Abstract
一种耳机座的安装组件,包括耳机座和具有连接件(2)的安装板(3),该耳机座两侧的连接部(1)套设并固定在连接件(2)上。在该安装组件中,将耳机座的连接部(1)套设在连接件(2)上而不是将连接部(1)与连接件(2)叠加,即耳机座的连接部(1)没有占用连接件(2)沿轴线方向的空间,从而减小了耳机座的连接部(1)与连接件(2)连接后的厚度,有利于减小具有该耳机座的安装组件的电子设备的厚度,以适应现有技术的发展。还公开了一种具有该耳机座的安装组件的电子设备。
Description
本申请要求于2016年03月15日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610145939.6、发明名称为“一种电子设备及其耳机座的安装组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及电子设备技术领域,更具体的说,是涉及一种电子设备及其耳机座的安装组件。
随着人们对便利性的要求不断提高,要求智能手机的厚度越来越薄。其中,耳机座作为连接耳机的接口,实现耳机与电子设备的连接。目前,耳机座的固定方式通常为耳机座的两侧的连接部与手机后壳的螺柱的螺纹孔的直径相等,在安装时,将耳机座的连接部与螺柱叠加在一起,并通过螺钉将耳机座的连接部与螺柱的螺纹孔串联在一起,从而实现耳机座在后壳上的固定。但是,由于耳机座的连接部与螺柱的叠加会增加厚度,使得智能手机的厚度不能更薄,影响智能手机的发展。
因此,如何减小耳机座安装后的厚度,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种耳机座的安装组件,减小耳机座安装后的厚度。本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有上述耳机座的安装组件的电子设备。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耳机座的安装组件,包括耳机座和具有连接件的安装板,所述耳机座包括耳机座主体和设置在所述耳机座主体外侧的连接部,其中,所述连接部套设并固定在所述连接件上。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述连接部通过限位件固定在所述连接件上。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述连接件为开设有螺纹孔的螺柱,所述螺柱的螺纹孔与所述限位件螺纹连接。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述耳机座的连接部沿轴线方向的高度不低于所述螺柱沿轴线方向的高度,所述限位件能够与连接部相抵。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述耳机座的连接部的高度高出所述螺柱的高度0.07mm-0.13mm。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述限位件为螺钉。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述限位件包括设置在所述连接部和所述连接件任一者上的凸起和设置在另一者上且能够与所述凸起配合的凹槽。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述限位件套设在所述连接部和所述连接件之间的弹性圈。
优选地,上述的安装组件中,所述连接件与所述连接部一一对应。
一种电子设备,包括耳机座的安装组件,其中,所述耳机座的安装组件为如上述任一项所述的耳机座的安装组件。
优选的,上述的电子设备中,该电子设备为手机,所述安装板为手机后壳。
经由上述的技术方案可知,本发明公开了一种耳机座的安装组件,包括耳机座和具有连接件的安装板,其中,该耳机座两侧的连接部套设并固定在连接件上。本申请中将耳机座的连接部套设,而不是将连接部与连接件叠加,即耳机座的连接部没有占用连接件沿轴线的方向的空间,从而减小了耳机座的连接部与连接件连接后的厚度,有利于减小具有该耳机座的安装组件的电子设备的厚度,以适应现有技术的发展。
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据提供的附图获得其他的附图。
图1为本发明实施例提供的耳机座的安装组件的结构示意图;
图2为图1中AA方向的剖视图。
本发明的核心是提供了一种耳机座的安装组件,减小耳机座安装后的厚度。本发明的另一核心是提供了一种具有上述耳机座的安装组件的电子设备。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,本发明公开了一种耳机座的安装组件,包括耳机座和具有连接件2的安装板3,其中,该耳机座两侧的连接部1套设并固定在连接件2上。本申请中将耳机座的连接部1套设在连接件2上,而不是将连接部1与连接件2叠加,即耳机座的连接部1没有占用连接件2沿轴线的方向的空间,从而减小了耳机座的连接部1与连接件2连接后的厚度,有利于减小具有该耳机座的安装组件的电子设备的厚度,以适应现有技术的发展。
