本发明实施例的上述方案有如下的有益效果:
在老人可能出现突然发病时,可以通过终端发送求助警报信息,不仅可以拨打急救电话或者联系亲人,还可以寻求最近的医务工作者进行救助,这样可以避免周围的人可能不了解病情而帮倒忙,亲人距离远无法赶到,或者急救中心由于其他原因无法及时赶到而导致病人无法获得及时救治的情况。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1所示,为本发明的实施例的信息的处理方法的流程图,具体步骤包括:
S101、接收求助终端发出的求助报警信息;
上述求助报警信息中包括用户当前的位置信息、病情信息等。
S102、根据求助报警信息,在数据库中查找救助者的联系方式信息;
上述数据库中存储有救助者的基本信息,救助者基本的信息中应包括救助者的从医区域信息、医务工作所属的医学领域信息、联系方式以及是否自愿成为志愿者等。
S103、根据救助者的联系方式信息,向救助者发送求助指令。
该实施例中,服务器按照查找获得的对应求助报警信息的救助者的联系方式,并向救助者发送求助指令。救助者接收求助指令后,可以立即赶到现场实行救助。该方法实现了在老人可能出现突然发病时,可以寻求最近的医务工作者进行救助,这样可以避免由于周围的人可能不了解病情而帮倒忙,亲人距离远无法赶到,或者急救中心由于其他原因无法及时赶到而导致病人无法获得及时救治的情况。
可选地,根据求助报警信息,在数据库中查找救助者的联系方式信息的步骤包括:
根据所述求助报警信息中的求助终端的地理位置,在数据库中查找距离与所述求助终端的地理位置在一预设距离范围内的救助者的联系方式信息。
具体的,参见图2,服务器根据求助报警信息中的位置信息,开启10个线程进行1000米范围内的匹配,如果在该范围内没有查找的求助者信息,则再增2000米的范围进行查找。如果在数据库中查找1000米范围内有救助者的信息,则确认救助者的医学领域是否与病人的病情信息相互匹配。如果不匹配,则再增加2000米范围进行匹配,如果救助者的医学领域与病人的病情信息相互匹配,则按照救助者的联系方式向救助者发送求助指令。如果救助者确认帮助,则流程结束。如果所有救助者都拒绝帮助, 则再增加2000米范围继续查找救助者的联系方式信息。
可选地,如图3所示,根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,向救助者发送求助指令的步骤包括:
根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过救助客户端向救助者发送求助指令;或者
根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过发短信的方式向救助者发送求助指令;或者
根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过拨打电话的方式向救助者发送求助指令。
该实施例按照救助者的联系方式信息通过救助客户端向10位救助者者发送求助指令,若有救助者确认帮助,可以在界面直接反馈信息,则流程结束;若所有医务工作者无客户端或者拒绝帮助或者在预设等待时间内未反馈,则通过发送短信的方式向救助者发送求助指令,若有救助者确认帮助,可以通过回执码进行反馈,则结束;若所有医务工作者拒绝帮助或者在预设等待时间内未反馈,则通过拨打电话的方式向救助者发送求助指令(比如可以是提前录好的一段语音),若有救助者确认帮助,则流程结束;若所有救助者拒绝帮助或者在预设等待时间内未反馈,则继续在数据库中查找其它救助者的联系方式信息。
可选地,向救助者发送求助指令的步骤后还包括:
若没有收到救助者针对所述求助指令的救助回复信息,则继续在数据库中查找其它救助者的联系方式信息。
具体的,在预设超时时间内服务器未接收到救助者针对求助指令的救助恢复信息,则按照求助报警信息中的位置信息重新在数据库中进行查找,获取距离求助者的地理位置的更大区域范围的救助者,并筛选获取救助者的联系方式信息。按照重新获取的救助者的联系方式信息向救助者发送求助指令。
可选地,接收求助终端发出的求助报警信息的步骤包括:
接收求助终端通过短信的方式发出的求助报警信息;或者
接收求助终端通过拨打电话的方式发出的求助报警信息。
具体的,服务器可以接收求助者通过求助终端以短信方式或者语音电话的方式发送的求助报警信息,其中,短信求助报警信息中携带有求助者的地理位置信息和病情信息等。语音电话可以是求助者主动拨打的电话,还可以是求助者提前录好的一端求助语言。
如图4所示,为本发明实施例的服务器的结构示意图,包括:
接收模块101,设置为接收求助终端发出的求助报警信息;
上述接收模块101接收的求助报警信息中包括用户当前的位置信息、病情信息等。
匹配模块102,设置为根据求助报警信息,在数据库中查找救助者的联系方式信息;
