Abstract

A straw pulping wastewater treatment system comprises an inclined screen, a primary sedimentation tank, a hydrolytic acidification tank, an EGSB double-circulation anaerobic reactor, an aerobic bio-aeration tank, a secondary sedimentation tank, a flocculating sedimentation tank and a reclaimed water tank that are connected sequentially along a flowing direction of wastewater from straw pulping, wherein the inclined screen is used for recycling fibers from the wastewater from straw pulping, wastewater in the reclaimed water tank is returned to a pulping shop, sludge outlets of the primary sedimentation tank, the EGSB double-circulation anaerobic reactor, the secondary sedimentation tank and the flocculating sedimentation tank are separately connected to an inlet of a sludge tank, and a biogas outlet of the EGSB double-circulation anaerobic reactor is connected to a biogas generator set. Compared with existing wastewater from straw pulping treatment, the straw pulping wastewater treatment system can provide enclosed circulating reuse of wastewater from pulping, with no pollution emitted and water saved.
