本发明属于拧紧机部件领域,尤其与一种适用于拧紧机的打标机构有关。
背景技术
自动送料拧紧机是一种适用于指定车型的发动机支架的螺栓拧紧设备,该设备功能性完善,外观大方,操作简单,安全性能高,可极大程度的降低工人的劳动强度。现有的螺栓自动拧紧机包括机体框架、治具定位部、拧紧部、螺钉整列部和控制部,广泛用于自动化装配生产线,适应不同大小螺钉的拧紧。然而现有的自动拧紧机在具备螺栓拧紧的功能外并没有刻印印章的设备,在螺栓拧紧完成后还需通过打标装置进行打标,因此加工步骤比较麻烦,增加了人工安装劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于拧紧机的打标机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的人工打标印章存在的加工步骤比较麻烦,人工安装劳动强度高等问题。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种适用于拧紧机的打标机构,其特征是,包括打标机构、旋转板和旋转板驱动机构,所述的打标机构安装于旋转板上,旋转板通过所述的旋转板驱动机构驱动水平旋转,旋转板驱动机构固定安装于安装板上,安装板固定在机构安装板上。
优选地,所述的打标机构包括打标气缸、打标头和打标导向轴,打标头穿装于所述的打标导向轴,打标头的打标部分位于打标导向轴的底部,打标 头的顶部延伸出所述的导向轴并并通过连接块与所述的打标气缸的活塞杆连接,打标头上开设有加墨盖,打标导向轴外套设有套筒,套筒和所述的打标气缸缸体固定在所述的旋转板上。
优选地,所述的旋转板包括两部分,分别为打标机构安装部和旋转板安装部,打标机构安装部在所述旋转板安装部向外悬伸。
优选地,所述的旋转板驱动机构为旋转气缸,旋转气缸活塞杆与所述的旋转板连接,旋转气缸缸体安装在所述的安装板上。
优选地,所述的安装板的底部设有加强筋。
优选地,所述打标头的打标部分设有缓冲头,在打标时可回弹,防止在试机或故障时把打标头损坏。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的打标机构通过打标气缸实现升降动作,从而可以实现对工件的印章打标,打标机构通过旋转驱动机构驱动旋转,从而方便打标机构在各个位置上实现打标。本发明结构简单,在螺栓拧紧的同时可以进行打标,提高了自动拧紧机的工作效率,降低了人工劳动强度。

如图1所示,本发明包括打标机构、旋转板1和旋转板驱动机构2,打标 机构安装于旋转板1上,旋转板1通过旋转板驱动机构2驱动水平旋转,旋转板驱动机构2固定安装于安装板9上,安装板9固定在机构安装板10上。进一步地,打标机构包括打标气缸5、打标头3和打标导向轴4,打标头3穿装于打标导向轴4,打标头3的打标部分位于打标导向轴4的底部,打标头3的顶部延伸出打标导向轴4并通过连接块7与打标气缸5的活塞杆连接,打标头3上开设有加墨盖6,打标导向轴4外套设有套筒,套筒和打标气缸缸体固定在旋转板1上。
进一步地,旋转板1包括两部分,分别为打标机构安装部和旋转板安装部,打标机构安装部在所述旋转板安装部向外悬伸。
进一步地,旋转板驱动机构2为旋转气缸,旋转气缸活塞杆与旋转板1连接,旋转气缸缸体安装在安装板9上。
