本发明实施例提供一种呼叫处理方法及设备,属于通信技术领域。该方法包括:若检测到紧急呼叫触发信号,则触发通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求;获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态;在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送求救音频数据,以使得被叫号码对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据。由于在呼叫连接建立成功后,可设置求救人的通话状态为静音状态,且可由被叫号码对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据,从而可保证求救人向外求救时的隐蔽性。因此,能尽可能地保障求救人的安全。

本发明实施例涉通信技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种呼叫处理方法及设备。
背景技术
近年来,随着经济全球化发展,出国旅游和交流机会日益增多,人身安全的重要性日益凸显。人们在一些紧急情况下,如面临人身安全或者健康安全时,可能需要对外求救,尤其是对于人身安全。人们在遇到人身安全时,相关技术中提供的求救方法通常是通过智能设备的一键呼叫功能,也即通过一键拨打预先设置好的求救电话,从而对外紧急求救。由于在通过一键呼叫功能对外求救时,电话拨通中的等待音以及接通后的通话音都会通过扬声器播放出来,而在一些场合下播放出来的声音可能会被犯罪分子听到,从而给求救人造成无法挽回的损失。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的呼叫处理方法及设备。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供了一种呼叫处理方法,该方法包括:
若检测到紧急呼叫触发信号,则触发通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求;
获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态;
在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送求救音频数据,以使得被叫号码 对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据。
本发明实施例提供的方法,通过在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号时,则触发通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求。获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送求救音频数据,以使得被叫号码对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据。由于在呼叫连接建立成功后,可设置求救人的通话状态为静音状态,且可由被叫号码对应的通信终端播放求救音频数据,从而可保证求救人向外求救时的隐蔽性。因此,能尽可能地保障求救人的安全。

获取存储模块内存储的求救音频文件;或者,
获取当前的位置信息以及存储模块内存储的用户信息,根据用户信息和位置信息生成求救音频文件。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明实施例的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明实施例,但不用来限制本发明实施例的范围。
针对人们使用一键呼叫功能进行求救时不够安全的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种呼叫处理方法。该方法可以应用在终端上,如常见的移动终端,手机、平板电脑及智能手表等。另外,还可以应用在特定应用设备上,如出国时人们随身携带的手持翻译机及相机等,本发明实施例不对该方法适用的范围作具体限定。为了便于理解,本发明实施例以该方法适用的设备为翻译机、该方法的执行主体为翻译机中的处理器,使用翻译机的用户为求救人为例,对本发明实施例提供的呼叫处理方法进行说明。参见图1,该方法包括:101、若检测到紧急呼叫触发信号,则触发通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求;102、获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态;103、在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送求救音频数据, 以使得被叫号码对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据。
在上述步骤101中,紧急呼叫触发信号可由求救人通过翻译机触发。其中,触发方式可以通过翻译机上的按键触发,也即通过按压的手势操作触发。当然,还可以通过其它手势操作触发,如滑动手势等,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。通信模块可以包含在翻译机的内部,当处理器检测到紧急呼叫触发信号时,可通过内部的通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求。其中,被叫号码可以由求救人自行设定,如亲朋好友的联系方式,还可以为固定的SOS紧急联络号码,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
