本申请要求于2016年3月22日提交中国专利局,申请号为2016101666485,发明名称为“一种在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及视频播放领域,特别是指一种在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法及装置。
视频播放软件中,通常会有通过展示视频画面,向用户列举可播放视频的场景,有时需要在画面上压上标题或logo,由于视频画面中的内容是随机选取的,个别画面还会截取到视频中的字幕,或者是需要加盖标题的画面颜色与标题颜色相近,这时标题的显示效果受到影响。
在现有技术中,通常做法是给标题下加一层背景,背景压在视频画面的图像上,隔离了标题与视频画面,这种方式解决了标题显示效果不好的问题,但是由于背景的加入可能会影响视频画面的显示效果;或者在画面上加一层Alpha蒙版,或者采取一定程度的模糊,但这样也会影响视频画面的显示效果。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提出一种可以增强标题显示效果的在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法及装置。
基于上述目的,本发明实施例提供的在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法,包括:
获取需要添加标题的视频画面的图像信息,并转换成位图格式;
确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区域;
从转换为位图格式的视频画面中,截取所述标题背景的区域对应的图片;
对截取的图片进行模糊处理,将模糊处理后的图片作为标题背景,覆盖在
所述视频画面中标题背景的区域。
进一步的,所述对截取的图片进行模糊处理的步骤为:
压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点;
对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理;
将模糊处理后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致。
进一步的,所述确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区域的方法为:
根据标题的尺寸计算能够完全覆盖所述标题的矩形尺寸;

可选的,本步骤中,所述获取过程可以通过自动获取任意画面作为需要添加标题的视频画面,也可以设置成用户可以自主设定添加标题的画面,如果用户不进行设定,则选择系统默认的视频画面作为需要添加标题的画面。
步骤102,确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区域。
可选的,本步骤中,系统默认一个标题背景区域的中心坐标,也可以设置成当用户对标题背景的位置不满意时,可以通过更改添加标题背景区域的中心坐标改变标题背景的位置。
步骤103,从转换为位图格式的视频画面中,截取所述标题背景的区域对应的图片。
优选的,本步骤中,所示截取所述标题背景的区域对应的图片后,将所述标题背景的区域和视频画面的衔接处进行模糊处理。
步骤104,对截取的图片进行模糊处理,将模糊处理后的图片作为标题背景,覆盖在所述视频画面中标题背景的区域。
其中,所述视频画面可以是用于向用户进行展示的静态图片,也可以是一段用于预览的视频,甚至可以是一个完整的视频;所述标题不仅限于是文字式的标题,还可以包括图标、图画或字幕等多种形式;例如可以在电视剧《西游记》用于视频列表展示的图片上,添加文字“西游记”作为标题,可以乐视TV播放的一个视频预览中添加乐视TV的图标,或者是在视频中添加字幕。
当该方法给动态的视频画面添加标题时,可以执行如下步骤:获取每一帧的视频画面的图像信息,并转换成位图格式,并截取每一帧画面中相应的作为标题背景的区域,进行模糊处理,得到每一帧画面的标题背景。
本发明实施例提供的在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法通过提取标题对应的视频画面中部分画面的图像样本,作为模糊运算的输入,通过模糊计算,配合上合适的模糊参数,将图像样本模糊化后,作为标题背景压在画面相应的位置上,可以恰当地将标题下方对应的视频画面中自带的字体和物品打散,使他
们不会影响到作为显示主体的标题的显示,并且标题背景作为视频画面的一部分,也不会影响画面的显示效果。
进一步的,如图2所示,步骤102,所述确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区域的方法为:
步骤102a,根据标题的尺寸计算能够完全覆盖所述标题的矩形尺寸。
优选的,该步骤中计算能够完全覆盖所述标题的矩形尺寸为将标题完全覆盖的矩形区域的最小尺寸。
步骤102b,在所述视频画面需要加盖所述标题的位置确定与所述矩形尺寸相同的矩形区域,作为所述标题背景的区域。
优选的,该步骤中,以确定的标题背景区域的中心坐标处作为所述加盖所述标题的位置,以该中心坐标为中心点,确定一个与所述矩形尺寸相同的矩形区域,作为所述标题背景的区域。
进一步的,该方法中步骤104,所述对截取的图片进行模糊处理的步骤为:
步骤104a,压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点。
步骤104b,对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理。