上述数据库中存储有救助者的基本信息,救助者基本的信息中应包括救助者的从医区域信息、医务工作所属的医学领域信息、联系方式以及是否自愿成为志愿者等。
发送模块103,设置为根据救助者的联系方式信息,向救助者发送求助指令。

具体的,服务器根据求助报警信息中的位置信息,开启10个线程进行1000米范围内的匹配,如果在该范围内没有查找的求助者信息,则再增2000米的范围进行查找。如果在数据库中查找1000米范围内有救助者的信息,则确认救助者的医学领域是否与病人的病情信息相互匹配。如果不匹配,则再增加2000米范围进行匹配,如果救助者的医学领域与病人的病情信息相互匹配,则按照救助者的联系方式向救助者发送求助指令。如果救助者确认帮助,则流程结束。如果所有救助者都拒绝帮助,则再增加2000米范围继续查找救助者的联系方式信息。
可选地,发送模块103包括:
第一发送单元1031,设置为根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过救助客户端向救助者发送求助指令;
第二发送单元1032,设置为根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过发短信的方式向救助者发送求助指令;
第三发送单元1033,设置为根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过拨打电话的方式向救助者发送求助指令。
该实施例的第一发送单元1031按照救助者的联系方式信息通过救助客户端向10位救助者发送求助指令,若有救助者确认帮助,可以在界面直接反馈信息,则流程结束;若所有医务工作者无客户端或者拒绝帮助或者在预设等待时间内未反馈,则第二发送单元1032通过发送短信的方式向救助者发送求助指令,若有救助者确认帮助,可以通过回执码进行反馈,则结束;若所有救助者者拒绝帮助或者在预设等待时间内未反馈,则第三发送单元1033通过拨打电话的方式向救助者发送求助指令(比如可以是提前录好的一段语音),若有救助者确认帮助,则流程结束;若所有救助者拒绝帮助或者在预设等待时间内未反馈,则继续在数据库中查找其它救助者的联系方式信息。
可选地,该服务器还包括:
反馈模块104,设置为若没有收到救助者针对所述求助指令的救助回 复信息,则继续在数据库中查找其它救助者的联系方式信息。
具体的,在预设超时时间内服务器未接收到救助者针对求助指令的救助恢复信息,则按照求助报警信息中的位置信息重新在数据库中进行查找,获取距离求助者的地理位置的更大区域范围的救助者,并筛选获取救助者的联系方式信息。按照重新获取的救助者的联系方式信息向救助者发送求助指令。

本发明的实施例还提供一种信息的处理方法,如图5所示,该方法的步骤包括:
S201、获取用户的健康监测信息;
上述健康监测信息可以是用户填写(如:是否心血管疾病、糖尿病等),也可以是由用户携带的健康感应装置获取的人体健康状况的数据(比如智能手表采集到的心跳、蓝牙心率仪采集的心率情况等)。
S202、根据所述健康监测信息,产生求助报警触发指令;
该实施例通过对用户的健康状况进行检测,在用户发病或出现其他意外情况时,可以触发警报。
S203、根据所述求助报警触发指令,向服务器发送求助报警信息。
该实施例中,求助警报触发指令可以是求助者主动触发,也可以是健康感应装置自动触发。由终端侧以短信或者语音电话的形式向服务器发送 求助报警信息。
可选地,获取用户的健康监测信息的步骤包括:
通过采集健康感应装置的数据,获得用户的健康监测信息;或者
通过采集用户的健康记录表中的数据,获得用户的健康监测信息。
该实施例中,终端侧可以采集健康感应装置监测的当前用户的健康状况和采集用户填写记录的健康状况信息,从而获取到用户当前的健康监测信息。
可选地,根据所述健康监测信息,产生求助报警触发指令的步骤包括:
根据所述健康监测信息,通过所述健康感应装置,产生求助报警触发指令;或者
根据所述健康监测信息,检测到用户主动点击终端显示屏上的触发按钮时,产生求助报警触发指令。
该实施例中,通过健康装置获取的用户当前健康状况的数据与人体正常状况的数据对比,显示当前用户健康状况异常时,由健康感应装置自动触发求助警报。或者,用户也可以根据健康监测信息得知健康状况出现异常时,主动通过终端侧触发求助警报,向服务器发送求助报警信息。
可选地,根据所述求助报警触发指令,向服务器发送求助报警信息的步骤包括:
根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过发送短信的方式发送求助报警信息;或者
根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过拨打电话的方式发送求助报警信息;或者
根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过终端语音播报的方式发送求助报警信息。
