为了实现稳定的限位配合,在本公开的实施方式中,限位弹片2可以为两个并且分别固定在通孔11的两侧。也即,通孔11两侧的限位弹片2可以相向延伸从而对车门限位器拉杆3的两侧进行弹性抵压。在本公开的一些实施方式中,两个限位弹片2关于通孔11对称设置,从而使得限位配合更加稳定可靠。对应地,车门限位器拉杆3上对称地设置有相应的限位部以与两个限位弹片2的限位结构21配合。
在本公开的实施方式中,为了保证限位效果,如图2所示,限位弹片2包括S型结构,该S型结构具有依次布置且相连的第一段S1、第二段S2和第三段S3。第一段S1从限位弹片2的第一端沿远离基板1的方向延伸,例如图2中所示的向右并向下延伸,第二段S2从第一段S1朝向基板1延伸,例如图2中所示的向左并向下延伸,以在第一段S1与第二段S2之间形成大体V型的拐折部,第三段S3从第二段S2沿远离基板1的方向延伸并构造为限位结构21。这样,通过S型结构的拐折部的弹性作用,使得第三段S3上的限位结构21始终稳定地抵压在车门限位器拉杆3上。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,为了保证限位结构21能够顺利地与车门限位器拉杆3可滑动地配合,S型结构的第三段S3首先从第二段S2大体平行于基板1向下延伸,然后平滑地过渡到沿远离基板1的方向大体垂直于基板1延伸,最后大体平行于基板1向上弯折。换言之,限位结构21(即第三段S3)可以形成为限位凸起,该限位凸起的接近和远离通孔11的两侧(即第三段S3的向下延伸的部分和向上弯折的部分)分别与限位凸起的底部(即第三段S3的垂直于基板1延伸的部分)之间形成有弧形过渡角,即限位凸起在车门限位器拉杆3的滑动方向上设置弧形过渡。另外,车门限位器拉杆3上形成与限位结构21配合的限位凹槽31。由于限位凸起在车门限位器拉杆3的滑动方向上设有弧形过渡,所以限位凸起能够顺利地与车门限位器拉杆3上的限位凹槽31可滑动地配合,即,限位凸起可以滑入和滑出限位凹槽31。此外,限位凹槽31在车门限位器拉杆3的滑动方向上的两侧也形成有与弧形过渡角配合的弧形面或斜面,由此进一步便于限位凸起滑入或滑出限位凹槽31。在本公开的一些实施方式中,车门限位器拉杆3上形成有多个限位凹槽31,限位凸起可根据实际需求配合在不同的限位凹槽31内,从而提供不同开度的限位。
在本公开的实施方式中,为了便于安装限位弹片2,限位弹片2的第一端可以形成有连接片S4,该连接片S4与基板1贴合并固定相连。在本公开的一些实施方式中,连接片S4可以通过均匀分布的焊点S5(例如四个)焊接在基板1上,从而实现连接片S4与基板1之间的稳定的固定连接。此外,除方便安装外,由于连接片S4的存在,使得S型 结构的第一段S1可以与连接片S4构成额外的拐折部,从而提供更加稳定可靠的弹性力。另外,为了使结构更加紧凑,基板1上形成有紧固孔12,而连接片S4上形成有与该紧固孔12轴向对齐的安装孔S6。因此,通过将紧固孔12设置为与连接片S4上的安装孔S6重合,使得基板1和限位弹片2的布置更加紧凑。
在本公开的实施方式中,如图3所示,S型结构的第一段S1和第二段S2之间的拐折部S7的宽度分别窄于第一段S1和第二段S2的宽度。因此该较窄的拐折部S7能够方便限位弹片2的压缩变形,以提供弹性力。另外,为了保证和车门限位器拉杆3的滑动配合稳定,限位结构21(即第三段S3)的宽度与车门限位器拉杆3的宽度相同。因此,本公开实施方式中的限位弹片的S型结构的宽度尺寸是变化的,从而满足弹性力和滑动配合的要求。
在本公开的实施方式中,限位结构21上还形成有用于限制车门限位器拉杆3沿限位结构21的宽度方向运动的限位件22,从而能够保证车门限位器拉杆3在运动过程中能够稳定地与限位结构21可滑动地配合,而不会发生跑偏甚至滑落,由此使得车门限位功能更加稳定。在本公开的一些实施方式中,为了方便加工,限位件22由限位结构21的宽度方向上的边缘折弯而成,例如形成为折角,而无需焊接或安装。在本公开的一些实施方式中,两个限位弹片2的限位结构21上分别设置有一个限位件22,而且两个限位件22分别位于两个限位结构21的相对两侧,即一个限位件22位于一个限位结构21的一侧,而另一个限位件22位于另一个限位结构21的与上述限位结构22的一侧相对的一侧,以限制车门限位器拉杆3沿限位结构21的宽度方向运动,而无需每个限位弹片2的限位结构21上分别设置两个限位件,从而使得结构更加简单。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,为了提升限位弹片2的耐磨性并提供稳定的弹性力,限位弹片2为金属弹片。更进一步地,金属弹片为钢板弹片,例如弹簧钢材质。在本公开的其他可能实施方式中,限位弹片还可以由其他金属材料或者高分子材料制成以提供稳定的弹性力和耐磨性。