在根据预先设定的呼叫号码对外发送呼叫请求后,为了保证求救人对外求救时的隐蔽性,可获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。其中,求救音频数据中可携带有求救人的信息以及求救人的位置信息等,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。通话状态通常可以包括听筒模式下的通话状态及扬声器模式下的通话状态。在将当前通话状态设置为静音状态时,可将扬声器模式下的通话状态设置为静音状态,从而在通话过程中,拨叫方(也即求救人)所使用的拨叫设备或终端(如翻译机)不会发出任何声音,也即不会发出拨叫时产生的等待音以及呼叫连接建立成功后产生的通话音,从而可保证求救人对外求救时的隐蔽性。另外,由于求救人不能发出声音,为了能够让被叫号码对应的被叫方获知求救人处在危险中,从而在呼叫连接建立成功后,需要通过语音播报的方式告知求救人当前的处境。因此,在步骤102中,可获取求救音频文件,并读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,以便于后续向被叫号码对应的通信终端发送求救音频数据。
需要说明的是,在向被叫号码对应的通信终端发送求救音频数据后,被叫号码对应的被叫方可以听到该段求救音频数据。由于在上述过程中,是将扬声器的状态设置成了静音状态,而翻译机的麦克风并没有被关掉,从而被叫方在听完该段求救音频数据后,可继续对求救人这边的声音进行监听。当听到犯罪分子的声音时或者听到一些其它声音时,可以从听到的声音中提取信息,以用于辅助救援。
在上述步骤103中,处理器在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,处理器可通过通信模块发送求救音频数据。具体地,处理器可先将求救音频数据发送至中间基站或服务器,再由中间基站或服务器将求救音频数据发送至被叫号码对应的通信终端,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。被叫号码对应的通信终端在接收到求救音频后,被叫号码对应的被叫方即可听到求救声,从而被叫号码对应的被叫方可获知求救人处于危险之中并等待救援,而不需要求救人进行语言沟通。
本发明实施例提供的方法,通过在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号时,则触发通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求。获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送求救音频数据,以使得被叫号码对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据。由于在呼叫连接建立成功后,可设置求救人的当前通话状态为静音状态,且可由被叫号码对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据,从而可保证求救人向外求救时的隐蔽性。因此,能尽可能地保障求救人的安全。
基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种获取求救音频文件的方法。该方法包括:获取存储模块内存储的求救音频文件;或者,获取当前的位置信息以及存储模块内存储的用户信息,根据用户信息和位置信息生成求救音频文件。
在上述过程中,翻译机中可内置GPS模块,以确定当前的位置信息,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。另外,翻译机中可内置存储模块,以存储求救人的用户信息。其中,用户信息可以包括求救人的姓名及电话号码等。另外,用户信息可存储在存储模块中的预设目录下,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。在获取到当前的位置信息以及用户信息后,可根据用户信息和位置信息生成一个求救文本数据,并通过语音合成模型,将该求救文本数据合成为求救音频文件。
例如,以用户信息为用户姓名及用户当前所处的位置为例,如用户姓名为A且当前的位置信息为“安徽省合肥市望江西路666号”。根据用户姓名与当前的位置信息生成的求救文本数据如“A在安徽省合肥市望江西路666号附近出现紧急情况,请求救援”,当然也可以生成其它的求救文 本数据,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。例如,“A现在很危险,地址为安徽省合肥市望江西路666号附近,请求救援”。在得到求救文本数据后,可将该求救文本数据合成为求救音频文件。
需要说明的是,上述过程主要为生成求救音频文件的过程。在实际实施时,若等到求救人触发紧急呼叫触发信号,再合成求救音频文件,则在求救人遇到危险时,可能会耽误救援时间。因此,为了进一步保障求救人的安全,处理器在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号之前,即求救人在遇到危险之前,可自行生成求救音频文件,并将求救音频文件存放到存储模块中的预设目录下,从而在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号后,可从预设目录下获取求救音频文件,而不用临时生成,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
进一步地,考虑到求救人每次在位置发生变更时,都可能会有潜在危险且随时需要求救,从而处理器自动生成求救音频文件的时机可以为检测到求救人的位置发生变更时,也即每次在检测到求救人的位置发生变更后,根据求救人位置发生变更后的当前位置信息以及求救人的用户信息,自动生成求救音频文件。或者,处理器可按照预设周期自动生成求救音频文件,也即每隔一段固定的时间采集求救人的当前位置信息,并根据采集到的当前位置信息以及求救人的用户信息,生成求救音频文件。
本发明实施例提供的方法,通过获取存储模块内存储的求救音频文件;或者,获取当前的位置信息以及存储模块内存储的用户信息,根据用户信息和位置信息生成求救音频文件,从而为后续向被叫方播报求救信息提供了基础。另外,由于可在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号之前自动生成求救音频文件,而非等到检测到紧急呼叫触发信号后再生成,从而可为求救人对外求救争取时间,进一步保障求救人的安全。
