技术领域
本申请涉及安全防护技术领域,特别是涉及一种区域监控报警系统及报警方法。
背景技术
安全防护系统可以保护重要场所的安全,如防止人员入侵、检测安全事故等,并用于事件的追溯。安全防护系统主要包括:视频监控系统、报警控制系统、门禁控制系统等,这几个系统彼此独立又相互联系。
视频监控系统用于监控和录像,报警系统则实时输出前端探测情况及本身异常。以往的安全防护系统往往单独采用视频进行监控或单独采用传感器进行监控,监控效果较差。为了提高监控效果,技术人员将视频监控和传感器监控结合起来,使用摄像机采集传感器监控区域内的图像。
但现有的视频监控时,也只是获取其所在监控区域的录像,当存在违法事件时,无法及时报警,即使后续可以通过录像查找到违法事件,但是因为违法人员已经远离现场,无法及时对违法事件进行处理。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种区域监控报警系统及报警方法,以解决存在违法事件时,无法及时报警的问题。
为达到上述目的,本申请实施例公开了一种区域监控报警方法,应用于监控系统中的控制设备,所述控制设备保存有关联关系表,所述关联关系表中保存有多个目标对象,每个目标对象对应的关联对象,以及每个目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,其中所述目标对象中包含所述控制设备所在的防控区域或视频监控区域,每个目标对象对应的每个报警输出触发条件为每个目标对象对应的关联对象的状态的逻辑关系条件,所述控制设备所在的防控 区域作为第一目标对象,所述防控区域包括至少一个视频监控区域,所述方法包括:

在安防系统中,一般以安防区域为单位进行防范,为了使安防区域与视频监控区域进行对应,在本申请实施例中对安防区域进行了划分,将安防区域划分为一个或多个视频监控区域,每一个视频监控区域设置有能够对该区域进行监控的图像采集设备,控制设备位于安防区域中,用于确定安防区域的状态,一台控制设备可以位于一个安防区域中,多个安防区域可以共用一台控制设备。
本申请实施例提供的区域监控报警方法应用于监控系统中的任一控制设备,控制设备位于防控区域内,该防控区域包括至少一个视频监控区域,该控制设备中保存有关联关系表,关联关系表中保存有多个目标对象,每个目标对象对应的关联对象,以及每个目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,其中所述目标对象中包含所述控制设备所在的防控区域或视频监控区域,每个目标对象对应的每个报警输出触发条件为每个目标对象对应的关联对象的状态的逻辑关系条件。为了便于说明,将控制设备所在的防控区域作为第一目标对象。

控制设备可以获取与其所在的防控区域关联的关联对象中的设备的状态,并且其本身保存有关联关系表,当其确定某一关联对象的状态发生变化时,可以确定该关联对象对应的目标对象,并向该目标对应的图像采集设备发送启动命令,使图像采集设备进行图像和/或视频采集。
具体的,如表1所示:

控制设备位于防控区域1内,控制设备与视频监控区域1的图像采集设备通信连接,并与探测设备1通信连接。在控制设备内保存的关联关系表如表1所示。
控制设备在确定是否输出报警信号时,首先确定自身所在的防控区域1对应的关联对象,根据表1所示,其关联对象为视频监控区域1和探测设备1,报警输出条件根据关联对象的该状态逻辑与操作确定。视频监控区域1的图像采集设备的工作条件是探测设备1的状态变化,即探测设备输出告警信号,其告警条件是视频遮挡。
因此,当探测设备1输出告警信息后,探测设备1的状态为报警状态;控制设备确定该探测设备1对应的目标对象为视频监控区域1,向位于视频监控区域1中的图像采集设备发送启动命令,通知该图像采集设备开始进行图像和/或视频采集,并获取该图像采集设备采集的图像和/或视频;当该视频中存在视频遮挡时,则该视频监控区域1对应的状态为报警状态;位于防控区 域1中的控制设备识别到探测设备1输出告警信息,视频监控区域1的状态也为报警状态,则关联对象的状态的逻辑与操作即为报警状态,此时控制设备输出报警信号。
具体的该控制设备可以对图像采集设备的云台进行控制,控制图像采集设备的采集图像和/或视频的角度,从而可以采集到不同区域的图像和/或视频,图像采集设备采集到的图像可以发送到控制设备,通过控制设备判断对应的视频监控区域的状态是否发生变化。该图像采集设备可以是普通模拟摄像机,也可以是IP数字摄像机。
与该控制设备的音视频控制模块连接的可能还存在照明灯、红外灯等辅助设备,当控制设备识别到外界无光时,可以控制照明灯、红外灯等开启,从而保证图像采集设备采集到相对清晰的图像和/或视频。该控制设备还包含有报警控制模块,该报警控制模块连接有一些报警设备,例如声光报警器、高音喇叭、警铃等,从而实现报警输出。
为了实现控制设备与其他设备的连接,在该控制设备中包括有通信模块,该通信模块可以通过3G/4G网络、宽带网络、电话网络等连接其他设备。为了便于后续信息查找,在该控制设备中还包括有存储模块,用于存储图像采集设备采集的图像和/或视频,并且还可以存储报警信息。在该控制设备中还包括有数据处理模块,该数据处理模块用于数据处理,例如对视频数据的编码、解码、流分析等,并且还可以进行识别操作,例如移动侦测、人脸识别、声音识别、遮挡识别等。控制设备的中央处理模块用于管理整个视频报警系统,负责管理各个防控区域、视频监控区域与探测设备之间的关系,获得每个视频监控区域及防控区域的状态。
为了保证图像采集设备采集的图像的清晰度,在本申请实施例中控制设备除了控制图像采集设备的云台,保证采集的图像和/或视频的清晰度外,还可以控制图像采集设备进行图像采集的放大倍数,具体的,控制设备在向图像采集设备发送启动命令时,该启动命令中包含有进行图像采集的参数信息,例如可以是放大倍数信息,并且根据图像采集设备硬件属性,向每个图像采集设备发送的参数信息不同。这些参数信息可以预先保存在控制设备中,当确定启动某一图像采集设备时,根据对应该图像采集设备保存的参数信息, 将该参数信息发送给该图像采集设备。
具体的例如,防控区域划分为三个视频监控区域,在控制设备中保存的每个视频监控区域的图像采集设备对应的参数信息如表2所示:

在上述表2中记录有在控制设备本地针对每个视频监控区域保存的参数信息,该参数信息具体的为该视频监控区域的图像采集设备的视频参数,包括放大倍数n和分辨率r,并且在该表2中还保存有针对每个视频监控区域的云台参数。其中该放大倍数用于调整图像放大倍数,对于距离较远的对象,应使用较大的放大倍数。分辨率是对图像清晰度进行调整的,使图像清晰可变作为标准。云台参数用于控制云台控制的两个维度,通过调整该参数,使防控区域位于采集到的图像的中心。
当控制设备确定该视频监控区域的图像采集设备开始工作时,将表2中的参数信息发送给图像采集设备,并根据表2中的云台参数控制该图像采集设备的云台,使该图像采集设备对该视频监控区域进行最佳监控。
为了对本申请实施例进行详细说明,参加下面几个具体的实施例:
实施例一:
参见表1,该探测设备1为报警开关,当存在违法事件时,安防人员按下报警开关的按钮进行报警,则该探测设备1的状态为报警状态,控制设备识别到报警开关报警时,控制视频监控区域1的图像采集设备开始进行视频采集,并将采集的视频发送到该控制设备,控制设备在接收到的视频中进行识别,判断是否有遮挡,如果存在遮挡时,确定该视频监控区域1对应的状态 为报警状态;控制设备所在的防控区域1的是否进行报警,根据关联对象的状态的逻辑与操作确定,此时因为探测设备1为报警状态,视频监控区域1为报警状态,因此防控区域1的状态也为报警状态,此时,控制设备输出报警信号进行报警。

探测设备2为红外移动探测设备,当探测设备2探测到移动物体时进行报警,则探测设备2的状态为报警状态,此时探测设备2控制视频监控区域1的图像采集设备进行视频采集,并在采集到的视频中进行移动侦测和遮挡检测,如果存在移动物体或存在遮挡,则其对应的状态为报警状态。控制设备确定防控区域2的状态的过程与实施例一相同,不再赘述。

探测设备3为电子围栏,当有人触碰电子围栏时会产生报警,探测设备3的状态为报警状态,此时,控制视频监控区域2和视频监控区域3的图像采集设备采集视频,在两个图像采集设备采集的视频中进行移动侦测和遮挡检测,如果存在移动物体或存在遮挡,则对应的视频监控区域的状态为报警状态,防控区域3的报警输出条件为视频区域状态进行逻辑或操作,其结果与探测设备3状态进行逻辑与操作。如果某一视频监控区域的状态为报警状态,因为当前探测设备3的状态为报警状态,则防控区域3的状态为报警状态,则控制设备输出报警信号进行报警。
将表1、表3和表4中的内容整合到一个关联关系表并保存到控制设备中,即可实现对整个防控区域的监控,如果想在防控系统中增加新的设备,或者增加新的防控区域,视频监控区域,或者删除某些故障了较高的设备,则只需要修改一下关联关系表即可。

本申请实施例提供了一种区域监控报警系统及报警方法,该方法中可以建立关联关系表,该关联关系表中保存有多个目标对象,每个目标对象对应的关联对象,以及每个目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,其中所述目标对象中包含所述控制设备所在的防控区域或视频监控区域,每个目标对象对应的每个报警输出触发条件为每个目标对象对应的关联对象的状态的逻辑关系条件,位于防控区域中的控制设备根据自身保存的关联关系表中目标对象对应的关联对象,确定与所述第一目标对象关联的每个第一关联对象,获取每个第一关联对象的状态,判断所述每个第一关联对象的状态的逻辑关系否满足所述报警输出触发条件;如果是,输出报警信号。由于本申请实施例中在每个防控区域设置有控制设备,该控制设备保存有关联关系表,该关联关系表中记录有控制设备所在的防控区域作为第一目标对象时,与其关联的对象,该关联对应可以为探测设备也可以是其他的目标对象,如果探测设备或目标对象的状态变化,且满足报警输出触发条件,该控制设备进行报警,因此可以实现对违法事件的实时监控和报警。

