一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种粉碎装置,尤其涉及一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,人们对农业经济作用作物的需求量越来越多,因此农副产品的用途越来越广泛,人们在对农副产品的的加工过程往往需要对其进行粉碎处理,但是现有的农副产品粉碎装置因其结构设计不合理,并不能起到有效的粉碎效果,且粉碎不充分,给后期的加工带来很大的麻烦。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置。
本实用新型是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,它包括本体,所述本体包括进料口、变频电机、输料仓和内筒,所述本体上方设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有搅拌轴;所述搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴;且所述搅拌轴延伸至本体内部设置的内筒内部;所述本体外壁对称设置有输料仓;所述输料仓一侧设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有绞龙;且所述输料仓另一侧和内筒相连接;所述内筒下方设置一层粉碎层; 所述输料仓下方的本体表面设置有风机;所述本体下方设置有底座;所述底座和本体之间设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有旋转轴;所述粉碎层和本体底部之间的本体表面设置一层防腐蚀层;且所述本体内部对称设置有凸起。
上述的一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,所述粉碎层内部设置有多个挤压辊。
上述的一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,所述旋转轴表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴,且所述横向搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴。
上述的一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,所述风机通过风管和内筒相连接。
上述的一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,所述本体和底座之间设置有多个支撑架。
综上所述本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型具有结构设计合理、粉碎效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述变频电机输出部分连接的旋转轴表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴,且所述横向搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴,从而可以对本体内部的物料进行充分的搅拌,防止物料出现结块或堆积的情况,使物料的搅拌更加均匀充分,大大提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,它包括本体1,所述本体1包括进料口2、变频电机3、输料仓4和内筒10,所述本体1上方设置有变频电机3;所述变频电机3的输出部分连接有搅拌轴6;所述搅拌轴6表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴7;且所述搅拌轴6延伸至本体1内部设置的内筒10内部;所述本体1外壁对称设置有输料仓4;所述输料仓4一侧设置有变频电机3;所述变频电机3的输出部分连接有绞龙5;且所述输料仓4另一侧和内筒10相连接;所述内筒10下方设置一层粉碎层11;所述输料仓4下方的本体1表面设置有风机8;所述本体1下方设置有底座19;所述底座19和本体1之间设置有变频电机3;所述变频电机3的输出部分连接有旋转轴13;所述粉碎层11和本体1底部之间的本体1表面设置一层防腐蚀层16;且所述本体1内部对称设置有凸起17。
所述物料通过变频电机3输出部分连接的绞龙5不断翻转,使物料进入内筒10内部,且所述变频电机3输出部分连接的搅拌轴6表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴15,从而可以对内筒10内部的物料进行充分的搅拌处理,防止物料出现搅拌不充分的情况,且所述风机5通过风管9不断向内筒10内部通入流动的空气,使内筒10内部的物料不断翻转,使其搅拌的更加充分;所述粉碎层11内部设置的多个挤压辊12可以对物料进行粉碎处理,使物料的粉碎更加彻底;所述变频电机3 输出部分连接的旋转轴13表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴14,且所述横向搅拌轴14表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴15,从而可以对本体1内部的物料进行充分的搅拌,防止物料出现结块或堆积的情况,使物料的搅拌更加均匀充分,大大提高了工作效率。

  1. 一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,它包括本体,所述本体包括进料口、变频电机、输料仓和内筒,其特征在于:所述本体上方设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有搅拌轴;所述搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴;且所述搅拌轴延伸至本体内部设置的内筒内部;所述本体外壁对称设置有输料仓;所述输料仓一侧设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有绞龙;且所述输料仓另一侧和内筒相连接;所述内筒下方设置一层粉碎层;所述输料仓下方的本体表面设置有风机;所述本体下方设置有底座;所述底座和本体之间设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有旋转轴;所述粉碎层和本体底部之间的本体表面设置一层防腐蚀层;且所述本体内部对称设置有凸起。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多重农副产品混合粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述旋转轴表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴,且所述横向搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴。
