当用户遇到人身安全方面麻烦需要紧急求助时,用户通过手机等智能终端,方便、快捷、安全地实现紧急报警和求助,同时还可以提供远程定位跟踪和远程帮助等服务。可直接使用收到的鉴权信息及综合信息平台地址,登陆到系统及时了解求救者位置等信息,且还可以通过综合平台对求助终端进行远程协助和远程服务等操作。

实施例一
如图1所示,实施例一提供一种终端信息处理方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S11、所述终端检测是否有报警信号到来;
步骤S12、在检测到报警信号后,执行相应的报警操作;
其中,所述接收到报警信号包括:检测到终端报警按键被触发,例如在预设时间内接收按键的次数达到预设阈值。
其中,所述报警按键可以与终端任意一物理按键复用,例如和开关机键复用。
实施例二
如图2所示,实施例二提供一种终端信息处理方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201、求助终端(或称报警终端)向安全服务器发送鉴权信息;
步骤202、提示用户预设紧急报警号码;
在本实施例中,应用界面默认为3个联系人,用户可以自行添加,还可以限制一个预设紧急报警号码的上限,例如最多预设10个联系人。
本实施例中,在首次开机和恢复出厂设置后开机,开机向导在最后一步提示用户设置紧急报警号码,也可以提供菜单或者其他接口供用户在任意时 间修改。
上述步骤201、步骤202与以下步骤203、步骤204可以分开执行。这两部分可分属不同的流程。
步骤203、检测是否满足触发报警的条件;
触发条件可以预设,该实施例中,采用检测一预设按键是否被触发作为触发报警的条件,可选物理按键(下称报警按键)作为触发报警的条件。
报警按键可以与终端任意一物理按键复用,本实施例采用开关机键和报警按键复用的形式,减少终端外壳一个物理按键,同时满足美观和节省空间的需求。
复用过程中,终端检测在短时间内多次短按报警按键,以短时间内多次短按电源键作为满足触发的条件,例如2秒内5次短按电源键,触发报警条件满足后,跳至步骤204。
步骤204、执行报警操作;
执行报警操作包括以下多种方式的一种或多种的组合。
一、发送报警信息
本实施例中发送报警信息包括以下几个步骤,见图7:
步骤701、终端通过第一鉴权信息和安全服务器建立连接;
其中,终端内预置有第一鉴权信息和安全服务器的网址,所述终端通过网址访问所述服务器,并通过第一鉴权信息进行鉴权,鉴权通过后进行连接。
步骤702、获取终端报警信息;
所述报警信息包括终端当前的位置信息,还可以包括打开录音机获取音视频信息和/或图片信息;
该实施例中,在检测到触发报警条件满足后,自动打开终端内预置的全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)和数据业务;打开GPS的目的是为了时时获取终端当前地理位置信息,打开数据业务的目的是为了将地理位置信息发送出去。
步骤703、发送所述终端获取的报警信息;
所述报警信息包括以下信息的一种或多种:终端的当前位置信息、音视频信息、图片信息;
本实施例中选择周期性发送所述终端获取的报警信息,例如以每1分钟发送一次的频率发送所述当前位置信息和/或音视频信息;直到该报警操作退出。
步骤704、发送所述服务器地址和鉴权信息给所述预设的紧急报警号码。
该步骤中,还可以将报警信息发送给所述预设的紧急报警号码。
所述紧急报警号码终端(也可称为所述紧急报警号码所属终端,又称为协助终端)访问所述安全服务器并通过所述鉴权信息和所述安全服务器建立连接。安全服务器允许建立连接后的协助终端获取所述报警信息。
如果数据业务/或GPS正常,则发送所述终端的位置信息,如经纬度信息、位置字符串等;如果GPS和数据业务都不正常,则发送当前手机注册的基站客户身份号(Customer Identity,CID)信息。
安全服务器接收求助终端上传的位置信息和录音等信息,这样就可以实现对求助终端进行远程定位跟踪、重复播放求助终端现场的录音等信息;此外,安全服务器还可以为求助终端提供远程协助等服务,比如为求助终端发送具有高隐蔽性的提示反馈暗语,求助终端接收此暗语后,进行相应的提示,如让终端轻微震动等反馈提示动作。
发送报警信息的另一实施例,如图8所示,发送报警信息包括:
步骤801、报警应用启动后,获取终端当前的位置信息;
该实施例中,在检测到触发报警条件满足后,自动打开终端内预置的全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)和数据业务;打开GPS的目的是为了时时获取终端当前地理位置信息,打开数据业务的目的是为了将地理位置信息发送出去。
步骤802、发送所述终端获取的当前位置信息;
本实施例中选择周期性发送所述终端获取的当前位置信息,例如以每1分钟发送一次的频率发送所述当前位置信息;直到该报警应用退出。
该实施例中,选择以短信方式发送当前位置信息到所述预设的紧急报警 号码。

