智能烹饪设备和智能烹饪系统及其辅助方法
技术领域
本发明涉及智能厨房的技术领域,更具体地说是指智能烹饪设备、包括该智能烹饪设备的智能烹饪辅助系统以及包括该智能烹饪辅助系统的烹饪辅助方法。
背景技术
想要系统的学习烹饪,不仅需要理论基础,还取决于技艺的水平。目前年轻人对于烹饪缺乏理论基础更缺乏技艺,技艺往往是需要很多的实践才能得来的。
目前当遇到不会做的菜的时候,部分人是选择网上搜索如何做自己想要的菜,根据网上提供的步骤一步步的操作,但是这样往往做出来的菜色香味并不能达到理想的状态,比如炒菜控制几分钟,火候的控制等等都是影响菜味道的重要因素;还有部分人通过购买烹饪专业书籍当然比菜谱系统得多,但专业名词多,而且烹饪的特点之一就是实践性很强,光靠书学起来并不容易。
针对上述的问题,采用“智能烹饪”以及“烹饪辅助”关键词搜索到相关专利11篇,其中,中国专利号 201420200971.6提及型提供了一种具有自动学习功能的智能灶,该智能灶包括安装于灶台的系统控制器、加热机构、搅拌机构、料盒机构、加料机构、测温机构、人机界面和通讯接口,所述系统控制器根据其自身存有的烹饪程序或者通过通讯接口从外部得到的烹饪程序控制智能灶进行自动烹饪。中国专利号201520481091.5提及了及一种具备食物烹饪指示功能的简易智能橱柜,包括橱柜本体,橱柜本体上另设智能提示终端装置,智能提示终端装置包括定位滑槽、安装滑块、连接卡扣、智能终端机构、辅助扬声器及辅助电源,其中定位滑槽嵌于橱柜本体上表面,安装滑块下表面与定位滑槽滑动连接,安装滑块另与连接卡扣铰接,智能终端机构另与连接卡扣连接,辅助扬声器和辅助电源均嵌于安装滑块内部,并通过导线与智能终端机构电气连接。中国专利号201210171254.0提及一种包含更丰富、更智能信息的菜谱,以及能利用此菜谱信息对烹饪进行实时指导的烹饪辅助应用程序或智能烹饪设备。菜谱包含配料、用量、步骤、时间等信息,以统一的标准进行描述,基于此标准,应用程序可以理解此信息,并对烹饪者提供实时指导,比如烹饪前的准备步骤、时间,对于配料用量多少还可以根据人数的多少进行计算,烹饪过程中每步的时间、定时提醒等。应用程序对于整个过程进行主动指导,而不仅仅提供被动的信息查寻。并且基于此标准,可以开发可编程的智能烹饪设备,以菜谱信息为基础,设备即可自行完成烹饪的很多步骤,无需人工参与,或指导烹饪人员进行相应操作。
上述的专利中大多没有采用将辅助烹饪的方法与智能烹饪设备结合在一起,因此需要开发一种新的产品,实现智能烹饪设备与辅助烹饪结合,以及通过智能烹饪设备控制影响菜味道的重要因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供智能烹饪设备及智能烹饪辅助系统及方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:智能烹饪设备,包括控制开关切换装置、主控模块、定时器、第一无线通信模块和语音播放模块;

第一无线通信模块111接收到菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息后,传输到主控模块113,主控模块113处理分析下达的指令,按照指令的顺序控制智能电磁炉11的运行状态,操控控制开关切换装置117切换不同的烹饪模式,控制定时器114定时烹饪时间,时间到了,开关装置自动启动开关或者切换到其他烹饪模式,并且自动调整火候的大小,并且,将语音信息下达到语音播报模块115,语音播报模块115根据下达的命令步骤进行语音播报,提示烹饪者如何操作,辅助烹饪者烹饪。
上述的智能烹饪设备11,通过设置主控模块113,处理和下达从第一无线通信模块111所接收的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息,将指令下达到不同的模块去处理,控制控制开关切换装置117、定时器114、第一无线通信模块111和语音播报模块115之间的协调工作,智能化程度高、对于不会烹饪的人来说,得到了很好辅助指导,并且,语音播报模块115接收主控模块113的语音信息后,通过语音播放的方式提示烹饪者控制火候切换不同的模式等功能,使烹饪出来得菜色香味俱全。
在本实施例中,上述的智能烹饪设备11还包括温度采集器112,温度采集器112与主控模块113电性连接,温度采集器112用于采集智能烹饪设备11的温度,将该温度反馈到主控模块113,主控模块113可准确得知智能烹饪设备11所处的状态。
更进一步的,上述的智能烹饪设备11还包括监控模块116,所述的监控模块116用于监控各模块的工作状态,将监控的状态信息传递给主控模块113,主控模块113根据工作状态下达不同的指令,与主控模块113电性连接;监控模块116的实时监控可以提高操作的准确性。
