本申请实施例提供了一种求救方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。所述方法包括:获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配,若匹配,获取所述特征信息所属类型;若所述特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作;若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息;若所述特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息;若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。

本申请涉及信息处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种求救方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
独自一人在遇到紧急情况或者危险情况的时候,例如被人挟持,被人跟踪,这个时候打电话求救可能不方便,如果打电话求救还可能让自己陷入被动的境地。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种求救方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,可以在紧急情况或者危险情况时,触发终端发出求救信息以进行求救。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种求救方法,该方法包括:
获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配;若匹配,获取所述特征信息所属类型;若所述特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作,,其中,所述第一特征类型包括指纹特征或者静脉特征;若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、且所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值;若所述特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息,其中,所述第二特征类型包括语音特征;若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种求救装置,该装置包括:

第四方面,本申请实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述程序指令被处理器执行时,实现上述第一方面所述的求救方法。
本申请实施例可在紧急情况或者危险情况时,若获取的当前用户的特征信息与预设特征信息匹配,若所述特征信息是第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作;若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息以进行求救;若所述特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息;若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息以进行求救。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
具体实现中,本申请实施例中描述的终端包括但不限于诸如具有触摸敏感表面(例如,触摸屏显示器和/或触摸板)的移动电话、膝上型计算机或平板计算机之类的便携式通信设备。还应当理解的是,在某些实施例中,所述终端包括了台式计算机等非便携式通信设备。
图1是本申请实施例提供的一种求救方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该方法包括S101-S107。
S101,获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配。
其中,特征信息包括指纹特征信息、静脉特征信息、语音特征信息等。可通过特征识别的方法来获取用户的特征信息,具体地,包括静脉识别、指纹识别、语音识别等。在终端上设置并开启静脉识别和/或指纹识别和/或语音识别的功能,通过静脉识别和/或指纹识别和/或语音识别获取当前用户的特征信息。在其他实施例中,获取用户的特征信息还可以使用其他的方式。利用静脉识别和/或指纹识别和/或语音识别获取用户对应的静脉特征和/或指纹特征和/或语音特征后,将获取的用户的静脉特征和/或指纹特征和/或语音特征存储,即为预设特征信息。预设特征信息包括终端主人的特征信息,也可以包括终端主人熟悉的其他人的特征信息。获取当前用户的特征信息后,与预设特征信息进行匹配。如指纹识别,对当前用户采集到的指纹图像的特征数据和预存在终端上的预设指纹特征数据进行匹配,计算它们的相似程度,最终得到两个指纹的匹配结果。由于静脉识别和/或指纹识别和/或语音识别得到的特征信息具体稳定性,通过与预设特征信息进行匹配,可以进一步判断当前用户是否为终端主人,或者终端主人预存在终端上的熟悉的其他人的操作,以防止他人误操作。若匹配,执行 S102;若不匹配,执行S107。
S102,获取并判断特征信息所属类型。
其中,特征信息所属类型包括第一特征类型和第二特征类型,其中,第一特征类型包括指纹特征或者静脉特征,第二特征类型包括语音特征。可以理解地,在用户遇到紧急情况或者危险情况时,若还来得及接触终端,可以对终端进行相应的操作,就可以获取指纹特征或者静脉特征,对应地,特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型;若已经来不及或者不方便接触终端,可以获取语音特征,对应地,特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型。