二、开启通话功能
本实施例中,如图3所示,开启通话功能包括以下几个步骤:
步骤5041、依次拨打紧急报警号码电话;
本实施例中,采用轮流拨打预设紧急报警号码的方式,如果第一紧急报警号码未接通,再继续拨打第二紧急报警号码,当呼叫用户设置的最后一位紧急报警号码仍未接通,则循环至第一联系人,拨打电话均在后台进行,并不显示拨打界面。
步骤5042、关闭听筒(receiver)和话筒(speaker),仅麦克工作;
在检测到数据业务和语音业务并发时,终端优先处理语音业务。
步骤5043(可选)、删除报警过程中所有通信记录;
步骤205、结束报警操作:
本实施例中,结束报警操作的方式比较常用,本实施例提供两种结束报警操作的方式:向用户提供应用菜单里选择退出,并确认后,该应用关闭;或者向用户提供长按虚拟健操作,可以退出当前页面,但应用需在后台运行。
求助终端检测到触发报警按键后,立即向所述求助终端上预设的所有紧急报警号码发送报警信息,其中发短信与打电话可并发开启,发送的短信信息包含位置信息。如果一协助终端打不通,即刻呼叫另外的协助终端,当通话连接建立成功后,所述求助终端只开启麦克,协助终端可以听到求助终端现场情况。
或者求助终端检测到触发报警按键后,立即向所述求助终端上预设的所有紧急报警号码通过短信的形式发送访问信息,其中发短信与打电话可并发开启,并将报警信息发送到安全服务器,其中,发送的短信信息包含安全服务器地址和鉴权信息,报警信息包括求助终端的位置信息和/或音视频信息。如果一个协助终端打不通,即刻呼叫另外的协助终端,当通话连接建立成功 后,所述求助终端只开启麦克,协助终端可以听到求助终端现场情况。
协助终端收到求助终端的报警信息后,协助终端自动注册到安全服务器,通过安全服务器地址和鉴权信息登录所述安全服务器,安全服务器返回给协助终端关于求助终端的报警信息:位置、音视频信息等;协助终端也可以通过安全服务器向求助终端发起暗语,通知求助终端信息已经被关注。
实施例三
如图4所示,实施例三为终端结构示意图:

报警按键41和处理器42,其中,所述报警按键41可以和开关机键复用;
所述处理器42设置为执行:

实施例四
实施例四为一种求助系统实施例结构示意图。
如图5所示的求助系统包括求助终端51和协助终端52,求助终端51既可以高隐蔽性的方式向外界发送求助信息,同时也可以从外界安全地获取应答信息,协助终端52具备通信功能,该协助终端52即为所述紧急报警号码所属终端,协助终端52可以实时接收求助终端发送的报警信息。
如图5所示的求助系统还可以包括安全服务器53(Service)。协助终端52可以根据求助终端发送的安全服务器授权账户信息,登录到安全服务器上,获取所述求助终端发送的报警信息。
安全服务器53可以接收求助终端51上传的位置和录音等信息,这样就可以实现对求助终端进行远程定位跟踪、重复播放求助终端现场的录音等信 息;此外,安全服务器还可以为求助终端提供远程协助等服务,比如为求助终端发送具有高隐蔽性的提示反馈暗语,求助终端接收此暗语后,进行相应的提示,如让终端轻微震动等反馈提示动作。安全服务器53还可以根据求助终端发送的鉴权信息与协助终端建立连接,允许协助终端获取求助终端的报警信息。
应用场景见图11,包括:
S301:接收求助终端的自动注册请求,并生成鉴权等反馈信息,返回给求助终端;
S302:接收求助终端的求助信息;
S303:收集求助终端位置、录音等信息;
S304:提供远程协助等服务操作,如向求助终端发送暗语提示信息,表明求助信息已得到关注和应答;
S305:接受协助终端通过安全鉴权等信息登录到安全服务器,尔后就可以通过安全服务器查看详细的报警、位置跟踪等信息,此外,还可以进行远程协助操作。
实施例五
如图6所示,本实施例一种信息处理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤601,求助终端向安全服务器注册自己的信息;
求助终端和安全服务器通过无线网络连接,求助终端中预设有安全服务器的互联网地址,例如统一资源定位器(Uniform Resource Locator,URL)。注册信息包括用户名和密码,用户名比如可以是求助终端号码,求助终端向安全服务器注册成功后将所述注册信息作为鉴权信息保存,安全服务器只有在接收所述签权信息后,可以和终端传输数据。
步骤602,当用户遇到危险时,启动紧急按键;
紧急按键为虚拟按键或者物理按键,本实施例中,选择物理按键作为紧急按键。为了不增加终端的体积,选择和终端目前已有的物理按键复用,例 如选择紧急按键与终端开关机键复用。
步骤603、终端接收到紧急按键满足触发紧急报警的条件时,执行报警操作;
本实施例中,紧急按键满足触发紧急报警的条件是:
检测到紧急按键在一时间段内接收到多次短按信号,则执行报警操作,可选的,紧急按键满足触发紧急报警的条件可以根据用户需求自行修改。例如求助终端向用户提供修改界面,如2秒内短按3次,或者4次。
执行报警操作的方式包括但不局限与以下几种方式:
将访问信息发送给协助终端,并将求助终端报警信息,例如求助终端当前的位置、音视频等信息发送至安全服务器,可选的,求助终端每间隔一段时间,周期性将位置信息发送到安全服务器
所述访问信息包括安全服务器地址和鉴权信息、协助终端要通过所述安全服务器地址访问安全服务器,并通过鉴权信息完成鉴权过程后,获取所述求助终端的报警信息。协助终端要访问求助终端所需的权限信息可以为求助终端相同的登录名称和密码。
步骤604、安全服务器根据接收到的求助终端位置信息计算出轨迹路线;
安全服务器的数据库中记录下该求助终端对应求助终端发送的位置信息,安全服务器将所述位置信息在预设电子地图(如GOOOGLE MAP或者国内的百度地图)上标出,比如在安全服务器的地图上呈现出求助者的位置,进行位置定位;同时可以在地图上呈现出求助者的轨迹路线,从而进行位置跟踪。
步骤S605、协助终端收到求助终端求助信息后,根据获取到的权限信息登陆安全服务器,获取求助终端的位置、音视频等信息;
步骤606、安全服务器在协助终端访问后对求助终端进行反馈;
协助终端通过安全服务器向求助终端发送高隐秘的暗语进行反馈。例如:协助终端在安全服务器上向求助终端发送暗语,此暗语为安全服务器与求助终端间定义的一组内部指令,此指令在传送的过程中是加密的。求助终端收到加密指令后,根据预先预制定义的规则和算法进行解密,然后在求助终端 上转义执行此指令,比如执行一定幅度震动等。安全服务器通过暗语的形式通知求助终端自己的求助信息已被关注。
使用场景和方法见图12。
步骤S401,求助终端向安全服务器S注册自己的信息,包括注册账号等,用于管理自身相关的信息,并作为鉴权信息保存,用于在发送访问信息给协助终端;协助终端通过鉴权信息登录S关注求助终端的信息,例如,求助通过手机号码向S注册,注册成功后返回鉴权信息;
步骤S402,求助终端在触发报警按键后,立刻启动网络和GPS,并定位当前的位置信息;
步骤S403,求助终端将报警信息(包含但不限于位置信息、录音、预设求助信息等)通过网络发送给S;
步骤S404,在步骤S403的传送信息至S的同时,求助终端向预设的协助终端号码,即上述的紧急报警号码发送访问信息,发短信与打电话并发开启,发送的短信信息包含安全服务器地址、鉴权等信息;
步骤S405,协助终端在收到求助终端的访问信息后,在存在网络的情况下通过鉴权信息登录至S;
步骤S406,协助终端从S获取到求助终端的报警信息,例如位置地图、轨迹、以及录音等信息;
步骤S407,协助终端通过S向求助终端发起暗语(暗语内容在求助终端上上不保存记录)等远程协助服务。