  1. 一种区域监控报警方法,其特征在于,应用于监控系统中的控制设备,所述控制设备保存有关联关系表,所述关联关系表中保存有多个目标对象,每个目标对象对应的关联对象,以及每个目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,其中所述目标对象中包含所述控制设备所在的防控区域或视频监控区域,每个目标对象对应的每个报警输出触发条件为每个目标对象对应的关联对象的状态的逻辑关系条件,所述控制设备所在的防控区域作为第一目标对象,所述防控区域包括至少一个视频监控区域,所述方法包括:
    根据自身保存的关联关系表中目标对象对应的关联对象,确定与所述第一目标对象关联的每个第一关联对象,其中所述第一关联对象包括视频监控区域和探测设备中的至少一种;
    获取每个第一关联对象的状态,其中,当所述第一关联对象为探测设备时,根据所述探测设备输出的信号,确定所述探测设备的状态,当所述第一关联对象为视频监控区域时,确定所述视频监控区域作为第二目标对象时,与该第二目标对象存在关联的每个第二关联对象,根据所述每个第二关联对象的状态,及所述关联关系表中保存的所述第二目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,确定第二目标对象的状态,其中所述第二关联对象为探测设备和/或视频监控区域;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述每个第二关联对象的状态,及所述关联关系表中保存的所述第二目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,确定第二目标对象的状态包括:
    当存在至少一个第二关联对象的状态发生变化时,向位于所述视频监控区域中的图像采集设备发送启动命令,使所述图像采集设备进行图像和/或视频采集;
    根据所述图像采集设备采集的图像和/或视频,及与所述第二目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,判断所述图像和/或视频信息是否满足所述触发条件;
    如果是,确定所述第二目标对应的状态为报警状态,否则,确定所述第二目标对应的状态为正常状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述启动命令中携带进行图像采集的参数信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述探测设备包括以下设备中的至少一种:
    传感器、探测器、电子围栏和报警开关。

  7. 一种区域监控报警系统,其特征在于,包括:对应防控区域的控制设备,所述防控区域包括至少一个视频监控区域,所述控制设备与所述至少一个视频监控区域中的图像采集设备及探测设备通信连接;
    所述探测设备,用于在满足报警输出的条件时,将自身的状态调整为报警状态;
    所述图像采集设备,用于进行图像和/或视频采集;
    所述控制设备,用于根据自身保存的关联关系表中目标对象对应的关联对象,确定与所述第一目标对象关联的每个第一关联对象,其中所述第一关联对象包括视频监控区域的图像采集设备和探测设备中的至少一种;获取每个第一关联对象的状态,其中,当所述第一关联对象为探测设备时,根据所述探测设备输出的信号,确定所述探测设备的状态,当所述第一关联对象为视频监控区域时,确定所述视频监控区域作为第二目标对象时,与该第二目标对象存在关联的每个第二关联对象,根据所述每个第二关联对象的状态,及所述关联关系表中保存的所述第二目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,确 定第二目标对象的状态;根据所述关联关系表中保存的所述第一目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,判断所述每个第一关联对象的状态的逻辑关系否满足所述报警输出触发条件;如果是,输出报警信号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述控制设备,具体用于存在至少一个第二关联对象的状态发生变化时,向位于所述视频监控区域中的图像采集设备发送启动命令,根据所述图像采集设备采集的图像和/或视频,及与所述第二目标对象对应的报警输出触发条件,判断所述图像和/或视频信息是否满足所述触发条件;如果是,确定所述第二目标对应的状态为报警状态,否则,确定所述第二目标对应的状态为正常状态;
    所述图像采集设备,用于接收所述启动命令,进行图像和/或视频采集;将采集的图像和/或视频采集发送到所述控制设备。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述控制设备,具体用于向所述图像采集设备发送携带图像采集的参数信息的启动命令;
    所述图像采集设备,具体用于根据所述参数信息进行图像和/或视频采集。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述控制设备,具体用于存在至少一个第二关联对象的状态发生变化时,向位于所述视频监控区域中的图像采集设备发送启动命令;获取所述图像采集设备输出的状态信息;

  11. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述探测设备包括以下设备中的至少一种:
    传感器、探测器、电子围栏和报警开关。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:报警设备;
    所述报警设备,用于接收所述控制设备的报警信号,进行报警。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,所述报警设备包括:声光报警器、喇叭、警铃。
  14. 一种监控系统中的控制设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器、通信接口和总线;
    所述处理器、所述存储器和所述通信接口通过所述总线连接并完成相互间的通信;
    所述存储器存储可执行代码;
    所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行代码来运行与所述可执行代码对应的程序,以用于执行权利要求1-6中任一项所述的区域监控报警方法。
  15. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质用于存储可执行代码,所述可执行代码用于在运行时执行:
    权利要求1-6中任一项所述的区域监控报警方法。
  16. 一种可执行代码,其特征在于,所述可执行代码用于在运行时执行:
    权利要求1-6中任一项所述的区域监控报警方法。