S103,若特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作。其中,接触操作包括触摸操作或者握持动作。
S104,若接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、且接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值。
在本实施例中,该接触操作对应的压力值可以通过压力传感器检测得到,那么可以理解地,在终端上设置有压力传感器。本申请中,压力传感器的数量和设置的位置不限,如压力传感器可设置在终端的侧面或者屏幕下方或者终端的背部或者按键的下方等。若压力传感器设置在终端的侧面,如手机的侧面,那么检测到的接触操作可能是握持操作;若压力传感器设置在终端屏幕下方、终端背部等,如手机屏幕下方、手机背部等,那么检测到的接触操作可能是触摸操作。检测当前用户对终端的接触操作,并获取当前用户的接触操作,以及获取压力传感器检测到的该接触操作对应的压力值。
为了防止误触发,可在终端上设置并保存压力阈值和预设接触操作,如压力阈值500N,预设接触操作包括预设接触操作的手势和/或预设接触操作的参数,预设接触操作的手势如滑动触摸、点击触摸、按压等,预设接触操作的参数如滑动触摸的轨迹、点击触摸的次数、按压的时长等。
判断该接触操作是否满足预设条件,若接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息;若接触操作不满足预设条件,提示用户操作失败,具体地,通过触发终端振动预设次数以提示用户。
S105,若特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息。
S106,若根据语音识别算法识别出语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
S107,提示用户匹配失败,具体地,可通过触发终端振动第一预设次数来提醒用户。其中,第一预设次数可以为3次。
在步骤S104、S106中,触发终端发出求救信息,具体包括:触发终端的预设待触发功能模块启动相应操作以进行求救。其中,预设待触发功能模块包括信息发送模块、拨号功能模块、模拟来电模块。
若预设待触发功能模块包括信息发送模块,可以理解地,需要预先在终端上设置要发送的求救信息、联系人(如可以是真实姓名,也可以是聊天工具如微信等用户昵称)和/或联系人的联系方式(如电话)。其中,要发送的求救信息包括要发送的短信信息以及终端所在的位置信息。若联系人是聊天工具如微信等用户昵称,可以理解地,将要发送的求救信息发送到微信等昵称对应的用户上。要发送的求救信息即为预设的求救信息,联系人即为预设联系人。如若预设联系人是微信用户昵称,那么将预设的求救信息发送至该微信用户昵称对应的用户上,发送的求救信息如:“我在xx地可能有危险,请快点来。”,其中,xx地是通过GPS定位信息获取并发送给预设联系人,可以是具体的文字信息,也可以只是定位的位置信息,也可以是文字信息加定位的位置信息的结合。通过发送信息给预设联系人,以让预设联系人了解用户的当前情况,以进行求救。
若预设待触发功能模块包括拨号功能模块,可以理解地,需要预先在终端上设置联系人的电话。该联系人即为预设联系人。对应地,通过触发拨号功能模块拨通预设联系人的电话以进行求救。
若预设待触发功能模块包括模拟来电模块,可以理解地,需要预先在终端上设置来电的相关信息,如来电的联系人、电话号码、来电铃声或者振动等。对应地,通过触发模拟来电模块模块来电以进行自救。通过模拟来电,以在紧急情况时,让对方认为你在跟别人通话,减少危险情况的发生的几率。
若预设待触发功能模块包括信息发送模块、拨号功能模块,对应地,通过触发信息发送模块将预设的求救信息发送给预设联系人,同时触发去电拨号功能模块拨通预设联系人的电话,以进行求救。其中,信息发送模块的预设联系人和去电拨号功能模块的预设联系人,可以是同一人,也可以不是同一人。通过同时发送信息以及去电拨号进行求救,增加了求救的渠道,可以让被求救人得到更多关于求救人的信息,提高求救成功率。
若预设待触发功能模块包括信息发送模块、模拟来电模块,对应地,触发预设待触发功能模块启动相应操作以进行求救,包括:触发信息发送模块将预设的求救信息发送给预设联系人,同时触发模拟来电模块模拟来电,以进行求救。通过同时发送信息以及模拟来电,提高了逃离危险的成功率。
在其他实施例中,待触发功能模块还可以包括其他的模块,如录音模块。对应地,通过触发录音模块以将当时场景的声音录制下来。
在其他实施例中,若终端上的预设待触发功能模块同时有多个,那么可以对多个不同的预设待触发功能模块设置不同的预设操作和压力阈值。如预设的待触发功能模块包括信息发送模块、拨号功能模块,如信息发送模块设置的预设操作是点击触摸操作,如三次点击触摸操作,设置的压力阈值是500N;拨号功能模块设置的预设操作是滑动触摸操作,如滑动触摸操作的轨迹是S,设置的压力阈值是800N。在当前用户遇到紧急情况或者危险情况时,当检测到触摸操作操作是三次点击触摸操作,压力值大于500N,触发信息发送模块将预设的求救信息发送给预设联系人。当检测到触摸操作是S轨迹的滑动触摸操作,压力值大于800N,触发拨号功能模块拨通预设联系人的电话。
具体地,如图2所示,若接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、且接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值,即步骤S104包括S201-S203。
S201,判断接触操作是否满足第一预设条件,其中,第一预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且压力值大于压力阈值的持续时长达到第一预设时长。可选地,第一预设时长为5秒。
S202,若接触操作满足第一预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
S203,若接触操作不满足第一预设条件,提示用户操作失败,具体地,通过触发终端振动第一预设次数以提示用户。