以上结合附图详细描述了本公开的实施方式,但是,本公开并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本公开的技术构思范围内,可以对本公开的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本公开的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本公开对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本公开的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本公开的思想,其同样应当视为本公开所公开的内容。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于车门限位器的控制盒,包括:
    基板(1),所述基板(1)上开设有供所述车门限位器的车门限位器拉杆(3)穿过的通孔(11);和
    限位弹片(2),所述限位弹片(2)的第一端固定连接在所述基板(1)上,所述限位弹片(2)的第二端延伸至所述通孔(11)并且构造为用于弹性抵压所述车门限位器拉杆(3)的限位结构(21),
    所述限位结构(21)与所述车门限位器拉杆(3)可滑动地配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述限位弹片(2)包括S型结构,所述S型结构具有依次布置且相连的第一段(S1)、第二段(S2)和第三段(S3),所述第一段(S1)从所述限位弹片(2)的第一端沿远离所述基板(1)的方向延伸,所述第二段(S2)从所述第一段(S1)朝向所述基板(1)延伸,以在所述第一段(S1)和所述第二段(S2)之间形成大体V型的拐折部(S7),所述第三段(S3)从所述第二段(S2)沿远离所述基板(1)的方向延伸并构造为所述限位结构(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述限位结构(21)构造为限位凸起,所述限位凸起的接近和远离所述通孔(11)的两侧分别与所述限位凸起的底部之间形成有弧形过渡角。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述限位弹片(2)的所述第一端形成有连接片(S4),所述连接片(S4)与所述基板(1)贴合并固定相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述基板(1)上形成有紧固孔(12),所述连接片(S4)上形成有与所述紧固孔(12)轴向对齐的安装孔(S6)。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述第一段(S1)和所述第二段(S2)之间的拐折部(S7)的宽度分别窄于所述第一段(S1)和第二段(S2)的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述限位结构(21)上 形成有用于限制所述车门限位器拉杆(3)沿所述限位结构(21)的宽度方向运动的限位件(22)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述限位件(22)由所述限位结构(21)的宽度方向上的边缘折弯而成。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的控制盒,其特征在于,所述限位弹片(2)为两个并且分别固定在所述通孔(11)的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制盒,其特征在于,两个所述限位弹片(2)关于所述通孔(11)对称设置。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的控制盒,其特征在于,两个所述限位弹片(2)的所述限位结构(21)上分别设置有一个限位件(22),两个所述限位件(22)分别位于两个所述限位结构(21)的相对两侧,以限制所述车门限位器拉杆(3)沿所述限位结构(21)的宽度方向运动。
  12. 一种车门限位器,包括:
    控制盒,所述控制盒为根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的控制盒;和
    车门限位器拉杆(3),所述车门限位器拉杆(3)穿过所述通孔(11)并与所述限位结构(21)可滑动地配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车门限位器,其特征在于,所述车门限位器拉杆(3)上形成与所述限位结构(21)配合的限位凹槽(31)。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的车门限位器,其特征在于,所述限位结构(21)的宽度与所述车门限位器拉杆(3)的宽度相同。
  15. 一种车辆,包括车门、车身和设置在所述车门和所述车身之间的车门限位器,所述车门限位器为根据权利要求12-14中任意一项所述的车门限位器。