具体的,当用户出现紧急需救助情况时,首先可以拨打紧急求助电话(如120),并能够自动语音播报当前用户的地里位置,病情情况等。再有可以通过短信或者拨打语音电话的方式向服务器发送求助报警信息,有网 络时还可以通过网络采用终端语音播报的形式向服务器发送求助报警信息。同时终端还可以大声播报语音求助信息(包括用户的基本情况,疾病情况以及亲人的联系方式等)。
本发明的实施例还提供一种终端,如图6所示,包括:
获取模块201,设置为获取用户的健康监测信息;
上述健康监测信息可以是用户填写(如:是否心血管疾病、糖尿病等),也可以是由用户携带的健康感应装置获取的人体健康状况的数据(比如智能手表采集到的心跳、蓝牙心率仪采集的心率情况等)。
产生模块202,设置为根据所述健康监测信息,产生求助报警触发指令;
该实施例通过对用户的健康状况进行检测,在用户发病或出现其他意外情况时,可以触发警报。
求助模块203,设置为根据所述求助报警触发指令,向服务器发送求助报警信息。
该实施例中,求助警报触发指令可以是求助者主动触发,也可以是健康感应装置自动触发。由终端侧以短信或者语音电话的形式向服务器发送求助报警信息。
可选地,所述获取模块201包括:
第一获取单元2011,设置为通过采集健康感应装置的数据,获得用户的健康监测信息;
第二获取单元2012,设置为通过采集用户的健康记录表中的数据,获得用户的健康监测信息。
该实施例中,终端侧可以采集健康感应装置监测的当前用户的健康状况和采集用户填写记录的健康状况信息,从而获取到用户当前的健康监测信息。
可选地,所述产生模块202包括:
第一触发单元2021,设置为根据所述健康监测信息,通过所述健康感 应装置,产生求助报警触发指令;或者
第二触发单元2022,设置为根据所述健康监测信息,检测到用户主动点击终端显示屏上的触发按钮时,产生求助报警触发指令。
该实施例中,通过健康装置获取的用户当前健康状况的数据与人体正常状况的数据对比,显示当前用户健康状况异常时,由健康感应装置自动触发求助警报。或者用户也可以根据健康监测信息得知健康状况出现异常时,主动通过终端侧触发求助警报,向服务器发送求助报警信息。
可选地,所述求助模块203包括:
第一求助单元2031,设置为根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过发送短信的方式发送求助报警信息;或者
第二求助单元2032,设置为根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过拨打电话的方式发送求助报警信息;或者
第三求助单元2033,设置为根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过终端语音播报的方式发送求助报警信息。
具体的,当用户出现紧急需救助情况时,首先可以拨打紧急求助电话(如120),并能够自动语音播报当前用户的地里位置,病情情况等。再有可以通过短信或者拨打语音电话的方式向服务器发送求助报警信息,有网络时还可以通过网络采用终端语音播报的形式向服务器发送求助报警信息。同时终端还可以大声播报语音求助信息(包括用户的基本情况,疾病情况以及亲人的联系方式等)。
如图7所示,为用户终端侧和服务器侧信号流示意图。如图8所示,为本发明信息的处理方法的流程图。求助终端的获取模块201获取到用户当前的健康状况信息,在用户健康状况出现异常时,通过产生模块202检测到健康感应装置或者用户主动触发按钮时,产生救助报警触发指令,求助模块202根据求助报警触发指令通过发送短信或者拨打语音电话的方式,在有网络时还可以通过终端向服务器发送求助报警信息。服务器侧的接收模块101获得包含有用户位置以及病情等信息的求助报警信息后,由匹配 模块102按照位置以及病情等信息在数据库中进行匹配,查找获得对应求助者的救助报警信息的救助者的联系方式信息。再由发送模块103按照救助者的联系方式向救助者者发送求助指令。救助者在接收到求助指令后,可以安排立即赶往现场进行救助,这样可以保证用户在突然发病时,可以得到及时并可靠的救助。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,接收求助终端发出的求助报警信息;
S2,根据求助报警信息,在数据库中查找救助者的联系方式信息;
S3,根据救助者的联系方式信息,向救助者发送求助指令。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,根据求助报警信息中的求助终端的地理位置,在数据库中查找距离与求助终端的地理位置在一预设距离范围内的救助者的联系方式信息。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

工业实用性