该实施例中,通过进一步判断该接触操作是否满足第一预设条件,若满足第一预设条件,即接触操作为预设接触操作、接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且检测到压力值大于压力阈值的持续时长达到第一预设时间,再触发终端发出求救信息,以进一步防止误触发。
在其他实施例中,如图3所示,若接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、且接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值,即步骤S104包括S301-S303。
S301,判断接触操作是否满足第二预设条件,其中,第二预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且在第二预设时长内压力值大于压力阈值的次数达到第二预设次数。可选地,第二预设时长为5秒,第二预设次数为3次。可以理解地,若用户是间断性的按压终端,或者用户是持续性的按压终端但是力度有大有小,那么在第二预设时长内,压力 传感器检测到的压力值大于压力阈值可能是间断性的。若压力传感器检测到的压力值小于压力阈值,接着检测到压力值大于压力阈值,后又检测到压力值小于压力阈值,那么无论压力值大于压力阈值的持续时间是多长,检测到压力值大于压力阈值的次数只算一次。
S302,若接触操作满足第二预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
S303,若接触操作不满足第二预设条件,提示用户操作失败,具体地,可通过触发终端振动第一预设次数以提示用户。
该实施例中,通过进一步判断该接触操作是否满足第二预设条件,若满足第二预设条件,即接触操作为预设接触操作、接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且在第二预设时长内压力值大于压力阈值的次数达到第二预设次数,才触发终端发出求救信息,以进一步防止误触发。
具体地,如图4所示,若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息,即步骤S106包括S401-S405。
S401,根据语音识别算法识别语音信息中的字数及情感特征值。其中,根据语音的特征参数如语速、瞬时能量、瞬时过零率、共振峰、基频等将情绪分为悲伤、平静、喜悦、愤怒、惊奇、恐惧、厌恶等,给识别出的每一种情绪赋予不同的值,将该值称为情感特征值。如情感特征值的范围在0-10,将恐惧所对应的情感特征值设为1,将愤怒所对应的情感特征值设为3,将厌恶所对应的情感特征值设置4,将喜悦所对应的情感特征值设为10等。在汉语中语音识别中的字数为汉字的个数,在英语中语音识别中的字数指的是单词的个数。可以理解地,人在危险情况或者紧急情况时,语音中含有恐惧情绪的情况比较多,因此将恐惧所对应的情感特征值设为较小的值。另一方面,语音信息中的字数越少,表明情况越危险,可以理解为,用户在很紧急或者很危险的情况下,来不及说太多关于自己所处情况的话。
S402,根据预设公式计算语音特征值,其中,预设公式为:语音特征值=字数*第一权重+情感特征值*第二权重,其中,第一权重+第二权重=1。可选地,第一权重为0.6,第二权重为0.4,第一权重和第二权重也可以是其他的值。如若根据语音识别算法识别语音信息中的字数为5个字,情感特征值为3,那么最后计算出的语音特征值为5*0.6+3*0.4=4.2。
S403,判断语音特征值是否在预设语音阈值范围内。其中,预设语音阈值范围根据字数及情感特征值设定,如预设语音阈值范围可以为0~10。
S404,若语音特征值在预设语音阈值范围内,确定语音信息为求救请求, 触发终端发出求救信息。
S405,若语音特征值超过预设语音阈值范围,确定语音信息不为求救请求,提示用户操作失败,具体地,可通过触发终端振动第一预设次数以提示用户。
该实施例在特征信息为语音特征的情况下,根据语音识别算法识别出的字数、情感特征值和预设公式计算语音特征值,若语音特征值在预设语音阈值范围内,确定语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息,进一步防止误触发。
在其他实施例中,语音识别算法包括语音关键词识别算法,语音关键词识别指的是从语音中识别出预先设定的关键词。如图5所示,若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息,即步骤S106包括S501-S504。
S501,根据语音关键词识别算法识别语音信息中的关键词及情感特征值。具体地,请参看步骤S401的描述。
S502,判断关键词是否包括预设关键词、且情感特征值是否在预设情感特征值阈值范围内。
S503,若关键词包括预设关键词、且情感特征值在预设情感特征值阈值范围内,确定语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。其中,预设关键词可以设置为“救命”、“help”等,也可以是预先设定的个性化的词语。预设情感特征值阈值范围根据情感特征值的值来确定,如预设情感特征值阈值范围为0~4。
S504,否则,提示用户操作失败,具体地,可通过触发终端振动第一预设次数以提示用户。
该实施例在特征信息为语音特征的情况下,通过语音识别算法识别出语音特征中的关键词、情感特征值,若关键词为预设关键词,情感特征值在预设情感特征值阈值范围内,确定语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息,进一步防止误触发。
图6是本申请实施例提供的一种求救装置的示意性框图。该装置40包括获取判断单元601、类型获取单元602、操作获取单元603、第一触发单元604、语音获取单元605、第二触发单元606、匹配提示单元607。
获取判断单元601用于获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配。
类型获取单元602用于获取并判断特征信息所属类型。
其中,特征信息所属类型包括第一特征类型和第二特征类型,其中,第一 特征类型包括指纹特征或者静脉特征,第二特征类型包括语音特征。
操作获取单元603用于若特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作。其中,接触操作包括触摸操作或者握持动作。