步骤104c,将模糊后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致。
由于模糊的实现方法为中间像素取一定半径范围内的周边像素的平均值,再取平均值时,按照正态分布来计算权重,得到一个加权平均值,压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,缩小到一定程度,使其丢失一些像素点,像素点减少,使得中间像素点的相同半径范围内的像素点减少;对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理,在计算平均值的过程中由于参与计算的像素点变少,计算效率得到提高;将模糊后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致,可以与视频画面无缝衔接,使得所述标题背景的显示效果更有表现力。
本发明提供的另一个实施例如图2所示,在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法包括:
步骤101,自动获取任意视频画面作为需要添加标题的视频画面的图像信息,并转换成位图格式。
步骤102a,根据标题的尺寸计算能够完全覆盖所述标题的矩形尺寸。
步骤102b,在所述视频画面需要加盖所述标题的位置确定与所述矩形尺寸相同的矩形区域,作为所述标题背景的区域。
该步骤中,系统默认一个标题背景区域的中心坐标,例如将该视频画面的中心坐标作为标题背景区域的中心坐标,以确定的标题背景区域的中心坐标处作为所述加盖所述标题的位置,以该中心坐标为中心点,确定一个与所述矩形尺寸相同的矩形区域,作为所述标题背景的区域。
步骤103,从转换为位图格式的视频画面中,截取所述标题背景的区域对应的图片。
步骤104a,压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点。
优选的,该步骤中,所述压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点的方法为:根据预设压缩系数,对所述标题背景的区域对应的图片进行等比例压缩,得到低像素的图片;进行等比例压缩,是防止图片压缩后的图像变形,影响显示效果。
步骤104b,对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理。
优选的,该步骤中,采用高斯模糊算法对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理。
步骤104c,将模糊后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致。
步骤105,对所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景进行颜色分析。
优选的,该步骤中,设定黑、白、红、绿、蓝五色系,并相应的设置五个颜色阈值,分析每个像素点的颜色,落在不同阈值范围内的像素点,确定为相应的色系。
步骤106,判断所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景的颜色是否属于同一色系;
步骤107,当对所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景同于同一色系,对所述标题进行改色处理,否则不进行处理。例如,当所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景都属于红色系,为了避免标题显示不清晰的状况,可将标题颜色改为其对比色系绿色系或蓝色系。
其中,当所述标题和所述背景区域由多个色系组成时,将所述标题与所述背景区域相邻的区域进行色系比较,判断相邻区域的所述标题和所述背景区域是否属于同一个色系,若是,则对标题背景相应的区域进行改色处理,否则执行步骤108,不进行处理。
本发明实施例提供的在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法,通过提取标题对应的视频画面中部分画面的图像样本,对其进行模糊后,作为标题背景压在画
面相应的位置上,可以恰当地将标题下方对应的视频画面中自带的字体和物品打散,使其不会影响标题的显示,并且标题背景作为视频画面的一部分,也不会影响画面的显示效果;同时通过压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点,在模糊计算的过程中由于参与计算的像素点变少,计算效率得到显著提高。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供一种在视频画面中生成标题背景的装置20,如图3所示,包括:转换模块201,确定背景区域模块202,以及模糊处理模块204。
所述转换模块201,用于获取需要添加标题的视频画面的图像信息,并转换成位图格式。
优选的,转换模块201自动获取任意画面作为需要添加标题的视频画面。
所述确定背景区域模块202,用于确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区
域。
所述截图模块203,用于从转换为位图格式的视频画面中,截取所述标题背景的区域对应的图片。
所述模糊处理模块204,用于对截取的图片进行模糊处理,将模糊处理后的图片作为标题背景,覆盖在所述视频画面中标题背景的区域。
通过对提取标题对应的画面中部分画面的图像样本,并对其进行模糊计算,配合上合适的模糊参数,将图像样本模糊化后,作为标题背景压在图像相应的位置上,可以恰当地将标题下方对应的画面中自带的字体和物品打散,使他们不会影响到作为显示主体的标题背景的显示,并且背景作为画面的一部分,也不影响画面的显示效果。
