  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高效低成本的工业用全自动封盖机,其特征在于:所述拧紧杆的另一侧端部设置有电机二和弧形机械爪,所述旋转链设置在弧形机械爪的内侧,所述电机二的输出端与旋转链的输入端相连,所述电机二的输入端与控制装置的输出端相连,所述旋转链的外侧设置有橡胶层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种高效低成本的工业用全自动封盖机,其特征在于:所述一对拧紧杆上的两个旋转链的旋转方向相反。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低成本的工业用全自动封盖机,其特征 在于:所述内支撑装置和外支撑装置分别包括支撑架和支撑杆,所述支撑架设置在机架上,所述支撑杆与支撑架相互垂直,所述内支撑装置和外支撑装置分别设置在输送装置的两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种高效低成本的工业用全自动封盖机,其特征在于:所述支撑架内设置有液压泵一,所述支撑杆内设置有液压泵二,所述液压泵一的输入端和液压泵二的输入端分别与控制装置的输出端相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低成本的工业用全自动封盖机,其特征在于:所述输送装置包括输送带和电机三,所述电机三的输出端与输送带的输入端相连,所述电机三的输入端与控制装置的输出端相连,所述电机三的设置在机架内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低成本的工业用全自动封盖机,其特征在于:所述控制装置设置在机架内,所述控制装置包括控制器、驱动模块和控制面板,所述控制器的输出端与驱动模块的输入端相连,所述控制面板的输出端与控制器的输入端相连,所述驱动模块的输出端分别与输送装置的输入端、拧紧装置的输入端、支撑装置的输入端和送盖装置的输入端相连,所述控制面板设置在机架上端的侧面上,所述控制器为PLC。