    在检测到报警信号后,执行报警操作。

  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的终端信息处理方法,其中,所述检测到终端报警按键被触发包括:
    检测到所述终端报警按键在预设时间内接收按键的次数达到预设阈值。

  15. 一种终端信息处理方法,包括:
    安全服务器和报警终端通过鉴权信息建立连接后,接收来自所述报警终 端的报警信息,所述报警信息由所述报警终端在检测到报警信号后发送,其中,所述检测到报警信号包括:检测到终端报警按键被触发;
    所述安全服务器通过所述鉴权信息和协助终端建立连接,允许所述协助终端获取所述报警终端的报警信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的信息处理方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述安全服务器检测到所述协助终端获取所述报警终端的报警信息之后,向所述报警终端发送反馈信息。
  17. 一种安全服务器,包括:第一鉴权单元和第二鉴权单元,其中:
    所述第一鉴权单元,设置为与报警终端通过鉴权信息建立连接后,接收来自所述报警终端的报警信息,所述报警信息由所述报警终端在检测到报警信号后发送,其中,所述检测到报警信号包括:检测到终端报警按键被触发;
    所述第二鉴权单元,设置为通过所述鉴权信息与协助终端建立连接,允许所述协助终端获取所述报警终端的报警信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的安全服务器,
    所述安全服务器还包括反馈单元,其设置为在检测到所述协助终端获取所述报警终端的报警信息后,向所述报警终端发送反馈信息。
  19. 一种报警系统,包括:如权利要求10-13中任一项所述的报警终端,协助终端和安全服务器,其中:
    所述报警终端设置为:将报警信息发送到所述安全服务器;
    所述安全服务器设置为:根据鉴权信息与协助终端建立连接,允许所述协助终端获取所述报警终端的报警信息;
    所述协助终端为紧急报警号码所属终端,其设置为从所述安全服务器获取所述报警终端发送的报警信息。
  20. 一种终端,包括:
    检测单元,设置为检测是否有报警信号,其中,所述接收到报警信号包括:检测到终端报警按键被触发;以及
    执行单元,设置为在检测到报警信号后,执行报警操作。
  21. 一种终端信息处理方法,包括:
    接收报警终端的访问信息,所述访问信息包括安全服务器地址和鉴权信息;
    通过所述鉴权信息与所述安全服务器建立连接后,从所述安全服务器获取所述报警终端的报警信息。
  22. 一种终端,包括:接收模块和获取模块,其中:
    所述接收模块,设置为接收报警终端的访问信息,所述访问信息包括安全服务器地址和鉴权信息;
    所述获取模块,设置为通过所述鉴权信息与所述安全服务器建立连接,从所述安全服务器获取所述报警终端的报警信息。
  23. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