基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种检测紧急呼叫触发信号的方法。该方法包括:对第一按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对第一按键执行了第一预设操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号;或者,对滑动区进行检测,若检测获知用户在滑区上执行了滑动操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
在上述过程中,第一按键可以为设置在翻译机本体上的实体按键,也可以为翻译机所显示的操作界面中的虚拟按键,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。第一预设操作可以为手势操作,如按压及点击等,本发明实施例对此也不作具体限定。以第一按键为SOS紧急按键、第一预设操作为按压操作为例,当检测获知求救人对SOS紧急按键执行了按压操作时,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
滑动区可以为翻译机本体上的实体感应区,也可以为翻译机所显示的操作界面中的虚拟感应区,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。以滑动区为翻译机本体上的实体感应区为例,若检测到用户在实体感应区上的滑动操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
基于上述实施例的内容,考虑到第一按键可能会存在被误操作的可能性,从而作为一种可选实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种检测紧急呼叫触发信号的方法。该方法包括:若检测获知用户对第一按键执行了第一预设操作、且第一预设操作持续时间大于预设阈值,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
其中,关于第一按键及第一预设操作的说明可参考上述实施例的内容。预设阈值可根据需求进行设置,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。以第一按键为SOS紧急按键、第一预设操作为按压操作及预设阈值为3秒为例,当检测获知求救人对SOS紧急按键执行了按压操作且按压操作的持续时长大于3秒时,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,第一预设操作为按压操作或点击操作。当第一按键为实体按键时,第一预设操作可以为按压操作。当第一按键为虚拟按键时,第一预设操作为点击操作。
基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种设置当前通话状态的方法,包括:通过预设静音接口函数将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。
以翻译机所使用的操作系统为安卓系统为例,可以先获取AudioManager对象,再调用AudioManager对象下的静音接口函数,也即setSpeakerphoneOn(boolean)方法,通过将参数boolean设置为false,从而将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。
基于上述实施例的内容,考虑到实际场景下求救人可能会有机会与被叫方通话以提供更多的信息,从而作为一种可选实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种设置当前通话状态的方法,包括:对第二按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对第二按键执行了第二预设操作,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。
在上述过程中,第二按键可以为设置在翻译机本体上的实体按键,也可以为翻译机所显示的操作界面中的虚拟按键,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。第二预设操作可以为手势操作,如按压及点击等,本发明实施例对此也不作具体限定。以第二按键为音量增加键、第二预设操作为按压操作为例,当检测获知求救人对音量增加键执行了按压操作时,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。
本发明实施例提供的方法,通过在检测到用户对第二按键执行了第二预设操作后,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。由于当求救人存在与被叫方进行通话的机会时,可将当前通话状态调整为正常通话状态以进行通话,以对外提供更多的信息便于救援。因此,进一步保障了求救人的安全。
需要说明的是,上述所有可选实施例,可以采用任意结合形成本发明的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。
基于上述实施例的内容,本发明实施例提供了一种呼叫处理设备,该呼叫处理设备用于执行上述方法实施例中提供的呼叫处理方法。本发明实施例提供的呼叫处理设备可以为移动终端,如手机、平板电脑及智能手表等。另外,还可以为特定应用设备,如翻译机及相机等,本发明实施例不对呼叫处理设备的类型作具体限定。参见图2,该设备包括:设备本体201、以及设置在设备本体201内的处理器202和通信模块203,处理器202和通信模块203连接;
处理器202,用于当检测到紧急呼叫触发信号时,则触发通信模块203根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求;获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,将当前通话状态设置为静音状态;以及,在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送求救音频数据,以使得被叫号 码对应的通信终端接收求救音频数据;
