本实施例中优选通过两组扣合组件来连接提篮和底座。为了表述清楚,定义两组扣合组件分别为第一扣合组件和第二扣合组件,具体地,如图1所示,第一扣合组件包括连杆5、第一锁勾6、第二锁勾7、第一复位弹簧8和第二复位弹簧9,第一连杆5的一端与操作键4滑动连接,具体地,结合图1、图2和图4所示,操作键4上设置有连接柱42,连杆5的端部设置有滑勾51,通过滑勾51勾住连接柱42,实现操作键4与连杆5的滑动连接。第一锁勾6和第二锁勾7分别可旋转地连接在连杆5的两端部,且第一锁勾6和第二锁勾7还可旋转地连接在提篮1上,具体地,结合图1、图2、图4、图5和图6所示,第一锁勾6上的连接孔61与提篮1上的连接孔12可旋转地连接,第一锁勾6上的连接孔62与连杆5上的连接孔52可旋转地连接,第二锁勾7上的连接孔71与提篮1上的连接孔13可旋转地连接,第二锁勾7上的连接孔72与连杆5上的连接孔53可旋转地连接。第一复位弹簧8安装在第一锁勾6上,第二复位弹簧9安装在第一锁勾6上。
第二扣合组件与第一扣合组件的结构相同,可参见上述第一扣合组件的描述,这里便不再赘述。
结合图5~图7所示,底座2上设置有与第一锁勾6相对应的限位柱21,及与第二锁勾7相对于的限位柱22,在初始状态下,第一锁勾6和第二锁勾7分别在第一复位弹簧8和第二复位弹簧9的弹力作用下,两者的下端分别勾住限位柱21和限位柱22,即此时为如8图所示的提篮1和底座2的锁紧状态。
当操作者手动将操作键4向远离连杆5的方向进行拉动时,操作键4会带动连杆5牵引第一锁勾6绕提篮1上的连接孔62向远离操作键4的方向移动,脱离限位柱22,同时牵引第二锁勾7绕提篮1上的连接孔13向靠近操作键4的方向移动,脱离限位柱22,从而实现如图9所示的解锁(即空挡)状态,此时便可将提篮1从底座2上分离出来,如实现如图10所示的状态。
另外,如图1所示,本实施例在操作键4上还安装有阻尼弹簧10,用于提供给操作键4一定的滑动阻尼。
通过本发明所揭示的扣合结构,可以将提篮锁紧在底座上,增加提篮的平稳性和稳固性,也可轻松地将提篮从底座上分离,便于单独拎起提篮,减少使用者的负重。
上述实施例中介绍了采用两组扣合组件来实现提篮与底座的锁紧和分离,当然,具体实施时,作为可替换的方案,也可使用一组扣合组件来实现,如可将锁勾和连杆的连接处设置于靠近提篮底部的中部位置,这样也能实现基本实现提篮与底座之间的连接。当然,本发明也不排除采用三组扣合组件以上的扣合结构来实现。
更近一步地,如图11所示,本发明的儿童座椅上还可设置头托20和相应的头托调节装置,头托20滑动安装于提篮1上,头托调节装置安装于提篮1上,用于上下调节头托20在提篮1上的位置。具体地,结合图12所示,提篮1上开设有供头托20滑动的滑动槽14,头托20可沿滑动槽14在提篮1上来回滑动。另外,提篮1上还设置有多个与锁杆50配合的调节槽15,调节槽15的分布方向与滑动槽14的分布方向相同,从图12中看,调节槽15在提篮底部从下往上分布。
如图11所示,头托调节装置包括连接件40、锁杆50、第三复位弹簧60和滑块70,连接件40通过固定螺栓与头托20固定连接,头托20在提篮1上来回滑动时可同步带动连接件40滑动。
结合图13所示,连接件40的两侧面对应设置有供锁杆50贯穿插入的插孔401,插孔401的上端面为沿连接件40的径向对称的斜面,即形成沿连接件40的径向对称的下斜面402和上斜面403,且两斜面的连接处404呈圆弧状。在连接件40无外力作用时,锁杆50正好抵接在两斜面的连接处404;当向上或向下拉动头托20时,如向下拉动头托20时,带动连接件40滑动,连接件40推动锁杆50沿其上斜面403向下移动,使锁杆50脱离提篮上的调节槽15,形成解锁状态;反之,向上拉动头托20时,带动连接件40滑动,连接件40推动锁杆50沿其下斜面402向下移动,脱离提篮1上的调节槽15,同样形成解锁状态。
结合图13和图14所示,滑块70滑动安装于连接件40内,能够对锁杆50的上下移动起导向作用。具体地,连接件40内部形成滑块安装槽405,滑块70对应插到该滑块安装槽405内。
第三复位弹簧60安装于滑块70内,具体地,结合图14所示,滑块70上形成有容纳槽701,第三复位弹簧60容纳于该容纳槽701内,且其一端抵住容纳槽701的底部,另一端抵住锁杆50,锁杆50在连接件40的推动下可在容纳槽701内上下滑动。
