技术领域
本发明涉及一种支架角度可以调节的防松调节机构，特别是对仪器、探测器、灯具等设备，对有一定角度要求的安装场合。特别是长时间安装在户外有定角度要求的设备。
技术背景
传统安装支架锁紧机构是通过标准的螺钉、螺母紧固预紧旋转支架，旋转支架有动载，螺纹副有松动，长时间旋转支架角度偏移，不能达到定角度要求。特别是长时间安装在户外有定角度要求的设备。
实用新型内容
本发明为长时间有定角度要求的安装设备，防止螺纹松脱提供很好的技术解决方案。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的：
一种角度可调节安装支架，包括固定支架、锁紧螺钉、止转螺母和旋转支架，所述固定支架一侧设置有方形的固定孔；所述锁紧螺钉由固定支架另一侧穿设于固定支架的固定孔内；所述止转螺母为T型设置，止转螺母T型脚柱面为方形设置，止转螺母中心设置有内螺纹孔；所述旋转支架上设置有圆形的安装孔，止转螺母套设在旋转支架的安装孔内，止转螺母螺柱设置于固定支架上的方形固定孔内，并将旋转支架固定在固定支架上，锁紧螺钉与止转螺母内螺纹孔固定。
与现有技术相比，具有的有益效果为：方形止转螺母和固定支架上的方孔配合可以很好的保证在止转螺母固定的情况下，旋转支架可以随意改变角度，止转螺母通过方形柱面与固定支架固定、内螺纹与锁紧螺钉固定，防止止转螺母的旋转，不会因为旋转支架有动载荷,使螺纹松动而降低对旋转支架的预紧力。

具体实施方式
图示威本实用新型角度可调节安装支架的一种实施例，包括固定支架1、锁紧螺钉2、止转螺母3和旋转支架4，在固定支架1一侧设置有方形的固定孔；锁紧螺钉2由固定支架1另外一侧穿设于固定支架1的固定孔内；止转螺母3为T型设置，T型脚为螺柱设置，螺柱为方形设置，方形螺柱和固定支架1上的方孔配合使用，螺柱底部中心设置有内螺纹孔，内螺纹孔与锁紧螺钉2配合使用；旋转支架4上设置有圆形的安装孔，止转螺母3套设在旋转支架4的安装孔内，并将止转螺母3螺柱安装于固定支架1上的方形固定孔内，并将旋转支架4固定在固定支架1上，锁紧螺钉2与止转螺母3内螺纹孔固定。
使用时，只需对锁紧螺钉进行松开，将旋转支架旋转到需要的角度，在将锁紧螺钉拧紧，犹豫止转螺母为方形T脚卡设在固定支架的方形孔内，使用时止转螺母不会发生旋转变化，同时不会影响到止转螺母与锁紧螺钉之间的螺纹松开的现象发生。

1.一种角度可调节安装支架，其特征在于，包括固定支架、锁紧螺钉、止转螺母和旋转支架，所述固定支架一侧设置有方形的固定孔；所述锁紧螺钉由固定支架另一侧穿设于固定支架的固定孔内；所述止转螺母为T型设置，止转螺母T型脚柱面为方形设置，止转螺母中心设置有内螺纹孔；所述旋转支架上设置有圆形的安装孔，止转螺母套设在旋转支架的安装孔内，止转螺母螺柱设置于固定支架上的方形固定孔内，并将旋转支架固定在固定支架上，锁紧螺钉与止转螺母内螺纹孔固定。
