一种秸杆制浆废水处理系统,包括按制浆废水的流向依次连接的斜筛、初沉池、水解酸化池、EGSB双循环厌氧反应器、好氧生物曝气池、二沉池、絮凝沉淀池和中水池;其中,斜筛用于回收秸杆制浆废水中的纤维,中水池内的废水返回制浆车间,初沉池、EGSB双循环厌氧反应器、二沉池和絮凝沉淀池的排泥出口分别与污泥池入口连接,EGSB双循环厌氧反应器的沼气出口与沼气发电机组连接。与现有的秸杆制浆废水处理相比,所述的秸杆制浆废水处理系统能够实现制浆废水的封闭循环再利用,达到污染零排放,节约用水。

Description

秸杆制浆废水处理系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种秸杆制浆废水处理系统。
背景技术
秸杆制浆废水一般包括蒸煮产生的黑液和漂白产生的中段水,黑液所含的污染物一般占工厂污染排放总量的90%以上,中段水所含的污染物一般占工厂污染排放总量的8-9%。对制浆废水的处理一般有碱回收法、化学絮凝法、生物法等。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供了一种秸杆制浆废水处理系统,以实现废水的循环再利用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
秸杆制浆废水处理系统,包括按制浆废水的流向依次连接的斜筛、初沉池、水解酸化池、EGSB双循环厌氧反应器、好氧生物曝气池、二沉池、絮凝沉淀池和中水池,其中,斜筛用于回收秸杆制浆废水中的纤维,中水池内的废水返回制浆车间,初沉池、EGSB双循环厌氧反应器、二沉池和絮凝沉淀池的排泥出口分别与污泥池入口连接,EGSB双循环厌氧反应器的沼气出口与沼气发电机组连接。
进一步,在水解酸化池与EGSB双循环厌氧反应器的管路上串联有热交换器,以使制浆废水与烘缸冷凝水进行热交换。
进一步,污泥池的出口与污泥浓缩池的入口连接,污泥浓缩池的出口与板框压滤机连接。
进一步,所述秸杆制浆废水为黑液和/或中段水。
与现有秸杆制浆废水处理相比,本发明处理系统可以实现制浆废水的封闭循环再利用,达到污染零排放,节约用水。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的秸杆制浆废水处理系统,包括按制浆废水的流向依次连接的斜筛、初沉池、水解酸化池、EGSB(膨胀颗粒污泥床)双循环厌氧反应器、好氧生物曝气池、二沉池、絮凝沉淀池和中水池,其中,秸杆制浆废水中的纤维被斜筛截留,将截留的纤维送回收浆池,中水池内的废水可返回制浆车间回用,初沉池、EGSB双循环厌氧反应器、二沉池和絮凝沉淀池的排泥出口分别与污泥池入口连接,污泥池的出口与污泥浓缩池的入口连接,污泥浓缩池的出口与板框压滤机连接,EGSB双循环厌氧反应器的沼气出口与沼气发电机组连接,在水解酸化池与EGSB双循环厌氧反应器的管路上可串联热交换器,以使制浆废水与烘缸冷凝水进行热交换。
实施例1
如图2所示,秸杆制浆时漂白产生的废水送中段水池,中段水池溢流废水先经机械格栅拦截一些较大的杂物后进入集水调节池(配有事故排放池,应急备用),集水调节池中的部分废水可回用于水力碎浆,集水调节池中的另一部分废水用一级提升泵送至斜筛进行过滤,斜筛截留的纤维送至回收浆池回收,经过斜筛的废水进入初沉池进行沉淀,沉淀产 生的污泥排入污泥池,沉淀后的废水送入水解酸化池进行水解酸化,然后由二级提升泵将废水送入热交换器与来自造纸车间的烘缸冷凝水进行热交换,经换热后,再送入EGSB双循环厌氧反应器进行厌氧反应,EGSB双循环厌氧反应器产生的污泥排入污泥池,沼气送沼气发电机组进行发电,废水送好氧生物曝气池进行曝气处理,曝气处理后的废水进入二沉池,二沉池产生的污泥排入污泥池,废水送絮凝沉淀池利用聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行絮凝沉淀,絮凝沉淀产生的污泥排入污泥池,絮凝沉淀后的废水送中水池,中水池中的水部分返回漂白车间回用,也可作为消防用水,另一部分用膜处理系统进行浓度净化后送抄纸机的毛布清洗用水。污泥池中的污泥送污泥浓缩池自然挥发浓缩后,再送入板框压滤机,压成滤饼,可用做生物有机肥。
实施例2
如图3所示,秸杆制浆时蒸煮后提取的高浓黑液先经机械格栅拦截一些较大的杂物后进入集水调节池(配有事故排放池,应急备用),集水调节池中的黑液用一级提升泵送至斜筛进行过滤,斜筛截留的纤维送至回收浆池回收,经过斜筛的黑液进入初沉池进行沉淀,沉淀产生的污泥排入污泥池,沉淀后的废水送入水解酸化池进行水解酸化,然后由二级提升泵将废水送入热交换器与来自造纸车间的烘缸冷凝水进行热交换,经换热后,再送入EGSB双循环厌氧反应器进行厌氧反应,EGSB双循环厌氧反应器产生的污泥排入污泥池,沼气送沼气发电机组进行发电,废水送好氧生物曝气池进行曝气处理,曝气处理后的废水进入二沉池,二沉池产生的污泥排入污泥池,废水送絮凝沉淀池利用聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行絮凝沉淀,絮凝沉淀产生的污泥排入污泥池,絮凝沉淀后的废水送中水池,中水池中的水返回蒸煮车间作为制浆用水。污泥池中的污泥送污泥浓缩池自然挥发浓缩后,再送入板框压滤机,压成滤饼,可用做生物有机肥。

  1. 秸杆制浆废水处理系统,包括按制浆废水的流向依次连接的斜筛、初沉池、水解酸化池、EGSB双循环厌氧反应器、好氧生物曝气池、二沉池、絮凝沉淀池和中水池,其中,斜筛用于回收秸杆制浆废水中的纤维,中水池内的废水返回制浆车间,初沉池、EGSB双循环厌氧反应器、二沉池和絮凝沉淀池的排泥出口分别与污泥池入口连接,EGSB双循环厌氧反应器的沼气出口与沼气发电机组连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的秸杆制浆废水处理系统,其特征在于,在水解酸化池与EGSB双循环厌氧反应器的管路上串联有热交换器,以使制浆废水与烘缸冷凝水进行热交换。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的秸杆制浆废水处理系统,其特征在于,污泥池的出口与污泥浓缩池的入口连接,污泥浓缩池的出口与板框压滤机连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的秸杆制浆废水处理系统,其特征在于,所述秸杆制浆废水为黑液和/或中段水。