后盖30盖合在头托调节装置外,使得头托调节装置的活动都在提篮1和后盖30形成的封闭空间内。
工作时,当需要调节头托20的位置时,向上或向下拉动头托20时,带动连接件40滑动,连接件40上的下斜面402或上斜面403推动锁杆50在滑块上的容纳槽701内向下滑动,并脱离提篮1上的调节槽15,形成解锁状态,如图16所示,移动头托20到所需调整的位置后,松开头托20,此时头托20失去外力作用,第三复位弹簧60推动锁杆50落入与头托调整位置相对应的调节槽15内,形成锁定状态,如图15和图17所示。
更进一步地,如图18所示,提篮上还可设置有能发出夜光的夜光部件,使得婴儿提篮与推车结合在夜晚行驶时,具有夜光提示功能,让别人能轻 易就能分辨出前方有儿童,避免被过往车辆碰撞到。本实施例中,夜光部件80设置在提篮1的左、右两侧面上和后部表面上,当然可也设置在提篮1的其他位置上。夜光部件80整体呈半透明状态,该状态使得提篮整体外观较为美观。具体实施时,夜光部件80可以由聚丙烯材料(即PP材料)与光致储能夜光粉以一定的体积比例混合而成。经试验表明,在低于4%的体积比例下,夜光部件的夜光效果不太好,在高于10%的体积比例下,夜光部件的透明效果不是很好,因此,光致储能夜光粉的体积优选占夜光部件整体体积的4%-10%,当然,其他体积比例也同样适用于本发明,即大于0%小于100%的体积比例均涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
光致储能夜光粉可为荧光粉,其在受到自然光、日光灯光、紫外光等照射后,能够把光能储存起来,在停止光照射后,再缓慢地以荧光的方式释放出来,所以在夜间或者黑暗处,仍能看到发光,持续时间长达几小时至十几小时。
作为可替换的实施方案,夜光部件80的结构可替换为,包括基层(图未示)和光致储能夜光层(图未示),光致储能夜光层加设于基层上,基层的材质可为聚丙烯材料,光致储能夜光层的材质可为荧光粉,且光致储能夜光层的体积优选占夜光部件体积的4%-10%,其他结构、形状与上述描述相同,这里就不再赘述。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种儿童座椅提篮与底座的扣合结构,其特征在于,包括提篮和底座,所述提篮上设操作键、连杆、锁勾和复位弹簧,所述操作键滑动安装于提篮上,且与所述连杆活动连接,所述锁勾与连杆可旋转连接,所述复位弹簧安装在锁勾上,所述底座上设置有限位柱,所述锁勾在复位弹簧的弹力作用下勾住所述限位柱,所述操作键带动连杆牵引锁勾脱离所述限位柱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述操作键上设置有滑槽,所述提篮上对应滑槽设置有滑柱,所述操作键通过所述滑槽和滑柱相配合的结构滑动安装于提篮上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述操作键上设置有连接柱,所述连杆上对应所述连接柱设置有滑勾,所述操作键通过所述滑勾勾住连接柱的结构与连杆活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述锁勾和连杆上对应设置有供两者旋转连接的第一连接孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述锁勾还与提篮旋转连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述锁勾和提篮上对应设置有供两者旋转连接的第二连接孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述连杆的两侧各旋转连接一锁勾。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述扣合组件为两组。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述操作键上还安装有阻尼弹簧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扣合结构,其特征在于,所述提篮上设置有 能发出夜光的夜光部件。