另外,主控模块113内设有用于储存第一无线通信模块111所传达的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息的存储单元(图中未标出)。
上述的智能烹饪设备11上设有复位按键(图中未标出),所述的复位按键(图中未标出)与主控模块113内的存储单元(图中未标出)电性连接;烹饪者在每次进行新一次的烹饪时,都需要按下复位按键(图中未标出),对存储单元(图中未标出)进行清零,以防止上一个烹饪菜谱的操作流程指令与本烹饪菜谱的操作流程指令造成干扰。
本发明还提供了智能烹饪系统,包括上述的智能烹饪设备11以及移动终端10,其中,移动终端10用于搜索以及下载菜谱步骤以及语音信息,移动终端10内设有数据处理器103,用于将下载的菜谱步骤转化成菜谱操作流程指令后传输到第一无线通信模块,数据处理器103与第一无线通信模块111电性连接。
烹饪者通过在移动终端10上搜索菜谱,将菜谱步骤以及语音信息下载下来,菜谱步骤会经过数据处理器103转化成菜谱操作流程指令后,菜谱操作流程指令与语音信息一同发送到第一无线通信模块111,进行智能烹饪设备11的辅助烹饪。
为了实现移动终端10可以搜索、下载以及发送菜谱至智能电磁炉11,该移动终端10包括用于搜索菜谱的菜谱搜索模块101、用于下载菜谱搜索模块101所搜索到的菜谱的菜谱下载模块102以及用于将数据处理器103转化后的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息一同发送至第一无线通信模块111,菜谱搜索模块101与菜谱下载模块102电性连接,菜谱下载模块102与第二无线通信模块104电性连接,第二无线通信模块104与第一无线通信模块111电性连接。
在本实施例中,上述的第一无线通信模块111为蓝牙无线通信模块。
另外,上述的第二无线通信模块104为蓝牙无线通信模块。
于其他实施例,上述的第一无线通信模块111可以为其他无线通信设备,比如红外线通信模块等,并不局限于本实施例提供的蓝牙无线通信模块。
同样地,于其他实施例,上述的第二无线通信模块104可以为其他无线通信设备,比如红外线通信模块等,并不局限于本实施例提供的蓝牙无线通信模块。
本发明还提供了智能烹饪辅助方法,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤1:打开移动终端10搜索菜谱;
步骤2:利用菜谱下载模块下载菜谱以及语音信息,菜谱通过数据处理器103转化成菜谱操作流程指令;
步骤3:将数据处理器103转化后的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息一同发送至智能烹饪设备11;
步骤4:智能烹饪设备11的第一无线通信模块111接收菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息,传输到主控模块103,主控模块103对这些指令和信息进行处理分析;
步骤5:监控智能烹饪设备11的运行状态;
步骤6:控制智能烹饪设备11的控制开关装置进行烹饪不同模式、定时器、电源开关的智能切换以及语音播放。
另外,所述的步骤1中还包括打开移动终端10搜索智能烹饪设备11配对。
烹饪者打开移动终端10,搜索蓝牙设备与智能烹饪设备配对,搜索烹饪者想要烹饪的菜式,查看菜谱将其加载缓冲经过菜谱下载模块下载,经过数据处理器103转化,通过蓝牙无线通信模块将烹饪菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息一同传输至智能烹饪设备,智能烹饪设备11将接受的数据存储于存储模块112,主控模块113将信息进行处理分析,监控模块116监控智能电磁炉11各个模块的运行状态,并且主控模块113控制驱动各模块之间的工作,控制智能电磁炉11的控制开关切换成不同的模式,并驱动语音播报模块115进行语音播报。
在本实施例中,上述的步骤1,移动终端10内设有特定服务器,打开移动终端10的特定服务器,在该特定服务器利用关键词搜索的方法搜索菜谱。
在本实施例中,上述的智能烹饪设备11为智能电磁炉。
于其他实施例,上述的智能烹饪设备11可以为智能煤气炉等,并不局限于本实施例提供的智能电磁炉。

Claims (10)

  1. 智能烹饪设备,其特征在于,包括控制开关切换装置、主控模块、定时器、第一无线通信模块和语音播放模块;
    所述第一无线通信模块用于接收菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息;