第一触发单元604用于若接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、且接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值。
语音获取单元605用于若特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息,其中,第二特征类型包括语音特征。
第二触发单元606用于若根据语音识别算法识别出语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
匹配提示单元607用于若当前用户的特征信息与预设特征信息不匹配,提示用户匹配失败。
在第一触发单元604和第二触发单元606中,触发终端发出求救信息,具体包括:触发终端的预设待触发功能模块启动相应操作以进行求救。其中,预设待触发功能模块包括信息发送模块、拨号功能模块、模拟来电模块。
图7为本申请实施例提供的第一触发单元604的示意性框图。该第一触发单元604包括第一条件判断单元701、第一条件触发单元702、第一条件提示单元703。
第一条件判断单元701用于判断接触操作是否满足第一预设条件,其中,第一预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且压力值大于压力阈值的持续时长达到第一预设时长。第一条件触发单元702用于若接触操作满足第一预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。第一条件提示单元703用于若接触操作不满足第一预设条件,提示用户操作失败。
图8为本申请另一实施例提供的第一触发单元604的示意性框图。该第一触发单元604包括第二条件判断单元801、第二条件触发单元802、第二条件提示单元803。
第二条件判断单元801用于判断接触操作是否满足第二预设条件,其中,第二预设条件包括接触操作为预设接触操作、接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且在第二预设时长内压力值大于压力阈值的次数达到第二预设次数。第二条件触发单元802用于若接触操作满足第二预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。第二条件提示单元803用于若接触操作不满足第二预设条件,提示用户操作失败。
图9为本申请实施例提供的第二触发单元606的的示意性框图。该第二触发单元606包括第一识别单元901、计算单元902、阈值判断单元903、第一确定触发单元904、第一识别提示单元905。
第一识别单元901用于根据语音识别算法识别语音信息中的字数及情感特征值。计算单元902用于根据预设公式计算语音特征值,其中,预设公式为:语音特征值=字数*第一权重+情感特征值*第二权重,其中,第一权重+第二权重=1。阈值判断单元903用于判断语音特征值是否在预设语音阈值范围内。第一确定触发单元904用于若语音特征值在预设语音阈值范围内,确定语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。第一识别提示单元905若语音特征值超过预设语音阈值范围,确定语音信息不为求救请求,提示用户操作失败。
在其他实施例中,语音识别算法包括语音关键词识别算法,语音关键词识别指的是从语音中识别出预先设定的关键词。如图10所示,为本申请另一实施例提供的第二触发单元606的示意性框图。该第二触发单元606包括第二识别单元101、识别判断单元102、第二确定触发单元103、第二识别提示单元104。
第二识别单元101用于根据语音关键词识别算法识别语音信息中的关键词及情感特征值。具体地,请参看第一识别单元901的描述,在此不再赘述。识别判断单元102用于判断关键词是否包括预设关键词、且情感特征值是否在预设情感特征值阈值范围内。第二确定触发单元103用于若关键词包括预设关键词、且情感特征值在预设情感特征值阈值范围内,确定语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。第二识别提示单元104用于若关键词不包括预设关键词或者情感特征值不在预设情感特征值阈值范围内,提示用户操作失败。
上述求救装置的具体实现过程和达到的有益效果可参看前述方法实施例对应的描述,在此不再赘述。
上述求救装置可以实现为一种计算机程序的形式,该计算机程序可以在如图11所示的计算机设备上运行。
图11为本申请实施例提供的计算机设备的示意性框图。该计算机设备110可以是终端。该计算机设备110包括通过系统总线111连接的处理器112、存储器和网络接口113,其中,存储器可以包括非易失性存储介质114和内存储器115。该非易失性存储介质114可存储操作系统1141和计算机程序1142。该计算机程序1142被执行时,可使得处理器112执行一种求救方法。该处理器112用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备110的运行。该内存储器115中为非易失性存储介质中的计算机程序的运行提供环境,该计算机程序被 处理器112执行时,可使得处理器112执行一种求救方法。该网络接口113用于进行网络通信,如发送短信消息等。本领域技术人员可以理解,图11中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备110的限定,具体的计算机设备110可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
其中,所述处理器112用于运行存储在存储器中的计算机程序,以实现前述所述求救方法的任一实施例。
