在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸地连接,或者一体地连接;可以是机械连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
此外,在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。若本说明书中出现“工序”的用语,其不仅是指独立的工序,在与其它工序无法明确区别时,只要能实现该工序所预期的作用则也包括在本用语中。另外,本说明书中用“~”表示的数值范围是指将“~”前后记载的数值分别作为最小值及最大值包括在内的范围。在附图中,结构相似或相同的单元用相同的标号表示。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明一实施例提供的一种平板电脑保护壳,该平板电脑保护壳包括:保护膜1、限位框2和保护壳体3;其中,
保护膜1设置在限位框2的上部,限位框2的框体内侧的四边均设置有限位条21,该限位框2与保护膜1的接触部分22处于一水平面,该限位条21用于对平板电脑限位防止平板电脑在限位框2内移动,限位框2与保护壳体3卡接固定。
本发明一实施例提供的技术方案将保护膜1设置在限位框2的上部,这样平板电脑就无需保护膜就能够起到屏幕的保护作用,另外,限位框2与保护壳体3卡接固定,这样该保护壳体3就能起到保护作用,而设置在顶面的保护膜1可以保护平板电脑的屏幕,这样平板电脑就可以不需要贴膜也能够起到保护的作用,此设计的难点在于需要保证保护膜1与平板电脑屏幕所有的地方的间隙小于0.1mm,因为一段保护膜与平板电脑屏幕的距离大于0.1mm以后,触摸控制的精度就会大大的降低,本发明实施例采用两个方案来保证0.1mm,首先,将限位框2的内侧的四边均设置限位条,这样四边的限位条就能够将整个平板电脑固定限位与限位框内,这样就能够放置平板电脑移动,另外,在将接触保护膜的框体接触部分设置在同一水平面,就能够实现整个平板电脑屏幕距离与保护膜的距离小于0.1mm,所以其具有保护效果好的优点。
可选的,上述保护壳体3与平板电脑的接触面(即顶面)设置有多个槽体,槽体内设置有弹性体4,该弹性体4的材料包括但不限于:海绵、橡胶等具有弹性的材料,在该保护壳体3上设置弹性体对平板电脑能够起到一定的减震的功能。
可选的,上述保护壳体3的底面设置有支撑装置。设置该支撑装置能够方便用户支撑平板电脑,以达到长期使用平板电脑的作用。
可选的,上述支撑装置(如图2所示)包括:滑动板50、角度板51和支撑板52,其中,保护壳体3的底面设置有与滑动板50配合的滑动槽35,滑动板50与角度板51的一端折叠固定,角度板51的另一端与支撑板52的一端折叠固定,支撑板52的另一端与支撑装置的底面转动连接。
将该支撑装置设置成3个部分,并且3个部分设置成折叠固定的方式是因为此设置可以提交支撑装置的支撑稳定性,因为对于3个部分来说,仅仅只有在3个部件的连接部才能能够折叠或转动,其他的部分无法折叠或转动,这样必将大大增强3个部分的机械稳定性,从而增加支撑装置的受力强度,另外,在支撑装置不使用时,又可以将其收回成与底面平行或平齐,这样又不影响平板电脑的正常使用,所以该支撑装置具有支撑性能好的优点。
可选的,上述支撑板52的支撑面(即与用户手接触面)的两端设置有U型槽55,U型槽55的开口端与支撑面固定。设置U型槽55有两个作用,其一,其可以在高度上起到一定的支撑作用,其二,其可以在U型槽的槽口加装扶手带,这样方便用户拿住该平板电脑。
可选的,上述限位框2和保护壳体3的一侧设置有按键槽口6,按键保护套80卡接固定于该按键槽口6内,此设置主要是为了使得一个保护套能够被多个平板电脑使用,因为对于平板电脑来说,其外形尺寸相对固定,例如苹果的ipad系列,大部分均为9.7英寸的外形尺寸,其不同的地方在于,厚度有细微的差别以及按键有细纹的差别,所以设置一个按键槽口6就可以避免这样的差别,而设置弹性体4可以避免高度的差别,所以其具有适用性强的优点。
可选的,上述所述保护膜包括:AG膜、180或360度防窥膜材料、钢化玻璃、PC膜、PET膜、防爆膜或导电片。
使用上述材料以后的保护膜具有触控效果好,防炫目,防窥和保护性好的优点。上述抗眩材料、180或360度防窥膜材料、防爆膜材料均可以采用现有技术的材料。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,所述平板电脑保护壳包括:保护膜(1)、限位框(2)和保护壳体(3);其中,
    保护膜(1)设置在限位框(2)的上部,限位框(2)的框体内侧的四边均设置有至少一个限位条(21),限位框(2)与保护膜(1)的接触部分(22)处于一水平面,限位条(21)用于对平板电脑限位防止平板电脑在限位框(2)内移动,限位框(2)与保护壳体(3)卡接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,所述保护壳体(3)与平板电脑的接触面设置有多个槽体,槽体内设置有弹性体(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,保护壳体(3)的底面设置有支撑装置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,所述支撑装置包括:滑动板(50)、角度板(51)和支撑板(52),其中,保护壳体(3)的底面设置有与滑动板(50)配合的滑动槽(35),滑动板(50)与角度板(51)的一端折叠固定,角度板(51)的另一端与支撑板(52)的一端折叠固定,支撑板(52)的另一端与支撑装置的底面转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,支撑板(52)的支撑面的两端设置有U型槽(55),U型槽(55)的开口端与支撑面固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,平板电脑保护壳还包括扶手带,扶手带的两端分别与U型槽(55)固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1—6任一所述的平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,限位框(2)和保护壳体(3)的一侧设置有按键槽口(6),按键保护套(80)卡接固定于按键槽口(6)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1—6任一所述的平板电脑保护壳,其特征在于,所述保护膜包括:AG膜、180或360度防窥膜材料、钢化玻璃、PC膜、PET膜、防爆膜或导电片。