进一步的,如图4所示,模糊处理模块204包括:压缩图片单元204a,模糊图片单元204b,以及放大图片单元204c。
所述压缩图片单元204a,用于压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点。
所述模糊图片单元204b,用于对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理。
所述放大图片单元204c,将模糊后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致。
所述压缩图片单元204a,进一步用于根据预设压缩系数,对所述标题背景的区域对应的图片进行等比例压缩,得到低像素的图片;等比例压缩防止图片
压缩后图像变形,影响显示效果。
所述模糊图片单元204b,进一步用于通过高斯模糊算法对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理。
由于模糊的实现方法为中间像素取一定半径范围内的周边像素的平均值,再取平均值时,按照正态分布来计算权重,得到一个加权平均值,压缩图片单元204a压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点,像素点减少,使得中间像素点的相同半径范围内的像素点减少;模糊图片单元204b,对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理,在计算平均值的过程中由于参与计算的像素点变少,计算效率得到提高;放大图片单元204c,将模糊后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致,可以与视频画面无缝衔接,使得所述标题背景的显示效果更有表现力。
进一步的,确定背景区域模块202包括:
计算单元202a,用于根据标题的尺寸计算能够完全覆盖标题的矩形尺寸;
确定单元202b,用于在所述视频画面需要加盖标题的位置确定与所述矩形尺寸相同的矩形区域,作为所述标题背景的区域。
该生成标题背景的装置20进一步包括:
颜色分析模块205,用于对所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景进行颜色分析;
判断模块206,判断所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景的颜色是否属于同一色系;
以及改色模块207,用于当对所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景属于同一色系时,对所述标题进行改色处理。
例如,当分析得出所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景都属于红色系,为了避免标题显示不清晰的状况,可将标题颜色改为绿色系或蓝色系。
本发明实施例提供的在视频画面中生成标题背景的装置20中,截图模块203通过提取标题对应的视频画面中部分画面的图像样本,模糊处理模块204对其进行模糊后,作为标题背景压在画面相应的位置上,可以恰当地将所述标题下方对应的视频画面中自带的字体和物品打散,使其不会影响所述标题的显示,并且所述标题背景作为视频画面的一部分,也不会影响画面的显示效果;同时压缩图片单元204a,通过压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点,在模糊图片单元204b进行模糊计算的过程中由于参与计算的像
素点变少,计算效率得到显著提高。
本发明实施例还提供一种视频画面处理终端30,如图5所示,本发明实施例提供的视频画面处理终端30包括处理器302,存储器304,以及总线系统306。其中,处理器302和存储器304通过总线系统306相连,该存储器304用于存储指令,该处理器302用于执行该存储器304存储的指令。
所述存储器304可以是非易失性计算机可读存储介质,以用于存储计算机可执行指令,该指令当由一个或多个处理器302执行时,例如可以使得处理器302执行以上描述的图1中的方法步骤101至步骤104,也可执行以上描述的图2中的方法步骤101至步骤108。计算机可执行指令也可以在任何非易失性计算机可读存储介质内存储和/或传输,以便由指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用,其中该指令执行系统、装置或设备诸如基于计算机的系统、包含处理器的系统或可以从指令执行系统、装置或设备获取指令并执行该指令的其他系统。出于本文档的目的,“非易失性计算机可读存储介质”可以是有形地包含或存储计算机可执行指令的任何介质,该计算机可执行指令可以用于由指令执行系统、设备或系统使用或者结合指令执行系统、装置或设备使用。非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括但不限于磁的、光的和/或半导体存储装置。这些存储装置的示例包括磁盘、基于CD、DVD或蓝光技术的光盘以及持久性固态存储器(诸如,闪存、固态驱动器等)。
作为本发明实施例的一方面,上述描述的图3中的生成标题背景的装置20为计算机软件程序装置,所述模块201-204为计算机软件程序模块,存储于所述存储器304,工作时加载于处理器302,由处理器302运行,实现各模块的功能。同样地,上述描述的图4中的所述模块202a,202b,204a,204b,204c,205,206,207为计算机软件程序模块,存储于所述存储器304,工作时由处理器302运行,实现各模块的功能。