进一步的将连接部1通过限位件固定在连接件2上,在实际中也可将连接部1直接焊接在连接件2上。
具体的实施例中,连接件2为开设有螺纹孔的螺柱,并且该螺柱的螺纹孔与限位件螺纹连接。通过连接件2与限位件螺纹连接并将连接部1固定在连接件2上,从而实现耳机座与安装板3的连接。在实际中也可将连接部1与连接件2通过凸起和凹槽配合实现卡接,具体的,在连接部1的内圈沿周向均匀设置凸起,相应的在连接件2的外圈沿周向设置与该凸起配合的凹槽,通过凹槽与凸起的配合实现对耳机座周向的限位固定。此外,还可将限位件设置为弹性圈,通过弹性圈的弹性变形实现连接件2与连接部1的限位连接。
为了实现限位件的限位作用,本申请中将耳机座的连接部1沿轴线方向的高度设置为不低于螺柱沿轴线方向的高度。具体地,通过限位件与螺柱的螺纹配合,实现限位件与螺柱的连接,而由于耳机座的连接部1的高度不低于螺柱的高度,可在限位件与螺柱连接过程中,限位件与连接部1的相抵,从而实现限位件对连接部1的挤压限位。采用挤压的方式实现限位件对连接部1的限位,
以使连接部1固定套设在连接件2上,可降低对连接部1加工精度的要求。
优选的实施例中,将耳机座的连接部1的高度设置为高出螺柱的高度0.07mm-0.13mm,具体地,可为0.1mm,对于连接部1与螺柱的高度差可根据不同的需要进行设定,且均在保护范围内。
进一步的实施例中,将限位件限定为螺钉,螺钉与螺柱的螺纹孔配合后螺钉的头部与连接部1相抵实现耳机座的固定。在实际中也可将限位件设置为其他具有上述功能的结构,只要能够实现上述功能均在保护范围内。
本申请中公开的耳机座具有两个连接部1,为了更进一步提高对耳机座的固定稳定性,本申请中将连接件2与连接部1一一对应布置,并且这两个连接部1分别套设在与之对应的连接件2上,并通过限位件限位连接。本发明创造的耳机座,在智能手机越来越薄的市场趋势下,能够提高手机内部结构的空间利用率,而且将耳机座连接部1直接套在螺柱上,可以使耳机座的固定更牢靠,在耳机的不断插拔过程中,螺柱也可以分担连接部1的一部分拉力和推力,增强耳机座的可靠性。具体地,该连接部1为圆环结构。
此外,本申请还公开了一种电子设备,包括耳机座的安装组件,其中,该耳机座的安装组件为上述实施例中公开的耳机座的安装组件,因此,具有该耳机座的安装组件的电子设备也具有上述所有技术效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在实际中对于该电子设备可为智能手机、笔记本电脑等具有耳机的设备。当电子设备为手机时,上述实施例中公开的安装板3为手机后壳。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而
是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。
Claims (11)
- 一种耳机座的安装组件,包括耳机座和具有连接件(2)的安装板(3),所述耳机座包括耳机座主体和设置在所述耳机座主体外侧的连接部(1),其特征在于,所述连接部(1)套设并固定在所述连接件(2)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述连接部(1)通过限位件固定在所述连接件(2)上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)为开设有螺纹孔的螺柱,所述螺柱的螺纹孔与所述限位件螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述耳机座的连接部(1)沿轴线方向的高度不低于所述螺柱沿轴线方向的高度,所述限位件能够与连接部相抵。
- 根据权利要求4所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述耳机座的连接部(1)的高度高出所述螺柱的高度0.07mm-0.13mm。
- 根据权利要求4所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述限位件为螺钉。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述限位件包括设置在所述连接部(1)和所述连接件(2)任一者上的凸起和设置在另一者上且能够与所述凸起配合的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述限位件套设在所述连接部(1)和所述连接件(2)之间的弹性圈。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述连接件(2)与所述连接部(1)一一对应。
- 一种电子设备,包括耳机座的安装组件,其特征在于,所述耳机座的安装组件为如权利要求1-9任一项所述的耳机座的安装组件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,该电子设备为手机,所述安装板为手机后壳。