通信模块203,用于向外发送呼叫请求,呼叫请求至少携带有被叫号码。
其中,紧急呼叫触发信号可由求救人通过设备本体201触发,触发方式可以通过设备本体201上的按键触发,也即通过按压的手势操作触发。当然,还可以通过其它手势操作触发,如滑动手势等,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。被叫号码可以由求救人自行设定,如亲朋好友的联系方式,还可以为固定的SOS紧急联络号码,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。通信模块203可以设置在设备本体201的内部,当呼叫处理设备检测到紧急呼叫触发信号时,可通过内部的通信模块203根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求。
在根据预先设定的呼叫号码对外发送呼叫请求后,为了保证求救人对外求救时的隐蔽性,处理器202可获取求救音频文件,读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。其中,求救音频数据中可携带有求救人的信息以及求救人的位置信息等,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。通话状态通常可以包括听筒模式下的通话状态及扬声器模式下的通话状态。在将当前通话状态设置为静音状态时,可将扬声器模式下的通话状态设置为静音状态,从而在通话过程中,拨叫方(也即求救人)所使用的呼叫处理设备不会发出任何声音,也即不会发出拨叫时产生的等待音以及呼叫连接建立成功后产生的通话音,从而可保证求救人对外求救时的隐蔽性。另外,由于求救人不能发出声音,为了能够让被叫号码对应的被叫方获知求救人处在危险中,从而在呼叫连接建立成功后,需要通过语音播报的方式告知求救人当前的处境。因此,可获取求救音频文件,并读取求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,以便于后续向被叫号码对应的通信终端发送求救音频数据。
需要说明的是,在向被叫号码对应的通信终端发送求救音频数据后,被叫号码对应的被叫方可以听到该段求救音频数据。由于在上述过程中,是将扬声器的状态设置成了静音状态,而翻译机的麦克风并没有被关掉,从而被叫方在听完该段求救音频数据后,可继续对求救人这边的声音进行监听。当听到犯罪分子的声音时或者听到一些其它声音时, 可以从听到的声音中提取信息,以用于辅助救援。
处理器202在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,可通过通信模块203发送求救音频数据。具体地,呼叫处理设备通过处理器202可先将求救音频数据发送至中间基站或服务器,再由中间基站或服务器将求救音频数据发送至被叫号码对应的通信终端,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。被叫号码对应的通信终端在接收到求救音频数据后,被叫号码对应的被叫方即可听到求救声,从而被叫号码对应的被叫方可获知求救人处于危险之中并等待救援,而不需要求救人进行语言沟通。

基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,参见图3,该设备还包括:存储模块204;存储模块204,用于存储求救音频文件或用户信息;相应地,处理器202,还用于:获取存储模块内存储的求救音频文件;或者,获取当前的位置信息以及存储模块内存储的用户信息,根据用户信息和位置信息生成求救音频文件。
如图3所示,处理器202与存储模块204连接,从而处理器202可获取存储模块204中存储的求救音频文件或用户信息。其中,用户信息可以包括求救人的姓名及电话号码等。另外,用户信息可存储在存储模块204中的预设目录下,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。处理器202在获取到当前的位置信息以及用户信息后,可根据用户信息和位置信息生成一个求救文本数据,并通过语音合成模型,将该求救文本数据合成为求救音频文件。
例如,以用户信息为用户姓名及用户当前的位置,如用户姓名为A且当前的位置信息为“安徽省合肥市望江西路666号”。根据用户姓名与当 前的位置信息生成求救文本数据为“A在安徽省合肥市望江西路666号附近出现紧急情况,请求救援”,当然,也可以生成其它求救文本数据,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。例如,“A现在很危险,地址为安徽省合肥市望江西路666号附近,请求救援”。在得到求救文本数据后,可将该求救文本数据合成为求救音频文件。
需要说明的是,上述过程主要为生成求救音频文件的过程。在实际实施时,若等到求救人触发紧急呼叫触发信号,再合成求救音频文件,则在求救人遇到危险时,可能会耽误救援时间。因此,为了进一步保障求救人的安全,处理器202在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号之前,即求救人在遇到危险之前,可自行生成求救音频文件,并将求救音频文件存放到存储模块204中的预设目录下,从而在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号后,可从预设目录下获取求救音频文件,而不用临时生成,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
进一步地,考虑到求救人每次在位置发生变更时,都可能会有潜在危险且随时需要求救,从而处理器202自动生成求救音频文件的时机可以为检测到求救人的位置发生变更时,也即每次在检测到求救人的位置发生变更后,根据求救人位置发生变更后的当前位置信息以及求救人的用户信息,自动生成求救音频文件。或者,处理器202可按照预设周期自动生成求救音频文件,也即每隔一段固定的时间采集求救人的当前位置信息,并根据采集到的当前位置信息以及求救人的用户信息,生成求救音频文件。