在本实施例中,在老人可能出现突然发病时,可以通过终端发送求助警报信息,不仅可以拨打急救电话或者联系亲人,还可以寻求最近的医务工作者进行救助,这样可以避免周围的人可能不了解病情而帮倒忙,亲人距离远无法赶到,或者急救中心由于其他原因无法及时赶到而导致病人无法获得及时救治的情况。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种信息的处理方法,包括:
    接收求助终端发出的求助报警信息;
    根据求助报警信息,在数据库中查找救助者的联系方式信息;
    根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,向救助者发送求助指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息的处理方法,其中,所述根据求助报警信息,在数据库中查找救助者的联系方式信息的步骤包括:
    根据所述求助报警信息中的求助终端的地理位置,在数据库中查找距离与所述求助终端的地理位置在一预设距离范围内的救助者的联系方式信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息的处理方法,其中,根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,向救助者发送求助指令的步骤包括:
    根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过救助客户端向救助者发送求助指令;或者
    根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过发短信的方式向救助者发送求助指令;或者
    根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,通过拨打电话的方式向救助者发送求助指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的信息的处理方法,其中,向救助者发送求助指令的步骤后还包括:
    若没有收到救助者针对所述求助指令的救助回复信息,则继续在数据库中查找其它救助者的联系方式信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的信息的处理方法,其中,接收求助终端发出的求助报警信息的步骤包括:
    接收求助终端通过短信的方式发出的求助报警信息;或者
    接收求助终端通过拨打电话的方式发出的求助报警信息。
  6. 一种服务器,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收求助终端发出的求助报警信息;
    匹配模块,设置为根据求助报警信息,在数据库中查找救助者的联系方式信息;
    发送模块,设置为根据所述救助者的联系方式信息,向救助者发送求助指令。
  7. 一种信息的处理方法,包括:
    获取用户的健康监测信息;
    根据所述健康监测信息,产生求助报警触发指令;
    根据所述求助报警触发指令,向服务器发送求助报警信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的信息的处理方法,其中,获取用户的健康监测信息的步骤包括:
    通过采集健康感应装置的数据,获得用户的健康监测信息;或者
    通过采集用户的健康记录表中的数据,获得用户的健康监测信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的信息的处理方法,其中,根据所述健康监测信息,产生求助报警触发指令的步骤包括:
    根据所述健康监测信息,通过所述健康感应装置,产生求助报警触发指令;或者
    根据所述健康监测信息,检测到用户主动点击终端显示屏上的触发按钮时,产生求助报警触发指令。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的信息的处理方法,其中,根据所述求助报警触发指令,向服务器发送求助报警信息的步骤包括:
    根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过发送短信的方式发送求助报警信息;或者
    根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过拨打电话的方式发送求助报警信息;或者
    根据所述求助报警触发指令,通过终端语音播报的方式发送求助报警信息。
  11. 一种终端,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取用户的健康监测信息;
    产生模块,设置为根据所述健康监测信息,产生求助报警触发指令;
