能发生异常状况,尤其是独居的老年手机用户,有可能还未按下紧急呼叫按键就因突发疾病导致昏迷。当未使用手机的持续时长超出预设的时长阈值时,通过发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中,能够使预设的联系人在手机用户发生异常状况时及时获取相关信息并尽快联系手机用户确认具体情况,若已无法联系上手机用户,也可以根据发送的相关信息中的手机当前位置对 手机用户进行定位,尽快赶往事发地进行救助。
监控单元02还用于检测持续时长还未超出时长阈值时是否收到了与手机操作相关的指令,若收到,从收到与手机操作相关的指令时起清除持续时长记录单元01已记录的持续时长,重新从手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取新的未使用手机的持续时长。在持续时长还未超出时长阈值期间如果收到了与手机操作相关的指令,说明手机用户进行了手机相关操作,警报解除,通过清除原有持续时长的记录重新开始计时,能够确保持续时长能够真正反映用户未使用手机的状况,避免异常状况的误报。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种手机,包括实施例2中的应急信息发送装置。
本实施例中的手机,通过应急信息发送装置,在收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息,并发送手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中,能够使预设电话号码和/或邮箱对应的救助人及时获取到包含手机用户当前所处位置的求助信息,对手机用户当前所处位置进行准确定位。即使手机用户因为病情紧急无法开口说话,救助人也能根据收到的求助信息第一时间赶到事发地对手机用户进行救助,有效避免了救助延迟情况的发生。
并且,手机中的应急信息发送装置,能够在其预设电话号码和/或邮箱对应的救助人赶往救助地的过程中或者因某些原因无法马上赶往救助地进行救助的情况下,及时将包含手机用户当前所处的位置以及对抢救手机用 户有帮助的既往病史、血型等内容的求助信息发送至能够协调公共救援的公共短信服务平台,尽快联系距离事发地最近的具有专业知识的救援人员(比如120医疗服务人员)及时赶到救助地对求助者进行救援。
并且,手机中的应急信息发送装置,在未使用手机的持续时长超出预设的时长阈值时,通过发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中,能够使预设的联系人在手机用户发生异常状况时及时获取相关信息并尽快联系手机用户确认具体情况,若已无法联系上手机用户,也可以根据发送的相关信息中的手机当前位置对手机用户进行定位,尽快赶往事发地进行救助。在持续时长还未超出时长阈值期间如果收到了与手机操作相关的指令,说明手机用户进行了手机相关操作,警报解除,通过清除原有持续时长的记录重新开始计时,能够确保持续时长能够真正反映用户未使用手机的状况,避免异常状况的误报。
实施例4
如图所示,本申请还提供了一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器810;以及,与所述至少一个处理器810通信连接的存储器800;其中,所述存储器800存储有可被所述至少一个处理器810执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器810执行,以使所述至少一个处理器810能够收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。所述电子设备还包括与所述存储器800和所述处理器电连接的输入装置830和输出装置840,所述电连接优选为通过总线连接。
本实施例的所述电子设备,优选地,所述获取手机当前位置信息之后还包括:将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息;发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
本实施例的所述电子设备,优选地,所述公共短信服务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。

本申请实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令的所述计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
本实施例的所述存储介质,优选地,所述获取手机当前位置信息之后 还包括:将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息;发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。

  1. 一种应急信息发送方法,用于手机,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;
    发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取手机当前位置信息之后还包括:
    将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
    发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述公共短信服务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,收到紧急呼叫指令之前还包括:
    从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长;
    若所述持续时长超出预设的时长阈值,发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述持续时长还未超 出所述时长阈值时收到了与手机操作相关的指令,从收到所述与手机操作相关的指令时起清除已记录的所述持续时长,返回所述从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长的步骤。
  6. 一种应急信息发送装置,用于手机,其特征在于,包括:
    位置信息获取单元(1),用于在收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;
    发送单元(2),用于发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    文本生成单元(3),用于将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
    所述发送单元(2),还用于发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    持续时长记录单元(01),用于从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长;
    监控单元(02),用于在所述持续时长超出预设的时长阈值,启动所述发送单元(2)发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述监控单元(02)还用于检测所述持续时长还未超出所述时长阈值时是否收到了与手机操作相关的指令,若收到,从收到所述与手机操作相关的指令时起清除所述持续时长记录单元(01)已记录的所述持续时长,重新从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取新的未使用手机的持续时长。
  10. 一种手机,其特征在于,包括权利要求6-9任一项所述的应急信息发送装置。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够
    收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;
    发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述获取手机当前位置信息之后还包括:
    将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
    发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述公共短信服 务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,收到紧急呼叫指令之前还包括:
    从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长;
    若所述持续时长超出预设的时长阈值,发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其特征在于,若所述持续时长还未超出所述时长阈值时收到了与手机操作相关的指令,从收到所述与手机操作相关的指令时起清除已记录的所述持续时长,返回所述从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长。
  16. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于:所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令的所述计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:
    收到紧急呼叫指令后,获取手机当前位置信息;
    发送所述手机当前位置信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述获取手机当前位置信息之后还包括:
    将所述手机当前位置信息添加入预设的短信文本中,生成求助短信文 本,且所述预设的短信文本中包含手机机主的病史、血型信息。
    发送包含所述求助短信文本的短消息至公共短信服务平台。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述公共短信服务平台包括120急救通信平台、12110短信报警平台中的至少一个。
  19. 根据权利要求16-18任一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,收到紧急呼叫指令之前还包括:
    从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长;
    若所述持续时长超出预设的时长阈值,发送持续时长相关信息至预设电话号码和/或邮箱中。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其特征在于,若所述持续时长还未超出所述时长阈值时收到了与手机操作相关的指令,从收到所述与手机操作相关的指令时起清除已记录的所述持续时长,返回所述从所述手机机主最近一次使用手机的时间开始计时,获取未使用手机的持续时长。