本发明实施例提供的设备,处理器202通过获取存储模块204内存储的求救音频文件;或者,获取当前的位置信息以及存储模块内存储的用户信息,根据用户信息和位置信息生成求救音频文件,从而为后续向被叫方播报求救信息提供了基础。另外,由于处理器202可在检测到紧急呼叫触发信号之前自动生成求救音频文件,而非等到检测到紧急呼叫触发信号后再生成,从而可为求救人对外求救争取时间,进一步保障求救人的安全。
另外,由于处理器202需要获取当前的位置信息,从而作为一种可选实施例,如图4所示,呼叫处理设备还可以包括:GPS模块205;GPS模 块205与处理器202连接;GPS模块205,用于确定当前的位置信息;相应地,处理器202,还用于:获取GPS模块205确定的当前的位置信息。
基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,设备本体201上还设置有第一按键;相应地,处理器202还用于:对第一按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对第一按键执行了第一预设操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号;或者,
设备本体上还设置有滑动区;相应地,处理器还用于:对滑动区进行检测,若检测获知用户在滑区上执行了滑动操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号
在上述过程中,第一按键可以为设置在设备本体201上的实体按键,也可以为呼叫处理设备所显示的操作界面中的虚拟按键,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。第一预设操作可以为手势操作,如按压及点击等,本发明实施例对此也不作具体限定。以第一按键为SOS紧急按键、第一预设操作为按压操作为例,当检测获知求救人对SOS紧急按键执行了按压操作时,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
滑动区可以为设备本体201上的实体感应区,也可以为设备本体201上显示屏所显示的操作界面中的虚拟感应区,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。以滑动区为设备本体201上的实体感应区为例,若检测到用户在实体感应区上的滑动操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
基于上述实施例的内容,考虑到第一按键可能会存在被误操作的可能性,从而作为一种可选实施例,处理器202还用于:若检测获知用户对第一按键执行了第一预设操作、且第一预设操作持续时间大于预设阈值,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
其中,关于第一按键及第一预设操作的说明可参考上述实施例的内容。预设阈值可根据需求进行设置,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。以第一按键为SOS紧急按键、第一预设操作为按压操作及预设阈值为3秒为例,当检测获知求救人对SOS紧急按键执行了按压操作且按压操作的持续时长大于3秒时,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,第一预设操作为按压操作或点击操作。当第一按键为实体按键时,第一预设操作可以为按 压操作。当第一按键为虚拟按键时,第一预设操作为点击操作。
基于上述实施例的内容,作为一种可选实施例,处理器202在将当前通话状态设置为静音状态时,可通过预设静音接口函数将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。以呼叫处理设备所使用的操作系统为安卓系统为例,可以先获取AudioManager对象,再调用AudioManager对象下的静音接口函数,也即setSpeakerphoneOn(boolean)方法,通过将参数boolean设置为false,从而将当前通话状态设置为静音状态。
基于上述实施例的内容,考虑到实际场景下求救人可能会有机会与被叫方通话以提供更多的信息,从而作为一种可选实施例,设备本体201上还设置有第二按键;相应地,处理器202还用于:对第二按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对第二按键执行了第二预设操作,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。
其中,第二按键可以为设置在翻译机本体上的实体按键,也可以为翻译机所显示的操作界面中的虚拟按键,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。第二预设操作可以为手势操作,如按压及点击等,本发明实施例对此也不作具体限定。以第二按键为音量增加键、第二预设操作为按压操作为例,当处理器202检测获知求救人对音量增加键执行了按压操作时,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。
本发明实施例提供的设备,处理器202通过在检测到用户对第二按键执行了第二预设操作后,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。由于当求救人存在与被叫方进行通话的机会时,可将当前通话状态调整为正常通话状态以进行通话,以对外提供更多的信息便于救援。因此,进一步保障了求救人的安全。
基于上述实施例的内容,考虑到用户需要获知紧急呼叫是否成功,从而作为一种可选实施例,设备本体201上还设置有指示灯;相应地,处理器202还用于:在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,按照预设规则控制指示灯的状态,以提示用户呼叫连接建立成功。
需要说明的是,上述所有可选实施例,可以采用任意结合形成本发明的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。
