Abstract
Le but de la présente invention est de concevoir une boisson qui, tout en ayant un arrière-goût sucré amélioré, a un arôme amélioré, ce qui permet de percevoir une sucrosité et un corps satisfaisants. Un autre but de la présente invention est de concevoir un procédé de production d'une telle boisson et un procédé d'amélioration de l'arôme d'une boisson. La boisson remplit les conditions suivantes (A) et (B) : (A) le rapport de la teneur en RebD et/ou RebM à la teneur en RebA est de 0,05 à 9, et (B) le rapport de la teneur en RebC à la teneur totale en RebA et RebD et/ou RebM est de 0,03 à 0,2.