    所述主控模块用于处理和下达从所述第一无线通信模块所接收的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息,将菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息下达到不同的模块去处理,并且进行控制所述控制开关切换装置、所述定时器、所述第一无线通信模块和所述语音播报模块之间的协调工作,与所述第一无线通信模块电性连接;
    所述控制开关切换装置用于控制电源开关的开启、定时器的定时、烹饪不同模式的选择切换,与所述主控模块电性连接;
    所述定时器用于设定烹饪的时间,当到达设定的时间时,自动关闭电源开关,与所述主控模块电性连接;
    所述语音播报模块用于播送出操作步骤及进行相应教学指导,与所述主控模块电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述智能烹饪设备包括温度采集器,所述温度采集器与所述主控模块电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述智能电磁炉包括监控模块,所述监控模块用于监控各模块的工作状态,将监控的状态信息传递给所述主控模块,所述主控模块根据工作状态下达不同的指令,与所述主控模块电性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的智能烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述主控模块内设有用于储存所述第一无线通信模块所传达的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息的存储单元。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能烹饪设备,其特征在于,所述智能烹饪设备上设有复位按键,所述的复位按键与所述主控模块内的存储单元电性连接。
  6. 智能烹饪系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至5任一项智能烹饪设备以及用于搜索以及下载所述菜谱步骤以及语音信息的移动终端,所述移动终端内设有将下载的菜谱步骤转化成菜谱操作流程指令后传输到所述第一无线通信模块的数据处理器,所述数据处理器与所述第一无线通信模块电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能烹饪系统,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括用于搜索菜谱的菜谱搜索模块、用于下载所述菜谱搜索模块所搜索到的菜谱的菜谱下载模块以及用于将所述数据处理器转化后的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息一同发送至所第一无线通信模块,所述菜谱搜索模块与所述菜谱下载模块电性连接,所述菜谱下载模块与第二无线通信模块电性连接,所述第二无线通信模块与所述第一无线通信模块电性连接。
  8. 智能烹饪辅助方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
    步骤1:打开移动终端搜索菜谱;
    步骤2:利用菜谱下载模块下载菜谱以及语音信息,菜谱通过数据处理器转化成菜谱操作流程指令;
    步骤3:将数据处理器转化后的菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息一同发送至智能烹饪设备;
    步骤4:智能烹饪设备的第一无线通信模块接收菜谱操作流程指令以及语音信息,传输到主控模块,主控模块对这些指令和信息进行处理分析;
    步骤5:监控智能烹饪设备运行状态;
    步骤6:控制智能烹饪设备的控制开关装置进行烹饪不同模式、定时器、电源开关的智能切换以及语音播放。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能烹饪辅助方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中还包括打开移动终端搜索智能烹饪设备配对。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能烹饪辅助方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,移动终端内设有特定服务器,打开移动终端的特定服务器,在该特定服务器利用关键词搜索的方法搜索菜谱。