最后,本申请的方法仅为较佳的实施方案,并非用于限定本发明实 施例的保护范围。凡在本发明实施例的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明实施例的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种呼叫处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    若检测到紧急呼叫触发信号,则触发通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求;
    获取求救音频文件,读取所述求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,并将当前通话状态设置为静音状态;
    在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送所述求救音频数据,以使得所述被叫号码对应的通信终端接收所述求救音频数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取求救音频文件包括:
    获取存储模块内存储的所述求救音频文件;或者,
    获取当前的位置信息以及存储模块内存储的用户信息,根据所述用户信息和所述位置信息生成所述求救音频文件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    对第一按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对所述第一按键执行了第一预设操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号;或者,
    对滑动区进行检测,若检测获知用户在所述滑区上执行了滑动操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若检测获知用户对所述第一按键执行了第一预设操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号,包括:
    若检测获知所述用户对所述第一按键执行了第一预设操作、且所述第一预设操作持续时间大于预设阈值,则确定检测到所述紧急呼叫触发信号。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设操作为 按压操作或点击操作。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    对第二按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对所述第二按键执行了第二预设操作,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。
  7. 一种呼叫处理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    设备本体,以及设置在所述设备本体内的处理器和通信模块,所述处理器和所述通信模块连接;
    所述处理器,用于当检测到紧急呼叫触发信号时,则触发所述通信模块根据预先设定的被叫号码发送呼叫请求;获取求救音频文件,读取所述求救音频文件中的求救音频数据,将当前通话状态设置为静音状态;以及,在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,发送所述求救音频数据,以使得所述被叫号码对应的通信终端接收所述求救音频数据;
    所述通信模块,用于向外发送所述呼叫请求,所述呼叫请求至少携带有所述被叫号码。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的呼叫处理设备,其特征在于,还包括存储模块,用于存储所述求救音频文件或用户信息;相应地,所述处理器,还用于:
    获取所述存储模块内存储的所述求救音频文件;或者,获取当前的位置信息以及所述存储模块内存储的用户信息,根据所述用户信息和所述位置信息生成所述求救音频文件。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的呼叫处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体上还设置有第一按键;相应地,所述处理器还用于:对所述第一按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对所述第一按键执行了第一预设操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号;或者,
    所述设备本体上还设置有滑动区;相应地,所述处理器还用于:对 所述滑动区进行检测,若检测获知用户在所述滑区上执行了滑动操作,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的呼叫处理设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:若检测获知所述用户对所述第一按键执行了第一预设操作、且所述第一预设操作持续时间大于预设阈值,则确定检测到紧急呼叫触发信号。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的呼叫处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一预设操作为按压操作或点击操作。
  12. 根据权利要求7或8所述的呼叫处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体上还设置有第二按键;相应地,所述处理器还用于:对所述第二按键进行检测,若检测获知用户对所述第二按键执行了第二预设操作,则将当前通话状态设置为正常通话状态。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的呼叫处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备本体上还设置有指示灯;相应地,所述处理器还用于:在检测到呼叫连接建立成功后,按照预设规则控制所述指示灯的状态,以提示用户呼叫连接建立成功。