应当理解,在本申请实施例中,处理器112可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),该处理器112还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件等。其中,通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述程序指令被处理器执行时,实现前述求救方法的任一实施例。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以是终端的内部存储单元,例如终端的硬盘或内存。所述计算机可读存储介质也可以是终端的外部存储设备,例如所述终端上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡等。进一步地,所述计算机可读存储介质还可以既包括所述终端的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为了描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的设备、装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备、装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种求救方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配;
    若匹配,获取所述特征信息所属类型;
    若所述特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作,其中,所述第一特征类型包括指纹特征或者静脉特征;
    若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、且所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值;
    若所述特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息,其中,第二特征类型包括语音特征;
    若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息的步骤,包括:
    根据语音识别算法识别语音信息中的字数及情感特征值;
    根据预设公式计算语音特征值,其中,预设公式为:语音特征值=字数*第一权重+情感特征值*第二权重,其中,第一权重+第二权重=1;
    若所述语音特征值在预设语音阈值范围内,确定所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述语音识别算法包括语音关键词识别算法,所述若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息的步骤,包括:
    根据所述语音关键词识别算法识别所述语音信息中的关键词及情感特征值;
    若所述关键词包括预设关键词、且所述情感特征值在预设情感特征值阈值范围内,确定所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、且所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值的步骤,包括:
    判断所述接触操作是否满足第一预设条件,其中,所述第一预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且压力值大于压力阈值的持续时长达到第一预设时长;
    若所述接触操作满足所述第一预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作,且所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值的步骤,包括:
    判断所述接触操作是否满足第二预设条件,其中,所述第二预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且在第二预设时长内压力值大于压力阈值的次数达到第二预设次数;
    若所述接触操作满足所述第二预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
  6. 一种求救装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取判断单元,用于获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配;
    类型获取单元,用于获取所述特征信息所属类型;
    操作获取单元,用于若所述特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作,其中,所述第一特征类型包括指纹特征或者静脉特征;
    第一触发单元,用于若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、且所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值;
    语音获取单元,用于若所述特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息,其中,所述第二特征类型包括语音特征;
    第二触发单元,用于若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二触发单元,包括:
    第一识别单元,用于根据语音识别算法识别语音信息中的字数及情感特征 值;
    计算单元,用于根据预设公式计算语音特征值,其中,预设公式为:语音特征值=字数*第一权重+情感特征值*第二权重,其中,第一权重+第二权重=1;
    第一确定触发单元,用于若所述语音特征值在预设语音阈值范围内,确定所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述语音识别算法包括语音关键词识别算法,所述第二触发单元,包括:
    第二识别单元,用于根据所述语音关键词识别算法识别所述语音信息中的关键词及情感特征值;
    第二确定触发单元,用于若所述关键词包括预设关键词、且所述情感特征值在预设情感特征值阈值范围内,确定所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一触发单元,包括:
    第一条件判断单元,用于判断所述接触操作是否满足第一预设条件,其中,所述第一预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且压力值大于压力阈值的持续时长达到第一预设时长;
    第一条件触发单元,用于若所述接触操作满足所述第一预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一触发单元,包括:
    第一条件判断单元,用于判断所述接触操作是否满足第二预设条件,其中,所述第二预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且在第二预设时长内压力值大于压力阈值的次数达到第二预设次数;
    第二条件触发单元,用于若所述接触操作满足所述第二预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
  11. 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,所述计算机设备包括存储器,以及与所述存储器相连的处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储实现求救的计算机程序;所述处理器用于运行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序,以执行如下步骤:
    获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配;
    若匹配,获取所述特征信息所属类型;
    若所述特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作,其中,所述第一特征类型包括指纹特征或者静脉特征;
    若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、且所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值;
    若所述特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息,其中,第二特征类型包括语音特征;
    若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器在执行所述若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息时,具体执行如下步骤:
    根据语音识别算法识别语音信息中的字数及情感特征值;
    根据预设公式计算语音特征值,其中,预设公式为:语音特征值=字数*第一权重+情感特征值*第二权重,其中,第一权重+第二权重=1;
    若所述语音特征值在预设语音阈值范围内,确定所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述语音识别算法包括语音关键词识别算法,所述处理器在执行所述若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息时,具体执行如下步骤:
    根据所述语音关键词识别算法识别所述语音信息中的关键词及情感特征值;
    若所述关键词包括预设关键词、且所述情感特征值在预设情感特征值阈值范围内,确定所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器在执行所述若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息时,具体执行如下步 骤:
    判断所述接触操作是否满足第一预设条件,其中,所述第一预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且压力值大于压力阈值的持续时长达到第一预设时长;
    若所述接触操作满足所述第一预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器在执行所述若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息时,具体执行如下步骤:
    判断所述接触操作是否满足第二预设条件,其中,所述第二预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值、且在第二预设时长内压力值大于压力阈值的次数达到第二预设次数;
    若所述接触操作满足所述第二预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,所述程序指令被处理器执行时,实现如下步骤:
    获取当前用户的特征信息并判断当前用户的特征信息是否与预设特征信息相匹配;
    若匹配,获取所述特征信息所属类型;
    若所述特征信息所属类型为第一特征类型,获取当前用户对终端的接触操作,其中,所述第一特征类型包括指纹特征或者静脉特征;
    若所述接触操作满足预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述接触操作为预设接触操作、且所述接触操作对应的压力值大于压力阈值;
    若所述特征信息所属类型为第二特征类型,获取当前用户的语音信息,其中,第二特征类型包括语音特征;
    若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器在执行所述若根据语音识别算法识别出所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发 出求救信息时,具体实现如下步骤:
    根据语音识别算法识别语音信息中的字数及情感特征值;
    根据预设公式计算语音特征值,其中,预设公式为:语音特征值=字数*第一权重+情感特征值*第二权重,其中,第一权重+第二权重=1;
    若所述语音特征值在预设语音阈值范围内,确定所述语音信息为求救请求,触发终端发出求救信息。

    若所述接触操作满足所述第一预设条件,触发终端发出求救信息。