应当理解,在本申请实施例中,该处理器302可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”)。该处理器304还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述总线系统306除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线系
统306。
在本发明实施例中,视频画面处理终端30不限于图5的部件和配置,还可以包括以多种配置形式的其他或附加部件。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤或装置的各模块可以通过处理器302中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤或装置的各模块可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成。或者用处理器302中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器304,处理器302读取存储器304中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (12)
- 一种在视频画面中生成标题背景的方法,其特征在于,包括:获取需要添加标题的视频画面的图像信息,并转换成位图格式;确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区域;从转换为位图格式的视频画面中,截取所述标题背景的区域对应的图片;对截取的图片进行模糊处理,将模糊处理后的图片作为标题背景,覆盖在所述视频画面中标题背景的区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的生成标题背景的方法,其特征在于,所述对截取的图片进行模糊处理的步骤为:压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点;对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理;将模糊处理后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致。
- 根据权利要求2所述的生成标题背景的方法,其特征在于,所述确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区域的方法为:根据标题的尺寸计算能够完全覆盖所述标题的矩形尺寸;在所述视频画面上需要加盖所述标题的位置确定与所述矩形尺寸相应的矩形区域,作为所述标题背景的区域。
- 根据权利要求2所述的生成标题背景的方法,其特征在于,该方法进一步包括:对所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景进行颜色分析;判断所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景的颜色是否属于同一色系;若是,则对标题进行改色处理,否则不进行处理。
- 根据权利要求2所述的生成标题背景的方法,其特征在于,所述压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点的方法为:根据预设压缩系数,对所述标题背景的区域对应的图片进行等比例压缩,得到低像素的图片。
- 根据权利要求2所述的生成标题背景的方法,其特征在于,所述对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理的方法为:采用高斯模糊算法对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理。
- 一种在视频画面中生成标题背景的装置,其特征在于,包括:转换模块,用于获取需要添加标题的视频画面的图像信息,并转换成位图格式;确定背景区域模块,用于确定在所述视频画面中作为标题背景的区域;截图模块,用于从转换为位图格式的视频画面中,截取所述标题背景的区域对应的图片;模糊处理模块,用于对截取的图片进行模糊处理,将模糊处理后的图片作为标题背景,覆盖在所述视频画面中标题背景的区域。
- 根据权利要求7所述的生成标题背景的装置,其特征在于,所述模糊处理模块包括:压缩图片单元,用于压缩截取的所述标题背景的区域对应的图片,使其丢失一些像素点;模糊图片单元,用于对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理;放大图片单元,将模糊处理后的图片放大到与所述标题背景的区域大小一致。
- 根据权利要求8所述的生成标题背景的装置,其特征在于,所述确定背景区域模块包括:计算单元,用于根据标题的尺寸计算能够完全覆盖标题的矩形尺寸;确定单元,用于在所述视频画面中需要加盖标题的位置确定与所述矩形尺寸相应的矩形区域,作为标题背景的区域。
- 根据权利要求8所述的生成标题背景的装置,其特征在于,还包括:颜色分析模块,用于对所述标题的颜色和所述标题背景的区域的颜色进行分析;判断模块,判断所述标题和所述标题背景的区域背景的颜色是否属于同一色系;以及改色模块,用于当所述标题与所述标题背景的区域属于同一个色系时,对标题进行改色处理。
- 根据权利要求8所述的生成标题背景的装置,其特征在于,所述压缩图片单元,进一步用于根据预设压缩系数,对所述标题背景的区域对应的图片进行等比例压缩,得到低像素的图片。
- 根据权利要求8所述的生成标题背景的装置,其特征在于,所述模糊图 片单元,进一步用于通过高斯模糊算法对压缩后的图片进行模糊处理。
